IPTV增值业务管理的系统及方法 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种 IPTV增值业务管理的系统及方法。 背景技术 随着各运营商对于网络电视 (Internet Protocol Television, 简称为 IPTV) 的大力 推广及普及, IPTV基本业务市场已逐渐趋于饱和, 而利用 IPTV增值业务盈利则成为 了 IPTV未来发展的必然方向。 随着 IPTV增值业务的增多, 过多的 IPTV增值业务充斥着有限的 IPTV屏幕, 使 IPTV增值业务变得混乱且难以管理。 例如, 提供商分别向用户提供 IPTV增值业务, 对 IPTV增值业务进行计费, 每个提供商都要开发计费系统和门户, 而无法集中资源 开发 IPTV增值业务; 发 送模块 20,设置为向 IPTV能力平台发送该 IPTV能力平台提供的 IPTV增值业务的消 费信息。 通过本发明实施例, IPTV增值业务管理的系统提供与 IPTV能力平台进行交互的 接口模块 10, IPTV能力平台通过接口模块与 IPTV增值业务管理的系统进行交互, 发 送 IPTV增值业务的信息, IPTV增值业务管理的系统通过发送模块 20向 IPTV能力平 台发送该 IPTV能力平台提供的 IPTV增值业务的消费信息, 使得各个 IPTV能力平台 提供的 IIPTV增值业务能够得到统一管理。 在实际应用中,部分 IPTV增值业务提供商不具备开发 IPTV增值业务系统的实力, 例如, 开发 IPTV增值业务提供门户以及计费管理等, 在本发明实施例的一个实施方 式中, IPTV增值业务提供商可以仅开发 IPTV增值业务, 而不必开发其他系统。 下面 结合图 2对实现该功能的系统进行描述。 图 2是根据本发明实施例优选的 IPTV增值业务管理的系统的示意图一,在如图 2 所示的系统中, 接口模块 10, 还设置为获取 IPTV能力平台的 IPTV增值业务; 该系 统还可以包括: 业务模块 30, 设置为根据用户的访问请求执行 IPTV能力平台的 IPTV 增值业务。 通过本优选实施方式, IPTV能力平台将 IPTV增值业务上传至 IPTV增值 业务管理的系统, 由该系统的业务模块 30根据用户的访问请求执行 IPTV能力平台的 增值业务, 避免了 IPTV增值业务提供商重复的开发业务提供的支撑系统, 使得提供 商可以仅开发 IPTV增值业务。 在相关技术中,各个 IPTV能力平台提供的 IPTV增值业务都是通过各自的门户向 用户呈现 IPTV增值业务, 用户需要访问另一个 IPTV能力平台提供的增值业务时, 需 要到另一个 IPTV能力平台的门户进行访问,降低了 IPTV增值业务的用户体验,并且, 各个 IPTV增值业务提供商均需要开发门户, 浪费了大量的资源。 在本发明实施例的 一个实施方式中, IPTV能力平台可以通过统一的门户向用户提供各自的 IPTV增值业 务, 下面结合图 3对本发明实施例优选的系统进行描述。 图 3是根据本发明实施例优选的 IPTV增值业务管理的系统的示意图二,在如图 3 所示的系统中, 该系统还包括: 门户模块 40, 设置为向用户提供 IPTV增值业务的访 问界面,响应用户的 IPTV增值业务的访问请求,并根据所述访问请求访问对应的 IPTV 增值业务。 通过本优选实施方式, 向用户提供统一个 IPTV增值业务访问门户, 在一 个门户中向用户呈现多个 IPTV能力平台提供的增值业务, 避免了用户的繁琐操作, 也节省了提供商的资源。 在相关技术中, 各个 IPTV能力平台都需要提供计费、 鉴权等功能, 增加了很多 重复开发工作, 并且, 用户也需要在不同的 IPTV能力平台注册账号, 在不同的 IPTV 能力平台充值, 由不同的 IPTV能力平台分别进行计费, 用户的各个账户之间无法实 现互通, 例如, 用户在一个 IPTV能力平台账户中的资金不能消费另一个 IPTV能力平 台中的 IPTV增值业务, 降低了 IPTV增值业务的用户体验。在本发明实施例的一个实 施方式中, 可以实现对用户的统一管理, 下面结合图 4对本发明实施例优选的系统进 行描述。 图 4是根据本发明实施例优选的 IPTV增值业务管理的系统的示意图三,在如图 4 所示的系统中, 该系统还可以包括: 鉴权计费模块 50, 设置为与 IPTV管理适配网关 交互, 对用户在各个 IPTV能力平台的 IPTV增值业务消费进行统一计费。通过本优选 实施方式, 为用户提供统一个账户, 用户在该账户中的资金可以消费不同 IPTV能力 平台提供的 IPTV增值业务, 并且, 由鉴权计费模块 50与 IPTV管理适配网关交互, 对增值业务进行计费, 避免了各个 IPTV能力平台重复开发计费功能, 节约了提供商 的资源。 