Abstract
The invention relates to the art of household appliances, and more particularly to means for the control of insects, primarily flying insects. The electric fly trap comprises a body, a fan, an electric motor, a power supply and a shaft with an intake funnel, wherein the shaft is telescopically extendable and consists of at least two segments, one inside the other. The electric fly trap can preferably be provided with at least one blade, disposed between the intake funnel and the outlet from the fan, or can be provided with at least a pair of electrical contacts, disposed between the inlet to the fan and the outlet therefrom. The technical result is an increase in the operating range and usability of the fly trap.
