随着 IPTV业务的大规模发展, 电信运营商为保障用户业务使用体验, 提高内容分发的效率,节省网络带宽,需要部署大量的内容分发网络(CDN, Content Delivery Network )系统, 同时还需进行大规模的网络改造, 以满足 IPTV业务开展带来的高带宽, 高网络质量要求, 投资规模巨大。
但目前 CDN和网络还是相对独立的, CDN能力和网络带宽都可能成为 瓶颈, 影响用户体验。 导致了电信运营商只能靠简单的网络扩容, 保证网 络不拥塞; 同时大规模建设 CDN, 保证 CDN的承载容量, 以保障自营 IPTV 业务的服务质量。 造成了大量的投资浪费。 且建设时, 均是按照经验值进 行 CDN资源和网络资源的规划和建设, 遇到用户量特别集中的地区, 依然 可能会出现业务拥塞, 服务无法保障的情况。
所以, 目前如何能够实现 CDN能力和网络能力相匹配、 能够感知用户 IPTV业务、 能够根据 IPTV业务的使用情况进行内容层面和网络层面的调整 和保障, 以保障用户体验; 以及能够根据使用 IPTV业务的用户数量, 资源 占用, 做出灵活调整策略, 以及给出扩容的建议, 成为目前亟待解决的技 术问题。 发明内容
鉴于上述问题, 提出了克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的 一种实现 IPTV业务的融合设备、 系统和方法。
依据本发明实施例的一个方面,本发明实施例提供一种实现 IPTV业务 的融合设备, 所述融合设备集成有内容分发网络 CDN部件和网络部件, 且 所述 CDN部件与所述网络部件间设有内部通信接口;
所述 CDN部件, 包括:
第一查询单元, 配置为接收机顶盒 STB发起的媒体服务请求, 并在预 先配置的业务策略模板数据库中查找与所述媒体服务请求携带的业务类型 相匹配的业务策略模板;
内容服务单元, 配置为向所述网络部件发起网络支持请求, 并在接收 到所述网络部件反馈的成功响应消息后, 利用查询到的业务策略模板为所 述 STB提供媒体流服务;
所述网络部件, 包括:
第二查询单元, 配置为接收到所述网络支持请求后, 在预先配置的网 络策略模板数据库中查找与所述业务策略匹配的网络策略模板;
请求响应单元, 配置为执行查询到的网络策略模板, 并在执行成功时, 向所述 CDN部件反馈成功响应消息, 以及利用所述网络策略模板为所述 CDN部件提供网络资源支持。
优选地, 本发明实施例所述融合设备中, 所述第一查询单元, 还配置 为在接收到所述媒体服务请求时,检测当前 CDN能力是否能够接纳所述媒 体服务请求, 若是, 则查找所述业务策略模板数据库。

依据本发明实施例的另一个方面, 本发明实施例还提供一种实现 IPTV 业务的融合系统, 包括: IPTV业务系统、 CDN中心管理系统、 网络设备管 理系统、 以及融合设备;
所述 IPTV业务系统, 配置为接收 STB发送的用户点播请求, 获取该 点播请求中携带的用户地址信息, 在预先配置的映射关系数据库中获取与 所述用户地址信息匹配的融合设备的 CDN部件的对外服务地址信息, 并将 获取的地址信息通过电子节目菜单 EPG发送至所述 STB, 即,告知 STB为 其服务的融合设备;
所述 CDN中心管理系统和网络设备管理系统,分别配置为对融合设备 的 CDN部件和网络部件进行维护和管理。

所述融合设备的网络部件将自身维护的 IPTV 用户的地址池发送至所 述 CDN部件;

所述 STB向所述融合设备的 CDN部件发起的媒体服务请求; 所述融合设备的 CDN部件接收到媒体服务请求后,在预先配置的业务 策略模板数据库中查找与所述媒体服务请求携带的业务类型相匹配的业务 策略模板, 并向所述融合设备的网络部件发起网络支持请求;

本发明实施例所述融合设备、 系统和方法, 通过把 CDN内容分发功能 和网络服务功能的融合, 把同一个用户的网络连接和应用层链接都放在了 网络设备上, 更好进行协同, 更容易实现 IPTV业务的服务质量保障。 也使 得网络带宽的分配, 网络策略的部署更加灵活。 同时, 更好掌握 IPTV用户 使用的业务类型, CDN资源和网络资源情况的需求统计, 为扩容提供确实 的依据, 避免 CDN和网络分离造成的能力不匹配, 不能满足需求, 造成投 资浪费等问题。 附图说明

