Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système informatique destiné à une gestion du personnel améliorée, lequel système inclut : (A) une ou plusieurs stations de base incluant une unité de base, une enceinte destinée à une tablette, l'enceinte pouvant être connectée à l'unité de base, la tablette incluant un ou plusieurs programmes utilitaires ; et (B) un ordinateur serveur relié à la ou aux stations de base ; l'ordinateur serveur incluant une application serveur ; lesquelles stations de bases sont conçues pour fonctionner à la fois comme (i) station de base de gestion du personnel à multi-utilisateur, qui peut être une station de base fixe (soit montée sur un mur soit disposée sur une table par exemple) et comme (ii) dispositif mobile, démontable de la station de base, qui peut être utilisé pour une ou plusieurs opérations définies par l'entreprise et accéder à un ou plusieurs programmes utilitaires de gestion du personnel, mis en œuvre. Une conception d'enceinte et d'unité de base est prévue pour la station de base. La présente invention concerne aussi des applications permettant d'étendre la fonctionnalité du système informatique, ainsi que des procédés de gestion du personnel.
