Description

Lumber support device
The present invention relates to a lumbar support device that supports the correct posture of a seated person by pressing the back of the seated person.
Some vehicle seats have a lumbar support device.
An example of a lumbar support device has the following structure.
The seat back frame is provided with a pair of big wires which are formed by bending a spring material and extending in the vertical direction.
And, guides are provided on both sides of the warp plate that presses the back of the seated person. Each guide engages with the big wire, and the warp plate is movable in the vertical direction along the big wire. The warp plate can be raised and lowered to a desired position of the big wire.
Further, the drive unit changes the distance between the two vertical positions of the warp plate to change the degree of curvature of the warp plate, thereby changing the amount of pressure on the back of the seat seater (for example, Patent Document 1). reference).
2)Japan Special Table 2006-523105 (Fig. 2)

As shown in FIG. 1, the fish mouth spring 13 has base portions 13a and 13b. The base portions 13a and 13b are attached to the lower frame 1h by two cut and raised locking pieces 15 and 17 formed on the lower frame 1h of the seat back frame 1. The interval between the cut-and-raised pieces 15 and 17 is set wider than the interval between the lower vertical extending portions 7 h and 7 i of the big wire 7.
The fish mouth spring 13 has rising portions 13c and 13d, base facing portions 13e and 13f, torsion arm portions 13g and 13h, and an attachment portion 13i. The rising portions 13c and 13d extend upward from the ends on the right frame 1a and left frame 1b side of the seat back frame 1 of the base portions 13a and 13b. The base facing portions 13e and 13f are bent from the tip portions of the rising portions 13c and 13d and extend toward the lower vertical extending portions 7h and 7i of the big wire 7. The torsion arm portions 13g and 13h are bent from the tip portions of the base facing portions 13e and 13f and extend toward the bridging portion 7g of the big wire 7. Furthermore, in the central portion of the attachment portion 13i, there are formed arm portions 13k and 13l that intersect with the extending direction of the attachment portion 13i, and a step portion 13j that bridges the tip portions of the arm portions 13k and 13l.
That is, in the fish mouth spring 13, the base portions 13a and 13b, the rising portions 13c and 13d, and the base facing portions 13e and 13f serve as the base ends to which the torsion arm portions 13g and 13h are fixed, and the mounting portion 13i is the torsion. This corresponds to the tip of the arm portions 13g and 13h.
Next, the attachment of the base plate 11, the big wire 7, and the fish mouth spring 13 will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 is a perspective view for explaining attachment of the base plate, the fish mouth spring, and the big wire in FIG. 1, and FIG. 10 is a perspective view as seen from the direction of arrow X in FIG.
The left and right side portions of the base plate 11 are formed with two side caulking portions 11a extending in the horizontal direction, for a total of four. The side caulking portion 11 a is caulked so as to wind the lower vertical extending portions 7 h and 7 i of the big wire 7. Accordingly, the lower vertical extending portions 7 h and 7 i of the big wire 7 are attached to the base plate 11.
Two lower caulking portions 11b extending downward are formed at the bottom of the base plate 11. The lower caulking portion 11 b is caulked so as to wind the bridging portion 7 g of the big wire 7 and the attachment portion 13 i of the fish mouth spring 13. Thereby, the bridging portion 7 g of the big wire 7 and the attachment portion 13 i of the fish mouth spring 13 are attached to the base plate 11.
A substantially plate-like warping plate 23 is made of resin on the front side of the seat back of the lower vertical extending portions 7h and 7i of the big wire 7. The degree of curvature of the warp plate 23 can be changed by the drive mechanism 9.
Next, the mounting structure between the upper part of the warping plate 11 and the big wire 7 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 11 is a perspective view illustrating a mounting structure between the warp plate and the big wire shown in FIG. A hinge portion 23b that is rotatably engaged with the horizontal portions 7j and 7k of the big wire 7 is integrally formed on the upper portion of the main body 23a, which is a curved portion of the warp plate 23.
