본 발명은 광고 제공 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 사용자 단말로 광고 제공 시 상기 사용자 단말의 광고 쿠키 정보와 다수의 다른 사용자 단말로부터 수신된 광고의 선호도 정보를 기초로 적합한 광고를 제공할 수 있는 광고 제공 방법, 이를 위한 시스템 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광고 제공 시스템은 어느 하나의 응용 프로그램의 요청에 따라서 광고 요청 정보를 서비스 장치로 전송하고, 상기 서비스 장치로부터 상기 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 수신하여 상기 응용 프로그램을 통해 출력한 후, 상기 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보가 입력되면, 상기 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보를 상기 서비스 장치로 전송하는 사용자 단말 및 상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 상기 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 선호도 정보를 기초로 추출하여 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하고, 상기 사용자 단말로부터 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보가 수신되면, 상기 광고 데이터에 누적하여 저장하는 서비스 장치를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.

Description

광고 제공 방법, 이를 위한 시스템 및 장치
본 발명은 광고 제공 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 사용자 단말로 광고 제공 시 상기 사용자 단말의 광고 쿠키 정보와 다수의 다른 사용자 단말로부터 수신된 광고의 선호도 정보를 기초로 적합한 광고를 제공할 수 있는 광고 제공 방법, 이를 위한 시스템 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
최근 휴대 사용자 단말의 성능 향상 및 무선 네트워크 기술의 급속한 개발로 인해 휴대 사용자 단말은 종래의 단순한 전화의 용도를 넘어 점차 다양한 용도로 활용되고 있으며, 게임, 음악, 영화, 증권 서비스 등 휴대 사용자 단말을 통해 제공받을 수 있는 서비스 또한 점차 증가되고 있는 실정이다.
이러한 추세 변화에 따라, 휴대 사용자 단말의 제조사 및 통신 사업자들은 물론 일반 사용자 또한 휴대 사용자 단말에서 실행할 수 있는 다양한 응용 프로그램을 개발하여 배포하고 있다.
이와 함께, 기존 온라인 광고 분야에서도 휴대 사용자 단말을 통해서 광고를 제공하고자 하는 다양한 시도가 이뤄지고 있다. 특히, 최근에는 휴대 사용자 단말을 비롯한 사용자 단말에서 실행되는 응용 프로그램을 통해 사용자에게 적합한 광고를 출력할 수 있는 기술들이 선보이고 있으나, 현재의 광고 제공 방법은 사용자의 정보, 예컨대 사용자의 나이, 성별 등의 사용자의 정보를 기반으로 적합한 광고를 추출하여 사용자 단말로 제공하게 되는데, 사용자 정보를 기초로 광고 추출 시 고려해야 할 사항들이 많아 이로 인해 연산에 소요되는 시간이 길어진다는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 사용자의 정보를 기초로 광고를 제공함으로써, 사용자의 개인 정보가 무단으로 악용될 소지가 있다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 제안된 것으로서, 서비스 장치가 사용자 단말로 광고 제공 시 종래의 사용자 정보를 기반으로 한 광고 제공 방법이 아닌, 서비스 장치가 사용자 단말로부터 선호도 정보를 포함한 광고 쿠키 정보를 수신하면, 수신된 광고 쿠키 정보를 이용하여 사용자의 관심 사항을 파악하고, 여기에 더불어 서비스 장치가 다른 사용자 단말로부터 수신된 광고의 선호도 정보를 이용하여 적합한 광고를 단말 장치로 제공할 수 있는 광고 제공 방법, 이를 위한 시스템 및 장치를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 광고 제공 시스템에서 광고 플랫폼별로 식별 정보를 부여하고, 광고 플랫폼의 식별 정보를 기초로 사용자 단말을 구분함으로써, 이로 인해 서비스 장치가 사용자 단말에 대한 정보가 필요 없이, 사용자 단말로 광고를 제공할 수 있는 광고 제공 방법, 이를 위한 시스템 및 장치를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 광고 제공 시스템은 어느 하나의 응용 프로그램의 요청에 따라서 광고 요청 정보를 서비스 장치로 전송하고, 서비스 장치로부터 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 수신하여 응용 프로그램을 통해 출력한 후, 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보가 입력되면, 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보를 서비스 장치로 전송하는 사용자 단말; 및 사용자 단말로부터 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 선호도 정보를 기초로 추출하여 사용자 단말로 전송하고, 사용자 단말로부터 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보가 수신되면, 광고 데이터에 누적하여 저장하는 서비스 장치;를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 사용자 단말은 서비스 장치와 정보를 송수신하는 통신부; 및 어느 하나의 응용 프로그램의 요청에 따라서 생성된 광고 요청 정보를 통신부를 통해 서비스 장치로 전송하고, 서비스 장치로부터 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 통신부를 통해 수신하여 응용 프로그램을 통해 출력한 후, 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보가 입력되면, 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보를 통신부를 통해 서비스 장치로 전송되도록 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
이때, 사용자 단말은 광고 데이터의 출력에 따라 생성된 광고 쿠키 정보를 저장하는 저장부;를 더 포함하며, 제어부는 상기 저장부에 상기 광고 쿠키 정보가 저장되어 있을 경우, 상기 광고 쿠키 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 상기 서비스 장치로 전송하고, 상기 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 수신할 수 있다.
또한, 제어부는 저장부에 기 저장된 광고 쿠키 정보가 저장되어 있지 않을 경우, 응용 프로그램 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 생성하여 서비스 장치로 전송할 수도 있다.
또한, 광고 쿠키 정보는 광고 데이터 식별 정보, 광고 데이터의 출력 시간 정보, 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보 중 하나 이상의 정보를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 서비스 장치는 하나 이상의 사용자 단말과 정보를 송수신하는 서비스 통신부; 하나 이상의 광고 데이터와 광고 데이터에 대응하는 선호도 정보를 누적하여 저장하는 서비스 저장부; 및 어느 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 선호도 정보를 기초로 추출하여 사용자 단말로 전송하고, 사용자 단말로부터 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보가 수신되면, 광고 데이터에 누적하여 저장되도록 제어하는 서비스 제어부;를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
이때, 서비스 제어부는 사용자 단말로부터 응용 프로그램 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 응용 프로그램 식별 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터 중 선호도 정보를 기초로 산출된 선호도 점수가 높은 광고 데이터를 추출하여 사용자 단말로 전송할 수도 있다.
