Abstract

To provide a machine (20) to simulate the actual wavy motion of the Earth (27) around the Sun (23), The simulator machine (20) consists of a fluid basin (22), containing a motorized cart (28) providing the Sun's forward movement, and carrying it at the top via a rotatable shaft (29). The fluid is transmitting the rotation of the Sun (23) toward the Earth (27), the forward movement and rotation of the Sun (23), rotates the fluid around the Sun (23) and decreases its pressure, the high pressure static fluid from behind the Earth (27) pushes it toward the Sun (23) due to the pressure difference, while the rotated fluid around the Earth (27) pushes it vertically outward. The resultant pushes of the two pressures pushes the Earth (27) tangent to the first elliptic track around the Sun (23), but as the Sun (23) is moving forward, the 2^nd half of elliptic followed by the Earth (27), will be shifted forward, creating with the first half a wave.

Description of the Invention

Technical Field of Invention

This invention relates to a machine presenting the actual wavy motion of the Earth or any planet in its orbit around the Sun.

Background Art

In 1543 Nicolas Copernicus observed that some Greek philosophers had proposed a heliocentric universe. This simplified the apparent epicyclical motions of the planets, making it feasible to represent the planets' paths as simple circles. This could be modeled by the use of gears. Tycho Brahe's improved instruments and made precise observations of the skies (1576- 1601), from these Johannes Kepler (1621) deduced that planets are orbiting the Sun in ellipses. In 1687 Isaac Newton explained the cause of elliptic motion in his theory of gravitation.

Christian Huygens published details of the heliocentric planetary machine in 1703. Clock makers George Graham and Thomas Tompoin built the first modern Orrery around 1704. Later and until today, many Orrerys with more complicated mechanisms depending on gears, motors and arms are not only representing the planetary motions around the Sun, but their moons around them too.

Patents are granted, and patents applications are filed in this field such as US1811825 (Planetarium); US 3,029,528 (Solar System Mechanism); US 3,733,720 (Orrery); US 4,392,831 (Orrery); and US 6,565,360 (Orrery).

But all of these machines are designed basically on the fact that the Sun is fixed, not moving, which is untrue, because the velocity of the Sun around the center of the Galaxy is 220 Km/s, which means the Earth cannot draw a circular or ellipse path around the Sun, unless the Sun is fixed in space.

So, how would the orbit of the Earth looks like around the moving Sun?

Of course, from simple physics and mathematics, it is well-known that any point moving around a moving point, should draw a wave like path, which means that as long as the Orrery or any planetarium or any prior machine in the prior art is not based on this fact, it requires a new type of machine, that basically simulate this type of motion. This invention is providing such a machine. Disclosure of Invention

Brief Description

To provide a simulator to simulate the actual wavy motion of the Earth around the Sun, this is resulting of the fact that the Sun is not standstill at a fixed point in the space, but moving at a speed of 220 Km/s, which prevents the creation of elliptical paths of the planets around it.

The planetary wavy orbit simulator machine is designed basically by providing a Sun (lighted spherical model) forward movement via a motorized cart, carrying the Sun at the top of it via a rotatable shaft, a motor inside the cart at the bottom is conventionally through a set of gears providing the forward motion of the cart, and the rotational motion of the shaft, that rotates the Sun.

The motion of the Sun and the sealed cart is carried out inside a basin filled with fluid; the fluid is used here to be as a medium transmitting the rotation of the Sun toward the Earth (smaller oval model) that is located freely at a distance from the Sun. In further detail, the forward movement and rotation of the Sun, rotates the fluid around the Sun, such that the part of the fluid which is near to the Sun, rotates faster than the farthest part, as per Bernoulli's principle, the lower speed fluid will have a higher pressure, than the faster speed fluid, this pressure difference in-between the fluid parts, results in a push from the farthest slowest fluid (back pressure) toward the faster fluid around the Sun, which means a planet like the Earth located around the Sun, should be affected simply by two types of forces, one caused by the rotatable fluid spiral arms pushing it perpendicular out, and another back pressure force pushing it toward the Sun, the resultant force of both forces of pressures, guides the Earth to move tangent to the circular border of imaginary circle around the Sun.

When the Sun moves forward, the fluid in front of it is compressed, while behind it is expanded, as a result an ellipse of rotating fluid is formed around the Sun, even the Earth follows this ellipse, but as the Sun is moving forward, the Earth path drawn around the Sun will be a wave rather than an ellipse. Detailed description for carrying out the Invention:

Even through prior 36 different PCT patents applications in other arts, for the main inventor of this invention, applied and prepared by him as a common representative, made him understand the conventional rules... how to write a detailed description of an invention, he is obliged here to write in a different way, for the following reasons:

1- The clarifications and explanations, related to the interaction in-between the space-time which is assumed here to have a fluid properties, that supports the transfer of the the force in-between the Sun and the Earth that is moving through it, because this assumption has never been handled either publically, or limitedly in the scientific societies.

2- These clarifications are only handled by the inventor of this invention through his prior books, which are not yet become well-known for the others, to be a traditional or reachable type of science, which means it should be rewritten here, before writing about the technical features of the invented machine, so the inventor here is introducing how to build technically the machine, by clarifying the principles and theories on which he based his design.

So, the first explanatory part of the text, is written according to the scientific interpretation, that was written in a book authorized in Arabic at

2007 by the inventor of this machine, the English translated title of that book is: God Created The Heavens And Will Roll It Back Like a Scroll, in addition to two other English books, for the same author (main inventor here): 1- Universe Revealed More - Continuing Einstein's Revolution, 2009. 2- New Principles for Space Time Travel, 2009.

The topics to be covered here are related to how the space-time acts as a fluid through: A- gravity, B- space-time compression.