The hinge part 23b includes a hinge body 23a extending in the width direction of the seat back and a cantilever retaining part 23f. The hinge main body 23e has a groove 23d in which an opening into which the horizontal portions 7j and 7k of the big wire (seat back frame) 7 are inserted is formed. The retaining portion 23f has elasticity. The retaining portion 23f protrudes from the main body portion 23a and faces the opening of the groove 23d through the space.
In the present embodiment, the distance between the facing surface of the retaining portion 23f that opposes the hinge main body portion 23e and the opening of the groove 23d of the hinge main body portion 23e is equal to or greater than the diameter of the big wire 7 (vertical thickness). Has been. Furthermore, a protrusion 23g that protrudes in the direction of the hinge body 23e at the tip of the retaining part 23f and whose distance between the tip and the hinge body 23e is less than the diameter (the thickness in the vertical direction) of the big wire 7 is provided. Is formed.
When the horizontal portions 7j and 7k of the big wire 7 are pressed against the distal end portion of the retaining portion 23f of the hinge portion 23b and the distal end of the retaining portion 23f is bent upward, the distance between the convex portion 23g and the hinge main body portion 23e. Becomes larger than the diameter of the big wire 7. Therefore, by inserting the horizontal portions 7j and 7k of the big wire 7 into the groove 23d, the hinge portion 23b of the warping plate 23 can be attached to the horizontal portions 7j and 7k of the big wire 7.
In a natural state where no force is applied to the tip of the retaining portion 23f, the distance between the convex portion 23g of the retaining portion 23f and the hinge main body portion 23e is less than the diameter (the thickness in the vertical direction) of the big wire 7. For this reason, the horizontal portions 7j and 7k of the big wire 7 are prohibited from leaving the groove 23d to the outside.

The rod 65 passes through the first guide hole 51a of the first standing wall portion 51 of the convex portion 58 and the second guide hole 53a of the second standing wall portion 53, and is loosely fitted into the hole 23j of the mounting portion 23i of the warp plate 23. . That is, the connection between the rod 65 and the lower portion of the warp plate 23 is a hinge connection.
For this reason, the screw rod 63 is prohibited from rotating around the axis of the screw rod 63 and can be moved relative to the motor 61 along the axis. When the motor 61 is driven, the nut member in the gear box 59 rotates. The screw rod 63 screwed into the nut member moves in the axial direction with respect to the motor 61, and the rod 65 fitted to the screw rod 63 moves along the first guide hole 51a and the second guide hole 53a. Accordingly, the lower part of the warp plate 23 also moves along the first guide hole 51a and the second guide hole 53a.
In the present embodiment, the drive mechanism 9 includes a gear box 59 having a nut member, a motor 61 that rotationally drives the nut member in the gear box 59, a screw rod 63 that is screwed into the nut member in the gear box 59, and a screw rod 63. And a rod 65 for connecting the lower part of the warp plate 23, a second guide hole 53 a for the second standing wall 53 through which the rod 65 is inserted, and a first guide hole 51 a for the first standing wall 51.
Next, the reinforcing plate 101 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, and 11. 6 is a view showing a side surface of the warp plate 23 of FIG. 1, and FIG. 8 is a view for explaining the holding of the warp plate 23 and the reinforcing plate 101 of FIG.
On the back surface of the warp plate 23, two strip-shaped reinforcing plates 101 extending in the vertical direction are provided. A rectangular hole 101 a is formed in the lower portion of the reinforcing plate 101. A convex portion 23 l that engages with the hole 101 a of the reinforcing plate 101 is formed at the lower portion of the warp plate 23. Furthermore, a lower portion of the warp plate 23 includes a base portion 23m that faces the lower end surface of the reinforcing plate 101, a bent portion 23n that is bent from the tip portion of the base portion 23m and that faces the upper surface of the lower portion of the reinforcing plate 101. A convex portion 23o is formed.
The lower part of the reinforcing plate 101 is held by the warp plate 23 by the convex part 23l engaged with the hole 101a of the reinforcing plate 101 and the holding convex part 23o.