为了解决现有技术中 CDN节点与网络设备间独立部署, 使得 CDN能力 与网络能力不匹配, 不能根据 IPTV业务的使用情况进行内容层面和网络层 面的调整和保障、 以及不能根据使用 IPTV业务的用户数量、 资源占用做出 灵活的调整策略以及给出扩容建议, 进而影响 IPTV的业务质量的问题。 本 发明实施例提供一种实现 IPTV业务的融合设备、 系统和方法。
下面通过几个具体实施例对本发明所述融合设备、 融合系统和融合方 法进行详细阐述。
实施例一
本发明实施例提供一种实现 IPTV业务的融合设备, 该融合设备把 CDN 和网络设备融合在一起, 实现了一种新型态设备, 通过这种融合设备以及 在此设备上实现的 IPTV业务承载, 可以最有效的实现用户 IPTV业务的使用 状态与 CDN资源、 网络资源的高效协同, 保障 IPTV业务体验; 同时, 可以 结合 CDN资源和网络资源的情况, 做策略调整和用户准入调整, 优化资源 的利用和网络建设和规划, 极大的提高了 IPTV的业务质量。
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例所述融合设备集成有 CDN部件(相当于 CDN 网络中的 CDN节点) 110和网络部件 120, 且所述 CDN部件 110与所述网络部 件 120间设有内部通信接口; 优选地, CDN部件 110与网络部件 120间为松耦 合关系。

本发明实施例中, 通过第一查询单元 111和请求响应单元 122实时的记 录 CDN部件和网络部件不可服务的情况及具体的不可服务原因及请求服务 的参数, 可以便于为后续扩容提供依据。 优选地, 所述 CDN部件 110中, 内容服务单元 112, 还配置为在利用业 务策略模板为所述 STB提供媒体流服务时,检测本地是否緩存有请求的媒体 内容, 若有, 直接向所述 STB分发; 否则, 根据网络分层部署, 向上级内容 分发节点请求获取后, 向所述 STB分发; 其中, 所述上级内容分发节点为独 立的 CDN节点或者为融合设备中的 CDN部件。
本发明实施例中, 融合设备的 CDN部件与外置独立的 CDN节点等同, 可以和外部独立的 CDN节点在同层次进行交互、 集群以及协同。 也可以和 外部独立 CDN节点形成多级结构, 满足不同场景下地组网和业务服务需求。
综上所述,本发明实施例中所述融合设备融合有 CDN部件和网络部件, 使得用户的网络连接和应用层链接都在网络设备上, 更容易实现应用和网 络的协同, 更好保障 IPTV业务的服务质量。
实施例二:
如图 2所示, 本发明实施例提供一种实现 IPTV业务的融合系统, 包括: IPTV业务系统 210、 CDN中心管理系统 230、 网络设备管理系统 240、 以及若 干如实施例一所述的融合设备 220; 本实施例中, 对于融合设备实现 IPTV业 务的承载方式仅作简单陈述, 具体实现过程参见实施例一;
所述 IPTV业务系统 210, 配置为接收 STB发送的用户点播请求, 获取该 点播请求中携带的用户地址信息, 在预先配置的映射关系数据库中获取与 所述用户地址信息匹配的融合设备, 并将获取的融合设备信息通过电子节 目菜单 EPG发送至所述 STB;

如图 3所示, 本发明实施例提供一种实现 IPTV业务的融合方法, 包括: 步骤 S301, IPTV业务系统接收 STB发送的用户点播请求, 获取该点播 请求中携带的用户地址信息;
步骤 S302, IPTV业务系统在预先配置的映射关系数据库中获取与所述 用户地址信息匹配的融合设备, 并将获取的融合设备信息通过 EPG发送至 STB;
步骤 S303, STB向所述融合设备的 CDN部件发起的媒体服务请求; 步骤 S304, 融合设备的 CDN部件接收到媒体服务请求后, 在预先配置 的业务策略模板数据库中查找与所述媒体服务请求携带的业务类型相匹配 的业务策略模板, 并向所述融合设备的网络部件发起网络支持请求;
步骤 S305, 融合设备的网络部件接收到网络支持请求后, 在预先配置 的网络策略模板数据库中查找与所述业务策略匹配的网络策略模板;
步骤 S306, 融合设备执行查询到的网络策略模板, 并在执行成功时, 向所述 CDN部件反馈成功响应消息, 以及利用所述网络策略模板为所述 CDN部件提供网络资源支持;