在本发明实施例中,为了向用户呈现更好的 IPTV增值业务访问,可以对各个 IPTV 能力平台提供的 IPTV增值业务进行管理, 下面结合图 5对本发明实施例实现该功能 的优选的实施方式进行描述。 图 5是根据本发明实施例优选的 IPTV增值业务管理的系统的示意图四,在如图 5 所示的系统中, 该系统还可以包括: 后台管理模块 60, 设置为管理各个 IPTV能力平 台提供的 IPTV增值业务。例如,更新各个 IPTV能力平台的状态信息(在线、离线等), 以及按照 IPTV增值业务的类型对 IPTV增值业务进行分类管理。 通过本发明实施例, 不同的 IPTV增值业务开发商只需要按照简单的接口规范, 与本发明实施例的系统进行对接, 即可实现各自增值业务的呈现、 鉴权计费、 虚拟账 户管理、 统计报表、 用户成长成就系统等功能, 实现了对 IPTV增值业务的统一管理。 根据本发明实施例, 还提供了一种 IPTV增值业务管理的方法, 可以在本发明实 施例提供的上述系统中实现对 IPTV增值业务的统一管理。 图 6是根据本发明实施例的 IPTV增值业务管理的方法的流程图, 如图 6所示, 该方法主要包括步骤 S602至步骤 S604: 步骤 S602, 获取 IPTV能力平台提供的 IPTV增值业务信息; 根据访问请求访问对应的 IPTV增值业务。 通过本优选实施方式, 向用户提供统一个 IPTV增值业务访问门户, 在一个门户中向用户呈现多个 IPTV能力平台提供的增值业务, 避免了用户的繁琐操 作, 也节省了提供商的资源。 进一步的, 在相关技术中, 各个 IPTV能力平台都需要提供计费、 鉴权等功能, 增加了很多重复开发工作, 并且, 用户也需要在不同的 IPTV能力平台注册账号, 在 不同的 IPTV能力平台充值, 由不同的 IPTV能力平台分别进行计费, 用户的各个账户 之间无法实现互通, 例如, 用户在一个 IPTV能力平台账户中的资金不能消费另一个 IPTV能力平台中的 IPTV增值业务, 降低了 IPTV增值业务的用户体验。 优选地, 在本发明实施例的一个实施方式中, 该方法还可以包括: 与 IPTV管理 适配网关交互, 对用户在各个 IPTV能力平台的 IPTV增值业务消费进行统一计费。通 过本优选实施方式, 为用户提供统一个账户, 用户在该账户中的资金可以消费不同 IPTV能力平台提供的 IPTV增值业务, 并且, 由 IPTV增值业务管理的系统与 IPTV 管理适配网关交互, 对增值业务进行计费, 避免了各个 IPTV能力平台重复开发计费 功能, 节约了提供商的资源。 在本发明实施例中,为了向用户呈现更好的 IPTV增值业务访问,可以对各个 IPTV 能力平台提供的 IPTV增值业务进行管理, 因此, 该方法还可以包括: 管理各个 IPTV 能力平台提供的 IPTV增值业务。 例如, 更新各个 IPTV能力平台的状态信息 (在线、 离线等), 以及按照 IPTV增值业务的类型对 IPTV增值业务进行分类管理。 通过本发明实施例, 不同的 IPTV增值业务开发商只需要开发 IPTV增值业务, 即 可实现各自增值业务的呈现、 鉴权计费、 虚拟账户管理、 统计报表、 用户成长成就系 统等功能, 实现了对 IPTV增值业务的统一管理。 实施例二 根据本发明实施例提供了一种 IPTV增值业务管理的系统, 该系统分为四大功能 模块: 分别是用户门户功能模块、 管理门户功能模块、 充值鉴权功能模块、 结算功能 模块。 其中,
1 ) 用户门户功能模块 (相当于实施例一中的门户模块), 设置为将各厂家的增值 业务集中呈现给 IPTV 用户, IPTV通过基本业务电子节目菜单 (Electronic Program Guide, 简称为 EPG) 入口, 便可以访问这个页面, 本页面包括的功能包括但不限于: 支持呈现增值的展示业务分类, 活动专区等; 接收 EPG传入的业务参数, 包括 IP电 视 (iTV) 账号、 用户分组、 所属地市、 返回地址、 平台类型等, 并透传给用户界面 的各个链接地址; 提供用户中心, 用户自助查询黑名单状态、 充值、 消费记录, 设置 密码等; 收件箱功能, 用户可以收到系统下发的通知消息。 在实际应用中, 此页面可 以由管理员在后台进行组件的拖拉式设计, 设计完成即可发布到 IPTV平台, 操作简 单快捷。