Gravity

Is the fall of Newton's apple was due to gravity's attractive force? Or was it because of the pressure of the space? Newton's gravity is an attractive force towards the earth's center, Einstein's gravity, is having no force, rather it is the curvature of the space-time under the presence of a mass or energy, wherein this curvature causes another mass to follow a curved path around it while it is passing the curvature, such that this mass is not affected by a force to change its direction, but only by the curvature of space. So for Newton gravity is an attractive force toward the earth, for (Einstein) it is curvature of space which curves the direction of a moving mass.

On the planetary level, Newton's gravity is still the same, a pull force coming from the center of each mass toward the other one. For Einstein, it is not a pull, it is a change in the direction due to curving the space-time around a bigger mass, while a passing smaller mass even it curves the space-time around it, but still it can be trapped inside the bigger curvature of the space- time around the bigger mass, as a result, the small mass is dragged by the bigger mass via the curved space in-between them.

Einstein's theory of gravity is the theory of general relativity, which was first proved by concluding that a light beam coming from a star behind the sun, should be curved while passing the curved space-time around the sun, such that a star which is beside the Sun, is seen beside it not behind, this prediction was proved to be true, and also the relativistic equations were proved to give a more accurate results than the Newtonian ones.

But two questions should arise here:

1- After the top greatest historical discovery in 1998, that never ever achieved in the history of any science, which proved perfectly that the universe is accelerating in its expansion, not contracting as it was totally predicted, to be due to gravity, the question: why gravity is not contracting the universe, as it is supposed?

2- How the gravity of Newton is completely different than that for Einstein, while mathematically both still relatively give correct results?

3- Mathematically if mass-1 at the center of a circle moves forward, then mass-2 which rotates around it, cannot keep rotation around it, unless it draws a wavy track, so how can the bent fabric of cosmos as per Einstein's theory of relativity explains this wavy motion?

The answer for the first question is that since 16 years there is no explanation for that, it is really amazing that a discovery appears that proves that if there is a gravity, the universe should be contracting, but as the universe is not only expanding, but it is accelerating in its expansion, logically there is no gravity, why?

Because all the models that predicted the universe is contracting were based on gravity, which should be absent if the universe is accelerating in its expansion. But, what can we call the attraction in-between the moons, planets, and stars? What can we call the attraction of the earth on everything over it, towards its surface, or its center?

No, No, gravity is there!

But how come in the celestial level in-between the celestial bodies and even on their surfaces there is gravity, but at the universal level, there is no gravity?

Before answering this question, it needs to answer the 2^nd then the 3^rd question.

Even mathematically Newton's equations, and Einstein's equations are relatively correct, it does not mean that their explanations to gravity is correct, if it is gone deeply in the philosophy of their explanations, it will be found that Newton was explaining gravity like a magic, strange force coming from the center of a mass, while Einstein was talking about a bent piece of fabric by a mass, so Newton was not really sure about it, while Einstein provided an explanation that is not based on a physical principle or hypothesis, even his explanation succeeded in predicting the curvature of space-time, but it left other questions about the explanation not cleared, and not answered. Neither Einstein, nor any scientist after him, based on the curved fabric of cosmos explanation, discussed the wavy motion of every celestial body through the space-time of the universe, that is to say: As every celestial body in the space is orbiting a bigger one, and as every celestial body is moving from its location, it means there are no fixed centers around which the celestial bodies draw a closed circular or elliptical orbits, so to keep orbiting around a moving center, the orbit shape should be only wavy.

It is clear that Einstein used an explanation, which is not based on a physical principal that is based on available mathematical equations, and many physical phenomena, but it was so simple (bent fabric).

The conclusion here, if an object is moving at night through a specified track, in-between the surface of the earth and up, then relative to this object, if a correct mathematical equations calculating physical entities and predicting others are put, it does not necessarily mean that such correct maths, support generally any explanation that this object is an aircraft, or a bird, or a toy, or a projectile, or a body jumping on a spring.

Note that all of these explanations are true, all are explaining and suggesting correctly a suitable type of an object that moves up and down at night, mathematically, for each one of these explanation, different equations can be put that provides correct results, but actually these different equation cannot be used as a base that each specific equation is supporting its explanation, because finally the explanations are different, they are not the same, so which one is correct?

In the same, Einstein put explanation about the curved space, Newton assumed the gravity pulls, but the accelerated expansion of the universe is assuring that there is no gravity, the wavy motion of each celestial body is not discussed based on these theories, so why are all of these contradictions appearing?

As it is mentioned here by the inventor neither Newton, nor Einstein used a clear proved physical principle or hypothesis that has many applications to explain what appears as gravity, then, what is that principle, which explains actually the phenomenon of gravity?

First of all let us agree that the presence of space-time became a fact. Space- time compression or curvature is a fact. Space-time compressing action against the matter on the stars, is a fact. Twisting the space-time and bending it by a black hole to be like a whirlpool is a fact. The bending of light while passing a curved space-time is a fact.

Before depending on using the space-time as a source of energy for running the invented machine, First, the inventor here, need to solve the pending issues that he raised against gravity explanations from one side, and to support his a assumption that the space-time is neither a transferring a magic force as Newton predicted, nor being a fabric as Einstein demonstrated, but it is a material that has fluid properties, How?

The flowing points are supporting the assumption of the inventor: 1- If space-time is like a fluid, it means the physical principles and mathematical equations of fluids should be applicable on the space-time, so the first great issue to handle and prove here is the gravity, how would it look like when space-time is assumed to have fluid properties?

The Sun and the Earth are to be taken as example; the Sun is known to be rotating around its access, this means if the space-time surrounding the Sun is a fluid, even extremely with a very low viscosity, then the space- time should be rotated too. Increasing the speed of rotation of the space- time around the Sun, should decrease its pressure (P1) if it is a fluid as per Bernoulli's principle, which states that an increase in the speed of the fluid occurs simultaneously with a decrease in its pressure. As the fluid of space-time that is far from the surface of the Sun is rotating at a slower speed than the one near its surface, and as the farthest fluid is relatively static, it implies that the relatively static fluid should have a higher pressure (P2) than the pressure (P1) of the rotating space-time fluid around the Sun (FIG. 1).

