Abstract

本发明提供了一种终端,包括:屏幕处理单元,用于对所述终端的屏幕界面上的指定区域进行亮屏或暗屏处理,对其他区域进行暗屏或亮屏处理,其中,所述指定区域为所述终端的当前显示内容中的指定显示对象在所述屏幕界面上对应的区域,或为所述屏幕界面上被用户选中的区域。本发明还提出了一种屏幕背光的控制方法。通过本发明的技术方案,可以对终端的屏幕背光进行分区域控制,减少屏幕中处于亮屏状态的区域面积,降低终端的功耗。

Description

终端和屏幕背光的控制方法 技术领域
本发明涉及背光控制技术领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种终端和一种屏幕 背光的控制方法。 背景技术
在相关技术中, 终端的屏幕必须整体亮起或暗下。 一方面, 随着终端 屏幕尺寸的越来越大, 使得屏幕对于终端电量的消耗也越来越多; 另一方 面, 屏幕上显示的内容往往 ^艮多, 比如用户在阅读数据较多的网页时, 往 往包含有视频、 图片和文本等各种类型的数据, 而且有些属于正文, 有些 属于旁边的广告等, 那么对于用户而言, 除了用户感兴趣的比如新闻图片 外, 其他的文字、 视频等 (无论是正文还是广告) 都是无用信息, 既干扰 视线, 又浪费电池电量。
因此, 需要一种新的屏幕背光的控制技术, 可以对终端的屏幕背光进 行分区域控制, 减少屏幕中处于亮屏状态的区域面积, 降低终端的功耗。 发明内容
本发明正是基于上述问题, 提出了一种新的屏幕背光的控制技术, 可 以对终端的屏幕背光进行分区域控制, 减少屏幕中处于亮屏状态的区域面 积, 降低终端的功耗。
有鉴于此, 本发明提出了一种终端, 包括: 屏幕处理单元, 用于对所 述终端的屏幕界面上的指定区域进行亮屏或暗屏处理, 对其他区域进行暗 屏或亮屏处理, 其中, 所述指定区域为所述终端的当前显示内容中的指定 显示对象在所述屏幕界面上对应的区域, 或为所述屏幕界面上被用户选中 的区域。
在该技术方案中, "亮屏处理" 即使得该指定区域对应的像素点被点 亮, 使该指定区域处于亮屏状态, "暗屏处理" 即使得该指定区域对应的 像素点不被点亮, 使该指定区域处于暗屏状态。 而 "暗屏或亮屏处理" 则 是指当指定区域处于亮屏状态时, 使其他区域处于暗屏状态, 当指定区域 处于暗屏状态时, 使其他区域处于亮屏状态。 通过上述方案, 用户可以根 据需要对终端的屏幕界面的状态进行控制, 从而使得用户关注的部分处于 亮屏状态, 其余部分处于暗屏状态, 从而达到节省终端能耗的目的。 由于 需要控制的 "指定区域" 是对应于显示对象或由用户直接选择的, 因而该 "指定区域" 的位置也是动态的, 用户可以随时进行切换, 以便更好地满 足用户的需求。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 关联设置单元, 用于根据接收 到的关联设置命令, 在显示对象类型与所述终端中的情景模式和 /或应用 程序和 /或应用功能界面之间设置关联关系; 以及类型选择单元, 用于根 据所述终端的当前显示内容所处的情景模式和 /或应用程序和 /或应用功能 界面, 选择相关联的显示对象类型, 以由所述屏幕处理单元将所述当前显 示内容中与该相关联的显示对象类型对应的显示对象作为所述指定显示对 在该技术方案中, 通过对关联关系的设置, 使得终端可以根据当前显 示内容, 智能地控制屏幕的背光状态, 以满足用户需求。 具体地, 比如设 置 "文字-浏览器" 的关联关系, 则当用户浏览网页时, 终端自动对文字 部分进行亮屏处理, 其余部分进行暗屏处理, 从而达到对网页上的广告、 推送消息等进行智能屏蔽。 当然, 用户可以设置 "图片、 视频 -浏览 器" , 从而对网页上的图片、 视频等进行暗屏处理。 或者, 用户可以具体 到某个网页, 比如 "图片 -A 网页" , 即用户仅对该网页上的图片感兴 趣, 则当用户浏览到 A网页时, 将自动对网页上图片对应的部分进行亮屏 处理, 而其余的文字、 视频、 空白部分等则处于暗屏状态, 实现根据不同 场景, 智能提取对用户有用的内容。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 对象选择单元, 用于根据检测 到的选择动作, 从所述终端的当前显示内容中实时选择出所述指定显示对 在该技术方案中, 用户可以根据需求, 实时地从当前显示内容中选择 感兴趣的显示对象, 从而对屏幕上对应的区域进行亮屏处理; 或是选择不 感兴趣的显示对象, 从而对相应位置进行暗屏处理。 通过对用户的选择动 作的响应, 从而满足用户的个性化需求。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 类型获取单元, 用于获取所述 指定显示对象的类型, 并根据该类型确定所述终端的当前显示内容中所有 属于同类型的其他显示对象, 以由所述屏幕处理单元对所述其他显示对象 在所述屏幕界面上对应的区域进行所述亮屏或暗屏处理。