实施例四:
本发明实施例是对实施例一所述的融合设备、 实施例二所述的融合系 统以及实施例三所述的融合方法实现 IPTV业务承载的集中阐述, 具体涉及 如下内容:
如图 4所示, 为本发明实施例中融合设备的系统组网图。 从系统上看融 合设备可分布式部署, 但需要有一个中心管理系统实施统一的管理和调度, 实施统一的内容管理、 业务监控、 网络管理、 DNS的解析以及资源的调度 和负载均衡等。
融合设备, 融合了 CDN功能和网络功能, 采用 CDN部件为作为内容分 发节点, 为用户提供内容分发服务; 采用网络部件为用户提供网络接入和 承载服务。 其中, CDN部件和 CDN中心管理系统建立管理通道和业务通道, 采用管理通道实现网络的日常维护管理, 设备的监控等; 采用业务通道实 现内容的下发, 业务信息的交互等。
从部署上看, CDN部件可以和网络上的核心路由器, 业务路由器 (BRAS/SR), 交换机等设备进行融合。 由于 BRAS/SR是 IPTV用户的业务控 制点, 拥有用户的网络状态信息, 所以本发明中优选地将 CDN设备和 BRAS/SR设备融合, 从而实现 CDN用户状态和网络用户状态的协同, 通过 用户状态的协同可以实现用户的应用内容和网络质量的双重保障, 从而提 高用户体验。
从组网上看,融合设备的 CDN部件可等同 CDN节点看待,可与外置 CDN 设备联合组网,可在同层次进行联动,形成集群; 也可组成多级架构的 CDN 网络, 满足不同场景的部署和业务需求。
CDN中心管理系统采用集中部署的方式, 与 DNS服务器, 资源调度和 负载均衡系统(GSLB )统一部署, 实现对本区域 CDN和网络融合设备中的 CDN部件以及外置 CDN节点的管理和维护, 业务适配, 资源的调度等; 可 以作为独立的系统部署, 也可以和融合设备的网管系统进行融合, 作为网 管系统的组成部分, 与网管系统统一部署。
如图 5所示, 为融合设备的大体内部结构图。 在本发明实施例中, 融合 设备融合了 CDN的内容分发节点和网络设备,采用松耦合的方式进行融合, CDN部件采用独立的 CDN业务处理板型态, 网络部件也采用独立的网络业 务处理板型态; 从而大大降低融合的复杂度, 同时也提高了系统的扩展性 和灵活度。 可根据具体的业务需要扩充网络部件或 CDN部件。
融合设备的 CDN部件为用户提供应用内容分发服务, 在提供服务的同 时为用户维持有相应的内容状态机, 记录用户内容服务的状态, 便于实现 基于用户的精细化运营。 CDN部件可针对用户实施内容加速和保障策略。
融合设备的网络部件为用户提供网络接入和承载服务, 在提供服务的 同时为用户维持有相应的网络状态机, 记录用户的网络服务状态, 便于实 现基于用户的精细化运营。 网络部件可针对用户实施网络加速和保障策略。 本发明实施例中, 为实现 CDN部件和网络部件的协同, 增加 CDN部件 和网络部件之间的内部信令交互接口; 交互的信息包括: 网络部件向 CDN 部件上报用户地址池, CDN部件向网络部件申请用户网络加速及接收执行 反馈信息, 用户的状态查询及反馈等; 状态信息的协同和服务策略的调整 等, 能更好地保障用户体验。
如图 6所示, 为本发明实施例中 IPTV用户的调度和定位策略的部署流 程。 由于在本发明实施例中, 将 IPTV用户的网络层连接和应用层链接均定 位在同一台融合设备上, 由融合设备的网络部件为用户提供网络服务, 由 融合设备的 CDN部件为用户提供内容分发服务, 从而可以通过内部接口实 现 CDN部件和网络部件的联动, 更好保障 IPTV用户的业务体验, 更灵活地 进行调整。 因而需要一定的策略对用户进行调度和定位。 本发明实施例中, 实现对 IPTV业务系统实现对融合设备的调度和定位方式具体包括:
步骤 101、 由融合设备的网络部件维护本设备下的 IPTV用户的地址池; 网络部件通过与 CDN部件的内部接口, 通告 IPTV用户地址池信息;
步骤 102、 CDN部件成功接收到 IPTV用户地址池信息, 向网络部件发送 接收成功消息; 如 CDN部件接收失败, 则向网络部件发送接收失败消息, 网络部件将重新发送; CDN部件成功接收到本设备的 IPTV用户地址池信息 后, 结合自身对外提供服务的 CDN节点的对外服务地址信息, 生成本融合 设备 IPTV用户地址池与 CDN服务节点的对应关系记录;