또한, 서비스 제어부는 사용자 단말로부터 광고 데이터 식별 정보, 광고 데이터의 출력 시간 정보, 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보 중 하나 이상의 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 광고 쿠키 정보를 이용하여 사용자의 관심 사항을 추출한 후, 관심 사항에 대응하는 광고 데이터 중 선호도 정보를 기초로 산출된 선호도 점수가 높은 광고 데이터를 추출할 수도 있다.
또한, 서비스 제어부는 사용자 단말로부터 응용 프로그램 식별 정보만을 포함하는 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 응용 프로그램 식별 정보로 기초로 대응하는 광고 데이터 중 선호도 정보를 기초로 산출된 선호도 점수가 높은 광고 데이터를 추출하여 사용자 단말로 전송할 수도 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 사용자 단말에서의 광고 제공 방법은 어느 하나의 응용 프로그램의 요청에 따라서 광고 데이터 식별 정보, 광고 데이터의 출력 시간 정보, 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보 중 하나 이상의 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보와 광고 플랫폼 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 생성하는 단계; 생성된 광고 요청 정보를 서비스 장치로 전송하는 단계; 및 서비스 장치로부터 광고 데이터가 수신되면, 실행 중인 응용 프로그램의 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 수신된 광고 데이터를 출력하는 단계;를 포함하여 이뤄질 수 있다.
이때, 광고 요청 정보를 생성하는 단계는 기 저장된 광고 쿠키 정보가 없을 경우, 응용 프로그램 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 생성할 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 광고 제공 방법은 어느 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 광고 데이터 식별 정보, 광고 데이터의 출력 시간 정보, 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보 중 하나 이상의 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보와 광고 플랫폼 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 수신하는 단계; 광고 쿠키 정보를 기초로 광고 데이터를 추출하는 단계; 및 추출된 광고 데이터를 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계;를 포함하여 이뤄질 수 있다.
이때, 광고 데이터를 추출하는 단계는 상기 광고 쿠키 정보를 기초로 사용자의 관심 사항을 추출하는 단계; 및 상기 관심 사항에 따라 광고 데이터를 추출하는 단계;를 포함하여 이뤄질 수 있다.
또한, 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계 이후에, 상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 전송된 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보를 수신하는 단계; 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보를 기초로 광고 데이터별 선호도 점수를 산출하는 단계; 및 어느 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 산출된 광고 데이터별 선호도 점수를 확인하여 선호도 점수가 높은 광고 데이터를 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계;를 더 포함하여 이뤄질 수 있다.
추가로 상술한 바와 같은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 광고 제공 방법을 실행하는 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록매체를 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 광고 제공 방법, 이를 위한 시스템 및 장치에 의하면, 사용자 단말로 광고 제공 시 사용자의 나이, 성별 등의 개인 정보, 사용자 단말의 전화 번호와 같은 정보를 요구하지 않고, 적합한 광고를 제공할 수 있어, 사용자의 개인 정보가 외부로 노출되는 우려 없이 광고를 제공할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
또한, 종래의 사용자의 나이, 성별, 등의 개인 정보를 기초로 광고 제공 시 광고 추출에 고려해야 할 요인들이 많아 광고 추출 로직이 복잡하고, 광고 추출 시까지 많은 시간이 소요된다는 문제점이 있으나, 본 발명에 의하면 다수의 다른 사용자 단말로부터 수신된 선호도 정보를 기초로 적합한 광고를 송출할 수 있어 광고 송출 시까지 소요되는 시간이 감소된다는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 광고 제공 시스템에 대해 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 광고 제공 시스템의 주요 구성을 나타내는 블록도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 광고 제공 시스템(100)은 하나 이상의 사용자 단말(10), 서비스 장치(20) 및 통신망(30)을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
사용자 단말(10)은 사용자 단말(10)을 통해 실행되는 어느 하나의 응용 프로그램의 요청에 따라서, 광고 요청 정보를 생성하여 서비스 장치(20)로 전송하게 된다. 이때, 생성되는 광고 요청 정보는 광고 플랫폼의 식별 정보, 상기 응용 프로그램의 식별 정보를 포함하여 생성될 수 있으며, 여기에 더하여 기 저장된 광고 쿠키(cookie) 정보가 존재할 경우, 상기 광고 쿠키 정보를 포함하여 광고 요청 정보를 생성할 수 있다.
이후, 서비스 장치(20)로부터 상기 광고 요청 정보에 대응되는 광고 데이터가 수신되면, 상기 응용 프로그램의 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 수신된 상기 광고 데이터를 삽입하여 출력할 수 있다.
이후, 상기 광고 데이터에 출력에 따라 광고 쿠키 정보가 생성되면, 생성된 광고 쿠키 정보를 바로 서비스 장치(20)로 전송하거나, 일정 기간 단위로 서비스 장치(20)로 전송할 수 있으며, 추후 응용 프로그램의 요청에 따라 생성되는 광고 요청 정보에 광고 쿠키 정보를 포함하여 서비스 장치(20)로 전송할 수도 있다.
앞서, 상기 사용자 단말(10)은 광고 플랫폼의 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 서비스 장치(20)로 전송할 수 있다 설명하였다. 이는 사용자 단말(10)을 구분하기 위한 것인데, 즉, 종래의 광고 제공 방법은 사용자 식별 정보, 예컨대 MIN(Mobile Identify Number), MDN(Mobile Directory Number), ESN(Electronic Serial Number) 등의 정보를 기초로 사용자 단말(10)을 식별하였다면, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 광고 제공 방법은 광고 플랫폼의 식별 정보를 이용하여 사용자 단말(10)을 구분하게 된다.
이에 대해 보다 구체적으로 설명하면, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 광고 제공 시스템(100)을 이용하기 위해서는 서비스 장치(20)로부터 제공되는 광고 플랫폼이 사용자 단말(10)에 미리 탑재되는 것이 바람직하다.
