可选地, 所述延时响应策略存储模块 22, 具体配置为存储策略配置设 备根据所述 BNG设备的请求或者主动为所述 BNG设备配置的延时响应策 略, 其中, 所述延时响应策略基于以下至少一项确定: BNG设备的用户接 入情况、 带宽利用情况、 请求接入用户的特征值。
可选地, 所述响应模块 23 , 具体配置为根据所述用户接入请求获取以 下信息中的至少一项: 用户的 MAC地址求模结果、 用户的 VLAN标识所 在范围、 用户所在域; 之后, 根据所述获取的信息查询所述 BNG对应的延 时响应策略, 并根据查询结果进行响应。
实际应用时, 所述第一接收模块可由 BNG设备中的收发机实现; 所述 延时响应策略存储模块及所述响应模块可由 BNG设备中的中央处理器 ( CPU, Central Processing Unit ), 数字信号处理器 (DSP, Digital Signal Processor )或可编程逻辑阵歹l ( FPGA, Field - Programmable Gate Array ) 实现。
本发明实施例还相应地提出了一种用户设备, 如图 3 所示, 该用户设 备包括: 发送模块 31、 第二接收模块 32和服务器确定模块 33; 其中, 所述发送模块 31 , 配置为向 BNG Pool发送用户接入请求;
所述第二接收模块 32,配置为接收来自 BNG Pool中 BNG设备的响应; 所述服务器确定模块 33 ,配置为将所述第二接收模块 32收到的第一个 响应对应的 BNG设备确定为服务器, 并丟弃来自其它 BNG设备的响应。 实际应用时, 所述发送模块及所述第二接收模块可由用户设备中的收 发机实现; 所述服务器确定模块可由用户设备中的 CPU、 DSP或 FPGA实现。
本发明实施例还相应地提出了一种基于 BNG Pool的响应系统, 如图 4 所示, 该系统包括: 一个以上 BNG设备 41、 策略配置设备 42和用户设备 43; 其中,
所述 BNG设备 41为上述的 BNG设备;
所述用户设备 43为上述的用户设备;
所述策略配置设备 42, 配置为根据 BNG设备 41 的请求或者主动为 BNG设备 41配置延时响应策略,其中,所述延时响应策略基于以下至少一 项确定: BNG设备 41的用户接入情况、 带宽利用情况、请求接入用户的特 征值。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例一:
该实施例介绍 BNG Pool中 BNG设备的延时响应策略配置过程。 具体 描述如下:
策略配置设备根据 BNG设备的请求或者主动为 BNG Pool中的 BNG 设备配置延时响应策略, 可以通过如下三种方式完成配置:
1 )按用户的标识配置延时响应策略。用户标识包含用户所属的域信息, BNG Pool 中的设备根据用户域进行不同的延时响应时间配置, 假设 BNG Pool中有三台 BNG设备, 每台 BNG设备根据用户域配置不同的延时响应 时间。 如下表所示, BNG A对域 D1延时响应为 0, BNG B对域 D1延时响 应为 50ms, BNG C对域 D1延时响应 100ms。 当用户请求广播到 BNG A、 B、 C的用户接入端口后, BNGA立即响应, BNG B延时 50ms响应, BNG C延时 100ms进行响应。 域 D1中的用户首先收到 BNG A的响应请求, 用 户选择 Dl作为自身的服务器。 对于 D2、 D3域的用户机制类似。 通过这 种基于域的响应机制, D1的用户接入到 BNG A。 D2的用户接入到 BNG B; D3的用户接入到 BNG C。 从而实现了 BNG Pool根据用户域对用户进行负 荷分担的效果。
按用户的标识配置的延时响应策略可以如表 1所示:

2 )按用户的 MAC地址配置延时响应策略。 具体地, 可以根据用户的 MAC地址求模结果配置延时响应时间, 举例如下表: 若分为 3类 BNG设 备, 即除数设为 3; MAC求模后可获取余数结果为 (0, 1 , 2 ), 根据余数 配置 BNG设备的延时响应时间。
按用户的 MAC地址配置延时响应策略可以如表 2所示:

3 )按用户的 VLAN标识配置延时响应策略。 具体地, 可以根据用户的 VLAN标识范围配置延时响应时间 , 按用户的 VLAN标识配置的延时响应 策略可以如表 3所示:

