Abstract

The invention relates to a converter module for dimming at least one LED, said module comprising a switched/clocked converter which supplies energy to the at least one LED. The converter is actuated in borderline mode, has a passive bleed circuit connected on the input side, in order to generate a holding current for a dimmer and the converter module is designed to be controlled by a phase-controlled/Triac dimmer.