이때, 상술한 광고 플랫폼은 사용자 단말(10)의 운영체제(OS)와 응용 프로그램 사이에서 응용 프로그램을 통해 광고 제공 기능을 수행하도록 지원하는 부분으로서, 게임, 음악, 영화 등과 같은 다양한 컨텐츠를 실행할 수 있는 응용 프로그램 또는 메신저, 위치 찾기 서비스 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 응용 프로그램 실행 중에 응용 프로그램 인터페이스(Application Programming Interface; API)를 통해 광고를 제공하여, 실행되는 응용 프로그램의 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 광고 데이터가 삽입되어 출력되도록 하는 기능을 제공하게 된다.
도 2를 참조하여 보다 구체적으로 설명하면, 일반적으로 사용자 단말(10)은 단말 하드웨어(11) 및 단말 운영체제(12)를 포함한다.
단말 하드웨어(11)는 통신 환경을 지원하는 단말의 CPU(Central Processing Unit), 모뎀칩 프로세서 등 사용자 단말(10)의 물리적 환경을 의미한다. 도 3의 도시된, 통신부(15), 입력부(16), 제어부(17), 저장부(18) 및 출력부(19)의 물리적 환경이 단말 하드웨어(11)에 해당될 수 있다.
단말 운영체제(12)는 사용자 단말(10)의 전반적인 운용을 담당하는 것으로, 일반적으로 단말 제조사 또는 통신 서비스 사업 제공자에 의해 설치된다.
또한 사용자 단말(10)은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 광고 플랫폼(13)과 같이 단말 운영체제(12)의 일부 기능을 대체하거나 광고 서비스와 같은 신규 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 별도의 단말 플랫폼을 더 포함할 수도 있다.
여기서 광고 플랫폼(13)은 단말 운영체제(12)와 독립적인 형태로 존재할 수 있으며, 광고 플랫폼(13)과 단말 운영체제(12)를 단일 플랫폼으로 구현할 수도 있다. 이때, 광고 플랫폼(13)이 단말 운영체제(12)와 독립적인 형태로 존재할 경우 광고 플랫폼(13)은 단말 운영체제(12)의 종류에 무관하게 동일한 방법으로 동작하게 된다.
광고 플랫폼(13)이 단말 운영체제(12)와 독립적인 형태로 동작하는 경우, 상기 광고 플랫폼(13)은 서비스 장치(20)에 의해 제공되어 사용자 단말(10) 내 구비될 수 있는데, 바람직하게는 서비스 장치(20)와 연동 가능한 응용 프로그램(14)이 사용자 단말(10) 내 구비될 때, 상기 응용 프로그램(14)과 함께 사용자 단말(10) 내 구비될 수 있다.
이러한 광고 플랫폼(13)은 자신의 고유 식별 정보를 포함하고, 이를 이용하여 본 발명의 서비스 장치(20)는 사용자 단말(10)의 식별 정보를 이용하지 않더라도 사용자 단말(10)을 구분할 수 있게 된다.
이러한 광고 플랫폼(13)은 다음과 같이 동작할 수 있다.
먼저, 현재 실행 중인 응용 프로그램(14)은 광고 데이터를 수신하기 위해 광고 플랫폼(13)으로 광고 요청 API 메시지를 전송하고, 광고 플랫폼(13)은 응용 프로그램(14)의 요청에 따라 광고 플랫폼(13)의 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 생성한 후 단말 운영체제(12)를 통해 단말 하드웨어(11)를 이용하여 도 1에 도시된 서비스 장치(20)로 생성된 광고 요청 정보를 전송하게 된다. 여기서 상기 광고 요청 정보에는 응용 프로그램(14)의 식별 정보를 더 포함하고 있을 수도 있다.
이후, 서비스 장치(20)로부터 광고 데이터가 수신되면, 광고 플랫폼(13)은 API 메시지를 통해 응용 프로그램(14) 상의 사용자 인터페이스로 수신된 광고 데이터를 전송하고, 응용 프로그램(14)의 사용자 인터페이스 화면을 통해 수신된 광고 데이터를 출력하게 된다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 사용자 단말(10)에서의 보다 구체적인 광고 제공 방법에 대해서는 후술하도록 하며, 상술한 바와 같은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말(10)은 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 스마트폰(smart phone), 타블렛 PC(Tablet PC), PDA(Personal Digital Assistants), PMP(Portable Multimedia Player), MP3 Player 등의 이동 단말기는 물론, 스마트 TV(Smart TV), 데스크탑 컴퓨터 등과 같은 고정 단말기가 사용될 수 있으며, 통신망(30)을 통해 서비스 장치(20)와 정보를 송수신하며, 서비스 장치(20)로부터 제공되는 광고 데이터를 출력할 수 있는 단말이라면, 그 어떠한 단말도 본 발명의 사용자 단말(10)로 적용 가능하다.
서비스 장치(20)는 광고주로부터 적어도 하나의 광고 데이터를 수집하여 저장하고, 어느 하나의 사용자 단말(10)로부터 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 상기 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 상기 사용자 단말(10)로 전송하게 된다.
여기서, 상기 광고 요청 정보는 바람직하게는 광고 플랫폼의 식별 정보, 응용 프로그램의 식별 정보, 광고 쿠키 정보를 포함할 수 있으며, 서비스 장치(20)는 응용 프로그램의 식별 정보, 광고 쿠키 정보 중 하나 이상의 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 선호도 정보를 기초로 추출하여 사용자 단말(10)로 전송하게 된다.
이후, 사용자 단말(10)로부터 상기 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보가 수신되면, 상기 광고 데이터에 상기 선호도 정보를 누적하여 관리할 수 있다.
보다 구체적인 서비스 장치(20)의 구성 및 동작에 대해서는 도 4를 참조하여 설명하도록 하며, 먼저, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 사용자 단말(10)의 주요 구성 및 동작 방법에 대해 설명하도록 한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 사용자 단말의 주요 구성을 도시한 블록도이다.
도 1 및 도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 사용자 단말(10)은 통신부(15), 입력부(16), 제어부(17), 저장부(18) 및 출력부(19)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
각 구성 요소에 대해 보다 구체적으로 설명하면, 먼저 통신부(15)는 통신망(30)을 통해 관련 정보를 송수신하는 것으로, 특히 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 통신부(15)는 서비스 장치(20)로 광고 요청 정보를 전송하고, 상기 서비스 장치(20)로부터 광고 데이터를 수신하는 역할을 수행하게 된다.