As a result: P2>P1. Then the higher pressure region (P2) should push the space-time towards (P1) region, but as fluids are moving in a wavy like manner, then the fluid part with pressure P2, which is moving radially toward the Sun surface (or center), would not get its waves entering in a destructive interference with the rotating waves of the fluid part with pressure P1 , this fact which is well known about the fluids, and can be seen in any river or sea shore, means that the waves of the fluid part with the pressure P2, will pass smoothly the region of the fluid part with the pressure P1, wherein it will pass it radially and smoothly towards the surface of the Sun. This implies that as the fluid part with pressure P2 becomes near and near to the Sun, shells of fluid pressure around the Sun, should get its area becoming smaller and smaller toward the Sun, which means the pressure value of them increases through this medium with original pressure P1, to be (P3, P4, P5, P6.. refer FIG. 1) in the direction of the Sun surface. (Note that the pressure here is increasing not due to the increase in the weight of the fluid (force), but due to the decrease in the area (Remember P=F/A, or P= W/A) wherein F is the pushing force of the fluid, W: is the weight of the fluid, A: is the area of the surface upon which the force F is exerted.

The pressure of the fluid that is directed in imaginary shells towards the Sun from the medium with pressure P2, which is increasing while moving toward the Sun's surface, explains many phenomena:

1- Gravity of the Sun and Earth:

The pushing of any matter having a mass towards the surface of the Sun, this push is called normally gravity. Newton's Apple was not attracted or pulled toward the Earth by gravity, but it was pushed down toward the Earth by being located under the weight of the column of space-time fluid, having a pressure = pgh, which pushed the apple from up to down toward the surface of the Earth, due to being increasing toward the surface of the Earth.

2- Light track curvature in a high potential gravitational field:

The first prove that supported General Relativity was the light track curvature while passing the curved space-time around the Sun, which was explained to be resulting from the curvature of the fabric of cosmos around the Sun, can be explained here in a better physical manner rather than referring it to a fabric-like curvature, the explanation here is like the following:

As the Sun is having a spherical shape, with volume = 1,300,000 x Earth, mass= 333,000 x earth, a rotation velocity at equator = 7,189 Km/hr, and 220 km/s velocity inside its orbit, it tends to rotate the space-time fluid at a very higher speed than that caused by the earth, which means such rotation of the Sun, results in a surrounding space-time fluid with lower pressure, as a result a back pressure from the relatively far static space-time in the solar system, moves the space-time toward the sun, pushing planets in orbits around the sun, but also pushing with incredible higher pressure the space-time, toward the sun center, creating a high gravity at the surface of the sun.

So the space-time around the sun will be gradually compressed toward the center of the Sun, the compression of the space-time toward the Sun's surface, is increasing from pressure P3 to P4 to P5.., which implies that there is a gradual increase in the density of the space-time fluid toward the Sun as in Fig. 1. (Note that here the increase is in the pressure of the space-time fluid coming from far away, not from the one rotating around the Sun, which is having another pressure moving via different waves, that would not interact with the coming waves from far away, this phenomena is will known about fluids, wherein waves cross each other without destruction or changes in their directions, it can be seen easily on rivers surfaces and sea shores after a boat passes, wherein waves crosses each other in many directions without destruction or hitting each other, each wave is having its separate orbit on which it is swimming).

Anyway, the gradual increase in the fluid pressure and density toward the Sun refers us to Physics of light, wherein when a light passes in-between two mediums of different densities, it is refracted. In the case where light passes from a constant density of space-time, through a gradually increasing density space-time around the sun towards its surface, it will be refracted gradually around that surface, which means its track shape will be curved rather than only T/IB2014/000305

11 refracted, this result proves that we can prove that the gradually compressed space-time fluid around the sun towards its surface, can explain the curvature of light in a more scientific, practical and physical way than the assumed fabric of cosmos according to general relativity of Einstein.

3- Planetary- Lunar gravity:

The moon is also rotating once every lunar month, and moving at a speed of 1 km/s, so it is also creating a push of space-time fluid (back pressure) towards its surface, but due to moon's low density and low speeds, the back pressure will be having a low value compared to that of the earth, that is why the gravity at the moon's surface is lower than that at the earth. From another side, as the moon is not far from the earth, then the rotation of the Earth which rotates the Space-time around the Earth in a faster and greater volume around it compared to that of the moon, will create a lower pressure of space-time fluid around the earth, that will create a higher back space-time fluid pressure at the far static space-time fluid regions that are surrounding the rotating space-time fluid around the Earth, this resulting back pressure will push towards the Earth everything located around it, including the moon.

4- Elliptical orbits: Neither Newton's explanation, nor Einstein's explanation, explained theoretically and physically, why the moon's orbit is elliptical, also it did not explain why the moon is orbiting the earth in a faster speed (max. speed) when it is near to the Earth at semi-major axis distance = 384,399 km, and orbiting at a lower speed (min. speed) when it is far from it at the Apogee (405,503) km! Only assuming that space-time is a fluid can explain this. According to Doppler effect, the waves are compressed in the direction of motion, as a result, as the Earth rotates the rotating space-time fluid around it will take a circular shape, but as it moves forward, the space-time fluid is compressed in front of it, while it expands behind it, changing the shape of the rotating fluid from a circle into an elliptical shape, also this means that the size of compressed space-time in 0305

front of the earth, should be less than that left behind it. Going back to Bernoulli's principle, the decrease in the size of a flowing fluid, should increase its speed, similarly the increase in the speed of the space-time fluid flow in front of the Earth due to its smaller size, implies that in this area, the moon should enter in a higher speed area of space-time fluid rather than the low speed of the space-time in the bigger area left behind the Earth, so the speed of rotation of the moon around the Earth will increase, and as this area size is smaller, the moon will get more near to the earth in the direction of Earth's motion.