步骤 103、 CDN部件向 CDN中心管理系统上报本融合设备的 IPTV用户 地址池和 CDN服务节点的对应关系记录信息;
步骤 104、 CDN中心管理系统成功接收后, 向融合设备的 CDN部件发送 接收成功消息; 如接收失败则发送接收失败消息, 融合设备的 CDN部件将 重新发送; 步骤 105、 C DN中心管理系统统一管理和维护本网络中各融合设备的 IPTV用户地址池和 CDN服务节点的对应关系数据库; 并与 IPTV业务系统进 行同步;
步骤 106、信息同步成功, IPTV业务系统向 CDN中心管理系统发送同步 成功消息; 如同步失败, 则需进行重新同步;
CDN中心管理系统和 IPTV业务系统之间的信息同步, 可以分批量同步 和实时同步; 批量同步一般是系统初启, 系统切换等情况下, 统一进行同 步; 实时同步一般是在某台融合设备的 IPTV用户地址池变更, CDN服务节 点变更情况下的实时更新同步部分记录信息。
在 IPTV系统完成信息同步后, 就具备了根据 IPTV用户的地址对用户进 行调度和定位的能力, 可以在 IPTV用户的业务鉴权时, 根据用户的 IP地址, 对用户进行调度和定位, 将用户定位到与其网络连接同在一台融合设备上 的 CDN月良务节点 (即 CDN部件);
如图 7所示, 为本发明实施例中, IPTV用户业务策略和网络策略的预设 的处理流程。 由于在本系统中, 可为用户提供不同的业务, 比如: 超高清, 高清, 标清; 不同的业务对内容分发和网络的带宽、 质量都有不同的要求; 因而需要有不同的业务策略和网络策略进行保障, 需要部署相应的业务策 略和网络策略; 而本系统采用 CDN部件对用户的业务访问进行判断, 应用 对应的策略的方式, 因而需要预部署相应的业务策略和网络策略;
IPTV业务系统根据自身提供的业务种类, 业务类型, 制定相应的业务 策略模板, 在此, 假设有三种业务策略模板, 分别为: 超高清, 高清, 标 清, 则有:
步骤 201, IPTV业务系统制定了相应的业务策略模板后, 向 CDN中心管 理系统通告业务策略模板信息;
步骤 202, CDN中心管理系统成功接收到业务策略模板信息后, 向 IPTV 业务系统发送成功接收消息; 并根据所收到的业务策略模板信息, 结合自 身 CDN服务和实施部署的要求, 生成 CDN系统自己的对应超高清, 高清, 标清的业务策略模板; 也就是说, CDN中心管理系统接收到 IPTV业务系统 定制的业务策略模板后, 会根据业务策略需求, 生成自身可运行的业务策 略模板, 即, 根据 IPTV业务系统定制的业务策略模板, 进行本地参数设置、 以及设置实现各业务策略的方法等。 当然, 这种转换属于本领域技术人员 所孰知的技术, 所以在此不做赘述。
步骤 203, CDN中心管理系统向网络设备管理系统发送消息, 请求网络 设备管理系统针对所述业务策略模板生成对应的网络策略模板;
步骤 204, 网络设备管理系统根据请求, 生成相应的网络策略模板,如: 超高清, 保证带宽 20M; 高清, 保证带宽 8M; 标清, 保证带宽 2M; 生成相 应的网络策略模板后, 向各融合设备的网络部件进行下发;
步骤 205、 融合设备的网络部件成功接收网络策略模板后, 向网络设备 管理系统发送成功接收消息;
步骤 206, 网络设备管理系统成功向各融合设备下发网络策略模板后, 向 CDN中心管理系统发送完成消息;
步骤 207, CDN中心管理系统收到网络策略模板下发完成消息后, 向各 融合设备的 CDN部件下发业务策略模板;
步骤 208, 各融合设备的 CDN部件成功接收业务策略模板后, 向 CDN中 心管理系统发送成功接收消息;
至此, 在融合设备的网络部件上部署了相应的网络策略模板, 在 CDN 部件上部署了相应的业务策略模板。
基于上述的 IPTV用户的调度和定位策略的部署、 以及 IPTV用户业务策 略和网络策略的预设, 下面详细说明融合设备的 IPTV业务实现处理流程, 如图 8所示, 该处理流程中, 涉及的系统主要包括: STB, EPG, IPTV业务 系统, 融合设备, 上级 /中心 CDN节点, 具体业务实现步骤如下:
步骤 301, 用户需要点播 IPTV业务, STB向 EPG系统发送用户的点播节 目请求;
步骤 302, EPG向 IPTV业务系统发送用户的点播请求;
步骤 303, IPTV业务系统对用户进行业务鉴权, 查询用户是否订购了该 业务,是否有权限观看该节目,若有权观看,则利用 IPTV用户地址池和 CDN 服务节点的对应关系记录信息,获取为 STB服务的融合设备, 并将该融合设 备信息通过鉴权成功响应消息或者单独的消息发送至 EPG; 若无权观看,反 馈鉴权失败响应消息;
步骤 304, EPG系统收到 IPTV业务系统发来的用户鉴权反馈信息, 如用 户鉴权失败, 则转向业务订购流程; 如果用户鉴权成功, 则基于 IPTV业务 系统发送的可服务的融合设备信息, 向 STB反馈业务服务节点信息和 URL 信息, 此处服务节点为融合设备;
步骤 305, STB根据获得的服务节点信息和 URL信息, 向融合设备发送 媒体服务请求;
步骤 306, 融合设备的 CDN部件接收到用户的访问请求, 根据自身的判 断, 判断是否有足够的 CDN能力为用户提供内容分发服务; 如果判断结果 为是, 则接纳用户请求; 如果判断结果为否, 则进行出错处理; 在出错时 记录相应的信息, 如: CDN资源不足, 用户访问的应用类型等; 进行相应 的统计, 汇总, 便于为后续的扩容提供依据; 如果接纳用户, 则根据用户 访问的应用类型, 如: 超高清视频, 高清视频, 标清视频等, 判断对应到 相应的业务策略模板; 并根据对应到的业务策略模板通过内部接口向网络 部件请求和业务策略模板对应的网络策略, 请求网络保障;
步骤 307, 网络部件收到用户的网络保障策略请求, 根据其中的业务策 略模板信息, 对应到相应的网络策略模板; 应用相应的网络策略模板; 并 向 CDN部件反馈执行结果消息; 如网络策略执行成功, 则说明网络资可保 障用户的业务, 继续本流程; 如网络策略执行不成功, 则进行出错处理; 出错的原因可能是网络资源不足, 此时 , 可做相应的记录, 统计处理等, 为后续的扩容提供依据;
步骤 308, 至此, 进行业务策略的部署和网络策略的部署, 已可对用户 的 IPTV业务进行保障, 也可以开始服务; 融合设备的 CDN部件向 IPTV业务 系统发送服务开始请求; IPTV业务系统接收到请求消息, 记录服务开始; 开始向用户服务;
步骤 309, CDN系统部件开始向用户提供媒体分发服务, CDN部件检查 本地緩存是否有用户所请求的媒体内容, 如果有, 则直接向用户分发; 如 果没有, 则需向上级 /中心 CDN节点请求并获取, 然后再向用户分发;
在此过程中, 融合设备的 CDN部件与外部 CDN节点实现了协同, 组成 了多级 CDN的结构; 融合设备向上的内容获取, 取决于 CDN的依赖关系和 组网结构。 上级 /中心 CDN节点根据融合设备的内容请求, 返回相应的媒体 内容。
步骤 410, 在此过程中, 用户得到持续的媒体内容服务, 直至服务提供 完成, 或用户切换节目, 则 STB关闭该媒体服务链接; 关闭链接的消息会触 发融合设备 CDN部件中维护的用户内容状态机的关闭要求, 在状态机关闭 前, 需要撤销本次服务的相应策略; 在 CDN部件内部, 撤销本次服务的业 务策略模板, 释放相关资源;
步骤 411, CDN部件通过内部接口向网络部件请求撤销本次 IPTV业务服 务的网络策略, 恢复该用户原来的网络策略;
步骤 412, 网络部件收到 CDN部件的策略撤销请求后, 撤销本次 IPTV 业务的网络策略, 恢复用户的网络策略, 并将执行结果向 CDN部件反馈; 步骤 413, CDN部件 4敦销了网络部件本次 IPTV业务的网络策略后, 向 IPTV业务系统发送服务结束请求, 关闭用户状态机; IPTV业务系统收到服 务结束请求后, 记录服务结束;
关于计费方面, 可根据具体实施的要求在 IPTV业务系统计费, 可在融 合设备的网络部件计费, 可在融合设备的 CDN部件计费, 或相互结合进行 计费; IPTV业务系统记录着用户使用的内容, 次数, 时长等信息; 融合设 备的网络部件, 记录着具体的网络使用, 带宽使用, 网络策略, 网络时长, 流量等信息; 融合设备的 CDN部件, 记录着具体的内容使用, 内容策略, 内容流量等信息。