2) 管理门户功能模块 (相当于实施例一中的后台管理模块), 该模块为后台门户 模块, 主要供增值业务统一管理系统的运营人员日常操作, 对接入 IPTV 的增值业务 进行统一管理和统一运营, 该模块包括但不限于如图 7所示的功能, 主要分为管理部 分和统计部分。 其中, 管理部分主要包括: 用户门户活动入口管理, 包括各入口的链接, 图片等信息; 服务提供商 (Service Provider, 简称为 SP)信息管理, 包括 SP名称、 SP状态(上线、 下线、 暂停)等; 增值业务项目管理, 包括项目名称、 所属 SP、 项目状态 (在线、 下 线、 暂停、 测试等)、 简介、 图片、 类型和地址等, 项目地址可以是指向增值业务 SP 的完整入口地址, 并支持按 IPTV平台设置多个; 增值业务分类管理, 增值业务项目 与分类的对应设置, 一个增值业务项目可以对应多个增值业务分类; 以及, 用户充值 密码管理、 用户充值限额管理、 用户充值黑名单管理, 系统消息管理等。 统计部分主要包括: 门户入口访问统计, 分时间段、 地区; 各栏目用户访问量; 用户充值、 消费记录查询、 统计, 在实际应用中, 可以分 SP、 时间段、 业务区进行统 计; 统计充值额度在某范围的用户清单, 方便进行定向营销。 3 ) 充值鉴权功能模块, 充值鉴权功能模块与 IPTV增值业务管理系统对接, 实现 用户的鉴权和订购, 为各增值业务合作方系统提供充值、 消费接口, 提供用户密码校 验功能和用户黑名单功能等。
4)结算功能模块, 设置为虚拟账户管理, 包括用户充值记录查询, 消费记录查询 等; 以及结算管理, IPTV增值业务统一管理系统按月生成消费结算报表, 提供结算依 据给在线计费系统 (Online Charging System, 简称为 OCS), 由 OCS向增值业务厂商 进行结算。 本发明实施例中, 该系统可以通过提供接口的方式, 实现虚拟币的统一管理, 例 如, 消费接口: 通过该接口实现用户消费虚拟币行为; 查询接口: 通过该接口实现用 户查询虚拟币行为; 充值接口, 用户如在增值业务门户中进行充值, 则可以用该接口 实现用户的充值行为。 下面结合图 8、 图 9以及图 10对本发明实施例的系统进行描述。 图 8是根据本发明实施例的 IPTV增值业务管理的系统连接的示意图, 如图 8所 示, IPTV增值业务管理的系统与 IPTV增值业务系统和 IPTV管理适配网关相连接, 完成充值和消费功能。 图 9是根据本发明实施例的 IPTV增值业务管理的系统在网络 中的位置的示意图,如图 9所示, IPTV增值业务管理的系统前端与多个能力平台对接, 提供增值业务入口, 获取用户身份标识(ID), 用户令牌(Token)等信息, IPTV增值 业务管理的系统后端与 IPTV管理适配网关对接, 实现用户的统一订购。 下面以用户充值和消费为例, 对本发明实施例的系统的交互进行描述。 图 10是根据本发明实施例的用户充值和消费的流程图, 如图 10所示, 该过程主 要包括步骤 S1002至步骤 S1022: 步骤 S1002, 机顶盒(Set Top Box, 简称为 STB)发送请求至 IPTV增值业管理的 系统服务器; 步骤 S1004, IPTV增值业务管理的系统检测用户状态, 例如, 检查用户伪码是否 在黑名单, 如果在黑名单则不允许充值, 检查该用户当月消费记录表以计算他当月充 值额是否超过限额, 超过则不允许充值等; 步骤 S1006, IPTV增值业务管理的系统向 IPTV管理适配网关发送订购请求; 步骤 S1008, IPTV增值业务管理的系统接收 IPTV管理适配网关的响应消息; 步骤 S1010, IPTV增值业务管理的系统向数据库 (DB) 中插入充值记录; 步骤 S1012, IPTV增值业务管理的系统向 STB返回充值响应; 步骤 S1014, 增值业务合作 SP发送消费请求到 IPTV增值业务统管理的系统的服 务接口; 步骤 S1016, IPTV增值业务管理的系统接收消费请求; IPTV增值业务管理的系 统调用存储过程检查: 根据送来的充值代码获得对应的金额, 根据用户伪码检查是否 在黑名单, 如果在黑名单则不允许消费, 检查用户余额是否足够, 否则不允许消费; 步骤 S1018, 消费完成后 IPTV增值业务管理的系统将消费信息写入数据库; 步骤 S1020至步骤 S1022, IPTV增值业务管理的系统向 STB和增值业务合作 SP 发送消费响应。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实现了如下技术效果:
1 )各增值业务开发商可以专注于增值业务的开发,而无需浪费人力物理在与 IPTV 基本业务的适配上; 2)为增值业务提供统一的用户界面, 管理人员可以在后台在线编 辑用户界面, 该界面为所见即所得, 管理员编辑后可以实时发布, 供用户浏览; 3 )为 增值业务提供统一的虚拟账户功能, 实现用户在统一通知入口一次充值, 即可在所有 的增值业务中进行消费; 4)为 OCS系统提供计费话单和分账报表功能, 为所有 IPTV 增值业务提供统一的用户成长系统, 使 IPTV增值业务大社区的建设成为可能。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