5- Gravitational lensing: It is well known that galaxies are rotating, the rotation of a galaxy with around one billion stars, means the space-time fluid around the borders and circumference of the galaxy is rotated strongly and fast, this will result in the flow of the nearby space-time fluid with the lower speed of rotation and higher pressure toward these regions with high speed and low pressure. The pressure of the nearby high pressure space-time fluid will push increasingly the space- time towards the borders of the galaxy increasing gradually the density of space-time towards the circumference of the galaxy, such that the light tracks of far galaxies coming from behind such a galaxy located in-between these galaxies and the Earth, will be curved pushed gradually toward the borders of these galaxies, due to the increasingly push of the space-time toward the border of the galaxy, in another way, due to the difference in the density in- between the empty space-time fluid, and the higher density of the medium of space-time fluid around the galaxy; in total, all the lights coming from behind the galaxy toward the Earth, will be bent around the borders of it, such that it will create a lens of light at the circumference of the galaxy in-between the Earth and other far galaxies located behind it.

6- Principle of equivalence:

The principle of equivalence states that if two different masses of same shape and matter and density, but with different sizes are thrown from a height (h) toward the Earth's surface; they will reach at the same time, due to that the acceleration of gravity (g) is equal for both of them, but physically this can only be explained through the assumption that space-time is a fluid, wherein the pressure over mass one will be P1= F1/A1, P2=F2/A2, or P1=W1/A1, P2=W2/A2

Wherein, P1 is the pressure of a column of space-time fluid, via a force F1, or in another way via its weight W1 over the area A1 of the first mass. Now let us suppose that mass 1 (ml), mass 2 (m2) are cube, and the area of the surface of ml is two times of that of m2, it means that the cross sectional area of the column of space-time fluid over ml, equals to two times of the cross sectional area of the space-time column fluid over m2, which means the weight of space-time fluid column of space-time fluid over ml equals two times the weight of space-time over m2, which means that P1 = 2(W2)/2(A2), or P1=W2/A2, (knowing P2= W2/A2) then P1=P2, this equivalence of pressure, means that each similar area of similar matter with similar density over the surface of the Earth, should get equivalent pressure amount, in another way, as the areas here are equal, it means that P1=P2, when F1=F2, so every similar area of matters of similar type and density, are getting equivalent pushing forces exerted by the space-time fluid.

Also, since P= pgh, then as P1= p1.g1.h1, and P2= p2.g2.h2, then as P1=P2; p1.g1.h1 = p2.g2.h2, as p1, p2 are referring to the same space-time fluid (p1= p2), while hi and h2 which are the height of space-time fluid columns over the masses ml, m2.

Then as at the same height over any point over the Earth any space-time fluid column from the space toward the Earth has the same height, and as p1= p2, hi = h2, then g1 should equal g2.

This means through fluid mechanics we can prove the equivalence of acceleration of gravity, when assuming the space-time is a fluid.

So the space-time fluid is not caring about what type of matter, or its size, or shape, or density, it cares and interact with the area of the smallest particle in the matter (quarks or less) over which it practices its pressure that equals the weight of this space-time column over the area of that basic smallest quantum particle, which should be the same inside all types of atoms particles.

7- Tides:

Tides were explained by Newton to be caused by a force coming from the Moon towards the oceans, seas..on the Earth, such that when the moon is nearer to the Earth, this force increases, causing tides. But still such explanation is not clear, not based on a physical principle, not explaining the interaction in- between these factors.

Anyway, if the space-time is assumed to have fluid properties, it will be understood that as the moon is rotating, and as it moves to its nearest point relative to the Earth, the effect of the rotated (low pressure) space-time of the Moon around it, which is causing a back pressure from the far space-time fluid to move toward the moon, means that part of the space-time fluid that is located in-between the Earth and the moon, will be dragged more toward the moon, which mean the resultant space-time fluid pressure which is directed toward the Earth, will lose part of its pressure, from toward the Earth, to be in the direction of the Moon, so the decrease in the resultant space-time pressure toward the Earth, will decrease relatively the so called gravity, which is a push from upward to downward as assumed here, as a result, the oceans, seas water, with the relatively minor partial attraction, or push, or the drag of the space-time from over it toward the moon, will show a behavior such that it moves in the moon direction (or attracted toward it as Newton assumed). Deeply this can be explained by knowing that the centrifugal forces tends to throw away the matter from the center, as space-time is normally pushing the water toward the center of the Earth, while the centrifugal force created by the rotation of the Earth tends to push it away from the center of the Earth, it means the decrease in the pressure of space-time on the water, will give more chance for the centrifugal forces to push the water away. In total the water level will be higher at the middle of the sea, and shallower at the shores. When the moon is at its farthest point from the Earth, the reverse happens, wherein the extra push of the resultant space-time on the water, results in pushing the water towards the shores, where the seal level will be higher.

8- Black holes: Black holes are predicted and explained by general relativity to occur due to an extremely huge mass with an extreme huge density, wherein the rotation of this mass drags and rotate the space-time to form a whirlpool-like in the space. This can be explained more easily if space-time is assumed to be a fluid, wherein a celestial body with extreme mass, density, and rotational speed creates a whirlpool in the fluid similar to black holes in space, with same effect in dragging everything around the black hole to inside it, even light, wherein the drag to inside the black hole can be explained clearly when the space-time is assumed to be a fluid, because the high speed rotation of the space-time around the extreme mass, density.., creates an extremely low pressure field, that gets the surrounding high pressure space-time pushed and moving toward its center, such that the high pressure space-time fluid field, moves or carries with it everything toward the black hole that swallow everything, even light photons, under the resultant back pressure push toward the black hole.

