Abstract

The invention relates to a measurement method for measuring the loudness range of an audio signal. In particular, said loudness range is measured in real time. Measuring apparatuses for implementing said method are also proposed (Figs. 1, 2). Such measuring apparatuses (920, 1020) are further used in control apparatuses for controlling the loudness range of the audio signal in real time. (Figs. 9, 10)