在该技术方案中, 比如在浏览网页时, 该网页上可能存在很多文字或 图片等, 而不仅仅是当前界面显示的内容(通过上下滑动页面后, 可以看 到其他的很多内容) ; 而通过本技术方案, 以选择图片为例, 用户无需对 每张图片分别进行选择, 而在选中某一张图片时, 终端自动选中其他所有 的图片, 并对所有图片在屏幕上对应的区域均进行亮屏或暗屏处理, 筒化 用户操作。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 控件设置单元, 用于在所述终 端的屏幕界面上设置对应于至少一种类型的显示对象的功能控件; 以及控 件选择单元, 用于根据所述选择动作对所述功能控件进行选择, 以由所述 屏幕处理单元将被选中的功能控件对应的显示对象作为所述指定显示对 在该技术方案中, 将每张图片、 每个文字块等作为一个显示对象, 设 置对应于每个显示对象的功能控件, 则尤其是对于页面较大、 终端屏幕较 大的情况下, 如果将功能控件进行集中设置 (具体地, 比如为对应于每个 显示对象的虚拟按键) , 用户无需进行太大的动作, 即可通过功能控件实 现对显示对象的选择。 当然, 由于显示对象的数量可能较多, 实际上更可 能的情况是, 为每种显示对象设置一个功能控件, 比如为所有的图片设置 一个功能控件, 通过选择这个功能控件, 用户可以直接选中当前页面中所 有的图片。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 区域设置单元, 用于在所述屏 幕界面上设置至少一个集成控制区, 其中, 所述功能控件设置于指定的集 成控制区中。
在该技术方案中, 通过对操作的功能集成, 用户不需要在整个终端界 面的不同位置寻找控制按键或控制区域, 针对当前界面或终端的所有能够 进行的操作都可以在该集成控制区中进行, 方便用户的操作过程。 具体 地, 可以对终端不同界面下的操作功能或已存在的功能控件进行获取, 那 么对于上述操作功能或功能控件中的全部或指定部分 (通常为用户常用 的, 可以由厂商预设或用户自定义设置) , 可以通过在集成控制区中设置 相应的虚拟按键, 使得用户在选中这些虚拟按键时, 同样能够实现原有的 操作功能, 或是当用户在集成控制区中划出相应的手势轨迹后, 也能够实 现原有的功能。 由于无论当前界面为待机界面或是某个应用程序的功能界 面, 都可以在终端界面上显示出集成控制区, 并在集成控制区中显示出虚 拟按键或接收用户的手势轨迹, 从而实现对当前界面的控制, 不必由于界 面的变化和差异, 使得用户不得不在屏幕的不同位置进行功能按键的选 择, 筒化了用户操作。 这里的预定位置可以是系统默认或用户设置的默认 区域。 这里的集成控制区可以为单个或多个, 可以根据用户的设置、 当前 所需操作功能的多少进行设置或自动调节。 需要说明的是, 这里的 "设 置" 并不表示一定要显示出来, 只要能够对用户的触控命令进行接收即 可。
通过将功能控件设置在集成控制区中, 使得即使终端的屏幕很大, 用 户依然可以通过单手握持终端, 并且通过该握持手对终端的显示内容进行 控制。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述终端的当前显示内容中的每个显示 对象在所述屏幕界面上均存在对应的显示区块, 则所述终端还包括: 位置 获取单元, 用于获取所述选择动作在所述屏幕界面上对应的触发位置, 以 由所述屏幕处理单元将所述触发位置所处的显示区块对应的显示对象作为 所述指定显示对象。