9- Wavy orbits:

Having a look at anything having a mass rotating and moving forward at the surface of water as a fluid, shows the Doppler effect, and shows the elliptical shape of waves around it. A moving whirlpool from down side, shows that the objects rotating around the whirlpool borders, tend to move forward with the whirlpool wherever it moves, which means it is drawing a wavy track around its center, and means that around the rotating fluid these objects are stuck in orbits, because they cannot move out of it, due to the back pressure from the high pressure of water coming from the static areas. From another side, if we look at the waves inside a river with borders after a boat passed, it shows that waves are moving neatly in different directions, it is crossing each other in layers many times, but without any disturbance or destruction. Similarly, even the Earth is pushed back toward the Sun by the far relatively static space-time 0305

fluid pressure, but the whirling waves of space-time that gets to the Earth from the Sun, tend to push it away tangent to the arc track of the space-time waves, and so two forces should affect on the Earth, 1^st force (F1) is pushing it towards the Sun, and the 2^nd force (F2) is pushing it with an angle away from the Sun (FIG. 2. A- H, and FIG. 3 are demonstrating the resultant force (R) for a circular track), the resultant force will push it forward in a direction tangent to and following the circular track if the Sun is not moving forward, and elliptical track if it is moving forward, wherein for elliptical tracks, as the Earth enters the compressed space-time low size, with high speed area around the Sun, its speed increases, so it will pass the Sun, but the resultant force will keep it in track, as it passes the semi-minor axis tip, it passes the extremely compressed point of space-time fluid, towards the decreasing ones, as a result its speed slows down inside the lower speed region, so the Sun begins passing it forward through the space-time fluid, and so on, one time the Earth passes the Sun and in the other the Sun passes it, this will draw only a wavelike orbit, even it is locally and apparently appearing to draw an elliptical orbit (FIG. 8- A, B).

10- Earth tilt movements around its axis:

The assumption that the earth has tilt movements around its axis is well known in science, it is put to explain the reason why the sun light is moving from being vertical to the Tropic of Capricorn to the Tropic of Cancer, but actually, for any tilted body (B1) around its axis, and moving in a wavy track around another body (B2), then if the top side of (B1) is facing more or tilting more than the lower part toward (B2) while moving in the first half of the wave of the track, we will find in the second part of wave, the lower side become tilting more, or more near to (B2), without changing the angle of tilted axis, so the wavy track is explaining easily that there is no mysterious reason behind the tilting of the earth around its axis, because it is simply not doing that, it is the implication of the wavy track for a body that is permanently tilted around its axis at the same fixed angle. Note here while using the wavy forms to explain such phenomena, that waves are always correlative with fluids, so as space-time is predicted to produce waves, this is supporting the assumption that it is a fluid.

As this is an invention, the inventor succeed to explain how the assumption that space-time is a fluid, is consistent with all major celestial phenomena related to gravity: solar gravity, planetary gravity, lunar gravity, a celestial body surface gravity, light curvature, equivalence principle, gravitational lensing, elliptical orbits, tides, black holes, wavy orbits, and tilt of sunlight over the Earth's surface around the equator. Up to here the inventor stops providing extra proves that the space-time is a fluid, which does not mean he does not have more, but still patent application publication no.: WO/2013/088425 - Method Of Space Compression Time Dilation Machine, can be referenced, the inventor has put in his books, many other proves that space-time is a fluid, wherein these proves are applicable with what is discovered, but these need hundreds of pages to be written here.

It need to be noted here, that in the Holy Quran, God (Allah) who created the universe, described the motion of celestial bodies (Sun, Earth, Moon) to be a swimming motion in orbits, and a flowing motion like in fluids, wherein swimming and flowing in orbits are only movements in wavy tracks through fluids.

In order to make it easy to carry out the invention, a detailed description of the parts of the invention, supported with figures, is provided here, wherein the main parts are arranged sequentially, according to the importance of the part, we made it easy to read, by referring to each feature, with a number included in the parts description text, and in the parts numbering list, the numbering of parts features is indicated here, by starting it sequentially from number 20, whenever a part feature appears in a text, it will be directly assigned its required serial number. As example in FIG. 4, the parts' features are arranged sequentially from number 20, 21, 22... Principle, design, and method of operation of the planetary wavy orbits simulator machine.

The planetary wavy orbits simulator machine 20 (FIG. 4, FIG. 5 - A, B), is designed based on the assumption space-time is a fluid filling the space in- between celestial bodies, so in the machine 20 here, the space-time is replaced by a fluid 21 (e.g. water) filled inside a rectangular basin 22, wherein the rotation of this fluid 21 by a big spherical mass resembling the Sun 23, that rotates the fluid 21 around it, this results in a high speed rotating fluid 24 having a lower fluid pressure (P1) compared to the relatively static fluid 25, behind the borders of the rotated fluid 24, as a result according to Bernoulli principle, a high pressure (P2) after the borders develops and creates a movement or push of the relatively static fluid 25 toward the rotating low pressure (P1) fluid 24.

So around the Sun 23, the fluid 21 is exposed to two (non destructive) types of movements, anti-clockwise rotation of the fluid 24, in the form of pushing force caused by the pressure (P1) of the spiral arms 26, and a radial pushing force of the pressure (P2) coming from the previously relatively static fluid 25, these two types of motions exposes any celestial body like the Earth (small spherical model) 27 located inside the local swirling fluid around the Sun 23, to two types of forces or pressures, the first is the vertical outward push of pressure (P1) at the contact point with the spiral arm, and the second of the radial inward push of pressure (P2) toward the Sun, the resultant force (Prf) of these two pressures on the Earth, pushes it to a direction in-between the two pressures, wherein every time the Earth is moved forward, the resultant pressure keeps it neither pushed away from near the Sun, nor pushed toward it, but it keeps it rotating in a circular orbit around it (FIG. 6- A- E).

