本发明涉及一种灯具, 尤其涉及一种照明灯具。 背景技术
目前, 市场上的 LED灯具一般采用直下式结构, 即 LED光源设置在反 射底板上, 灯具的出光口设有扩散面板, 光源发出的光从扩散面板射出。 一 款 LED灯具只能适用一种具体的光源, 无法根据实际需要替换光源, 适应 性较差。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种照明灯具。
为了解决以上技术问题, 本发明的照明灯具包括外壳和光源组件, 所述 光源组件安装在所述外壳内, 所述光源组件包括控光部件、 发光部件和用于 连接所述控光部件和发光部件的支架。
优选地, 所述支架包括外环、 内环和连接所述外环和所述内环的顶面。 优选地, 所述控光部件卡接在所述内环的前端。
优选地, 所述内环的内侧面的前端设有挡圈, 所述内环的内侧面还设有 卡扣, 所述控光部件可拆卸地卡装在所述挡圈与所述卡扣之间。

本发明的工作原理是这样的:通过设置连接所述控光部件和发光部件的 支架, 并把控光部件、 发光部件和支架做成一个组件, 再将这个组件安装到 灯具的外壳上, 当更换不同类型或者功率的发光部件时, 只需更换跟新的发 光部件相匹配的控光部件, 并用原有的支架将新的发光部件和控光部件连 接, 做成新的光源组件安装到原有的外壳上。 总之, 只需在更换发光部件时 更换与之相匹配的控光部件,灯具的其他部件都不需更换即能做出适应各种 需要的灯具, 例如, 做出不同功率的灯具, 或者不同配光功能的灯具, 非常 实用, 并且通过将光源组件化, 安装更加简单、 方便。 附图说明

如图 1-7所示, 作为本发明的一种实施例的照明灯具, 包括外壳 1和光 源组件,所述光源组件安装在所述外壳 1内,所述光源组件包括控光部件 2、 发光部件和用于连接所述控光部件 2和发光部件的支架 6。 如图 2所示, 所 述光源组件通过螺钉 100锁定在所述外壳 1上, 从而实现光源组件与外壳 1 的可拆卸连接。 在本实施例中, 所述照明灯具为筒灯, 所述外壳 1为筒灯的 筒状外壳, 所述发光部件包括 LED光源 3和用于支撑所述 LED光源 3的基 板 5。 所述光源组件包括控光部件 2、 发光部件和用于连接所述控光部件 2 和发光部件的支架 6。 所述支架 6包括外环 62、 内环 61和连接所述外环 62 和所述内环 61的顶面 64, 所述光源组件还设有遮盖所述支架 6的顶面 64 的装饰部件 8, 通过设置装饰部件 8, 可以遮盖所述螺钉 100, 对螺钉 100 起到一定的防护作用, 防止螺钉生锈, 并且更加美观。 所述控光部件 2卡接 在所述内环 61的前端, 需要说明的是, 所述内环 61的靠近所述顶面 64的 一端为所述内环 61的前端, 另一端为后端。 在本实施例中, 所述内环 61的 内侧面的前端设有挡圈 65, 所述内环 61的内侧面还设有卡扣 63, 所述控光 部件 2可拆卸地卡装在所述挡圈 65与所述卡扣 63之间, 这样, 所述控光部 件 2就牢固并且可拆卸地安装于所述支架 6上。 安装时, 只需从所述支架 6 的后端把控光部件 2放入内环 61, 稍用力便可将控光部件 2推入所述挡圈 65跟卡扣 63之间, 从而实现控光部件 2的安装。 所述发光部件压装在所述 支架 6的后端, 需要说明的是, 所述支架 6的靠近含有顶面 64的一端为前
端, 另一端为后端。 在本实施例中, 所述发光部件包括 LED光源 3和用于 安装所述 LED光源 3的基板 5, 所述基板 5抵靠在所述内环 61的后端。 所 述支架 6与所述发光部件之间设有定位结构, 所述定位结构包括设置于所述 支架 6上的定位柱 68和设置于所述基板 5上的跟所述定位柱 68配合的定位 孔 52,通过设置定位结构, 实现所述支架 6跟所述发光部件之间的定位以及 初步连接。 所述光源组件通过螺钉 100锁定在所述外壳 1上, 所述支架 6上 设有螺钉孔 66, 螺钉 100穿过所述螺钉孔 66将所述光源组件安装在所述外 壳 1上。所述光源组件还设有遮盖所述支架 6的顶面 64的装饰部件 8,所述 装饰部件 8和所述支架 6通过旋转卡接的方式连接,所述装饰部件 8包括端 面 81和连接于所述端面 81边缘的连接环 82, 所述连接环 82的内侧面设有 卡扣 83, 所述支架 6的外环 62的外侧面设有卡槽 67, 所述卡扣 83与所述 卡槽 67配合以连接所述支架 6和装饰部件 8。所述发光部件的基板 5上还设 有接线部件 51, 所述支架 6上设有用于容纳所述接线部件 51的缺口 69。
如图 4所示, 当本发明的照明灯具采用的发光部件的 LED颗粒数较多 时, 只需采用平板状的扩散面罩作为控光部件 2, 即可起到使光线均匀的作 用。如图 8-9所示, 当本发明的照明灯具采用的发光部件的 LED颗粒数较少 时,采用球面形的扩散面罩作为控光部件 2, 可以有效增大 LED跟控光部件 2之间的距离, 起到使光线均匀的作用。 如图 10-11所示, 适用于本实施例 的照明灯具的第三种光源组件的发光部件和控光部件 2跟前述的光源组件的 发光部件和控光部件不同, 而支架 6和装饰部件 8跟前述的光源组件完全相 同, 其 LED芯片较为密集地集成在基板上, 控光部件 2采用透镜进行配光, 另外还设有一个反射器 9, 该透镜可以起到聚光作用, 有效减少眩光, 反射 器 9可以提高光效。 总之, 这三种光源组件的支架 6相同, 仅控光部件 2随 着 LED光源的变换而稍作变换, 都可跟相同的支架 6组成光源组件装配到 外壳 1上构成照明灯具使用。
本发明的工作原理是这样的:通过设置连接所述控光部件和发光部件的
支架, 并把控光部件、 发光部件和支架做成一个组件, 再将这个组件安装到 灯具的外壳上, 当更换不同类型或者功率的发光部件时, 只需更换跟新的发 光部件相匹配的控光部件, 并用原有的支架将新的发光部件和控光部件连 接, 做成新的光源组件安装到原有的外壳上。 总之, 只需在更换发光部件时 更换与之相匹配的控光部件, 灯具的其他部件都不需更换即能做出适应各种 需要的灯具, 例如, 做出不同功率的灯具, 或者不同配光功能的灯具, 非常 实用, 并且通过将光源组件化, 安装更加简单、 方便。

1、 一种照明灯具, 包括外壳和光源组件, 所述光源组件安装在所述外 壳内, 所述光源组件包括控光部件、 发光部件和用于连接所述控光部件和 所述发光部件的支架。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述支架包括 外环、 内环和连接所述外环和所述内环的顶面。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述控光部件 卡接在所述内环的前端。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述内环的内 侧面的前端设有挡圈, 所述内环的内侧面还设有卡扣, 所述控光部件可拆 卸地卡装在所述挡圈与所述卡扣之间。
