Abstract
본 발명은 남성용 팬티에 관한 것으로, 성기를 보호하는 전면부와 팬티본체로 이루어진 남성용 팬티에 있어서, 상기 전면부는, 전방을 향해 음경이 출입할 수 있는 신체출입구가 마련되는 속지와, 상기 속지의 하부에 음낭이 통과할 수 있는 홀이 형성되도록 결합되는 하부지와, 상기 속지와 하부지의 전방을 덮도록 형성되는 커버지와, 상기 속지와 커버지의 사이에 결합되며, 하단이 상기 속지의 하단에 결합되어 음경이 접촉되는 중간지를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 기술적 요지로 하는 남성용 팬티에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 남성용 팬티에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 신체 간의 밀착에 따른 습진성 질환 또는 불쾌감을 없게 한 남성용 팬티에 관한 것이다.
남성의 신체적 구조상 일반적인 팬티를 착용할 경우, 신체적 접촉에 따른 습진성 질환이나 땀이 차서 생기는 불편함이 있음은 당연하다.
이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 남성용 팬티에 관한 꾸준한 제안이 있어 왔다. 국내 특허출원 제10-2007-0021112호는 그 중 하나로서 음경과 음낭이 서로 분리된 상태로 있을 수 있도록 하는데, 이러한 기본적 원리는 특허출원 제10-2004-0039705호 등에서도 볼 수 있다.
그런데, 종래 제안된 남성용 팬티는 구성을 복잡하게 하여 가격을 상승시키거나 잦은 세탁시 원래의 기능이 저하되어 금방 버려지는 경우가 많았다. 또한 착용시 쉽게 눈에 띠기 때문에 공중목욕탕, 헬쓰장 또는 수영장 등에서 탈의 시에 타인의 시선에 신경을 써야 하는 불편함이 있다. 이 때문에 널리 확산되지 못하고 있기도 하다.
위와 같은 문제에 대한 본 발명의 목적은 음경과 음낭 사이에 통기가 원활하게 이루어지도록 하는 남성용 팬티를 제공하는 것에 있다.
좀 더 구체적으로는 착용시 외관상 일반 팬티와 구별이 잘 되지 않아 착용상 거부감을 없앨 수 있고, 잦은 세탁이나 오랜 사용에도 기능이 떨어지는 문제가 없으며, 구조가 복잡하거나 제작이 곤란하지 않아 제작비용이 상승하지 않는 남성용 팬티를 제공하는 것에 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 성기를 보호하는 전면부와 팬티본체로 이루어진 남성용 팬티에 있어서, 상기 전면부는, 전방을 향해 음경이 출입할 수 있는 신체출입구가 마련되는 속지와, 상기 속지의 하부에 음낭이 통과할 수 있는 홀이 형성되도록 결합되는 하부지와, 상기 속지와 하부지의 전방을 덮도록 형성되는 커버지와, 상기 속지와 커버지의 사이에 결합되며, 하단이 상기 속지의 하단에 결합되어 음경이 접촉되는 중간지를 포함하여 이루어진다.
이때, 상기 팬티본체와 커버지와 하부지는, 수직방향보다 수평방향으로 더 높은 신축성을 가지고, 상기 속지와 중간지는, 수평방향보다 수직방향으로 더 높은 신축성을 가진다.
그리고, 상기 팬티본체와 커버지와 하부지는, 가로변이 긴 사각형 형상의 복수 개의 절개홀이 형성되고, 상기 속지와 중간지는, 세로변이 긴 사각형 형상의 복수 개의 절개홀이 형성될 수 있다.
한편, 상기 커버지는 양측면에 통풍이 가능하도록 요홈부가 형성되며, 상기 속지에도 상기 커버지의 요홈부에 대응하는 요홈부가 형성되어, 상기 커버지의 요홈부와 상기 속지의 요홈부가 결합될 수 있다.
상기 신체출입구의 가장자리에는, 탄성에 의해 일정한 넓이를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 탄성밴드가 더 구비될 수 있다.
위와 같은 구성에 의하면, 착용 시 음경과 음낭이 분리되어 습기가 차는 일이 없고, 암쿨러(또는 쿨토시) 원단으로 구성된 안내부에 감싸인 음경은 체온 방출 및 착용감이 편안하며, 운동 및 과도한 움직임에도 음경이 상향 고정되고, 크기에 상관없이 쿨토시 원단의 신축성에 의해 불편함이 없으며, 커버지의 부착으로 인하여 음경의 돌출을 막고, 외부 충격으로부터 보호할 수 있으며, 외관이 일반 팬티와 차이점이 없어서 공공장소에서의 탈의 시 불편함이 없는 남성용 팬티가 제공된다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참고로 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 후방이 절개된 남성용 팬티의 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 남성용 팬티의 전면부의 분해도이고, 도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 남성용 팬티의 정면도를 통하여 일실시예에 대해서 설명하기로 한다.
도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명은 성기가 안착되어 성기를 보호하는 전면부(10)와 상기 전면부를 제외한 신체와 접촉되어 밀착되는 팬티본체(20)로 이루어진 남성용 팬티에 관한 것이다.