It need to be noted here that the Earth 27 should be left freely orbiting around the Sun 23, without using a rod, arm, or any link in-between like in Orrery, because we need to simulate the actual motion. But as the Sun 23 model cannot be rotated freely and smoothly around its axis through an inner motor, nor it can be moved freely forward inside the basin 22, as a result the rotation and forward motions of the Sun 23 are provided via a motorized cart 28, carrying the Sun 23 model at the top of it via a rotatable shaft 29, a motor 30 inside the cart 28 at the bottom, is conventionally working through a set of gears, to provide the forward motion of the cart 28 that moves the Sun 23 forward, and the rotational motion of the shaft 29, that rotates the Sun 23. When the machine 20 is put in operation, the fluid 21 is used here to be as a medium transmitting the rotation of the Sun 23, toward the Earth 27 that is located freely at a distance from the Sun 23. In further detail, the forward movement and rotation of the Sun, rotates the fluid around the Sun, such that the resultant force of pressure (Prf) will push the Earth 27 around the Sun 23, but as the Sun 23 is moving forward, the Earth 27 will not be left behind it, because every period of time (dt) the Earth 27 is affected by a new pressure of fluid column (dP2), this new column of pressure pushes the Earth 27 toward the center of the Sun 23, not toward the old location left behind the Sun 23, through which the Sun 23 passed, so this fact means that even the Sun 23 is moving forward, the force of pressure P2 keeps pushing the Earth 27 toward the new center to which the Sun 23 moved, in another way, P2 keeps pushing the Earth 27 toward the Sun's center, wherever it moves.

But as the spiral arms 26 keeps being created to rotate around the center of the Sun 23, it means if the Sun 23 is moved forward, these arms that are left behind are replaced instantly by new arms 26 that rotates around the center of the Sun 23, and produce a pushing force vertically out on anybody in contact with them, clearly, pushing any matter having mass vertically out, as a result, these instantly created spiral arms 27, will not leave the Earth 27 behind, after the Sun 23 moves forward, but they will act with the force of the pressure P1, through the resultant pressure (Prf) to keep the Earth 27 rotating around the Sun 23.

But as the Sun 23 is moving forward (FIG. 7- A- E)„ the fluid in front of it as per Doppler principle should be compressed, and the one left behind it is expanded, such that the rotation and forward movement make the fluid rotates around the Sun 23 in an elliptic shape, rather than a circular form shape, like when the Sun 23 is stationary. As a result, the Earth 27 is dragged by the resultant force of the pressure (Prf) to follow an elliptic track around the Sun 23.

But in fact, as the Sun 23 is moving forward, even the apparent directions of rotations from a surface on the Sun 23 show that the Earth 27 is rotating in an elliptic orbit (FIG. 7- A- E), the physical fact is saying that the as Sun's 23 center of rotation is moving, the Earth 27 should rotate around it in a wavy orbit, rather than an elliptical orbit. How?

1- If five pictures are taken for the Earth 23 at five locations while moving around the moving Sun 27 (FIG 8. A), starting from point 1 behind the Sun 23, until coming back to it after fulfilling a complete rotation around the Sun 23 passing through points (1- 5), then if these pictures are arranged from right to left in slides resembling perfectly (1/1 scale) the locations for the Sun 23 and the Earth 27 while the Sun 23 moved from right to left through the basin, and the Earth rotated elliptically around it, then a line is drawn in- between the locations (1- 5) through which the Earth 27 was moving, the resulting track (orbit) will be perfectly a wave, it will never be an ellipse. This can be concluded too if four pictures are taken (FIG. 8. B), or an imaginary pen is imagined to be connected to the Earth 27 to draw on an imaginary paper on top of it, its track. The deep explanation for this, is that in the simulator machine 20, if the Earth's 27 oval model is put behind the Sun 23 and tilted toward it, then while the Sun 23 is rotated counterclockwise and moved forward, the resultant force (R) of the inward push of the far fluid 25, and the vertically outward push of the spiral arms 26, will push and guide the Earth 27 to move tangent to the right half of the ellipse around the Sun 23, where the Earth 27 is pushed forward, but with an increasing speed, due to the increase of the rotational speed of the fluid 21 as it moves toward the compressed side of fluid front of the Sun 23, this will push the Earth 27 to pass the Sun 23 from behind to right to front of the Sun (23), where after it passes the front point located in front of the Sun 23, the Earth 27 will not move backward, because the Sun 23 is still pushing the whole ellipse of spiral arms 26 forward, but here even the Earth 27 stays moving forward with 2014/000305

21 the ellipse and the Sun 23, its speed gets dramatically slower than that of the Sun 23, at the point when it passes from the front right to the front left of the Sun 23, because the compressed fluid area increases and its speed decreases, which means the speed of the Earth 27 decreases, as a result the Sun 23 passes the Earth 27, which got now to the left of the Sun 23, and then with the decrease of the fluid rotational speed, the Earth 27 is passed totally by the Sun 23, wherein the Earth 27 gets back to behind the Sun 23, not to its prior point, behind the Sun 23, but to a new point ahead of the old one, wherein the resultant drawn track is a wave, noting that the resultant force keeps always the Earth rotating around the moving eclipse.

2- But, after all of this, it may be said that: the movement of center of rotation produces a wavy track for anybody revolving around the center, so what is the new? It need to be made clear here that not only the space-time fluid assumption, or the physical known principles used for the first time in the history to explain gravity, or how the resultant force of the pressure (Pfr) push a celestial body in track, but the difference in-between a circular track switching into a wavy track due to the movement of the center of rotation, and a wavy track that is originally wavy, and never can be described to be circular, can be discovered via the following:

As the Sun 27 rays are directed to be shifting gradually from being perpendicular toward the North hemisphere, North of the equator, and then toward the South hemisphere, South of the equator, this was explained via the well-know scientific assumption which is dealt with as a fact, which demonstrates that the Earth is moving around its tilt axis, such that through one year, one time the Sun rays are directed to the North of the equator, and one time to the South.