이러한, 통신부(15)는 통신망(30)의 구현 방식에 따라 무선 통신 모듈 또는 유선 통신 모듈과 같은 다양한 형태의 통신 모듈을 포함하여 구현될 수 있다.
입력부(16)는 숫자 및 문자 정보 등의 다양한 정보를 입력 받고, 각종 기능을 설정 및 사용자 단말(10)의 기능 제어와 관련하여 입력되는 신호를 후술할 제어부(17)로 전달하는 역할을 수행한다. 특히, 본 발명의 입력부(16)는 어느 하나의 응용 프로그램의 실행을 위한 사용자의 입력을 지원하며, 출력된 광고 데이터에 대한 사용자의 선호도 정보 입력을 지원하게 된다.
이러한 입력부(16)는 사용자의 터치 또는 조작에 따른 입력 신호를 발생하는 키패드와 터치패드 중 적어도 하나를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 이때, 입력부(16)는 후술할 출력부(19)의 표시 모듈과 함께 하나의 터치패널(또는 터치스크린)의 형태로 구성되어 입력과 표시 기능을 동시에 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 입력부(16)는 키보드나 키패드와 같은 키 입력 수단, 터치센서나 터치 패드와 같은 터치 입력 수단, 자이로 센서, 지자기 센서, 가속도 센서와 근접 센서, 그리고 카메라 중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 제스처 입력 수단 또는 음성 입력 수단 중 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있다. 이 외에도 현재 개발 중이거나 향후 개발될 수 있는 모든 형태의 입력 수단이 포함될 수 있다.
제어부(17)는 사용자 단말(10)의 각 구성 요소에 전원 공급 및 기능 수행을 위한 신호의 흐름을 제어하는 것으로, 운영 체제(OS, Operation System) 및 각 구성을 구동시키는 프로세스 장치, 예컨대, 중앙처리장치(CPU, Central Processing Unit)가 될 수 있다.
이러한, 본 발명의 제어부(17)는 응용 프로그램을 통해 광고 데이터가 출력되는 과정 전반을 제어할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로 설명하면, 먼저, 제어부(17)는 사용자의 요청에 따라 어느 하나의 응용 프로그램이 실행되도록 제어하게 된다. 이후, 응용 프로그램이 실행되면, 저장부(18)에 저장된 광고 플랫폼 식별 정보, 응용 프로그램 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 생성할 수 있다. 이때, 저장부(18)에 광고 쿠키 정보를 더 포함하고 있을 경우, 상기 광고 쿠키 정보를 더 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 생성할 수 있다. 이후, 생성된 광고 요청 정보를 통신부(15)를 통해 서비스 장치(20)로 전송하게 된다.
이후, 서비스 장치(20)로부터 상기 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터가 수신되면, 제어부(17)는 현재 실행되고 있는 응용 프로그램 상에 상기 광고 데이터를 삽입하여 출력하게 된다. 여기서, 상기 서비스 장치(20)로부터 수신되는 광고 데이터는 광고 데이터 식별 정보와 함께 수신될 수 있다.
이후, 상기 응용 프로그램을 통해 출력되고 있는 광고 데이터에 대한 광고 쿠키 정보를 생성할 수 있다. 광고 쿠키 정보는 광고 데이터 출력에 따른 정보로, 광고 데이터 식별 정보, 광고 데이터 출력 시간 정보, 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보 등을 포함하여 생성될 수 있으며, 상기 광고 데이터 출력 시간 정보는 사용자가 응용 프로그램을 통해 출력되고 있는 광고 데이터에 대한 클릭 이벤트를 수행한 이후부터 다시 상기 응용 프로그램으로 복귀하기까지의 소요되는 시간이 될 수 있다.
예컨대, 게임 응용 프로그램을 통해 컴퓨터 광고 데이터가 출력되고 있을 경우, 상기 컴퓨터 광고 데이터를 사용자가 클릭하게 되면, 상기 광고 데이터에 대한 보다 상세한 정보를 확인할 수 있는 웹 페이지로 이동할 수 있다. 이후, 상기 웹 페이지가 종료되고 다시 게임 응용 프로그램으로 복귀하기까지의 소요되는 시간이 광고 데이터 출력 시간 정보가 될 수 있다.
또한, 사용자는 응용 프로그램을 통해 출력되는 광고 데이터에 대해 선호도 정보를 입력할 수 있다. 선호도 정보를 입력 받기 위해 광고 데이터와 함께 별도의 정보를 함께 출력할 수 있으며, 사용자는 광고 데이터에 대한 좋아요, 싫어요와 같은 선호도 정보를 입력할 수 있다.
이후, 상술한 바와 같이 제어부(17)는 광고 데이터에 대한 광고 쿠키 정보를 생성하고, 광고 플랫폼의 식별 정보를 함께 서비스 장치(20)로 전송할 수 있다. 여기서, 제어부(17)는 생성된 광고 쿠키 정보를 일정 기간 단위로 서비스 장치(20)로 전송할 수 있는데, 실시간으로 광고 쿠키 정보를 서비스 장치(20)로 전송하거나, 또는 5분 단위로 광고 쿠키 정보를 서비스 장치(20)로 전송할 수도 있다.
또한, 응용 프로그램의 실행이 종료된 다음에 광고 쿠키 정보를 서비스 장치(20)로 일괄적으로 전송하거나, 응용 프로그램이 실행된 경우 기 저장된 광고 쿠키 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 서비스 장치(20)로 전송할 수도 있다.
또한, 사용자로부터 선호도 정보가 입력되는 즉시 상기 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보를 생성하여 서비스 장치(20)로 전송할 수도 있다.
