一种 LED吸顶灯
技术领域
本发明是涉及一种灯具, 尤其指一种吸顶灯。 技术背景
LED ( Light Emitting Diode) 灯具有寿命长、 光效高、 抗冲击、 低能耗 等等优点, 属于绿色的节能环保照明, 现已广泛应用于照明与装饰领域, 并 且随着各国政府的鼓励和推广, LED灯越来越普及且有逐渐替换传统照明的 趋势。
吸顶灯是一种普遍使用的灯具, 常用于卧室、 客厅等等。 传统的 LED 吸顶灯有很多是将具有 LED灯珠的印刷电路板作为光源板, 然后将驱动电 源安装于光源板中间, 这样的 LED吸顶灯的光源板中心就具有一个很大的 圆形缺口以提供空间供驱动电源穿过。 然而这样的 LED吸顶灯由于中心缺 口较大, 会使得光线无法均匀分布而造成吸顶灯面罩上出现暗影区域(即面 罩中心由于通过的光线较少, 形成出一片较暗的区域)。
因此, 为了克服上述缺陷, 有必要提供一种改进的 LED吸顶灯。 发明概要
本发明的目的在于提供一种灯罩中心不会出现暗影区域的 LED吸顶灯。 为了实现上述目的, 本发明采用如下技术方案: 一种 LED吸顶灯, 包 括外壳、 驱动电源、 LED光源板、 以及与外壳相组装的灯罩, 所述 LED吸 顶灯还包括支撑件, 所述支撑件位于所述外壳内部并位于所述外壳与所述 LED光源板之间使得所述 LED光源板与所述外壳之间形成一定的距离, 所 述驱动电源位于所述外壳与所述光源板之间。
相较于现有技术, 本发明 LED吸顶灯具有以下优点: 光线在灯罩上分
布均匀, 使得灯罩上不会出现暗影区域。

参照图 1至图 5所示, 本发明 LED吸顶灯 100包括灯罩 1、 LED光源 板 3、 外壳 4、 位于外壳 4与光源板 3之间的支撑件 5、 驱动电源 6以及接 线盒 7。
外壳 4包括安装面 41和组装面 42。组装面 42自安装面 41延伸,且与 安装面 41形成一定的角度。 组装面 42包覆在安装面 41周围形成一容纳空 间 43。 接线盒 7安装于外壳 4的安装面 41上, 且一部分位于组装面 42的 容纳空间 43中, 一部分突出容纳空间 43外。
支撑件 5呈中空结构且分别与 LED光源板 3和外壳 4相连。 支撑件 5 包括若干独立的支架 51, 支架 51均匀分布于外壳 4的容纳空间 43中。 本 实施例中, 外壳 4的安装面 41为圆形, 组装面 42为环绕安装面 41的空心 环, 因此, 支架 51 自安装面 41靠近圆心的位置向圆周发散排布, 使得两两 支架 51之间靠近圆心的一端距离较近, 靠近圆周的一端距离较远。 支架 51 包括 U形的主体部 510以及自主体部 510末端分别向相反方向延伸的安装 部 512。 支架 51通过安装部 512固定于外壳 4的安装面 41上。 光源板 3 通过支撑件 5的支撑, 与外壳 4的安装面 41之间形成一定的距离。 其他实 施例中, 支架 51可以根据需要设计为其他形状, 只要能够稳定支撑 LED光 源板 3即可, 支架 51的排布方式也可以根据需要改变只要能稳定支撑 LED
光源板 3即可。 驱动电源 6固定于外壳 4的安装面 41上。 本实施例中, 其 中一个支架 51跨接驱动电源 6两侧的安装面 41使得驱动电源 6位于支架 51与外壳 4的安装面 41之间。光源板 3位于支撑件 5的一侧而外壳 4的安 装面 41位于支撑件 5的另一侧, 而驱动电源 6位于支撑件 5和外壳 4的安 装面 41之间, 因此光源板 3与驱动电源 6相对于外壳 4的安装面 41位于 不同高度。
光源板 3的中心具有一幵口 31,开口 31的边缘线 310具有若干沿边缘 线 310分布的 LED灯珠 8, 灯珠 8排布的密集程度以在灯罩上不产生黑斑 即暗区为准。 所谓暗区, 即 LED吸顶灯在亮灯状态下, 灯罩上看起来相对 暗的区域。 从正对 LED光源板 3的灯珠 8—面的方向看, 无法看到驱动电 源 6。 本实施例中, 光源板 3为圆形, 直径为 470mm, 而开口 31的直径为 90mm, 开口 31边缘线 310周围分布 11颗 LED灯珠, 其他实施例中也可 以根据需要改变光源板 3和开口 31的形状以及灯珠排布的方式。