But, as it is proved that the Earth 27 is following a wavy track around the Sun, it means according to Fig.s (8, 9, 10) the completion of one wave means completing one year, then in the figures from right to left, if the Sun 23 is in the part over which the first half of the wave passes, it means the Earth 27 passes from top side around the Sun 26, wherein if Earth's North (top) hemisphere relatively facing perpendicularly the Sun 27, then at the 2^nd part (1/2 of the wave) to the left of the Sun 23 (down side), the Earth 27 should tilt around its axis, such that if it was tilting toward the center of the page in the first part of the wave, it should tilt upward toward the top of the page in the next (2^nd part, or ¹/₂) of the wave, but if this happens, it means that again the North hemisphere will stay facing relatively perpendicularly the Sun 23, which means that the Summer should be continuous through the year in the North hemisphere, while Winter should be continuous through the year in the South hemisphere, which is impossible?

So, which is wrong? is it the assumption that the Earth 23 is having a tilting movement around its axis through the year, or is it the wavy orbit assumption?

How to solve this great contradiction? It need to be assured, that no way is there to prove that wavy orbits are wrong!

But, is the tilting of the Earth around its axis was concluded or proved physically?

In fact the tilting of the Earth around its axis was concluded to explain a the phenomenon of the changes in the perpendicularity of the Sun rays on the Earth through semesters, so physicists and geography scientists concluded it to explain the switching of Sun rays perpendicularity in-between the North and South hemispheres, but if the orbits are wavy, a new conclusion should appear, which is more easy to understand and prove, wherein the Earth 27 is assumed to be tilted permanently at a fixed angle around its axis, while it is not swaying or changing at all this tilt angle, which means the Earth 27 is not moving to tilt around its axis, but its tilt angle is fixed.

But how it is fixed, while the phenomena of semesters changes is there, and the Sun rays are switching their relative perpendicularity in-between the North and South hemispheres? This conclusion, or assumption, or in fact discovery, can be proved through > this invented machine 20. In fact it is one of the greatest scientific issues to be handled and shown through this machine as a revolutionary discovery, wherein the Earth 27 is having a fixed angle of tilt around its axis, that never change through the year.

While Fig. 6, 7 are illustrating that if the Earth is not tilting at all around its tilt axis, will not produce any change of perpendicularity in-between the semesters, even it is rotating in a circular orbit around the Sun, or in an Ellipse orbit around a moving Sun, only Fig. 10 is proving that the wavy Earth orbit around the Sun with the Sun kept having a fixed tilt angle around its tilt axis is the only shape of orbit that providing a change in the perpendicularity of the Sun rays on the Earth through the semesters.

But, before explaining Fig. 10, Fig. 9 is used to illustrate generally how generally any geometrical body moving on a wavy track, while having a shaft installed on it from up to down but tilted to e.g left side will appear changing its direction, while the cart is following the wavy track without tilting.

Fig.9 is showing (from right to left) while this tilted shaft to left is tilting toward a body (Sun) located in a place where the (1^st half) top part of the wave is tilted toward it, this tilted shaft will not do the same in the lower part of the wave (2^nd half of the wave), where it will not be tilted on the lower side of the wave toward that body, but it will be tilted away, which means if in the first part of the wave the shaft top part is tilted toward the Sun, in the lower part the top side will be tilted away, it means even the shaft is not moved from its location or tilted from its tilt axis by any force, but its tilt direction is changing while passing the wave relative to a body passing through its center. The same happens to the Earth, wherein even its tilt around its tilt axis is fixed, but this does not mean if it moves in a wavy orbit it should change its tilt axis to create the semesters changes in Sunrays perpendicularity.

For this reason, a more detailed improvement is carried out in the machine 20, specifically to the Earth 27 (FIG. 10), wherein before immersing an oval body resembling the Earth 27 inside the fluid 21 in the basin 22, this oval body 27 is tilted 23.5° from its perpendicular axis, then a specified matter is fixed inside its bottom side, such that while this oval body 27 is tilted, this matter's top surface is flat and horizontal, the benefit of this design, is to keep the oval body (Earth model) 27 tilted while being immersed in the fluid 21, wherein the flat horizontal surface, which tends to be parallel to the flat horizontal surface, holds the oval shape tilted. Also for operational requirements, when the oval shape is immersed at its start point near the Sun 23 inside the fluid 21, it should be tilting toward the Sun 27.

When the cart 28 is put in operation, such that it only rotates the Sun 23, then of course the Earth 27 rotates around the Sun 23 in a circular path, wherein it can be seen that the North hemisphere is facing perpendicularly the Sun 23 all of the time during a full circle or cycle of rotation which resembles a year.

But, if the cart 28 is set to move forward while rotating the Sun 23 via the shaft 29, it can be seen easily that while the North hemisphere of the Earth 27 is facing the Sun 23 perpendicularly at the first ¹Λ of the wave, then at the second part of the wave, even the Earth 27 did not tilt around its axis any degree than the fixed preset tilt angle, but it appears that the South hemisphere is now facing the Sun 23, a revolutionary result.

It need to be assured here, that this discovery, which is never shown by any type of invented Orrery through more than four decades, cannot be produced by any Orrery, if the Orrery is designed such that the Sun 23 is made to move forward, to let planets linked to it via linkages, rotate in a wavy track, the reason is that if a planet is tilted to a fixed angle toward the Sun 23 (e.g its North hemisphere of a planet is tilted toward the Sun 23), and linked by a linkage (rod, link..etc) to the Sun 23 or a point at the center of the Orrery as in all types of such machines or models, then even the Orrery or the Sun 23, or the center of the Orrery is moved forward, it is of no way the planet would get its South hemisphere is facing the Sun 23 in the 2^nd part of the cycle or the wave, Why?

Why, should not it act like in the invented machine here?

The reasons are like the following: 1- The Orrery is invented based on a linkage connected to the planet, this linkage is resembling the Newtonian gravitational force holding planets around the Sun, but in the invented machine here, there is no such force, there is a fluid with resultant pressures.

2- The forward motion of the Orrery, even it appears to show that planets are drawing wavy tracks around the Sun, but actually it is circular, if not, the question why did not it produce a change in the perpendicularity of light around the equator, like that in the invented machine here?