由上述 IPTV业务的具体实现过程, 可知本发明实施例所述融合设备、 融合系统和融合方法具有如下特点:
( 1 )网络系统和 CDN系统作为该系统设备的部件存在, 是一种松耦合 的架构, 实现了设备层面的融合;
( 2 )网络部件和 CDN部件都有自己的用户状态机, 两者的状态机相互 独立;
( 3 ) 网络部件和 CDN部件分别维护有用户的网络状态机和内容状态 机, 便于实现基于用户的精细化运营和服务保障;
( 4 ) 网络部件和 CDN部件之间通过内部系统接口和消息接口进行交 互; 使得网络能力和 CDN内容服务能力具备了协同的能力;
( 5 ) CDN部件由统一的 CDN中心管理系统进行管理,该 CDN中心管理 系统可独立设置, 也可纳入本文所述的融合设备的网管系统, 作为网管系 统的一个组成部分;
( 6 )网络部件通过内部接口向 CDN部件通告本设备的 IPTV用户地址池 信息;
( 7 ) 融合设备 CDN部件生成本地 IPTV地址池和本地 CDN服务节点的 对应关系 己录; ( 8 ) 融合设备 CDN部件向 CDN中心管理系统上报本地 IPTV地址池和 本地 CDN服务节点对应关系记录;
( 9 ) CDN中心管理系统根据各融合设备上报的 IPTV地址池和 CDN服 务节点对应关系记录, 维护相应的数据库, 并向 IPTV业务系统同步;
( 10 ) IPTV业务系统根据自身提供的业务类型, 生成相应的业务策略 模板, 并向所述 CDN中心管理系统下发;
( 11 ) CDN中心管理系统请求网络设备管理系统生成与业务策略模板 对应的网络策略模板;
( 12 ) IPTV业务系统在用户进行业务鉴权时, 鉴权成功, 则根据用户 地址和 CDN服务节点的信息进行调度, 确定为用户服务的融合设备的 CDN 部件, 并将调度结果信息包含在鉴权成功消息中, 一并返回;
( 13 ) 融合设备的 CDN部件进行资源判断, 判断是否有足够的 CDN资 源满足用户的请求, 有则接纳用户请求, 否则进行出错处理;
( 14 ) 融合设备的 CDN部件进行业务请求判断, 判断对应的业务策略 模板;
( 15 ) 融合设备的 CDN部件通过内部接口向网络部件请求响应的网络 策略保障;
( 16 ) 融合设备的网络部件可根据 CDN部件的请求, 应用相应的网络 策略模板;
( 17 )用户的应用完成, 应用链接关闭会触发 CDN部件的用户状态机 变化;
( 18 ) 融合设备的 CDN部件可向网络部件请求撤销对应业务策略模板 的网络策略模板, 恢复该用于原来的网络策略;
( 19 ) IPTV业务实现方法, 是基于 CDN和网络融合的新型态设备的。 由 CDN和网络融合设备的 CDN部件与用户建立应用链接, 提供服务; ( 20 ) IPTV业务实现方法基于 CDN和网络融合设备, 使得用户的网络 连接和应用层链接都在网络设备上, 更容易实现应用和网络的协同, 更好 保障 IPTV业务的服务质量。
综上所述, 本发明实施例基于融合设备来实现 IPTV业务, 通过把 CDN 内容分发功能和网络服务功能的融合, 把同一个用户的网络连接和应用层 链接都放在了网络设备上, 更好进行协同, 更容易实现 IPTV业务的服务质 量保障。 也使得网络带宽的分配, 网络策略的部署更加灵活。 同时, 更好 掌握 IPTV用户使用的业务类型, CDN资源和网络资源情况的需求统计, 为 扩容提供确实的依据, 避免 CDN和网络分离造成的能力不匹配, 不能满足 需求, 造成投资浪费等问题。
本发明实施例把网络设备和 CDN设备融合到了一起, 成为一种新型态 的设备, 并采用松耦合的融合方式, 更容易于部署和扩展。 在 CDN部件和 网络部件分别维护用户的内容状态机和网络状态机, 并增加了 CDN部件和 网络部件间的内部交互接口, 实现状态的协同, 具备了基于用户的精细化 运营和服务保障的基础。 并在此基础上, 提供了 IPTV业务的实现方法, 基 于 CDN和网络融合设备承载 IPTV应用, 使得 IPTV应用的应用层链接和网络 层连接均在融合设备上, 可实现更好的协同和配合; 部署相应的业务策略 和网络策略, 实现业务策略和网络策略的对应和联动, 可为 IPTV业务提供 高质量的服务保障。 也使得网络带宽的分配, 网络策略的部署更加灵活。 本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权 利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在 内。 工业实用性
