Description

一种背光模组及液晶显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明属于液晶显示领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种背光模组及液晶显示装 置。
【背景技术】
现有技术中液晶显示装置一般包括液晶显示面板和背光模组, 由于液晶显 示面板不能发光, 所以需要由背光模组提供发光均匀的面光源, 侧光式背光模 组的光源一般为灯条, 由于灯条发热量较高, 所以需要设置灯条散热件以提高 散热效率。 灯条的发光面与导光板的入光面之间的距离被称为耦光距离, 是重 要的光学参数, 当耦光距离发生改变时, 背光模组的光学性能会跟着改变, 为 了提高背光模组的光学品味, 需要严格控制耦光距离, 如图 1 所示, 现有技术 中采用的方法是在灯条 1上设置金属块 4, 金属块 4与导光板 3的入光面接触, 通过设计金属块 4的厚度来控制灯条 1与导光板 3之间的耦光距离, 但是由于 金属块是通过贴片技术固定在灯条上, 结合强度较低, 往往不牢固, 在背光模 组受到外力沖击时容易脱落, 从而失去控制耦光距离的作用; 另外灯条为电子 类零件, 被用作结构件时, 容易产生变形, 从而影响电学性能。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种背光模组及液晶显示装置, 所述背 光模组在受到较大外力沖击时, 依然能操持稳定的耦光距离。
本发明的技术方案为: 一种背光模组, 包括: 灯条、 灯条散热件和导光板, 所述灯条与导光板之间设有耦光距离, 背光模组还包括用于控制所述耦光距离 的控制件, 所述灯条上设有通孔, 所述控制件穿过所述通孔, 所述控制件设置 在灯条散热件上, 由灯条散热件提供控制导光板位置的固定力, 所述控制件包 括一本体和一根部, 所述根部的横截面大于本体的横截面, 所述根部被夹紧在 灯条和灯条散热件之间, 所述灯条和灯条散热件之间设置有导热胶带, 所述控 制件的根部高度大于导热胶带的厚度, 所述灯条散热件上还设有凹槽, 所述控 制件的根部容置在 槽内, 所述控制件数量为两个, 分布在灯条的两端位置, 所述控制件为硬质塑料件。
本发明的另一种技术方案为: 一种背光模组, 包括灯条、 灯条散热件和导 光板, 所述灯条与导光板之间设有耦光距离, 还包括用于控制所述耦光距离的 控制件, 所述灯条上设有通孔, 所述控制件穿过所述通孔, 所述控制件设置在 灯条散热件上, 由灯条散热件提供控制导光板位置的固定力。
优选的, 所述控制件包括一本体和一根部, 所述根部的横截面大于本体的 横截面, 所述根部被夹紧在灯条和灯条散热件之间。
优选的, 所述灯条和灯条散热件之间设置有导热胶带, 所述控制件的根部 高度等于导热胶带的厚度。
优选的, 所述灯条和灯条散热件之间设置有导热胶带, 所述控制件的根部 高度大于导热胶带的厚度, 所述灯条散热件上还设有凹槽, 所述控制件的根部 容置在 槽内。 若控制件的根部高度大于导热胶带的厚度时, 就需要在灯条散 热件上设置凹槽, 以容置控制件的根部。

优选的, 所述灯条散热件上设有通孔, 所述控制件根部穿过所述通孔被铆 接在灯条散热件上。
优选的, 所述控制件数量为两个, 分布在灯条的两端位置。 用于保证灯条 与导光板之间耦光距离的均匀一致性, 不会一端宽一端窄。
优选的, 所述控制件的横截面为圓形。 因为回转体容易制作, 可以降低制 造成本。 优选的, 所述控制件为金属件或硬质塑料件。

