  1. 前面パネルの背後に設けられ、液晶を封止した一対の絶縁基板の内側表面に透明電極が各々設けられることで表示部を形成する液晶表示パネルと、
    前記液晶表示パネルと導通接続されるフレキシブルプリント配線板と、を備えた液晶表示装置において、
    前記フレキシブルプリント配線板は、前記液晶表示パネルと導通接続されない分岐片を有し、
    前記分岐片は、前記前面パネルに当接することを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