저장부(18)는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 기능 동작에 필요한 응용 프로그램을 비롯하여, 그 응용 프로그램 실행 중에 발생되는 다양한 데이터를 저장한다. 특히, 본 발명의 저장부(18)는 하나 이상의 응용 프로그램과 상기 응용 프로그램의 식별 정보를 저장할 수 있으며, 광고 플랫폼과 관련된 다양한 정보, 특히 광고 플랫폼의 식별 정보를 저장할 수 있다. 또한, 서비스 장치(20)로부터 수신된 광고 데이터를 영구 또는 일시적으로 저장할 수 있다. 일시적으로 저장하는 경우, 상기 응용 프로그램의 종료와 동시에 상기 광고 데이터는 상기 저장부(18)에서 삭제될 수 있으며, 또는 일정 기간 동안만 저장되는 경우, 정해진 기간 동안 상기 응용 프로그램이 실행되면, 서비스 장치(20)로부터 수신되는 광고 데이터가 없더라도, 상기 저장부(18)에 저장된 광고 데이터를 상기 응용 프로그램 상에 출력되도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 저장부(18)는 광고 쿠키 정보를 저장할 수 있다. 광고 쿠키 정보는 광고 데이터 출력에 따른 정보로, 예컨대, 광고 데이터 식별 정보, 광고 데이터의 출력 시간 정보, 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보 중 하나 이상의 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 응용 프로그램을 통해 출력되는 광고 데이터에 대한 출력 이력과 관련된 정보가 광고 쿠키 정보가 될 수 있다.
이러한 저장부(18)는 크게 프로그램 영역과 데이터 영역을 포함할 수 있다. 프로그램 영역은 사용자 단말(10)를 부팅시키는 운영체제(OS)와 같은 사용자 단말(10) 구동을 위한 관련된 정보들을 저장하며, 데이터 영역은 사용자 단말(10)의 사용에 따라 발생되는 데이터가 저장되는 영역으로, 예컨대, 응용 프로그램 식별 정보, 광고 플랫폼 식별 정보, 광고 쿠키 정보, 서비스 장치(20)로부터 수신된 광고 데이터가 영구 또는 일시적으로 저장될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 본 발명의 저장부(18)는 다양한 저장매체를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 예컨대, 플래시 메모리(flash memory), 하드디스크(hard disk), 멀티미디어 카드 마이크로(multimedia card micro) 타입의 메모리(예컨대, SD 또는 XD 메모리 등), 램(RAM), 롬(ROM) 등의 저장매체를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
출력부(19)는 사용자 단말(10)의 기능 수행 중에 발생하는 일련의 동작 상태 및 동작 결과 등에 대한 정보를 출력하는 역할을 수행한다. 이러한 출력부(19)는 표시 모듈 및 음원 출력 모듈을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
이 중에서 표시 모듈은 응용 프로그램을 통해 출력되는 광고 데이터 등과 같은 응용 프로그램 상의 다양한 정보들을 표시할 수 있다. 이러한 표시 모듈은 상술한 바와 같은 입력부(16)와 함께 하나의 터치패널(또는 터치스크린)의 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor LCD), OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diodes), 발광다이오드(LED), AMOLED(Active Matrix Organic LED), 플렉시블 디스플레이(Flexible display) 및 3차원 디스플레이(3 Dimension) 등으로 구성될 수 있다
음원 출력 모듈은 전기적인 신호인 음원을 아날로그 신호로 변환하여 출력할 수 있는 것으로, 예컨대, 응용 프로그램 실행과 관련된 다양한 음원들을 출력할 수 있다.
이상으로 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 사용자 단말(10)의 주요 구성 및 동작 방법에 대해 도 3을 참조하여 설명하였다.
그러나 도 3에 도시된 구성 요소보다 더 많은 구성 요소에 의해 사용자 단말(10)이 구현될 수도 있고, 그 보다 적은 구성 요소에 의해 사용자 단말(10)이 구현될 수도 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 서비스 장치(20)의 주요 구성 및 동작 방법에 대해 설명하도록 한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 서비스 장치의 주요 구성을 도시한 블록도이다.
도 1 및 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 서비스 장치(20)는 서비스 통신부(21), 서비스 제어부(22) 및 서비스 저장부(23)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
먼저, 서비스 통신부(21)는 통신망(30)을 통해 광고 데이터를 송수신할 수 있는 것으로, 특히 사용자 단말(10)로부터 광고 요청 정보를 수신하고, 사용자 단말(10)로 광고 데이터를 송신하는 역할을 수행한다. 또한, 사용자 단말(10)로부터 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보를 수신할 수 있다.
서비스 제어부(22)는 서비스 장치(20)의 전반적인 제어를 담당하는 것으로, 특히 광고주로부터 적어도 하나의 광고 데이터가 수신되면, 상기 광고 데이터에 관련 정보 설정하고 서비스 저장부(23)에 저장되도록 제어할 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로 설명하면, 광고주로부터 광고 데이터가 수신되면, 상기 광고 데이터에 대한 관련 정보, 예컨대 광고 데이터의 식별 정보, 송출 일정 정보, 주요 키워드 정보 등을 설정할 수 있다.
하기의 <표 1>을 참조하면, 식별 정보는 서비스 장치(20)에 의해 부여되는 정보라 광고 송출 일정, 주요 App는 증가되거나 감소될 수 있다.

이러한 광고 데이터와 관련된 다양한 정보를 저장한 후, 서비스 제어부(22)는 사용자 단말(10)로부터 서비스 통신부(21)를 통해 광고 요청 정보를 수신하게 된다.
이때, 상기 광고 요청 정보는 광고 플랫폼 식별 정보, 응용 프로그램 식별 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
광고 플랫폼 식별 정보는 사용자 단말(10)을 구분하기 위한 정보이며, 최초 사용자 단말(10)로 광고 플랫폼 제공 시 함께 부여되는 정보가 될 수 있다. 또한, 사용자 단말(10)과 서비스 장치(20)가 정보를 송수신 시 광고 플랫폼 식별 정보를 이용하여 통신망(30) 상의 다양한 네트워크 장치가 인식할 수 있는 식별 정보로 변환하여 정보를 송수신할 수 있으나, 주소 변환 방법은 공지된 구성이므로 구체적인 설명은 생략하도록 한다.
