화장용기의 접이식 브러쉬
본 고안은 화장용기의 접이식 브러쉬에 관한 것으로, 특히 종류가 다른 2개의 브러쉬를 상호 접거나 펼칠수 있도록 구성하되 하나의 브러쉬 몸체에 삽입홀을 형성하여 상기 삽입홀에 다른 하나의 브러쉬 몸체가 삽입되도록하고 펼쳐진 상태와 접혀진 상태를 용이하게 유지되도록하여 휴대 및 사용이 편리한 브러쉬를 제공토록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용기의 접이식 브러쉬에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 여성들이 얼굴 색조화장을 할 때 사용하는 화장품은 그 종류가 다양할 뿐만 아니라, 화장시 사용하는 화장도구 또한 다양하다.
상기의 화장도구는 화장품에 따라 그에 적합하게 사용되어 질 수 있도록 제작 되어진다.
상기와 같이 화장품에 따라 그에 적합하게 사용할 수 있도록 제작되어지는 화장도구들 중에는 화장품케이스에 보관 사용할 수 있는 화장도구가 있는가 하면, 화사한 느낌을 표현할 때 사용하는 페이스 파우더와, 얼굴윤곽을 돋보이게 해줄 뿐만 아니라, 얼굴을 생기있게 만들어주는 블러셔와, 얼굴에 입체감을 주기 위해 눈두덩 주위에 발라 화장하는 아이섀도우 등은 피부에 터치하듯이 바르는 화장품이어서 그에 따른 화장용 브러쉬를 사용하게 되고, 넓은 면적에 화장을 하게 되어 화장도구의 크기가 화장품케이스에 함께 보관 사용하는데 적합하지 못하다.
따라서, 화장품에 따라 사용에 적합하고 규격(사이즈)별로 보관케이스 등에 보관 휴대한 상태에서 사용하게 된다.
상기와 같이 별도의 보관케이스에 화장도구를 보관 사용할 경우, 그 부피가 커 외출중에 휴대 사용하기가 쉽지 않았고, 또한 별도의 보관케이스가 사용되어지다 보니 화장도구의 소비자가격이 상승되어지는 요인이 되기도 한다.
특히 메이크업을 직업으로 하는 메이컵 아티스트는 다양하면서 많은 수의 화장용 브러쉬를 사용하기 때문에 화장용 브러쉬를 좀더 간편하게 휴대할 수 있는 것을 요구하고 있는 실정이다.
한편, 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 등록실용신안공보 제 20-0442172호에는 다양한 사이즈의 브러쉬를 휴대하는 것이 가능한 화장용 브러쉬가 제안되었는바, 도 1에 도시한 바와 같은 형태로 이루어지며, 그 기술적 특징을 살펴보면, 파우더 계열의 화장품을 묻혀 얼굴 피부에 터치해가면서 화장할 수 있도록 된 화장용 브러쉬에 있어서, 화장품에 따라 다른 크기를 갖고 사용되어지는 화장용 브러쉬(10a)(10b)의 솔대(11a)(11b)에 작은 크기를 갖는 화장용 브러쉬(10b)(10c)를 함께 보관 사용할 수 있도록 한 보관홈(12a)(12b)이 형성됨이 특징이다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 화장용 브러쉬는 2개의 화장용 브러쉬를 동시에 사용하기에는 어려운 점이 있었다.
즉, 종래의 화장용 브러쉬는 개별적으로 구비하되 상호 적층되는 구조이기 때문에 하나씩 별도로 파지하여 사용해야 하는 불편함이 있는 것이다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결코자 하는 것으로, 접거나 펼칠 수 있는 화장용 브러쉬를 제공하여 사용하지 않을 때에는 수납상태를 유지하고, 사용하고자 할 때에는 펼쳐서 사용하여 하나의 몸체를 이용하여 서로 다른 화장용 브러쉬를 사용할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단으로,

본 고안의 구성요소는 크게 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)와, 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)로 구분하여 이루어진다. 상기 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)는 수납용 홀(10a)을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 수납용 홀(10a)에 제 2 브러쉬(20)를 수납한 상태에서 제 2 브러쉬(20)가 접히거나 펼치지는 구조로 이루어진다.
상기 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)는 제 1 브러쉬(11)와, 제 1 브러쉬 지지대(12)와, 가이드 몸체(13)와, 가이드홀(14)과, 임시고정용 스토퍼(15)와, 인출용 홈(16)으로 이루어진다.
상기 제 1 브러쉬(11)는 화장용 솔로써 다수개의 털로 이루어져 구성된다.
상기 제 1 브러쉬 지지대(12)는 상기 제 1 브러쉬(11)를 고정하는 수단으로서 제 1 브러쉬(11)가 빠지지 않고 고정된 상태를 유지시킨다.
상기 가이드 몸체(13)는 반원통 형태로 이루어지고 제 1 브러쉬 지지대(12)에 연결되며 수납용 홀(10a)이 형성된다.
상기 가이드 홀(14)은 가이드 몸체(13)의 양측면에 형성되며 니은지(ㄴ) 형태로 이루어진다.