在该技术方案中, 比如对于包含文字、 图片等多种类型的显示对象的 页面, 往往是一段文字、 一种图片、 再一段文字的形式进行排版, 则对于 这分隔出来的一段文字应当被视为一个整体, 其对应的底层文本框在屏幕 界面上存在对应的显示区块。 用户的选择动作, 具体可以为在终端屏幕上 进行点击等, 通过对点击位置所处显示区块进行判断, 从而对屏幕背光进 行控制。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 区域生成单元, 用于根据所述 选择动作在所述屏幕界面上形成的选择轨迹, 生成相应的选择区域, 以由 所述屏幕处理单元将所述选择区域对应的显示对象作为所述指定显示对 在该技术方案中, 根据用户的使用习惯, 还可能对感兴趣或希望屏蔽 的显示对象进行 "圏中" 的操作, 从而选中相应的显示对象。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述终端的当前显示内容中的每个显示 对象在所述屏幕界面上均存在对应的显示区块, 则所述终端还包括: 区块 确定单元, 用于确定处于所述选择区域中的显示区块, 以由所述屏幕处理 单元将该显示区块对应的显示对象作为所述指定显示对象。
在该技术方案中, "处于所述选择区域中" 包括多种情况, 用户可以 根据自己的使用习惯进行设置, 比如: 第一种, 完全处于该选择区域中; 第二种, 一部分处于该选择区域中, 并且用户可以设置 "一部分" 的具体 比例, 比如超过 50%处于选择区域内时, 才认为是被选中。 通过用户的个 性化设置, 从而可以尽可能避免出现误操作。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 对象确定单元, 用于确定处于 所述选择区域中的显示对象, 以由所述屏幕处理单元将所述显示对象的位 于所述选择区域内的部分作为所述指定显示对象。
在该技术方案中, 仍以上述 "文字块" 为例, 则此时不再将该文字块 作为一个整体, 而是根据用户划出的选择区域与该文字块的位置关系, 将 处于该选择区域内部的文字作为被选中的显示对象, 进行亮屏或暗屏处 理, 而不处于该选择区域内、 但属于同一个文字块的文字, 则不进行亮屏 或暗屏处理。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 轨迹生成单元, 用于根据检测 到的触摸动作, 在所述屏幕界面上形成对应的触摸轨迹, 以由所述屏幕处 理单元对所述屏幕界面上对应于所述触摸轨迹的触摸区域进行所述亮屏或 暗屏处理。
在该技术方案中, 可以由用户根据实际需求, 在屏幕界面上选择需要 进行亮屏或暗屏处理的区域。 与对显示对象的选择不同的是, 当用户同样 通过手势动作划出一个区域之后, 若是对显示对象的选择, 则当用户滑动 页面时, 进行亮屏或暗屏处理的区域将随显示对象的位置变化而变化; 若 是对屏幕界面上的区域选择, 则页面的滑动并不会导致亮屏或暗屏处理的 区域的位置变化。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述触摸轨迹在所述屏幕界面上构成一 封闭图形, 则所述轨迹生成单元将所述封闭图形的内部区域作为所述触摸 区域。
在该技术方案中, 比如该封闭图形为矩形, 则用户仅划出了该矩形的 四个边, 而由这四个边围成的区域, 即为该矩形的内部区域。 当然, 用户 可以划出任意规则或不规则的图形, 均可以被终端识别, 以生成对应的触 摸区域。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述触摸轨迹在所述屏幕界面上形成接 触面, 则所述轨迹生成单元将所述触摸面作为所述触摸区域。
在该技术方案中, 比如用户使用手指在终端的屏幕界面上进行操作, 则终端将对屏幕界面上与用户手指相接触的位置进行亮屏或暗屏处理。 尤 其是对于有些区域的面积较小, 不便于通过区域的划定等方式进行选择, 或是用户希望对已经划定的区域进行小的修改时, 可以通过手指对这些区 域进行 "擦除" 的动作, 类似于使用橡皮擦进行操作。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 动作处理单元, 用于在所述终 端检测到针对所述屏幕界面上处于暗屏状态的区域的操作动作的情况下, 使得该区域退出所述暗屏状态, 或不对该操作动作进行响应。
在该技术方案中, 处于暗屏状态的页面中, 可能包含有一些链接或功 能控件等, 由于用户无法看到这些链接或功能控件, 因而可能在对页面进 行滑动等过程中产生误操作。 通过及时退出暗屏状态或不对这些操作动作 进行响应, 可以避免误操作的发生。 此外, "退出暗屏状态" 可以理解 为: 一种情况下, 比如用户点击了处于暗屏状态下的区域, 则该区域进入 亮屏状态; 另一种情况下, 比如用户按在暗屏状态下的区域时, 该区域进 入亮屏状态 (但并不会激活该区域的功能) , 当用户的手指离开屏幕时, 则重新进入暗屏状态, 方便用户对暗屏状态下的区域进行查看。
