Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif à utiliser dans le traitement photodynamique d'une cavité corporelle ou d'un organe creux du corps, comme la vessie, et l'utilisation d'un tel dispositif dans le traitement photodynamique d'anomalies, de troubles ou de maladies des surfaces internes de la cavité corporelle ou de l'organe creux, comme la vessie. Le dispositif comprend : une structure extensible pour insertion dans le corps, la structure extensible étant agencée pour être placée dans la cavité corporelle ou l'organe creux, de sorte que l'extension de la structure résulte en une distension mécanique de la cavité corporelle ou de l'organe creux, et la structure extensible étant agencée de sorte que la lumière émise dans la cavité corporelle ou l'organe creux, lorsqu'il ou elle a été détendu par l'extension de la structure extensible, irradie une surface interne de la cavité corporelle ou de l'organe creux.