또한, 서비스 제어부(22)는 광고 추출 모듈(22a)을 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있으며, 상기 광고 추출 모듈(22a)은 광고 요청 정보에 포함된 응용 프로그램 식별 정보를 이용하여, 먼저 광고 데이터를 추출할 수 있다. 즉, 응용 프로그램 식별 정보를 확인한 결과, 상기 응용 프로그램이 메신저 프로그램일 경우, 이에 대응하는 광고 데이터는 A002에 해당하는 광고 데이터를 추출할 수 있다.
광고 데이터 추출 시 동일한 조건의 광고 데이터가 다수 존재하는 경우, 랜덤(random) 형식으로 광고 데이터를 추출하거나 기 정의된 우선순위를 고려하여 우선순위가 높은 광고 데이터를 먼저 추출할 수도 있다.
이후, 추출된 광고 데이터를 광고 데이터 식별 정보와 함께 사용자 단말(10)로 전송하게 된다.
사용자 단말(10)로 전송한 이후에, 사용자 단말(10)로부터 상기 광고 데이터에 대한 광고 쿠키 정보를 수신할 수 있다.
여기서 광고 쿠키 정보에는 광고 데이터 식별 정보, 광고 출력 시간 정보, 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
예컨대, 광고 출력 시간 정보가 30초이고, 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보가 좋아요일 경우, 기 정의된 방식에 따라 선호도 정보에 대한 점수를 산출하여 광고 데이터에 대응하여 저장할 수 있다. 또한, 광고 출력 시간 정보가 50초이고, 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보가 싫어요일 경우, 기 정의된 방식에 따라 선호도 정보에 대한 점수를 산출하여 광고 데이터에 대응하여 저장할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 광고 데이터에 대응하여 사용자 단말(10)로부터 수집된 광고 쿠키 정보를 통해 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 점수를 산출하고, 사용자 단말(10)로부터 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 이에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 선호도 점수를 고려하여 추출할 수 있다.
또한, 서비스 제어부(22)는 사용자 단말(10)로부터 광고 쿠키 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 수신할 수도 있는데, 이때 상기 광고 쿠키 정보를 이용하여 사용자 단말(10)의 관심 사항을 추출할 수도 있다.
예컨대, 광고 쿠키 정보를 확인한 결과, A001의 광고 출력 시간이 길고, 선호도 정보가 좋아요이며, A002의 광고 출력 시간이 짧고, 선호도 정보가 없거나 싫어요일 경우, 상기 사용자 단말(10)의 사용자는 A001 광고 데이터, 즉 화장품 보다는 신발에 더 관심이 많은 사용자라 할 수 있다. 따라서, 이와 유사한 다른 광고, 예컨대 캐주얼 스타일의 가방과 관련된 광고 데이터가 송출되도록 제어할 수도 있다.
이와 같이 다수의 사용자 단말(10)로부터 수집되는 광고 쿠키 정보를 이용하여 광고 데이터를 추출함으로써, 복잡한 연산 과정을 수행하지 않더라도 보다 쉽게 광고 데이터를 추출할 수 있게 된다.
서비스 저장부(23)는 광고주로부터 적어도 하나의 광고 데이터를 수신하여 수신된 광고 데이터를 저장하고 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 이때, 서비스 제어부(22)에 의해 부여된 광고 데이터의 식별 정보와 함께 광고 데이터(23)를 저장할 수 있으며, 광고 데이터의 송출 일정에 대한 정보를 함께 저장할 수 있다. 또한 앞서 설명한 바와 같이, 광고 데이터의 주요 키워드, 주요 응용 프로그램 종류 등에 대한 정보는 물론, 광고 데이터에 대응하여 선호도 정보에 대한 점수를 저장할 수 있다.
이러한, 서비스 저장부(23)는 램, 롬, 하드디스크, 플래시 메모리, CD-ROM, DVD 뿐만 아니라, 네트워크 접근 스토리지와 같이 모든 종류의 저장 매체를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 도면에는 도시하지 않았으나, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 서비스 장치(20)는 광고 데이터를 전송한 광고주로부터 광고 수수료를 과금하는 과금부(미도시)를 더 포함하여 구성할 수도 있다.
이상으로 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 서비스 장치(20)의 주요 구성 및 동작 방법에 대해 설명하였다.
상술한 본 발명의 서비스 장치(20)는 서버 기반 컴퓨팅 방식 또는 클라우드 방식으로 동작하는 하나 이상의 서버로 구현될 수 있다. 특히, 광고 제공 시스템(100)을 통해 송수신되는 정보는 인터넷 상의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 장치에 영구적으로 저장될 수 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅(Cloud Computing) 기능을 통해 제공될 수 있다. 여기서, 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 데스크톱, 태블릿 컴퓨터, 노트북, 넷북 및 스마트폰 등의 디지털 단말기에 인터넷 기술을 활용하여 가상화된 IT(Information Technology) 자원, 예를 들어, 하드웨어(서버, 스토리지, 네트워크 등), 소프트웨어(데이터베이스, 보안, 웹 서버 등), 서비스, 데이터 등을 온 디맨드(On demand) 방식으로 서비스하는 기술을 의미한다. 본 발명에 있어서, 광고 제공 시스템(100)을 통해 송수신되는 모든 정보는 인터넷 상의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 장치에 저장되고, 사용자 단말(10)로 언제 어디서든 전송될 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 사용자 단말(10)에서의 광고 제공 방법에 대해 도 5를 참조하여 설명하도록 한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 사용자 단말에서의 광고 제공 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
도 1 및 도 5를 참조하면, 사용자 단말(10)은 응용 프로그램이 실행되면(S101), 실행되는 응용 프로그램이 광고 요청을 하는 지를 판단하게 된다(S103).
예컨대, 사용자 단말(10)에 구비된 광고 플랫폼과 연동 가능한 응용 프로그램일 경우, 상기 응용 프로그램은 광고 플랫폼으로 광고 요청을 할 수 있다.
이후, 사용자 단말(10)은 기 저장된 광고 쿠키 정보가 존재하는 지 확인할 수 있다(S105). 여기서, 광고 쿠키 정보가 존재하지 않을 경우, 광고 플랫폼 식별 정보, 응용 프로그램 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 생성하여(S107), 서비스 장치(20)로 전송할 수 있다.