本实施例中, BNG Pool中 BNG设备采用延时响应机制对用户接入请 求进行响应的具体步驟为:
1 ) BNG Pool中的 BNG用户接入端口在二层广播域中。 用户接入请求 报文通过二层广播域广播给 BNG Pool中所有 BNG设备的用户接入端口;
2 ) BNG Pool中的 BNG设备统一静态配置用户接入的延时响应策略; 每个 BNG Pool 中成员收到请求报文后根据本地的延时策略对用户请求进 行延时响应;
3 ) 用户以第一个响应自身请求的 BNG设备作为主设备, 其它设备的 响应^ =艮文直接丟弃;
4 ) 当主设备发生故障后, 通过老化机制通知用户重新拨号上线, 重复 步驟 1 ) -3 )。
实施例三: 本实施例介绍基于策略服务器的 BNG Pool中 BNG设备的延时响应策 略配置过程。 具体描述如下:
1 ) 策略服务器根据 BNG Pool中 BNG设备的用户接入情况、 和 /或带 宽利用情况制定延时响应策略, 具体包括:
a )策略服务器按照某种定时机制向 BNG Pool中的设备获取当前的用 户接入情况, 和 /或带宽利用情况; 或者 BNG Pool中成员设备按照某种定 时机制向策略服务器上报当前的用户接入情况, 和 /或带宽利用情况;
b ) 策略服务器根据 BNG Pool中 BNG设备的用户接入情况、 和 /或带 宽利用情况制定延时响应策略。
2 ) 策略服务器根据用户的特征值(如 MAC地址、 VLAN标识、 用户 标识)等作为制定延时响应策略的依据。 具体实现方式同实施例 1。 或者等 BNG设备向策略服务器请求延时响应策略时再推送。 BNG Pool中 的 BNG设备采用策略服务器配置的延时响应策略对用户接入请求进行响 应。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种基于 BNG池的响应方法, 该方法包括:
宽带网络网关 BNG池中的 BNG设备接收用户接入请求;
所述 BNG设备根据所述用户接入请求以及所述 BNG对应的延时响应 策略进行响应。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, BNG池中的 BNG用户接入端 口设置在二层广播域中, 所述 BNG池接收的用户接入请求通过二层广播域 广播给 BNG池中所有 BNG设备;
相应地, 所述 BNG池中的 BNG设备接收用户接入请求为: 接收 BNG 池广播的用户接入请求。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 策略配置设备 根据 BNG设备的请求或者主动为 BNG池中的 BNG设备配置延时响应策 略, 其中, 所述延时响应策略基于以下至少一项确定: BNG设备的用户接 入情况、 带宽利用情况、 请求接入用户的特征值。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述请求接入用户的特征值包 括以下至少一项: MAC地址、 VLAN标识、 用户标识。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述 BNG设备根据所述用户 所述 BNG设备根据所述用户接入请求获取以下信息中的至少一项: 用 户的 MAC地址求模结果、 用户的 VLAN标识所在范围、 用户所在域; 所述 BNG设备根据获取的信息查询所述 BNG对应的延时响应策略, 并根据查询结果进行响应。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 用户设备将收到的第一个响应对应的 BNG设备确定为服务器, 并丟弃 来自其它 BNG设备的响应。
7、 一种 BNG设备, 该 BNG设备为 BNG池中的 BNG设备, 包括: 第一接收模块、 延时响应策略存储模块和响应模块; 其中,
所述第一接收模块、 配置为接收用户接入请求;
所述延时响应策略存储模块, 配置为存储所述 BNG设备对应的延时响 应策略;
所述响应模块, 配置为根据所述第一接收模块接收的用户接入请求以 及所述延时响应策略存储模块存储的所述 BNG对应的延时响应策略进行响 应。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的 BNG设备, 其中,
所述第一接收模块, 配置为接收 BNG池通过二层广播域广播的用户接 入请求。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的 BNG设备, 其中,
所述延时响应策略存储模块, 配置为存储策略配置设备根据所述 BNG 设备的请求或者主动为所述 BNG设备配置的延时响应策略, 其中, 所述延 时响应策略基于以下至少一项确定: BNG设备的用户接入情况、 带宽利用 情况、 请求接入用户的特征值。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的 BNG设备, 其中,
所述响应模块, 配置为根据所述用户接入请求获取以下信息中的至少 一项: 用户的 MAC地址求模结果、 用户的 VLAN标识所在范围、 用户所 在域; 之后, 根据所述获取的信息查询所述 BNG对应的延时响应策略, 并 根据查询结果进行响应。
11、 一种用户设备, 该用户设备包括: 发送模块、 第二接收模块和服 务器确定模块; 其中,
所述发送模块, 配置为向 BNG池发送用户接入请求;
所述第二接收模块, 配置为接收来自 BNG池中 BNG设备的响应; 所述服务器确定模块, 配置为将所述第二接收模块收到的第一个响应 对应的 BNG设备确定为服务器, 并丟弃来自其它 BNG设备的响应。
12、 一种基于 BNG池的响应系统, 该系统包括: 一个以上 BNG设备、 策略配置设备和用户设备; 其中,
所述 BNG设备为权利要求 7至 10任一项所述的 BNG设备;
所述用户设备为权利要求 11所述的用户设备;
所述策略配置设备, 配置为根据 BNG设备的请求或者主动为 BNG设 备配置延时响应策略, 其中, 所述延时响应策略基于以下至少一项确定: BNG设备的用户接入情况、 带宽利用情况、 请求接入用户的特征值。
