Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种资源下载方法, 包括:
业务服务器根据从手机客户端获取的所述手机客户端的 IP地址确定所 述手机客户端所在的地理区域和所述手机客户端所属的运营商;
根据所述地理区域及所述运营商确定下载服务器的 IP地址; 以及 将所述下载服务器的 IP地址发送给所述手机客户端,以实现资源下载。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的下载方法, 其中, 根据所述地理位置区域及 所述运营商确定下载服务器的 IP地址包括:
所述业务服务器获取所述地理区域内的一个或多个下载服务器; 以及 所述业务服务器从所述一个或多个下载服务器中确定为所述运营商提 供下载服务的下载服务器的 IP地址。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的资源下载方法, 其中, 根据所述手机客 户端的 IP地址确定所述手机客户端所在的地理区域和所述手机客户端所属 的运营商包括:
所述业务服务器查找各运营商的 IP地址段, 确定包含所述手机客户端 的 IP地址的地址段对应的运营商为所述手机客户端所属的运营商; 以及 所述业务服务器根据为所述运营商的 IP地址段分配的区域确定所述手 机客户端的 IP地址所在的地理区域为所述手机客户端所在的地理区域。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的资源下载方法, 还包括: 所述业务服务 器接收所述手机客户端发送的链接请求, 所述链接请求中包括所述手机客 户端的互联网协议 IP地址。
5、 一种资源下载方法, 包括:
手机客户端向业务服务器发送所述手机客户端的互联网协议 IP地址; 以及
所述手机客户端接收所述业务服务器反馈的下载服务器的 IP地址, 以 实现资源下载, 其中所述下载服务器的 IP地址是根据所述手机客户端所在 的地理区域和所述手机客户端所属的运营商确定的, 所述手机客户端所在 的地理区域和所述手机客户端所属的运营商是根据所述手机客户端的 IP地 址确定的。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的资源下载方法, 还包括: 所述手机客户端向 业务服务器发送链接请求, 所述链接请求中包括所述手机客户端的互联网 协议 IP地址。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的资源下载方法, 还包括: 所述手机客户端根 据所述下载服务器的 IP地址确定下载地址, 实现资源下载。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的资源下载方法, 其中, 所述手机客户端根据 所述下载服务器的 IP地址确定下载地址包括: 若所述下载服务器的 IP地址中只有一个下载服务器的 IP地址,则将所 述下载服务器的 IP地址替换带域名的下载地址中的域名, 得到所述下载地 址; 以及
若所述下载服务器的 IP地址中有至少一个下载服务器的 IP地址,则从 所述至少一个下载服务器的 IP地址中任意选择一个下载服务器的 IP地址替 换带域名的下载地址中的域名, 得到所述下载地址。
9、 一种业务服务器, 包括:
第一确定模块, 用于根据从手机客户端接收的所述手机客户端的 IP地 址确定所述手机客户端所在的地理区域和所述手机客户端所属的运营商; 第二确定模块, 用于根据所述地理区域及所述运营商确定下载服务器 的 IP地址; 以及
发送模块, 用于将所述下载服务器的 IP地址发送给所述手机客户端。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的业务服务器, 其中, 所述第二确定模块包 括:
获取模块, 用于获取所述地理区域内的一个或多个下载服务器; 以及 地址确定模块, 用于从所述一个或多个下载服务器中确定为所述运营 商提供下载服务的下载服务器的 IP地址。
11、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的业务服务器, 其中, 所述第一确定模 块包括: 查找模块, 用于查找各运营商的 IP地址段, 确定包含所述手机客户端 的 IP地址的地址段对应的运营商为所述手机客户端的运营商; 以及
区域确定模块, 用于按照所述运营商的 IP地址段分配的区域确定所述 手机客户端的 IP地址所在的地理区域为所述手机客户端所在的地理区域。
12、 根据权利要求 9所述的业务服务器, 还包括: 接收模块, 用于接 收所述手机客户端发送的链接请求, 所述链接请求中包含所述手机客户端 的互联网协议 IP地址。
13、 一种手机客户端, 包括:
发送模块, 用于向业务服务器发送所述手机客户端的互联网协议 IP地 址; 以及
接收模块, 用于接收所述业务服务器反馈的下载服务器的 IP地址, 其 中所述下载服务器的 IP地址是根据所述手机客户端所在的地理区域和所述 手机客户端所属的运营商确定的, 所述手机客户端所在的地理区域和所述 手机客户端所属的运营商是根据所述手机客户端的 IP地址确定的。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的手机客户端, 其中, 所述发送模块被配置 为向业务服务器发送链接请求, 所述链接请求包括所述手机客户端的互联 网协议 IP地址。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的手机客户端, 还包括确定模块, 用于根据 所述下载服务器的 IP地址确定下载地址, 实现资源下载。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的手机客户端, 其中, 所述确定模块包括: 第一确定模块, 用于若所述下载服务器的 IP地址中只有一个下载服务 器的 IP地址,则将所述下载服务器的 IP地址替换带域名的下载地址中的域 名, 得到所述下载地址; 以及
第二确定模块, 用于若所述下载服务器的 IP地址中有至少一个下载服 务器的 IP地址,则从所述至少一个下载服务器的 IP地址中任意选择一个下 载服务器的 IP地址替换带域名的下载地址中的域名, 得到所述下载地址。
17、 一种资源下载系统, 包括:
如权利要求 9至 10任一项所述的业务服务器,
如权利要求 13至 15任一项所述的手机客户端,
下载服务器。