根据本发明的又一方面, 还提出了一种屏幕背光的控制方法, 包括: 步骤 202 , 对终端的屏幕界面上的指定区域进行亮屏或暗屏处理, 对其他 区域进行暗屏或亮屏处理, 其中, 所述指定区域为所述终端的当前显示内 容中的指定显示对象在所述屏幕界面上对应的区域, 或为所述屏幕界面上 被用户选中的区域。
在该技术方案中, "亮屏处理" 即使得该指定区域对应的像素点被点 亮, 使该指定区域处于亮屏状态, "暗屏处理" 即使得该指定区域对应的 像素点不被点亮, 使该指定区域处于暗屏状态。 而 "暗屏或亮屏处理" 则 是指当指定区域处于亮屏状态时, 使其他区域处于暗屏状态, 当指定区域 处于暗屏状态时, 使其他区域处于亮屏状态。 通过上述方案, 用户可以根 据需要对终端的屏幕界面的状态进行控制, 从而使得用户关注的部分处于 亮屏状态, 其余部分处于暗屏状态, 从而达到节省终端能耗的目的。 由于 需要控制的 "指定区域" 是对应于显示对象或由用户直接选择的, 因而该 "指定区域" 的位置也是动态的, 用户可以随时进行切换, 以便更好地满 足用户的需求。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 在所述步骤 202之前, 还包括: 根据接 收到的关联设置命令, 在显示对象类型与所述终端中的情景模式和 /或应 用程序和 /或应用功能界面之间设置关联关系; 以及所述步骤 202 包括: 根据所述终端的当前显示内容所处的情景模式和 /或应用程序和 /或应用功 能界面, 选择相关联的显示对象类型, 并将所述当前显示内容中与该相关 联的显示对象类型对应的显示对象作为所述指定显示对象。
在该技术方案中, 通过对关联关系的设置, 使得终端可以根据当前显 示内容, 智能地控制屏幕的背光状态, 以满足用户需求。 具体地, 比如设 置 "文字-浏览器" 的关联关系, 则当用户浏览网页时, 终端自动对文字 部分进行亮屏处理, 其余部分进行暗屏处理, 从而达到对网页上的广告、 推送消息等进行智能屏蔽。 当然, 用户可以设置 "图片、 视频 -浏览 器" , 从而对网页上的图片、 视频等进行暗屏处理。 或者, 用户可以具体 到某个网页, 比如 "图片 -Α 网页" , 即用户仅对该网页上的图片感兴 趣, 则当用户浏览到 Α网页时, 将自动对网页上图片对应的部分进行亮屏 处理, 而其余的文字、 视频、 空白部分等则处于暗屏状态, 实现根据不同 场景, 智能提取对用户有用的内容。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述步骤 202还包括: 根据检测到的选 择动作, 从所述终端的当前显示内容中实时选择出所述指定显示对象。

通过将功能控件设置在集成控制区中, 使得即使终端 100 的屏幕很 大, 用户依然可以通过单手握持终端, 并且通过该握持手对终端 100的显 示内容进行控制。

在该技术方案中, 比如该封闭图形为矩形, 则用户仅划出了该矩形的 四个边, 而由这四个边围成的区域, 即为该矩形的内部区域。 当然, 用户 可以划出任意规则或不规则的图形, 均可以被终端识别, 以生成对应的触 摸区域。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述触摸轨迹在所述屏幕界面上形成接 触面, 将所述触摸面作为所述触摸区域。
在该技术方案中, 比如用户使用手指在终端的屏幕界面上进行操作, 则终端将对屏幕界面上与用户手指相接触的位置进行亮屏或暗屏处理。 尤 其是对于有些区域的面积较小, 不便于通过区域的划定等方式进行选择, 或是用户希望对已经划定的区域进行小的修改时, 可以通过手指对这些区 域进行 "擦除" 的动作, 类似于使用橡皮擦进行操作。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 在所述步骤 202之后, 还包括: 若检测 到针对所述屏幕界面上处于暗屏状态的区域的操作动作, 则使得该区域退 出所述暗屏状态, 或不对该操作动作进行响应。
在该技术方案中, 处于暗屏状态的页面中, 可能包含有一些链接或功 能控件等, 由于用户无法看到这些链接或功能控件, 因而可能在对页面进 行滑动等过程中产生误操作。 通过及时退出暗屏状态或不对这些操作动作 进行响应, 可以避免误操作的发生。 此外, "退出暗屏状态" 可以理解 为: 一种情况下, 比如用户点击了处于暗屏状态下的区域, 则该区域进入 亮屏状态; 另一种情况下, 比如用户按在暗屏状态下的区域时, 该区域进 入亮屏状态 (但并不会激活该区域的功能) , 当用户的手指离开屏幕时, 则重新进入暗屏状态, 方便用户对暗屏状态下的区域进行查看。