本发明实施例通过把 CDN内容分发功能和网络服务功能的融合, 把同 一个用户的网络连接和应用层链接都放在了网络设备上, 更好进行协同, 更容易实现 IPTV业务的服务质量保障。 也使得网络带宽的分配, 网络策略 的部署更加灵活。 同时, 更好掌握 IPTV用户使用的业务类型, CDN资源和 网络资源情况的需求统计, 为扩容提供确实的依据, 避免 CDN和网络分离 造成的能力不匹配, 不能满足需求, 造成投资浪费等问题。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现交互式网络电视业务的融合设备, 所述融合设备集成有内 容分发网络 CDN部件和网络部件, 且所述 CDN部件与所述网络部件间设有 内部通信接口;
所述 CDN部件, 包括:
第一查询单元, 配置为接收机顶盒 STB发起的媒体服务请求, 并在预先 配置的业务策略模板数据库中查找与所述媒体服务请求携带的业务类型相 匹配的业务策略模板;
内容服务单元, 配置为向所述网络部件发起网络支持请求, 并在接收 到所述网络部件反馈的成功响应消息后, 利用查询到的业务策略模板为所 述 STB提供媒体流服务;
所述网络部件, 包括:
第二查询单元, 配置为接收到所述网络支持请求后, 在预先配置的网 络策略模板数据库中查找与所述业务策略匹配的网络策略模板;
请求响应单元, 配置为执行查询到的网络策略模板, 并在执行成功时, 向所述 CDN部件反馈成功响应消息, 以及利用所述网络策略模板为所述 CDN部件提供网络资源支持。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的融合设备, 其中, 所述第一查询单元, 还配置 为在接收到所述媒体服务请求时, 检测当前 CDN能力是否能够接纳所述媒 体服务请求, 若是, 则查找所述业务策略模板数据库。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的融合设备, 其中,
所述第一查询单元, 还配置为在检测当前 CDN能力不能接纳所述媒体 服务请求时, 返回失败提示信息, 并记录失败原因以及请求的媒体信息; 所述请求响应单元, 还配置为在执行查询到的网络策略模板时, 若执 行不成功, 则返回失败响应消息, 并记录失败原因以及执行的网络策略模 板。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的融合设备, 其中,
所述 CDN部件,还包括: 内容加速撤销单元, 配置为在检测到所述 STB 断开媒体服务连接时, 撤销所述业务策略模板, 释放资源, 并向所述网络 部件发送策略撤销请求;
所述网络部件, 还包括: 网络加速撤销单元, 配置为在接收到所述策 略撤销请求后, 撤销所述网络策略模板。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的融合设备, 其中, 所述内容服务单元, 还配置 为在利用所述业务策略模板为所述 STB提供媒体流服务时, 向 IPTV业务系 统发送服务开始通知消息; 以及在所述内容加速撤销单元撤销所述业务策 略模板时, 向 IPTV业务系统发送服务结束通知消息。
6、 如权利要求 4或 5所述的融合设备, 其中,
所述 CDN部件, 还包括: 第一信息记录单元, 配置为在所述内容加速 撤销单元撤销所述业务策略模板后, 记录 CDN部件本次服务的媒体内容、 业务策略模板和媒体内容流量信息; 和 /或,
