Abstract

L'invention concerne un alcalin liquide à faible formation de mousse et des combinaisons de nettoyage acides destinés à être utilisés dans des opérations de nettoyage de l'industrie pharmaceutique, alimentaire, cosmétique, étant efficaces dans des contaminants difficiles à éliminer, étant développés de façon spécifique pour des opérations CIP, comprenant des sources acides ou d'alcalinité, une pluralité de tensio-actifs biodégradables et un agent chélatant biodégradable, le taux de tensio-actif étant inférieur à 4 %, le taux d'eau étant supérieur à 80 %. L'invention concerne des détergents qui sont stables tout au long de leur durée de conservation, à faible formation de mousse, ainsi, appropriés pour des applications CIP; comprennent des constituants biodégradables qui sont exempts de phosphate et respectueux de l'environnement; et démontrent une activité antimicrobienne. Ils sont appropriés pour les applications nécessitant une validation de nettoyage étant donné que les procédés d'analyse de résidus de détergent de ceux-ci peuvent être validés utilisant des méthodes connues.
