Abstract

The invention provides a method of transmitting signaling of device-to-device communication in a cellular network. Particularly the invention provides a method of transmitting an HARQ of device-to-device communication in a cellular network. With the HARQ transmission solution of the invention, HARQ transmission can be performed effectively while maintaining backward compatibility.