Further, the back surface of the warp plate 23 covers the peripheral surface of the reinforcing plate 101 with a space therebetween, and two guides 23p as a non-interference part that allows the reinforcing plate 101 to move in the vertical direction with respect to the warp plate 23 and one guide 23p. A guide 23q is formed.
Next, the operation of the above configuration will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5 and FIG.
The state shown in FIGS. 2 to 3 is a state in which the screw rod 63 is positioned below, the degree of curvature of the warping plate 23 is small, and the deformation is hardly deformed in the direction of pressing the back of the seated person.
From this state, when the motor 61 is driven to rotate in one direction, the nut member in the gear box 59 rotates in one direction, and the screw rod 63 rises as shown in FIG. Since the upper part of the warp plate 23 is prohibited from being raised and lowered by the hinge part 23b, the lower part of the warp plate 23 is raised as shown in FIGS. As a result, the warp plate 23 is greatly curved and presses the back of the seated person.
4-5, when the motor 61 is driven to rotate in the other direction, the nut member in the gear box 59 rotates in the other direction, the screw rod 63 descends, and the warping plate 23 The degree of curvature is reduced. As a result, the amount of deformation in the direction of pressing the back of the seat seated person is reduced.
In addition, when the warpage plate 23 is curved, the attachment portion 23 i of the warpage plate 23 is in sliding contact with the base plate 11. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the slidable contact surface 23 r of the attachment portion 23 i of the warp plate 23 is an arc surface.
Further, the convex portion 58 of the base plate 11 of the present embodiment functions as a pelvis support portion that supports the pelvis of the seated person when the lower portion of the warp plate 23 is raised.
According to the above configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Unlike the embodiment described above, when the upper part of the warp plate 23 is fixed to the big wire 7, the upper part of the warp plate 23 is fixed when a force is applied to the lower part of the warp plate 23. The force is transmitted to the big wire 7 through the fixing portion of the big wire 7 that performs. For this reason, the big wire 7 will be twisted. In order to counter the reaction force caused by the twisting of the big wire 7, the drive mechanism 9 needs to apply a large force to the warpage plate 23. For this reason, the drive mechanism 9 will be enlarged.
Therefore, according to the lumbar support device according to this embodiment described above, the upper portion of the warp plate 23 is supported so as to be rotatable with respect to the big wire 7. Furthermore, since the warpage plate 23 can be bent between the upper portion and the lower portion, even if a force is applied to the lower portion of the warpage plate 23, the force is not easily transmitted to the big wire 7 that supports the upper portion of the warpage plate 23. For this reason, it is not necessary for the drive mechanism 9 to apply a large force to the warpage plate 23 in order to curve the warpage plate 23. For this reason, the enlargement of the drive mechanism 9 can be suppressed.
(2) Since the hinge portion 23b of the warpage plate 23 is formed integrally with the warpage plate 23, the hinge portion can be realized with a simple configuration.
(3) By forming the retaining portion 23f having elasticity, the hinge portion 23b can be prevented from coming off from the big wire 7, and the big wire 7 can be easily attached to the hinge portion 23b.
(4) Since the connection between the rod 65 of the drive mechanism 9 and the warp plate 23 is a hinge connection, the connection portion between the drive mechanism 9 and the warp plate 23 is not twisted when the warp plate 23 is bent, and smooth operation is achieved. can get.
(5) Since the drive mechanism 9 for converting the rotational motion into the linear motion is composed of the screw rod 63 and the nut member, the drive unit can be miniaturized.
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment. In the above-described embodiment, the warp plate 23 is used in which the upper part is rotatably supported by the seat back frame 1 and the lower part moves in the vertical direction and can be deformed in the direction of pressing the back of the seat occupant. The warp plate may be deformable in a direction in which the lower part is rotatably supported by 1 and the upper part moves in the vertical direction and presses the back of the seat occupant.
In the above embodiment, the drive mechanism 9 uses the motor 61, but it may be manually operated.
Furthermore, the sliding surface 23r of the warp plate 23 and the base plate 11 may be configured to be in line contact.