图 3A 至图 3P 示出了根据本发明的实施例的对终端的屏幕背光进行 控制的屏幕显示效果的示意图。
当用户对终端的屏幕界面上显示出来的内容进行查看时, 如图 3A 所 示, 以浏览网页为例, 可能包含有多种显示对象 302 , 比如文字 302A、 图 片 302B、 视频 302C等。 但用户往往并不是对所有的显示对象 302都感兴 趣, 比如当前网页为某小说网站, 用户正在对某篇小说进行在线阅读。 此 时, 对于用户而言, 最关注的是文字 302A , 而其他的图片 302B、 视频 302C 等, 则可能是一些广告等, 既不被用户关心, 又会对用户的阅读造 成干扰, 还使得相应屏幕区域带来无端的电量消耗。
因此, 通过本发明的技术方案, 可以达到如图 3B 所示的效果, 即对 用户不感兴趣的图片 302B、 视频 302C等对应于终端的屏幕界面上的区域 进行暗屏处理, 而用户感兴趣的文字 302A 对应的区域(由于对页面的排 版可能并不紧凑, 因而还可能包含一个空白部分) 则处于亮屏状态。 或者 如图 3C 所示, 仅对文字 302A对应的区域进行亮屏处理, 而对于其他的 图片 302B、 视频 302C等 (由于对页面的排版可能并不紧凑, 因而还可能 包含一个空白部分) 对应的区域均进行暗屏处理。
在用户选定某个显示对象 302 时, 如图 3D所示, 比如对于图 3D 中 间部位的文字 302A , 若需要将其对应的屏幕区域进行亮屏或暗屏处理, 则终端判断文字 302A 对应的底层文字框的左上角第一个像素点的位置坐 标, 假设为 A ( XI , Y1 ) , 右下角最后一个像素点的位置坐标, 假设为 B ( X2 , Y2 ) 。 终端记录 A、 B 坐标围成的区域内的所有像素点, 让这些 像素高亮, 其他地方的像素黑暗。 类似地, 对于视频 302C, 终端判断视频 302C的左上角第一个像素点 的位置坐标, 假设为 C ( X3, Y3 ) , 右下角最后一个像素点的位置坐 标, 假设为 D (X4, Y4) 。 终端记录 C、 D 坐标围成的区域内的所有像 素点, 让这些像素高亮, 其他地方的像素黑暗。
当然, 如果所需要选择的区域并不是类似的规则形状, 则可以将其分 割为多个规则的形状, 并分别获取相应的坐标; 或是对于弧形边缘, 在该 弧形线段上采样多个点的坐标, 以确定对应的区域。
对于处于暗屏状态的区域, 用户仍可能触碰到这些区域, 那么, 针对 用户的误点击或误触碰, 终端可以采用: 1、 不做任何处理; 2、 使得处于 暗屏状态的区域退出暗屏状态, 但对于该点击或触碰操作不进行响应, 即 比如用户在图 3B 所示的视频 302C 对应的区域进行点击或其他操作时, 原本在正常状态下应该打开该视频, 但此时将不会进行 "打开视频" 的操 作。
而针对终端可能采用的方式 2, 具体还可能存在多种情况:
如图 3E所示, 图 3E (a) 为初始状态; 当用户点击如某个图片 302B 对应的区域时, 则若终端检测到该 "点击" 操作, 则将该图片 302B 对应 的区域进行亮屏处理 (如图 3E (b) 所示) ; 当用户的手指离开屏幕, 终 端检测不到该 "点击" 操作时, 则该图片 302B 对应的区域将恢复为暗屏 状态 (返回图 3E (a) 所示的初始状态) 。
而另一种情况下, 如图 3F 所示, 图 3F (a) 为初始状态; 当终端检 测到该 "点击" 操作时, 将该图片 302B 对应的区域进行亮屏处理 (如图 3F (b) 所示) ; 当用户的手指离开屏幕, 终端检测不到该 "点击" 操作 时, 仍使该图片 302B对应的区域保持亮屏状态 (如图 3F (c) 所示) 。
如图 3G所示, 图 3G (a) 为初始状态; 当用户点击如某个图片 302B 对应的区域时, 则若终端检测到该 "点击" 操作, 则将当前显示页面 (比 如当前浏览的网页) 中所有的图片 302B 对应的区域均进行亮屏处理 (如 图 3G (b) 所示) ; 当用户的手指离开屏幕, 终端检测不到该 "点击" 操 作时, 则所有图片 302B 对应的区域将恢复为暗屏状态 (返回图 3G (a) 所示的初始 ^大态) 。 而另一种情况下, 如图 3H所示, 图 3H ( a ) 为初始状态; 当终端检 测到该 "点击" 操作时, 将所有的图片 302B 对应的区域均进行亮屏处理
(如图 3H ( b ) 所示) ; 当用户的手指离开屏幕, 终端检测不到该 "点 击" 操作时, 仍使所有的图片 302B对应的区域均保持亮屏状态 (如图 3H
