NUCLEAR REACTOR RELOADING MACHINE
FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY
This utility model relates to the field of nuclear engineering, and more particularly to devices for overloading fuel assemblies in a nuclear reactor.
д. In nuclear engineering, there is a need to create devices with which it is possible to safely carry out operations for overloading fuel assemblies in a nuclear reactor, including in case of emergency situations caused by emergency braking during a power outage, when a lock, earthquake, shock wave and etc.
From the international publication WO2008033087, a nuclear reactor reloading machine is known comprising a trolley with a support and a vertical working rod rigidly mounted on the support of the trolley. In the known reloading machine, the rigid fastening of the working rod in the support of the trolley can, in case of emergency, cause damage to the working rod and / or support.
From the RF patent for the invention of IM? No. 2393561 is known for a reloading machine of a nuclear reactor containing a working rod placed on a trolley and mounted vertically with the possibility of deviation from the vertical and the possibility of interaction with damping elements. From deviations from the vertical under normal operating conditions, the working rod is held by stops that are equipped with pins that are cut off from loads exceeding a certain value. The disadvantage of this reloading machine is the lack of damping of the loads, as well as the need to replace the pins cut off during the sudden dynamic action and the associated additional time required to restore the operability of the reloading machine. The closest analogue (prototype) of the proposed reloading machine of a nuclear reactor is a reloading machine described in European patent for the invention EP 0743652. The specified reloading machine contains a working rod mounted on a trolley with the possibility of bringing into a vertical position and the possibility of deviation from a vertical position. The working rod is additionally configured to interact with damping elements located between the trolley and the working rod. The elastic elements are made of special polymer-metal materials and serve as dampers that absorb the loads arising in the event of a sudden dynamic impact on the reloading machine. In normal operation (i.e., in the absence of a sudden dynamic impact), the angle of deviation of the axis of the working rod from the vertical is adjusted using four electromechanical jacks. The disadvantage of the prototype is the design complexity associated with the presence of electromechanical jacks. In addition, in such a design it is difficult to achieve high accuracy of installation of the working rod in a vertical position, necessary for the operation of the reloading machine in normal operation. The technical task of the utility model is to simplify the design of the reloading machine for a nuclear reactor, to ensure high accuracy of the installation of the working rod in a vertical position, and to provide damping of the loads arising from the dynamic impact on the reloading machine. When the working rod deviates from the vertical due to dynamic effects, the return damping elements automatically return the working rod to a vertical position after removing the dynamic effect. Return damping elements are installed at an angle to the axis of the working rod. Additionally, the reloading machine of the nuclear reactor contains a guide for guiding the working rod, moreover, the specified rod is placed in the guide with the possibility of movement in it in the axial direction, and the adjusting screws are made with the possibility of exposure with a certain gap or without the specified gap relative to the guide. The following is a description of a preferred embodiment of the present utility model with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 shows a General view in section of the proposed connection of the working rod and the frame of the truck reloading machine of a nuclear reactor. Figure 2 shows a General view of the spring block in section. IMPLEMENTATION OF A USEFUL MODEL
In FIG. 1 is a sectional view illustrating the connection of a working rod and a trolley frame of a nuclear reactor transfer machine according to a preferred embodiment of the present utility model. In the proposed design, the guide tube 2 of the working rod 4 is mounted in a hinge support 3 located on the frame of the trolley 1. The hinge bearing 3 is configured to deflect the guide pipe 2 and, accordingly, the working rod 4 from a vertical position and contains convex and concave washers in contact, providing the indicated opportunity. In this embodiment of the utility model, the deviation of the working rod from a vertical position is possible within 10-12 degrees. In the lower part of the cart frame around the guide tube, spring blocks 5 are mounted at an angle to the axis of the working rod. As shown in FIG. 2, the spring blocks 5 comprise a block b housing comprising a spring 7, an adjusting screw 8 with a lock nut 9 and a stop element 10. In various embodiments of the utility model, at least three spring blocks can be used. Most preferably, eight spring blocks are used. Adjusting screws 6 are screwed into the spring-loaded rods of the spring blocks 5, which are made with the possibility of abutment in the elements of the guide tube 2. The adjusting screws are designed to set the working rod in a vertical position with high accuracy during normal operation. In the construction according to the preferred embodiment of the utility model, it is possible to ensure the installation of the working rod in a vertical position with an accuracy of no worse than a few units of angular minutes. The installation of spring blocks at an angle to the axis of the working rod prevents the convex washer of the hinge bearing from jumping off the concave washer of the hinged bearing in the event of a deviation of the rod from the vertical position under dynamic action. Preferably, the angle between the longitudinal axes of the working rod 4 and the longitudinal axes of the adjusting screws b is from 95 to 140 degrees inclusive. Most preferably, said angle between the longitudinal axes of the working rod 4 and the longitudinal axes of the adjusting screws b are approximately 110 degrees.
The proposed device for reloading fuel assemblies works as follows. One of the known methods is regulated by the compression ratio of the springs b of the spring blocks 5, based on the requirement of ensuring the spring stiffness of the spring blocks, necessary for damping the loads arising from the dynamic action. Using the adjusting screws b, the working rod 4 is installed in a vertical position. To do this, screwing-unscrewing the screws b relative to the housing of the spring blocks 5 ensure that the working rod is brought into a vertical position. After that, fix the position of the adjusting screws with a lock nut. Any of these adjusting screws may be set with or without a specified clearance with respect to the guide tube guiding the working rod. The proposed design allows you to perform this adjustment with high accuracy. Thanks to this adjustment, the working rod 4 during operation under normal operating conditions maintains a substantially vertical position. In emergency situations, for example, during dynamic action caused by emergency braking, earthquake, etc., namely, in the case when the external forces acting on the working rod exceed the pre-compression force of the springs, the rod deviates on the hinge, and the springs dampen the load. After abnormal loads are removed, the working bar under the action of the springs again takes up a substantially vertical position and is ready for operation.
