技术领域:
本实用新型涉及灯泡具技术领域,特指一种智能型LED灯泡。
背景技术:
现有LED灯泡样式多种多样,但其结构上主要是由灯头、灯壳、灯罩以及LED线路板等组成,需要安装在通电的灯座或者外接电源方可通电工作。虽然也有少数自带电源的LED灯泡,但其自带电源往往是设置在灯泡本体的外部的,而且体积较大,较为笨重。此外,现有的LED灯泡的开关控制也主要依靠外部电路中的开关进行控制,即安装好后由外部开关控制灯泡的亮灭,这样的话LED灯泡在使用中的局限性较大,不能自由灵活的使用。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种智能型LED灯泡,其自带电源和开关机构,而且体积小,使用方便灵活。
本实用新型实现其目的采用的技术方案是:一种智能型LED灯泡,包括灯泡头、灯泡壳、灯罩、设置在灯泡壳内的LED线路板及控制PCB板,所述灯泡壳内还安装有与LED线路板连接的开关机构、可充电电池以及电源PCB板;其中,所述开关机构包括开关定位件、开关PCB板、两个开关弹片、铜针、铜针限位件以及弹簧。
具体而言,所述开关PCB板安装在开关定位件上,两开关弹片分别间隔安装在开关PCB板上,所述铜针由灯泡头端部穿入位于两开关弹片之间并穿过开关PCB板中部;所述铜针限位件安装在开关定位件的凹部中且铜针限位件与凹部之间设置所述的弹簧。
所述的铜针具有位于灯泡头外部的顶触点,并具有粗段和细段,其中细段伸入所述铜针限位件中。
所述可充电电池呈轴向安装,且所述控制PCB板中部设有供可充电电池及其电池安装座穿过的通孔。
于所述灯泡壳与灯罩的接合处外围设有装饰环。
本实用新型LED灯泡自带可充电电源和开关机构,且充电电源位于灯泡内部,整体结构上简单紧凑,体积小巧;而开关机构则是根据LED灯的装卸自动实现开关控制,而无需外部电路及其开关,除装卸外无需其他手动操控就可控制亮灭,因此使用起来更为灵活方便。

具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
结合图1所示,本实用新型所述的智能型LED灯泡包括灯泡头1、灯泡壳2、灯罩3、设置在灯泡壳2内的LED线路板4及控制PCB板41,所述灯泡壳2内还安装有与LED线路板4连接的开关机构5、可充电电池6以及电源PCB板61;其中,所述开关机构5包括开关定位件51、开关PCB板52、两个开关弹片53、铜针54、铜针限位件55以及弹簧56。
具体而言,结合图2、图3所示,开关机构5的各部件的连接关系如下:所述开关PCB板52安装在开关定位件51上,两开关弹片53分别间隔安装在开关PCB板52上,所述铜针54由灯泡头1端部穿入位于两开关弹片53之间并穿过开关PCB板52中部;所述的铜针54具有位于灯泡头1外部的顶触点541,并具有粗段542和细段543,其中细段543伸入所述铜针限位件55中,实现径向限位,即铜针54在铜针限位件55和灯泡头1中部轴向移动,不会偏移;所述铜针限位件55安装在开关定位件51的凹部510中且铜针限位件55与凹部510之间设置所述的弹簧56。
本实用新型中开关机构5的工作原理是:初始状态下,由于弹簧56的弹力,将铜针限位件55以及铜针54向外顶,铜针54的粗段542与两开关弹片53处于非接触状态,此时开关PCB板52是无法导通的,即开关机构5处于断开状态,LED灯不亮;当灯泡要旋入灯座中时,随着旋入的深度,灯泡头1外部的铜针54的顶触点541与灯座抵触,使铜针54向内运动,进而使铜针54的粗段542与两侧的开关弹片53接触,使两开关弹片53导通从而使开关PCB板52导通,即开关机构5闭合,由可充电电池6向控制PCB板41以及LED线路板4供电,使LED灯发亮;反之,若取下灯泡时,铜针54的外部抵触力消失,在弹簧56的作用下回弹,开关机构5回复到断开状态,LED灯自动熄灭。
本实用新型中,所述可充电电池6呈轴向安装,且所述控制PCB板41中部设有供可充电电池6及其电池安装座62穿过的通孔410,其作用是便于电池的安装,节约安装空间;于所述灯泡壳2与灯罩3的接合处外围设有装饰环21,可以增强接合处的密封性并提高整个灯泡的外观效果。
本实用新型LED灯泡自带可充电电源和开关机构,且充电电源位于灯泡内部,整体结构上简单紧凑,体积小巧;而开关机构则是根据LED灯的装卸自动实现开关控制,而无需外部电路及其开关,除装卸外无需其他手动操控就可控制亮灭,因此使用起来更为灵活方便。

一种智能型LED灯泡,包括灯泡头(1)、灯泡壳(2)、灯罩(3)、设置在灯泡壳(2)内的LED线路板(4)及控制PCB板(41),其特征在于:所述灯泡壳(2)内还安装有与LED线路板(4)连接的开关机构(5)、可充电电池(6)以及电源PCB板(61);其中,所述开关机构(5)包括开关定位件(51)、开关PCB板(52)、两个开关弹片(53)、铜针(54)、铜针限位件(55)以及弹簧(56)。

根据权利要求1所述的智能型LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述开关PCB板(52)安装在开关定位件(51)上,两开关弹片(53)分别间隔安装在开关PCB板(52)上,所述铜针(54)由灯泡头(1)端部穿入位于两开关弹片(53)之间并穿过开关PCB板(52)中部;所述铜针限位件(55)安装在开关定位件(51)的凹部(510)中且铜针限位件(55)与凹部(510)之间设置所述的弹簧(56)。

根据权利要求1或2所述的智能型LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述的铜针(54)具有位于灯泡头(1)外部的顶触点(541),并具有粗段(542)和细段(543),其中细段(543)伸入所述铜针限位件(55)中。

根据权利要求1所述的智能型LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述可充电电池(6)呈轴向安装,且所述控制PCB板(41)中部设有供可充电电池(6)及其电池安装座(62)穿过的通孔(410)。