( c ) 所示) 。
下面结合图 31至图 3N, 对选择具体的显示对象 302的过程进行详细 说明。
第一种情况下, 需要预先在终端中进行设置, 比如用户希望在某个应 用程序或应用程序中的某个功能界面中, 对指定类型的显示对象 302对应 的屏幕区域进行亮屏处理或暗屏处理, 比如希望在 "浏览器" 中不显示 "图片" , 则将 "浏览器-图片" 的对应关系进行存储; 比如希望在 "浏 览器" 的 "A 网页" 中仅显示 "文字" , 则将 "浏览器 -A 网页-文字" 的 对应关系进行存储。
那么, 终端根据用户当前所处的应用程序或应用程序的功能界面, 判 断是否存在已存储的对应关系。 若存在, 则获取相应的希望进行显示或不 显示的显示对象 302 , 并自动对相应的屏幕区域进行亮屏处理或暗屏处 理, 实现对无用信息的智能屏蔽或对有用信息的智能提取。
第二种情况下, 如图 31 所示, 通过功能控件 306 对具体的某一个或 多个类别的显示对象 302进行选择。 具体地, 通过在当前显示界面上显示 出对应于一个或多个显示对象 302 的类型的功能控件 306, 从而当用户选 中其中的某个功能控件 306时, 则对当前页面中对应的一个或多个类型的 显示对象 302进行亮屏或暗屏处理。 比如当用户选择 "文本" 时, 则自动 进入类似如图 3C 所示的显示效果。 更为具体地, 可以在当前显示界面上 设置集成控制区 304, 并将功能控件 306设置在该集成控制区 304中。
第三种情况下, 如图 3J所示, 其中, 图 3J ( a ) 为初始状态, 用户可 以直接对当前页面中的某个显示对象 302进行点击和选择。 具体地, 每个 显示对象 302 在屏幕界面上均对应一个显示区块, 比如图 3J 中的文字对 应于一个文字区块 310; 则当用户在屏幕界面上进行触发操作, 生成对应 的触发点 308之后 (如图 3J ( a ) 所示) , 可以通过判断该触发点 308与 文字区块 310的位置关系, 若该触发点 308位于文字区块 310中, 则选中 该文字区块 310 , 并对其进行亮屏处理 (显示效果如图 3J ( b ) 所示) , 当然, 或者也可以进行暗屏处理 (图中未示出) 。
这里的 "触发操作" 实际上可能包含多种情形, 比如当该终端 100上 配置了如电容式触摸屏时, 即使没有与触摸屏发生触碰, 仍然能够检测到 该动作, 因此, 可以将手指 (用于举例, 显然也可以采用触摸笔等其他方 式)接近触摸屏但未接触到触摸屏、 而能够对其进行识别的操作称为 "接 近触摸操作" , 将手指实际接触到触摸屏的操作称为 "接触触摸操作" , 则本发明中的 "触发操作" 应该理解为包含 "接近触摸操作" 和 /或 "接 触触摸操作" 。
那么, 在 "接近触摸操作" 中, "触发点" 为手指与触摸屏垂直地相 对的位置, 并且具体可以在发生如触发点处于屏幕界面上的空白处、 触发 时间超出预设时间阈值等事件时, 确定发生了触发操作; 而在 "接触触摸 操作" 中, "触发点" 即为手指与触摸屏的触摸位置, 并且具体可以在发 生如在屏幕界面上的空白处发生触发、 在空白处长按等事件时, 确定发生 了触发操作。
此外, 如图 3K所示, 图 3K ( a ) 为初始状态; 终端在判定用户选中 文字区块 310之后, 将自动同时选中当前页面上所有的文字区块 (文字区 块 310、 文字区块 310A、 文字区块 310B 等等) , 并且均进行亮屏处理 (如图 3K ( b ) 所示) , 从而无需用户反复多次执行选择操作。
第四种情况下, 如图 3L 所示。 在图 3L ( a ) 中, 用户在终端的屏幕 界面上划出手势轨迹, 形成对应的选择区域 312 , 则此时仍存在多种选择 方式:
1、 如图 3L ( b ) , 需要预先设置一个比例, 即某个被选择区域 312 选中的部分占该区块整个面积的百分比, 比如设定为 50%, 则由于图中的 文字区块 310完全被选中、 图片区块 314被选中部分大于 50%、 视频区块 316被选中部分小于 50%, 因而判定选中文字区块 310和图片区块 314 , 对其进行亮屏处理, 而对视频区块 316则不进行亮屏处理。
2、 如图 3L ( c ) , 对凡是与选择区域 312 存在交叉区域的区块, 均 判定为选中, 则对文字区块 310、 图片区块 314和视频区块 316均进行亮 屏处理。
3、 设定必须完全处于选择区域 312 中, 才判定为被选中, 则在该情 况下, 将仅判定选中文字区块 310, 并对其进行亮屏处理。
