Abstract

La presente invención describe una nueva formulación farmacéutica, que comprende nanopárticulas polímeras del polímero biodegradable y biocompatible ácido (lático glicólito) (PLGA) cargados con la droga pentoxifilina el método de síntesis de las nanopartículas de (PLGA) cargadas con pentoxifilina y el uso de ellas en el tratamiento efectivo del alivio del dolor crónico y para la prevención del dolor crónico mediante la administración de una dosis única.