반면 S105 단계에서 광고 쿠키 정보가 존재하는 경우, 광고 쿠키 정보를 포함하여 광고 요청 정보를 생성하고(S109), 광고 요청 정보를 서비스 장치(20)로 전송하여(S111), 이후에 서비스 장치(20)로부터 제공되는 광고 데이터를 수신하여(S113), 광고를 요청한 응용 프로그램의 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 수신된 광고 데이터를 출력하게 된다(S115).
응용 프로그램의 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 수신된 광고 데이터를 출력할 경우, 응용 프로그램의 사용자 인터페이스 화면 내에 광고 데이터를 삽입하여 출력할 수 있으며, 이때, 응용 프로그램의 사용자 인터페이스 상의 상단 또는 하단, 좌측 또는 우측에 수신된 광고 데이터를 출력할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 사용자 단말(10)에 탑재된 광고 플랫폼을 통해 실행 중인 응용 프로그램에 맞춤형 광고를 제공할 수 있어, 광고 공간을 제공하는 응용 프로그램 제공자는 광고 수익을 얻을 수 있게 된다.
이하, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 서비스 장치(20)에서의 광고 제공 방법에 대해 설명한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 광고 제공 방법을 설명하기 위한 데이터 흐름도이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 먼저, 사용자 단말(10)에서 응용 프로그램이 실행되고(S201), 광고 쿠키 정보가 저장되어 있을 경우, 광고 쿠키 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 생성하여(S203) 서비스 장치(20)로 전송하게 된다(S205).
본 발명의 일 실시 예에서는 사용자 단말(10)의 응용 프로그램이 실행되고 나면 광고 요청 정보를 생성하여(S203), 서비스 장치(20)로 전송하는 것을 예로 들어 설명하였으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 응용 프로그램의 실행 여부와는 상관없이 일정 시간 단위로 광고 요청 정보를 생성하여 서비스 장치(20)로 전송할 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 광고 요청 정보는 광고 플랫폼 식별 정보, 응용 프로그램 식별 정보를 포함할 수 있으며, 광고 쿠키 정보가 광고 요청 정보에 포함되는 경우, 응용 프로그램 식별 정보는 생략할 수도 있다.
이후, 서비스 장치(20)는 사용자 단말(10)로부터 수신된 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 추출하게 된다(S207).
이때, 광고 요청 정보에 광고 쿠키 정보가 포함되어 있을 경우, 상기 광고 쿠키 정보를 이용하여 사용자의 관심 사항을 파악하고, 이에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 추출할 수 있으며, 상기 광고 요청 정보에 응용 프로그램 식별 정보가 함께 포함되어 있을 경우, 상기 응용 프로그램 식별 정보 및 광고 쿠키 정보를 이용하여 광고 데이터를 추출할 수도 있다.
반면, 광고 요청 정보에 광고 쿠키 정보가 포함되어 있지 않고, 응용 프로그램 식별 정보가 포함되어 있을 경우, 상기 응용 프로그램 식별 정보를 이용하여 광고 데이터를 추출할 수 있다.
또한, 광고 데이터에 대응하는 선호도 점수가 존재하는 경우, 상기 선호도 점수를 기초로 광고 데이터를 추출할 수도 있다.
이후, 추출된 광고 데이터를 사용자 단말(10)로 전송하고, 사용자 단말(10)은 수신된 광고 데이터를 응용 프로그램에 삽입하여 출력하게 된다(S211).
이후, 사용자 단말(10)은 광고 출력에 따른 광고 쿠키 정보가 생성되면(S213), 생성된 광고 쿠키 정보를 서비스 장치(20)로 전송할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 광고 쿠키 정보에는 사용자의 선호도 정보와 같은 광고 평가 정보가 포함될 수 있으며, 이를 수신한 서비스 장치(20)는 상기 선호도 정보와 같은 광고 평가 정보를 이용하여 선호도 점수를 산출하고, 이를 광고 데이터에 대응하여 저장한 후, 추후 광고 데이터 추출 시 선호도 점수에 따라 광고 데이터를 추출하게 되는 것이다.
이상으로 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 광고 제공 방법에 대해 설명하였다.
이와 같이 본 발명의 광고 제공 방법에 의하면, 사용자 단말(10)로 광고 제공 시 사용자의 나이, 성별 등의 개인 정보, 사용자 단말의 전화 번호와 같은 정보를 요구하지 않고, 적합한 광고를 제공할 수 있어, 사용자의 개인 정보가 외부로 노출되는 우려 없이 광고를 제공할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
또한, 종래의 사용자의 나이, 성별, 등의 개인 정보를 기초로 광고 제공 시 광고 추출에 고려해야 할 요인들이 많아 광고 추출 로직이 복잡하고, 광고 추출 시까지 많은 시간이 소요된다는 문제점이 있으나, 본 발명에 의하면 다수의 다른 사용자 단말로부터 수신된 선호도 정보를 기초로 적합한 광고를 송출할 수 있어 광고 송출 시까지 소요되는 시간이 감소된다는 효과가 있다.
이러한, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 광고 제공 방법은 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체에 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드로서 구현하는 것이 가능하다. 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있으며, 컴퓨터 시스템에 의해 읽혀질 수 있는 데이터가 저장되는 모든 종류의 기록장치를 포함한다. 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록매체의 예로는 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체(Magnetic Media), CD-ROM(Compact Disk Read Only Memory), DVD(Digital Video Disk)와 같은 광기록 매체(Optical Media), 플롭티컬 디스크(Floptical Disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(Magneto-Optical Media) 및 롬(ROM, Read Only Memory), 램(RAM, Random Access Memory), 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령을 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치를 포함한다.
또한, 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록매체는 네트워크로 연결된 컴퓨터 시스템에 분산되어, 분산방식으로 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드가 저장되고 실행될 수 있다. 그리고, 본 발명을 구현하기 위한 기능적인(functional) 프로그램, 코드 및 코드 세그먼트들은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 프로그래머들에 의해 용이하게 추론될 수 있다.
이상으로 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 예시하기 위한 바람직한 실시예와 관련하여 설명하고 도시하였지만, 본 발명은 이와 같이 도시되고 설명된 그대로의 구성 및 작용에만 국한되는 것은 아니며, 기술적 사상의 범주를 이탈함없이 본 발명에 대해 다수의 변경 및 수정이 가능함을 당업자들은 잘 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 그러한 모든 적절한 변경 및 수정과 균등물들도 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주되어야 할 것이다.