상기 임시고정용 스토퍼(15)는 가이드 몸체(13)의 하단부에 형성되며 돌기 형태로 이루어진다.
상기 인출용 홈(16)은 가이드 몸체(13)의 상부에 형성되며 라운드진 호 형태로 이루어진다.
상기 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)는 제 2 브러쉬(21)와, 제 2 브러쉬 지지대(22)와, 지지용 몸체(23)와, 슬라이딩용 힌지핀(24)과, 임시고정용 홈(25)과, 인출용 돌기(26)로 이루어진다.
상기 제 2 브러쉬(21)는 화장용 솔로써 다수개의 털로 이루어져 구성된다.
상기 제 2 브러쉬 지지대(22)는 상기 제 2 브러쉬(21)를 고정하는 수단으로서 제 2 브러쉬가 빠지지 않고 고정된 상태를 유지시킨다.
상기 지지용 몸체(23)는 원통형 형태이며 일측이 제 2 브러쉬 지지대(22)에 연결된 상태이며, 타측은 반구형태로써 라운드진 형태를 갖는다.
상기 슬라이딩용 힌지핀(24)은 상기 지지용 몸체(23)의 양측면에 형성하고, 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)의 가이드 홀(14)에 결합되며 지지용 몸체(23)의 회전을 지지한다.
상기 임시고정용 홈(25)은 상기 지지용 몸체의 상부 및 하부에 각각 형성되며 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)의 임시고정용 스토퍼(15)에 결합되어 제 2 브러쉬가 접히거나 펼쳐진 상태를 유지토록 한다.
상기 인출용 돌기(26)는 상기 지지용 몸체의 측면에 형성되며 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)로부터 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)를 꺼낼때 손으로 파지하여 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)가 용이하게 인출되도록 유도한다.
또한, 본 고안은 제 2 브러쉬를 보호하기 위해서 덮개를 추가구성할 수 있는바, 이를 위해 제 2 브러쉬의 지지용 몸체에 가이드바를 형성하고, 상기 가이드바를 따라 슬라이딩 이동되는 슬라이딩 덮개를 구비한다.
이하에서 본 고안의 조립방법을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)와 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)로 이루어지되, 상기 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)에는 제 1 브러쉬(11)가 결합되고, 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)에는 제 2 브러쉬(21)가 결합되며, 상기 제 1 브러쉬(11)와 제 2 브러쉬(21)는 그 크기가 다르게 구성된다.
즉, 제 2 브러쉬(21)는 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)에 삽입구성되는 것이기 때문에 제 1 브러쉬(11)에 비해서 작은 구조이다.
본 고안은 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)에 가이드 몸체(13)를 구비하여 이루어지며, 상기 가이드 몸체(13)의 수납용 홀(10a)에 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)가 삽입 결합된다.
그리고, 상기 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)는 힌지핀(24)을 구비하고, 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)에는 이에 대응하여 가이드 홀(14)을 형성하고 있어서 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)는 힌지핀(24)을 중심으로 접히거나 펼쳐지는 구조이다.
또한, 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)에는 임시고정용 스토퍼(15)가 설치되고 이에 대응하여 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)에는 임시고정용 홈(25)이 형성되어 있어서 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)를 접거나 펼쳤을때 접힌 상태와 펼친 상태가 유지되어 사용상 편리함을 제공하게 된다.
또한, 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)에는 인출용 홈(16)이 형성되고 이에 대응하여 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)에는 인출용 돌기(26)가 형성되어 있어서 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)를 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)에 접어서 결합할 시에 인출용 돌기(26)가 인출용 홈(16)에 안착되고, 이후 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)를 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)로부터 꺼낼때에는 인출용 홈(16)에 안착된 인출용 돌기(26)를 손으로 파지하여 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)를 보다 용이하게 꺼낼 수 있게 된다.
이하에서 본 고안의 동작을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)에 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)가 힌지핀(24)을 통해 결합되며, 사용하기 전에는 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)의 가이드 몸체(13)에 결합되어 있는 상태를 유지한다.
물론, 필요에 따라서 슬라이딩 덮개(30)를 이용하여 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)의 제 2 브러쉬(21)를 덮어서 보호할 수 있다.
이후, 상기 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)를 사용하는 동작을 살펴보면, 슬라이딩 덮개(30)가 덮어진 경우에는 슬라이딩 덮개(30)를 밀쳐서 분리한다.
이후, 상기 인출용 돌기(26)를 손으로 파지하여 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)를 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)로부터 꺼낸다.
그러면, 힌지핀(24)이 가이드 홀(14)을 중심으로 회전하게 되고, 이에 따라 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)는 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)를 기준으로 180도 회전한다.
그리고, 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)가 180도 회전이 이루어지게 되면 우측으로 밀어서 가이드 홀(14)에 힌지핀(24)이 압착되도록 한다.
