Abstract

A lubricating oil supply structure includes an oil pump housed in a oil pan, sprockets put on a crankshaft, a sprocket put on a cam shaft, a sprocket put on a drive shaft of the oil pump so as to be immersed in lubricating oil in the oil pan, a timing chain wound around the sprockets, a drive chain wound around the sprockets, and a chain cover housing the sprockets, the timing chain, and the drive chain, and a lubricating oil supply guide covering the sprockets from above in a circumferential direction is provided between the cylinder block and the chain cover.