본 발명은 광고 제공 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 사용자 단말로 광고 제공 시 상기 사용자 단말의 광고 쿠키 정보와 다수의 다른 사용자 단말로부터 수신된 광고의 선호도 정보를 기초로 적합한 광고를 제공할 수 있는 광고 제공 방법, 이를 위한 시스템 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의하면, 사용자 단말로 광고 제공 시 사용자의 나이, 성별 등의 개인 정보, 사용자 단말의 전화 번호와 같은 정보를 요구하지 않고, 적합한 광고를 제공할 수 있어, 사용자의 개인 정보가 외부로 노출되는 우려 없이 광고를 제공할 수 있어, 광고 서비스 산업 발전에 이바지할 수 있다.

Claims (15)

  1. 어느 하나의 응용 프로그램의 요청에 따라서 광고 요청 정보를 서비스 장치로 전송하고, 상기 서비스 장치로부터 상기 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 수신하여 상기 응용 프로그램을 통해 출력한 후, 상기 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보가 입력되면, 상기 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보를 상기 서비스 장치로 전송하는 사용자 단말; 및
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 상기 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 선호도 정보를 기초로 추출하여 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하고, 상기 사용자 단말로부터 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보가 수신되면, 상기 광고 데이터에 누적하여 저장하는 서비스 장치;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 제공 시스템.
  2. 서비스 장치와 정보를 송수신하는 통신부; 및
    어느 하나의 응용 프로그램의 요청에 따라서 생성된 광고 요청 정보를 상기 통신부를 통해 서비스 장치로 전송하고, 상기 서비스 장치로부터 상기 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 상기 통신부를 통해 수신하여 상기 응용 프로그램을 통해 출력한 후, 상기 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보가 입력되면, 상기 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보를 상기 통신부를 통해 상기 서비스 장치로 전송되도록 제어하는 제어부;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 광고 데이터의 출력에 따라 생성된 광고 쿠키 정보를 저장하는 저장부;
    를 더 포함하며,
    상기 제어부는
    상기 저장부에 상기 광고 쿠키 정보가 저장되어 있을 경우, 상기 광고 쿠키 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 상기 서비스 장치로 전송하고, 상기 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는
    상기 저장부에 기 저장된 광고 쿠키 정보가 저장되어 있지 않을 경우, 상기 응용 프로그램 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 생성하여 상기 서비스 장치로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말.
  5. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 광고 쿠키 정보는
    광고 데이터 식별 정보, 상기 광고 데이터의 출력 시간 정보, 상기 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보 중 하나 이상의 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말.
  6. 하나 이상의 사용자 단말과 정보를 송수신하는 서비스 통신부;
    하나 이상의 광고 데이터와 상기 광고 데이터에 대응하는 선호도 정보를 누적하여 저장하는 서비스 저장부; 및
    어느 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 상기 광고 요청 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터를 선호도 정보를 기초로 추출하여 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하고, 상기 사용자 단말로부터 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보가 수신되면, 상기 광고 데이터에 누적하여 저장되도록 제어하는 서비스 제어부;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 장치.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 서비스 제어부는
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 응용 프로그램 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 상기 응용 프로그램 식별 정보에 대응하는 광고 데이터 중 선호도 정보를 기초로 산출된 선호도 점수가 높은 광고 데이터를 추출하여 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 장치.
  8. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 서비스 제어부는
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 광고 데이터 식별 정보, 상기 광고 데이터의 출력 시간 정보, 상기 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보 중 하나 이상의 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 상기 광고 쿠키 정보를 이용하여 사용자의 관심 사항을 추출한 후, 상기 관심 사항에 대응하는 광고 데이터 중 선호도 정보를 기초로 산출된 선호도 점수가 높은 광고 데이터를 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 장치.
  9. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 서비스 제어부는
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 응용 프로그램 식별 정보만을 포함하는 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 상기 응용 프로그램 식별 정보로 기초로 대응하는 광고 데이터 중 선호도 정보를 기초로 산출된 선호도 점수가 높은 광고 데이터를 추출하여 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 장치.
  10. 어느 하나의 응용 프로그램의 요청에 따라서 광고 데이터 식별 정보, 상기 광고 데이터의 출력 시간 정보, 상기 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보 중 하나 이상의 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보와 광고 플랫폼 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 생성하는 단계;
    생성된 상기 광고 요청 정보를 서비스 장치로 전송하는 단계; 및
    상기 서비스 장치로부터 광고 데이터가 수신되면, 실행 중인 상기 응용 프로그램의 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 수신된 광고 데이터를 출력하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말에서의 광고 제공 방법.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서,
    상기 광고 요청 정보를 생성하는 단계는
    기 저장된 광고 쿠키 정보가 없을 경우, 상기 응용 프로그램 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 단말에서의 광고 제공 방법.
  12. 어느 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 광고 데이터 식별 정보, 상기 광고 데이터의 출력 시간 정보, 상기 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보 중 하나 이상의 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보와 광고 플랫폼 식별 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보를 포함하는 광고 요청 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 광고 쿠키 정보를 기초로 광고 데이터를 추출하는 단계; 및
    추출된 상기 광고 데이터를 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 제공 방법.
  13. 제 12항에 있어서,
    상기 광고 데이터를 추출하는 단계는
    상기 광고 쿠키 정보를 기초로 사용자의 관심 사항을 추출하는 단계; 및
    상기 관심 사항에 따라 광고 데이터를 추출하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 제공 방법.
  14. 제 12항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계 이후에,
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 전송된 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보를 포함하는 광고 쿠키 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 광고 데이터에 대한 선호도 정보를 기초로 광고 데이터별 선호도 점수를 산출하는 단계; 및
    어느 하나의 사용자 단말로부터 광고 요청 정보가 수신되면, 상기 산출된 광고 데이터별 선호도 점수를 확인하여 선호도 점수가 높은 광고 데이터를 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 제공 방법.
  15. 제 10항 내지 제 14항 중 적어도 한 항에 기재된 광고 제공 방법을 실행하는 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록매체.