上述四种情况, 是用户直接对当前显示页面中的显示对象 302进行选 择, 而实际上, 用户也可以不对显示对象 302进行选择, 而是对终端的屏 幕界面上的选择某个屏幕区域。 这两者之间的区别在于:
如图 3M所示, 是对显示对象 302进行选择的情况, 则当用户滑动显 示页面时, 比如图 3M ( a ) 中所示向上滑动时, 显示对象 302将随页面向 上移动, 则相应地, 处于亮屏状态或暗屏状态的区域也向上移动了 (显示 效果如图 3M ( b ) 所示) , 因为这些区域是对应于显示对象 302的。
如图 3N 所示, 是在屏幕上直接进行选择的情况, 具体地, 用户选择 了屏幕的右下角的触摸区域 318 , 则当用户在图 3N ( a ) 所示的初始状态 下, 向上移动显示页面时, 该触摸区域 318始终位于屏幕的右下角, 并保 持暗屏状态 (显示效果如图 3N ( b ) 所示) 。 由于很多网页都喜欢在页面 右下角弹出广告等, 因此, 通过这种方式, 可以实现对广告的智能过滤。
具体地, 对触摸区域 318进行选择时, 也存在多种情况, 包括: 第一种情况下, 如图 30 所示, 用户直接在终端的屏幕上划出触摸轨 迹 320, 该触摸轨迹 320构成一封闭图形, 则该封闭图形的内部区域(即 图中的阴影区域)被判定为触摸区域 318。
第二种情况下, 如图 3P 所示, 有时用户希望进行处理的区域可能很 小, 不利于通过第一种情况的方式进行区域的选择, 则采用该方式。 具体 地, 由于用户在通过手指 (或手写笔等) 在屏幕上滑动时, 在屏幕上产生 了对应的触摸面, 则终端将手指与屏幕发生接触的触摸面作为触摸区域 318 , 并随着触摸轨迹 320 的产生, 扩大触摸区域 318的面积。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案, 考虑到在相关技术中, 终端的屏幕必须整体亮起或暗下, 显示的诸多内容中包含很多无用信息, 既干扰视线, 又浪费电池电量。 因此, 本发明提供了一种终端和一种屏幕 背光的控制方法, 可以对终端的屏幕背光进行分区域控制, 减少屏幕中处 于亮屏状态的区域面积, 降低终端的功耗。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
屏幕处理单元, 用于对所述终端的屏幕界面上的指定区域进行亮屏或 暗屏处理, 对其他区域进行暗屏或亮屏处理, 其中,
所述指定区域为所述终端的当前显示内容中的指定显示对象在所述屏 幕界面上对应的区域, 或为所述屏幕界面上被用户选中的区域。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
关联设置单元, 用于根据接收到的关联设置命令, 在显示对象类型与 所述终端中的情景模式和 /或应用程序和 /或应用功能界面之间设置关联关 系; 以及
类型选择单元, 用于根据所述终端的当前显示内容所处的情景模式和 /或应用程序和 /或应用功能界面, 选择相关联的显示对象类型, 以由所述 屏幕处理单元将所述当前显示内容中与该相关联的显示对象类型对应的显 示对象作为所述指定显示对象。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
对象选择单元, 用于根据检测到的选择动作, 从所述终端的当前显示 内容中实时选择出所述指定显示对象。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
类型获取单元, 用于获取所述指定显示对象的类型, 并根据该类型确 定所述终端的当前显示内容中所有属于同类型的其他显示对象, 以由所述 屏幕处理单元对所述其他显示对象在所述屏幕界面上对应的区域进行所述 亮屏或暗屏处理。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
控件设置单元, 用于在所述终端的屏幕界面上设置对应于至少一种类 型的显示对象的功能控件; 以及
控件选择单元, 用于根据所述选择动作对所述功能控件进行选择, 以 由所述屏幕处理单元将被选中的功能控件对应的显示对象作为所述指定显 示对象。
6. 根据权利要求 3 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端的当前显示 内容中的每个显示对象在所述屏幕界面上均存在对应的显示区块, 则所述 终端还包括:
位置获取单元, 用于获取所述选择动作在所述屏幕界面上对应的触发 位置, 以由所述屏幕处理单元将所述触发位置所处的显示区块对应的显示 对象作为所述指定显示对象。
7. 根据权利要求 3所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
区域生成单元, 用于根据所述选择动作在所述屏幕界面上形成的选择 轨迹, 生成相应的选择区域, 以由所述屏幕处理单元将所述选择区域对应 的显示对象作为所述指定显示对象。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
轨迹生成单元, 用于根据检测到的触摸动作, 在所述屏幕界面上形成 对应的触摸轨迹, 以由所述屏幕处理单元对所述屏幕界面上对应于所述触 摸轨迹的触摸区域进行所述亮屏或暗屏处理。
9. 根据权利要求 1 至 8 中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
动作处理单元, 用于在所述终端检测到针对所述屏幕界面上处于暗屏 状态的区域的操作动作的情况下, 使得该区域退出所述暗屏状态, 或不对 该操作动作进行响应。
10. 一种屏幕背光的控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
步骤 202 , 对终端的屏幕界面上的指定区域进行亮屏或暗屏处理, 对 其他区域进行暗屏或亮屏处理, 其中,
所述指定区域为所述终端的当前显示内容中的指定显示对象在所述屏 幕界面上对应的区域, 或为所述屏幕界面上被用户选中的区域。
11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的屏幕背光的控制方法, 其特征在于, 在 所述步骤 202之前, 还包括:
根据接收到的关联设置命令, 在显示对象类型与所述终端中的应用程 序和 /或应用功能界面之间设置关联关系; 以及
所述步骤 202包括: 根据所述终端的当前显示内容所处的情景模式和 /或应用程序和 /或应 用功能界面, 选择相关联的显示对象类型, 并将所述当前显示内容中与该 相关联的显示对象类型对应的显示对象作为所述指定显示对象。
12. 根据权利要求 10 所述的屏幕背光的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所 述步骤 202还包括:
根据检测到的选择动作, 从所述终端的当前显示内容中实时选择出所 述指定显示对象。
13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的屏幕背光的控制方法, 其特征在于, 还 包括:
获取所述指定显示对象的类型, 以确定所述终端的当前显示内容中所 有属于同类型的其他显示对象;
对所述其他显示对象在所述屏幕界面上对应的区域进行所述亮屏或暗 屏处理。
14. 根据权利要求 12 所述的屏幕背光的控制方法, 其特征在于, 还 包括:
在所述终端的屏幕界面上设置对应于至少一种类型的显示对象的功能 控件; 以及
实时选择出所述指定显示对象的步骤包括:
根据所述选择动作对所述功能控件进行选择, 并将被选中的功能控件 对应的显示对象作为所述指定显示对象。
15. 根据权利要求 12 所述的屏幕背光的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所 述终端的当前显示内容中的每个显示对象在所述屏幕界面上均存在对应的 显示区块, 则实时选择出所述指定显示对象的步骤包括:
获取所述选择动作在所述屏幕界面上对应的触发位置;
将所述触发位置所处的显示区块对应的显示对象作为所述指定显示对
16. 根据权利要求 12 所述的屏幕背光的控制方法, 其特征在于, 实 时选择出所述指定显示对象的步骤包括: 根据所述选择动作在所述屏幕界面上形成的选择轨迹, 生成相应的选 择区域;
将所述选择区域对应的显示对象作为所述指定显示对象。
17. 根据权利要求 10 所述的屏幕背光的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所 述步骤 202包括:
根据检测到的触摸动作, 在所述屏幕界面上形成对应的触摸轨迹; 对所述屏幕界面上对应于所述触摸轨迹的触摸区域进行所述亮屏或暗 屏处理。
18. 根据权利要求 10至 17中任一项所述的屏幕背光的控制方法, 其 特征在于, 在所述步骤 202之后, 还包括:
若检测到针对所述屏幕界面上处于暗屏状态的区域的操作动作, 则使 得该区域退出所述暗屏状态, 或不对该操作动作进行响应。