즉, 본 고안의 가이드 홀(14)은 수직홀(14a)과 수평홀(14b)이 연결되어 니은자(ㄴ)로 형성되는바, 슬라이딩용 힌지핀(24)이 수직홀(14a)에 위치한 상태에서 강제로 압입하게 되면 수평홀(14b)에 밀려 들어가게 되며, 이에 따라 슬라이딩용 힌지핀(24)이 수평홀(14b)에 강제 압착되면서 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)가 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)에 압착된 상태를 유지할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이때, 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)에 있어서 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)가 압착되는 위치에 임시고정용 스토퍼(15)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 임시고정용 스토퍼(15)에 임시고정용 홈(25)이 걸리면서 보다 안정된 상태로 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)가 펼쳐진 상태를 유지한다. 즉, 임시고정용 홈(25)이 진입하게 되면 임시고정용 스토퍼(15)에 '딸깍'하면서 결합되어 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)가 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)에 고정된 상태를 용이하게 유지하는 것이다.
상기와 같이 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)를 중심으로 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)가 펼쳐지면 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)의 제 1 브러쉬(11)와 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)의 제 2 브러쉬(21)를 이용하여 화장을 한다.
그리고, 화장이 끝나면 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)를 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)에 접어서 수납하게 되는바, 그 수납과정을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
상기 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)를 좌측으로 움직여서 슬라이딩용 힌지핀(24)이 수평홀(14b)에서 빠져나와 수직홀(14a)로 위치하도록 한다.
그러면, 상기 슬라이딩용 힌지핀(24)은 수직홀(14a)에서 자유롭게 움직일 수 있는 상태가 되며, 이때 상기 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)를 회전시켜 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)의 가이드 몸체(13)에 형성된 수납용 홀(10a)에 삽입시킨다.
그리고, 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)를 우측으로 밀면 슬라이딩용 힌지핀(24)이 움직이면서 가이드 홀(14)의 수평홀(14b)에 삽입 결합되어 임시고정용 스토퍼(15)에 임시고정용 홈(25)이 결합되면서 견고하게 접은 상태를 유지한다. 즉, 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)가 덜렁거리는 것이 미연에 방지된다.
이후, 슬라이딩 덮개(30)가 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)에 형성된 가이드(31)를 타고 유동되어 제 2 브러쉬(21)까지 이동됨으로서 제 2 브러쉬(21)를 보호하게 된다.
결국, 본 고안은 2개의 브러쉬 몸체(10, 20)를 구비하되 용이하게 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)를 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)로부터 용이하게 접거나 펼칠 수 있으며, 아울러 펼쳐진 상태나 접혀진 상태를 용이하게 유지할 수 있어 사용상 편리함이 극대화 된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 수납용 홀(10a)을 갖는 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)와, 상기 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)의 수납용 홀(10a)에 삽입되는 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)로 이루어지되;
    상기 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)는,
    화장용 솔로써 다수개의 털로 이루어지는 제 1 브러쉬(11)와;
    상기 제 1 브러쉬(11)를 고정하는 수단으로서 제 1 브러쉬(11)가 빠지지 않고 고정된 상태를 유지시키는 제 1 브러쉬 지지대(12)와;
    반원통 형태로 이루어지고, 상기 제 1 브러쉬 지지대(12)에 연결되며 수납용 홀(10a)이 형성되는 가이드 몸체(13)와;
    상기 가이드 몸체(13)의 양측면에 형성되며 니은자(ㄴ) 형태로 이루어지는 가이드 홀(14)과;
    상기 가이드 몸체(13)의 하단부에 형성되며 돌기 형태로 이루어지는 임시고정용 스토퍼(15)와;
    상기 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)는,
    화장용 솔로써 다수개의 털로 이루어지는 제 2 브러쉬(21)와;
    상기 제 2 브러쉬(21)를 고정하는 수단으로서 제 2 브러쉬가 빠지지 않고 고정된 상태를 유지시키는 제 2 브러쉬 지지대(22)와;
    원통형 형태이며 일측이 제 2 브러쉬 지지대(22)에 연결된 상태이며, 타측은 반구형태로써 라운드진 형태를 갖는 지지용 몸체(23)와;
    상기 지지용 몸체(23)의 양측면에 형성하고, 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)의 가이드 홀(14)에 결합되며 지지용 몸체(23)의 회전을 지지하는 슬라이딩용 힌지핀(24)과;
    상기 지지용 몸체의 상부 및 하부에 각각 형성되며 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)의 임시고정용 스토퍼(15)에 결합되어 제 2 브러쉬가 접히거나 펼쳐진 상태를 유지시키는 임시고정용 홈(25)을 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 화장용기의 접이식 브러쉬.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)는,
    제 2 브러쉬를 가리는 슬라이딩 덮개(30)를 더 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용기의 접이식 브러쉬.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 브러쉬 몸체(10)는,
    가이드 몸체(13)의 상부에 라운드진 호 형태의 인출용 홈(16)을 더 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용기의 접이식 브러쉬.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 2 브러쉬 몸체(20)는,
    제 1 브러쉬 몸체로부터 제 2 브러쉬 몸체를 꺼낼때 손으로 파지하여 제 2 브러쉬 몸체가 용이하게 인출되도록 유도하는 인출용 돌기(26)를 상기 지지용 몸체 측면에 더 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용기의 접이식 브러쉬.