本发明的有益效果为: 本发明背光模组上用于控制所述耦光距离的控制件 不是设置在灯条上, 而是设置在灯条散热件上, 不再让灯条承受控制导光板位 置的固定力, 而是把力转移到灯条散热件上, 灯条散热件一般为铝质挤出型材, 具有一定厚度, 强度高, 能够承受较大的固定力, 这样灯条不再受外力影响, 不易变形, 不会影响电学性能。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种液晶显示装置, 包括背光模组, 作为本发明背光模组的实 施例一, 如图 2至 4所示, 背光模组包括灯条 1、 灯条散热件 2和导光板 3 , 所 述灯条 1与导光板 3之间设有耦光距离, 背光模组还包括用于控制所述耦光距 离的控制件 5 , 所述灯条 1上设有通孔 11 , 所述控制件 5穿过所述通孔 11 , 所 述控制件 5设置在灯条散热件 2上, 由灯条散热件 2提供控制导光板 3位置的 固定力。
在本实施例中, 所述控制件 5包括一本体 51和一根部 52, 所述根部 52的 横截面大于本体 51的横截面, 所述根部 52被夹紧在灯条 1和灯条散热件 2之 间, 即使背光模组受到撞击时, 不会影响控制件的稳定性, 所述控制件 5 的本 体 51长度等于灯条 1的厚度与耦光距离之和。
本发明背光模组上用于控制所述耦光距离的控制件 5不是设置在灯条上, 而是设置在灯条散热件 2上, 不再让灯条 1承受控制导光板 3位置的固定力, 而是把力转移到灯条散热件 2上, 灯条散热件 2—般为铝质挤出型材, 具有一 定厚度, 强度高, 能够承受较大的固定力, 这样灯条 1 不再受外力影响, 不易 变形, 不会影响电学性能。
由于控制件 5是安装到背光模组中的, 所述控制件 5即可以为金属件, 也 可以为硬质塑料件。 而现有技术中, 由于采用贴片技术, 只能采用金属块, 因 为塑料件可能会在焊接过程中熔化。
在本实施例中, 所述控制件 5数量为两个, 分布在灯条 1的两端位置, 用 于保证灯条 1与导光板 3之间耦光距离的均勾一致性, 不会一端宽一端窄。 当 然, 控制件的数量可以为两个以上, 均勾地分布在灯条上。 另外所述控制件 5 的横截面为圓形, 因为回转体容易制作, 可以降低制造成本。
在本实施例中,所述灯条 1和灯条散热件 2之间设置有导热胶带 6, 当所述 控制件的根部 52高度等于导热胶带 6的厚度时, 不改动灯条散热件 2就可以把 控制件 5装配到背光模组中, 但是若控制件 5的根部 52高度大于导热胶带 6的 厚度时, 就需要在灯条散热件 2上设置凹槽 21 , 以容置控制件的根部 52。
作为本发明背光模组的实施例二, 如图 5和图 6所示, 与实施例一不同之 处在于所述控制件 5为一螺釘, 所述灯条散热件 2上设有螺纹孔 22, 所述控制 件 5螺接在螺纹孔 22处。
在本实施例中, 所述螺釘的杆体设有台阶, 所述台阶前端 53用于穿过灯条 散热件 2和灯条 1 , 所以不必设置外螺纹, 如果仍然设置螺纹, 螺紋尾端的尖角 会直接接触导光板 3 , 会损伤导光板 3; 所述台阶后端 54设有外螺纹, 用于螺 接在灯条散热件的螺纹孔 22上, 其它结构及有益效果均与实施例二一致, 此处 不再赘述。 在本实施例中, 所述控制件还可以被铆接在灯条散热件上, 控制件的根部 穿过所述通孔被铆接在灯条散热件上, 能实现同样的有益效果。

1、 一种背光模组, 包括: 灯条、 灯条散热件和导光板, 所述灯条与导光板 之间设有耦光距离, 背光模组还包括用于控制所述耦光距离的控制件, 所述灯 条上设有通孔, 所述控制件穿过所述通孔, 所述控制件设置在灯条散热件上, 由灯条散热件提供控制导光板位置的固定力, 所述控制件包括一本体和一根部, 所述根部的横截面大于本体的横截面, 所述根部被夹紧在灯条和灯条散热件之 间, 所述灯条和灯条散热件之间设置有导热胶带, 所述控制件的根部高度大于 导热胶带的厚度, 所述灯条散热件上还设有凹槽, 所述控制件的根部容置在凹 槽内, 所述控制件数量为两个, 分布在灯条的两端位置, 所述控制件为硬质塑 料件。
2、 一种背光模组, 包括: 灯条、 灯条散热件和导光板, 所述灯条与导光板 之间设有耦光距离, 背光模组还包括用于控制所述耦光距离的控制件, 所述灯 条上设有通孔, 所述控制件穿过所述通孔, 所述控制件设置在灯条散热件上, 由灯条散热件提供控制导光板位置的固定力。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述控制件包括一本体和一根 部, 所述根部的横截面大于本体的横截面, 所述根部被夹紧在灯条和灯条散热 件之间。