The answer is of two parts: a- only the invented machine here can produce and proove this discovery (Earth 27 is not changing its tilt angle around its axis), b- The motion of planets and everything in the universe is wavy, and never have been circular or elliptical, or even circular or elliptical around a tilted axis.

Scientists keep always referring to prior publications to prove and support their discoveries, at the end of this text, a book published in the market in billion of copies should be referenced here, it is from God the creator of the universe, who knows everything about it, because God is the creator, these verses from the Holy Quran support the assumption here, in addition to all prior scientific proofs discussed at the start of the text.

Furthermore, StarWalk program, which is scientific educational application that got many top awards as best application in Apple smart devices for the Year 2008, 2009, is translated to Arabic and modified by the inventor here, one of the implications of this program which is found by the inventor here, is that if any planet or moon is selected, to be tracked through the ecliptic sphere, via running the time machine in the device, then by watching the movement of such planet or moon around the ecliptic, shows that the track appears to be wavy (up and down around the ecliptic)

Finally, may be Albert Einstein discovered that space-time is a fluid, but he avoided to do that, because the science at that time was insisting that there is no Ether filling the space, based on the discovery that speed of light is constant, that is why Einstein assumed the fabric of a cosmos curved by mass or energy, rather than a matter filling the space. But still to assume based on experiments that if there is a matter filling the universe, then the speed of light should be changing with the rotation of the Earth is untrue, because the latest physicists are assuming that light is moving in a higher dimension, that has no relation to our dimensions.

It need to be known that Einstein have done a similar mistake in his history, where he added a factor to his general relativity equations, so that it appears to imply that universe is stable, not expanding, because he wanted his equations to be consistent with the beliefs at that time that universe is stable, but later in1929 when Hubble discovered that the universe is expanding, Einstein described the addition of that factor to his right equations, changed it into a wrong equation, which implemented that universe is stable rather than expanding as it is really is, he said: This is the greatest mistake I have ever done in my life.

So may be many scientists avoided to predict that the space-time is having fluid properties, to avoid entering with a quarrel with those who refuse that there is Ether filling the space.

1- A Planetary Wavy Orbit Simulator Machine (20), comprising:

a rectangular basin (22);

a fluid (21);

a motorized cart (28);

a motor (30);

a rotating shaft (29);

a Sun model (Sphere) (23);

an Earth model (Oval tilted) (27);

2- The Simulator machine (20) according to claim 1, wherein the rectangular basin (22) is filled with fluid (21), and having the motorized cart (28) located over the bottom of its base.

3- The Simulator machine (20) according to claim 1, wherein the motorized cart (28) is consisting of a motor (30), conventionally, using a set of gears to drive the cart (28) forward, to rotate the Sun model (23) counterclockwise via a rotatable shaft (29), that moves it forward with the forward movement of the cart (28).

4- The Simulator machine (20) according to claim 1, wherein the Earth (27) is having an oval shape and located freely at a distance from the Sun (23), the oval body model of the Earth (27) is designed such that it is tilted 23.5° from its perpendicular axis, then a specified matter is fixed inside its bottom side, such that while this oval body is tilted, this matter top surface is flat and horizontal, that is to keep the oval body (Earth model) tilted while being immersed in the fluid (21), wherein the flat horizontal surface, which tends to be parallel to the flat horizontal surface, holds the oval shape of the Earth (27) tilted toward the Sun model (23).

5- The Simulator machine (20) according to claim 1, wherein the forward movement of the cart (28) with the rotation of the shaft (29), rotates the Sun model (23), such that the fluid (21) near to the surface of the Sun model (23) is rotated, creating wavy spiral arms (26), while the rotating fluid (24) around the Sun model (23) is having a low pressure, compared to the high pressure of the relatively static fluid (25) far away from the Sun model (23), as a result the High pressure fluid (25) pushes and moves toward the low pressure fluid (24) around the center of the Sun (23), but as the Sun model (23) is moving forward, the fluid will be compressed in front of it, and expanded behind it, such that an ellipse of fluid is created around the Sun model (23), with the rotational speed of the fluid in front of the Sun (23), is higher than that behind it, due to being compressed in the front, and expanded behind.

6- The Simulator machine (20) according to claim 1 and 5, wherein if the Earth's (27) oval model is put behind the Sun (23) and tilted toward it, then while the Sun (23) is rotated counterclockwise and moved forward, the resultant force (R) of the inward push of the far fluid (25), and the vertically outward push of the spiral arms (26), will push and guide the Earth (27) to move tangent to the right half of the ellipse around the Sun (23), where the Earth (27) is pushed forward, but with an increasing speed, due to the increase of the rotational speed of the fluid (21) as it moves toward the compressed side of fluid front of the Sun (23), this will push the Earth (27) to pass the Sun (23) from behind to right to front of the Sun (23), where after it passes the front point located in front of the Sun (23), the Earth (27) will not move backward, because the Sun (23) is still pushing the whole ellipse of spiral arms (26) forward, but here even the Earth (27) stays moving forward with the ellipse and the Sun (23), its speed gets dramatically slower than that of the Sun (23), at the point when it passes from the front right to the front left of the Sun (23), because the compressed fluid area increases and its speed decreases, which means the speed of the Earth (27) decreases, as a result the Sun (23) passes the Earth (27), which got now to the left of the Sun (23), and then with the decrease of the fluid rotational speed, the Earth (27) is passed totally by the Sun (23), wherein the Earth (27) gets back to behind the Sun (23), not to its prior point, behind the Sun (23), but to a new point ahead of the old one, wherein the resultant drawn track is a wave, noting that the resultant force keeps always the Earth rotating around the moving eclipse. 7- The Simulator machine (20) according to claim 1 and 5, wherein the Earth oval tilted side toward the Sun at the start location behind the Sun, will have its top half facing the Sun in the front right half part of the resultant wave, and having its lower half facing the Sun, while it gets in the second half of the resultant wave to the left of the Sun.
