Abstract

一种利于快速种植的包覆式花盆,由一侧连接在一体的两半筒体(1、2)所组成,两半筒体同一端面上各开设有一缺口(10、20),另一端面上则以辐射状开设有复数个排水孔(11、21),两筒体壁上平均整齐开设有复数个排水孔(12、22)。由于两半筒体的设计,可以方便、快速且能平均均匀地填装培养土及种植花卉或植物,可通过塑胶材本身具有可弯折性,使两半筒体非连接在一体的侧面可对接,令两半筒体能迅速组成一柱状花盆。

利于快速种植的包覆式花盆构造
技术领域
本发明提供一种花盆构造, 特别是提供一种包覆式花盆容器新构造。 背景技术
按专利法第 1条规定: "为鼓励、 保护、 利用发明与创作, 以促进产业 发展, 特制定本法。 " 因此, 一件具有改进传统缺点且实用性高的产品, 其 间不管创作度高低如何,或者采用的技术手段如何,只要对该特定物品而言, 能够令其达到所预期的创作目的及功效, 即应算是具有专利价值的创作, 同 时也应获准其应得的专利权, 如是, 才符合我国专利法立法的宗旨。
花盆主要作为种植花卉或植物用的容器。 现有泛用的花盆构造, 大多为 一体成型的固定型体, 于其中凹设有一容纳空间, 容纳空间底面开设一排水 孔, 这种固定型体, 其容积相对地等于其于携带上所存在的体积, 因此, 难 免会占据一定的空间, 且同时多半不具备有可折卸而达到縮减体积的特性。 此外, 由于现有的花盆皆为不可折卸的一体成型固定型体, 因此其种植花卉 或植物前只能在同一盆体内填入八分满的种植土后, 再于种植土上挖适当的 深度孔种植花苗或植苗; 需要更换种植土壤时, 又必须利用挖土用具一一将 盆内的土壤铲除出来, 不仅种植速度缓慢而且造成更换种植土壤作业牦时费 工的问题。 因此, 确实有再改进的必要。
有鉴于上述现有泛用花盆构造既存已久的缺陷, 本申请的发明人根据数 十年的实际从业经验, 积极研究与改良, 经多次以样品实际测试修正后, 最 终获得本发明。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的, 即在于提供一种花盆构造, 特别是提供一种利于快 速种植的包覆式花盆构造。
本发明的再一目的, 在于提供一种可于花盆内快速且能均匀施以各种培 养土并有利于快速种植的包覆式花盆构造。
本发明主要由一侧连接在一体的两半筒体所组成, 其同一端面上各开设 有一缺口, 另一端面上则以辐射状开设有复数个排水孔及于两筒体壁上均匀 开设有复数个排水孔, 通过两半筒体的设计, 以方便、 快速且能平均均匀地 填装培养土及种植花卉或植物, 并可通过塑胶材本身具可弯折性, 使两半筒 体非连接在一体的侧面可对接, 令两半筒体能迅速组成一柱状花盆。
优选地, 其中两半筒体的非连接边侧上至少设有一扣环及倒勾块, 扣环 与倒勾块相互卡合, 使上述两半筒体能迅速对接组成一柱状花盆, 同时也使 上述两半筒体端面上的两缺口连接成一裁植口,该裁植口提供植物生长之处。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明的利于快速种植的包覆式花盆构造能够在填 装培养土及种植作业上更为方便、 快速且更能有效均匀地施肥。 附图说明

具体实施方式
请参阅第 1〜2图所示, 为本发明的立体外观图及俯视图。 由图式可知, 本发明主要由一侧连接在一起的两半筒体 1, 2所组成, 该两半筒体 1, 2同 一端面上各开设有一缺口 10, 20, 而另一端面上则以辐射状方式开设有复数 个排水孔 11, 21, 两筒体壁上均匀开设有复数个排水孔 12, 22; 此外, 两半 筒体 1, 2的非连接边侧上至少设有一倒勾块 13及扣环 23, 一筒体分成左右 两半筒体 1, 2的结构特征, 使其在填装培养土及种植作业上更为方便、快速 且更能有效均匀施肥。
请继参阅第 3图所示, 为本发明左右两半筒体对接成一柱状花盆外观示 意图。利用两半筒体 1, 2边侧上的倒勾块 13与扣环 23相互卡合, 使两半筒 体 1, 2能迅速对接组成一柱状花盆, 同时也使两半筒体端面上的两缺口 10, 20连接成一裁植口 3, 该裁植口 3提供给植物生长之处。 综上论述, 可见本发明 "利于快速种植的包覆式花盆构造", 一筒体分成 左右两半筒体的结构特征,使其在承装或更换培养土及种植作业上更为方便、 快速且更能有效均匀施肥, 因此, 本发明不仅能完全杜绝常用花盆的缺陷, 同时还可令各种培养土或有机土均匀分布于花盆内, 其产生的功效与预期目 的完全符合, 且整体技术手段新颖创新, 极具实用及进歩性, 为一合理的新 型创作, 诚应与专利法所定的新型专利要件 "进歩性"、 "创新性"及 "实用 性" 吻合, 爰依法具文提请钧局审查核可, 并盼极早准予其专利权, 以嘉慰 创作人的研创苦心, 更维申请人应得权益, 实感德便。
虽然本发明已经以较佳实例揭露如上, 但其并非限定本发明, 任何熟悉 此技艺的人, 在不脱离本发明的精神与原则下对本发明进行的变更与修改, 皆应涵盖于申请专利范围所界定的范畴中。

权利要求书
1 . 一种利于快速种植的包覆式花盆构造, 主要由一侧连接在一体的两半 筒体所组成, 其同一端面上各开设有一缺口, 另一端面上则以辐射状开设有 复数个排水孔及于两筒体壁上平均整齐开设有复数个排水孔, 通过两半筒体 的设计, 以方便、 快速且能平均均匀地填装培养土及方便种植花卉或植物, 并可通过塑胶材料本身具可弯折性,使两半筒体非连接在一体的侧面可对接, 令两半筒体能迅速组成一柱状花盆。
2. 如申请专利范围第 1项所述的利于快速种植的包覆式花盆构造, 其中 两半筒体的非连接边侧上至少设有一扣环及倒勾块,扣环与倒勾块相互卡合, 使上述两半筒体能迅速对接组成一柱状花盆, 同时也使上述两半筒体端面上 的两缺口连接成一裁植口, 该裁植口提供植物生长之处。