灯罩 1包括组装部 10、 面罩 12、 以及连接组装部 10和面罩 12的连接 部 13。 灯罩 1沿组装方向安装到外壳 4上。 组装部 10与外壳 4的组装面 42相配合, 组装部 10组装于外壳 4的组装面 42的内部。 本实施例中, 灯 罩 1为一个顶面比较平缓的弧形灯罩, 从灯罩 1的横截面看, 面罩 12为半 径为 1434mm的圆弧, 组装部 10为与面罩 12形成一定角度的直线, 连接 部 13包括半径为 30mm与面罩 12连接的弧形 130以及连接弧形和组装部 10的直线 132。 灯罩 1 的高度为 98mm。 在垂直于横截面的平面上, 沿组 装方向画同心圆, 能将连接部 13完全圈在内部的圆, 半径大于能够将组装 部 10完全圈在内部的圆的半径。 其他实施例中, 灯罩 1也可以根据需要调 整形状。
本实施例中, 吸顶灯 100还包括反光板 2, 反光板 2固定于 LED光源 板 3上, LED灯珠 8穿过 LED光源板 3。 反光板 2中心具有开口 21, 开口 21与 LED光源板 3对应使得 反光板 2可以容纳接线盒 7位于其中心。
Claims
1. 一种 LED吸顶灯, 包括外壳、 驱动电源、 LED光源板、 以及与外壳相组 装的灯罩, 所述 LED吸顶灯还包括支撑件, 所述支撑件位于所述外壳内部, 且位于所述外壳和 LED光源板之间从而使得所述外壳和 LED光源板之间形 成用于容纳所述驱动电源的容纳空间。
2. 如权利要求 1所述 LED吸顶灯,所述支撑件呈中空结构且分别与所述 LED 光源板和所述外壳相连。
3. 如权利要求 2所述 LED吸顶灯, 所述支撑件包括若干独立的支架, 所述 支架均匀分布于所述外壳中。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的 LED吸顶灯, 所述外壳包括安装面以及与所述灯罩 相组装的组装面,所述支撑件安装于所述安装面,所述每一支架包括 U形的 主体部以及自主体部末端分别向相反方向延伸的安装部,所述支架的安装部 固定于所述外壳的安装面上。
5. 如权利要求 1所述 LED吸顶灯, 所述 LED光源板的中心具有一开口, 开 口的边缘线具有若干沿边缘线分布的 LED灯珠, 灯珠排布的密集程度以在 灯罩上不产生暗区为准。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的 LED吸顶灯, 还包括接线盒, 所述接线盒与所述外 壳的安装面相组装且穿过所述 LED光源板的开口。
7. 一种 LED吸顶灯, 包括外壳、 驱动电源、 LED光源板、 以及与外壳相组 装的灯罩, 所述 LED光源板上具有一开口, 所述开口的边缘线具有若干临 近边缘线分布的 LED灯珠, 所述开口边缘线周围的灯珠排布的密集程度以 在所述灯罩上不产生暗区为准。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的 LED吸顶灯, 还包括支撑件, 所述支撑件位于所述 外壳内部并位于所述外壳和 LED光源板之间从而使得所述外壳和 LED光源 板之间形成用于容纳所述驱动电源的容纳空间, 且从正对所述 LED光源板 的灯珠一面的方向看, 无法看到所述驱动电源。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的 LED吸顶灯, 所述支撑件呈中空结构且分别与所述 LED光源板和所述外壳相连, 且包括若干独立的支架。
10. 如权利要求 8所述的 LED吸顶灯,所述支架均匀分布于所述外壳中,所 述外壳包括安装面以及与所述灯罩相组装的组装面,所述支撑件安装于所述 安装面,所述每一支架包括 U形的主体部以及自主体部末端分别向相反方向 延伸的安装部, 所述支架的安装部固定于所述外壳的安装面上。