상기 전면부(10)에 대해서 구체적으로 설명하자면, 상기 전면부(10)는 크게 속지(100), 하부지(200), 커버지(300) 및 중간지(400)를 포함하여 이루어진다.
상기 속지(100)는 신체와 접촉되는 것으로, 전방을 향해 음경이 출입할 수 있는 신체출입구(110)가 마련된다. 이때, 상기 신체출입구(110)는 원단이 세로방향으로 절개된 상태에서 그의 절개된 양쪽 상단이 서로 겹쳐지도록 함으로써 "
"의 형태가 되도록 하고 있다. 즉, 속지 측면이 서로 엇갈리게 겹쳐져서 도시된 바와 같이 상기 신체출입구(110)가 형성되는 것이다.
그리고, 상기 하부지(200)는 음낭이 위치하는 신체부위에 대응되는 지점에 형성되는 것으로, 상기 속지(100)의 하부에 음낭이 통과할 수 있는 홀(210)이 형성되도록 결합된다. 즉, 상기 하부지(200)를 "U"형태로 절개한 후 상기 속지(100)의 하단에 결합을 시킴으로 음낭이 통과할 수 있는 홀(210)이 형성된다.
상기 커버지(300)는, 상기 속지(100)와 하부지(200)가 외부로 보이지 않도록 상기 속지(100)와 하부지(200)의 전방을 덮도록 재봉 등의 방법으로 결합된다.
상기 중간지(400)는, 상기 속지(100)와 커버지(300)의 사이에 결합되며, 하단이 상기 속지(100)의 하단에 결합되어 음경이 접촉된다. 상기 중간지(400)가 상기 속지(100)의 하단에 결합됨으로 상기 속지(100)와 상기 중간지(400) 사이의 공간을 상기 하부지(200)와 상기 커버지(300) 사이의 공간으로부터 나뉘어지게 함으로 음경과 음낭의 접촉을 방지한다. 이로 인해 음경과 음낭의 접촉에 따른 습한 환경을 차단할 수 있게 된다.

상기 팬티본체(20)와 커버지(300)와 하부지(200)는, 수직방향보다 수평방향으로 더 높은 신축성을 가지는 것이 바람직하다. 상기와 같이 수직방향보다 수평방향으로 더 높은 신축성을 가지도록 함으로써, 상기 팬티본체(20)와 커버지(300)는 엉덩이 둘레에 따른 신체 사이즈에 대응이 될 수 있도록 하고, 상기 하부지(200)는 의자나 바닥 등에 앉을 때 음낭이 퍼지게 되는데 이때 압박을 줄여 줄 수 있게 한다.
또한, 상기 속지(100)와 중간지(400)는, 수평방향보다 수직방향으로 더 높은 신축성을 가지게 하여 음경의 상하 움직이에 대응할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기에서 설명된 신축성을 더욱 높이기 위하여 신축성 방향과 동일한 방향으로 변이 길게 형성된 사각형상의 홀이 형성된다. 즉, 상기 팬티본체(20)와 커버지(300)와 하부지(200)는, 가로변이 긴 사각형 형상의 복수 개의 절개홀(30)이 형성되고, 상기 속지(100)와 중간지(400)는, 세로변이 긴 사각형 형상의 복수 개의 절개홀(40)이 형성된다. 또한, 이로 인해 통풍성을 향상시킬 수 있는 이점도 있다.
그리고, 상기 커버지(300)는 양측면에 통풍이 가능하도록 요홈부(310)가 형성되고, 상기 속지(100)에도 상기 커버지(300)의 요홈부(310)에 대응하는 요홈부(410)가 형성되어, 상기 커버지의 요홈부(310)와 상기 속지의 요홈부(410)가 결합된다.
상기 신체출입구(110)의 가장자리에는, 탄성에 의해 일정한 넓이를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 탄성밴드(미도시)가 더 구비된다. 이때, 신체출입구(110)를 통해서는 음경만이 통과되어야 하며, 따라서 신체출입구(110)의 면적은 오랜 사용에도 늘어나는 일이 없도록 일정한 면적으로 유지되도록 하고, 음경의 출입을 용이하게 할 수 있다.
상기와 같은 구성으로 이루어진 남성용 팬티를 착용을 하게 되면, 음경이 상기 신체출입구(110)를 통과하여 상기 속지(100)와 중간지(400) 사이의 공간에 위치하게 되고, 상기 커버지(300)의 양측면에 형성된 요홈부(310)를 통하여 상기 속지(100)와 중간지(400) 사이의 공간 내로 공기의 통풍이 가능하게 된다. 그리고, 음낭이 상기 하부지(200)의 홀(210)을 통과하여 상기 하부지(200)와 커버지(300)의 사이 공간에 위치를 하게 된다. 이로 인해 음경과 음낭은 분리되게 된다.
이하 다른 실시예는 상기에서 설명된 남성용 팬티에 안내부가 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것으로 도 1 내지 도 4를 참고로 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.

도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 속지의 전방에 안내부(500)가 더 결합된다.