所述网络部件, 还包括: 第二信息记录单元, 配置为在所述网络加速 撤销单元撤销所述网络策略模板后, 记录网络部件本次服务采用的网络策 略模板、 使用的带宽和使用时长信息。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的融合设备, 其中, 所述内容服务单元, 还配置 为在利用所述业务策略模板为所述 STB提供媒体流服务时,检测本地是否緩 存有请求的媒体内容, 若有, 直接向所述 STB分发; 否则, 根据网络分层部 署, 向上级内容分发节点请求获取后, 向所述 STB分发; 其中, 所述上级内 容分发节点为独立的 CDN节点或者为融合设备中的 CDN部件。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的融合设备, 其中, 所述 CDN部件与网络部件间 为松耦合关系。
9、 一种实现交互式网络电视业务的融合系统, 包括: 交互式网络电视 IPTV业务系统、 CDN中心管理系统、 网络设备管理系统、 以及如权利要求 1 至 8任一项所述的融合设备;
所述 IPTV业务系统, 配置为接收 STB发送的用户点播请求, 获取所述 点播请求中携带的用户地址信息, 在预先配置的映射关系数据库中获取与 所述用户地址信息匹配的融合设备, 并将获取的融合设备信息通过电子节 目菜单 EPG发送至所述 STB;
所述 CDN中心管理系统和网络设备管理系统, 分别配置为对融合设备 的 CDN部件和网络部件进行维护和管理。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的融合系统, 其中, 所述 IPTV业务系统中, 映射 关系数据库的配置方式包括:
CDN部件;
所述 CDN部件接收到的所述地址池后, 结合自身的 CDN服务地址, 生 成 IPTV用户地址池与 CDN部件间的对应关系, 并将该对应关系通过所述 CDN中心管理系统同步到 IPTV业务系统;
所述 IPTV业务系统利用所述 CDN中心管理系统同步的各融合设备的 IPTV用户地址池与 CDN部件的对应关系, 生成映射关系数据库。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的融合系统, 其中, 所述融合设备中 CDN部件查 询的业务策略模板数据库和网络部件查询的网络策略模板数据库的配置方 式包括:
所述 IPTV业务系统根据各业务类型定制与各业务类型对应的业务策略 模板, 并将各业务策略模板发送至所述 CDN中心管理系统;
所述 CDN中心管理系统利用接收到的各所述业务策略模板, 生成 CDN 系统侧的业务策略模板, 并将生成的各业务策略模板分别发送至所述融合 设备的 CDN部件和所述网络设备管理系统;
所述网络设备管理系统接收到业务策略模板后, 生成支持各业务策略 模板的网络策略模板, 并将各所述网络策略模板发送至所述融合设备的网 络部件;
所述 CDN部件接收到各业务策略模板后, 生成业务策略模板数据库, 所述网络部件接收到各网络策略模板后, 生成网络策略模板。
12、 如权利要求 9所述的融合系统, 其中, 所述 IPTV业务系统, 还配置 为基于所述融合设备发送的服务开始和结束通知消息, 记录计费信息; 所 述计费信息包括: 媒体内容、 请求次数和服务时长信息。
13、 一种实现交互式网络电视业务的融合方法, 应用在如权利要求 9至 12任一项所述的系统中, 该方法包括:
交互式网络电视 IPTV业务系统接收 STB发送的用户点播请求, 获取所 述点播请求中携带的用户地址信息后, 在预先配置的映射关系数据库中获 取与所述用户地址信息匹配的融合设备, 并将获取的融合设备信息通过电 子节目菜单 EPG发送至所述 STB;
所述 STB向所述融合设备的 CDN部件发起的媒体服务请求;
所述融合设备的 CDN部件接收到媒体服务请求后, 在预先配置的业务 策略模板数据库中查找与所述媒体服务请求携带的业务类型相匹配的业务 策略模板, 并向所述融合设备的网络部件发起网络支持请求;
所述融合设备的网络部件接收到所述网络支持请求后, 在预先配置的 网络策略模板数据库中查找与所述业务策略匹配的网络策略模板, 执行查 询到的网络策略模板, 并在执行成功时, 向所述 CDN部件反馈成功响应消 息, 以及利用所述网络策略模板为所述 CDN部件提供网络资源支持;
所述融合设备的 CDN部件在接收到所述网络部件反馈的成功响应消息 后, 利用查询到的业务策略模板为所述 STB提供媒体流服务。