상기 안내부(500)는, 상기 속지(100)의 전방에 결합되는 것으로서, 상기 신체출입구(110)와 연통되어 있음으로써 상기 신체출입구(110)를 통과하여 나온 음경이 상방향으로 밀착 지지되도록 하기 위한 원통 또는 반원통 형상으로 이루어진다.
이때, 원통 또는 반원통 형상의 상기 안내부(500)는 상기 신체출입구(110)와 연통되도록 상기 속지(100)의 전방에 재봉 등의 방법으로 결합된다. 상기 안내부(500)는 상기 신체출입구(110)를 통과하여 돌출된 음경이 상방향으로 지지되도록 하기 위한 것이다.
한편, 상기 안내부(500)는 신체에 접촉되는 밀착부(510)와 상기 속지(100)에 접합되는 접합부(520)로 구성될 수 있다. 이때, 상기 밀착부(510)는 암쿨러용 냉감원단으로 형성될 수 있다.
현재 섬유산업이 발달하는 과정에서 만들어진 신소재 섬유들을 이용하여 등산복, 자외선 차단, 발수성 및 통기성이 좋은 원단이 제공되고 있는데, 특히 쿨토시라 불리는 암쿨러(arm cooler)가 그의 대표적 제품이라 할 수 있다.
암쿨러는 토시처럼 팔에 많이 착용하여 그러한 이름이 주어졌는데, 반소매를 착용하는 여름에는 팔이 자외선에 취약하기 때문에 널리 애용되는 것이다. 암쿨러의 원단은 착용 시 차가운 느낌을 주는데 제직방법이나 원소재는 제조사마다 조금씩 다를 수 있다. 다만, 통풍성이 좋고, 땀을 잘 배출하며, 신축성이 좋은 것을 기본으로 하는 바 당업자는 이러한 원단을 쉽게 구할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 이 소재에 대한 더 이상의 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
상기 안내부(500)는 이것이 감싸게 되는 음경에 냉감을 부여함으로써 남성건강을 유익하게 하며, 땀이 차는 것을 방지하여 착용감을 좋게 한다. 또한, 고도로 신축성이 좋은 상기 안내부(500)는 음경을 하복부를 향해 밀착시킴으로써 음낭으로부터 분리되어 있게 한다.
상기 커버지(300)는 상기 안내부(500)를 덮어 감쌀 수 있도록 상기 속지(100)의 정면에 재봉 등의 방법으로 결합된다. 상기 커버지(300)는 팬티본체(20)와 일체감을 느낄 수 있도록 하는 색상과 모양으로 선택되는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서, 본 발명의 팬티를 착용하는 경우에도 외관상 일반적인 팬티를 착용하는 것과 다르지 않게 된다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은 착용 시 음경과 음낭이 분리되어 습기가 차는 일이 없고, 운동 및 과도한 움직임에도 음경이 분리되어 위치하고, 크기에 상관없이 신축성에 의해 불편함이 없으며, 커버지의 부착으로 인하여 음경의 돌출을 막고, 외관이 일반 팬티와 차이점이 없어서 공공장소에서의 탈의 시 불편함이 없는 남성용 팬티를 제공하는 것을 기본적인 기술적인 사상으로 하고 있음을 알 수 있으며, 이와 같은 본 발명의 기본적인 사상의 범주 내에서 당업계의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서는 다른 많은 변형이 가능함은 물론이다.
본 발명은 남성용 팬티에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 신체 간의 밀착에 따른 습진성 질환 또는 불쾌감을 없게 한 남성용 팬티에 관한 산업에 이용가능하다.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 팬티본체와 커버지와 하부지는, 수직방향보다 수평방향으로 더 높은 신축성을 가지고,상기 속지와 중간지는, 수평방향보다 수직방향으로 더 높은 신축성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 팬티.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 팬티본체와 커버지와 하부지는, 가로변이 긴 사각형 형상의 복수 개의 절개홀(30)이 형성되고,상기 속지와 중간지는, 세로변이 긴 사각형 형상의 복수 개의 절개홀(40)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 팬티.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 커버지는 양측면에 통풍이 가능하도록 요홈부(310)가 형성되며,상기 속지에도 상기 커버지의 요홈부에 대응하는 요홈부(410)가 형성되어,상기 커버지의 요홈부와 상기 속지의 요홈부가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 팬티.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 신체출입구의 가장자리에는, 탄성에 의해 일정한 넓이를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 탄성밴드가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 팬티.

- 제6항에 있어서,상기 속지의 하부에 음낭이 통과할 수 있는 홀(210)이 형성되도록 결합되는 하부지(200)와;상기 속지와 커버지의 사이에 결합되며, 하단이 상기 속지의 하단에 결합되어 음경이 접촉되는 중간지(400);가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 팬티.

- 제6항에 있어서,상기 속지의 전방에 결합되는 것으로서, 상기 신체출입구와 연통되어 있음으로써 상기 신체출입구를 통과하여 나온 음경이 상방향으로 밀착 지지되도록 하기 위한 원통 또는 반원통 형상의 안내부(500);가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 팬티.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 안내부(500)는, 신체에 접촉되는 밀착부(510) 및 상기 속지의 전방에 접합되는 접합부(520)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 팬티.
