  • One method or a system for the regulation of the concentration/fraction of comprised substances according to the present invention facilitates that components in the exhaust system, such as particulate filters and catalysts, may work efficiently since the concentration/fraction of substances comprised in the exhaust system may efficiently and accurately be adjusted to the said components' optimal working concentration/fraction. The risk that components in the exhaust system are damaged due to e.g. overheating and contamination is thus also reduced. Further, the invention provides a more fuel effective method for achieving a desired concentration/fraction of substances comprised, or for maintaining a current concentration/fraction of substances comprised in the exhaust stream compared to prior art.
  • Another advantage of the invention is that it is not necessary to equip the vehicle with further parts/components in order to achieve the advantages of the invention since already existing parts/components in the vehicle may be used, which entails a great cost saving.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de réguler une concentration/fraction d'une ou de plusieurs substances présentes dans un flux d'échappement d'un véhicule automobile par le biais de la commande de sa transmission, le véhicule automobile comprenant : une transmission comprenant un moteur à combustion qui peut être raccordé à une boîte de vitesses à variation continue (CVT/IVT) via un dispositif d'embrayage, et un système d'échappement conçu pour l'élimination d'un flux d'échappement dudit moteur à combustion ; ledit procédé comprenant l'étape consistant à commander ladite boîte de vitesses à variation continue (CVT/IVT), et ainsi un point de fonctionnement dans ledit moteur à combustion, en fonction desdits un ou plusieurs premiers paramètres pour la régulation d'une concentration/fraction CExIXEx d'une ou de plusieurs substances comprises dans ledit flux d'échappement, au moins un desdits un ou plusieurs premiers paramètres Pt étant une première différence de concentration/fraction entre ladite première concentration/fraction C1IX1 dans ledit flux d'échappement et une concentration/fraction de référence CreflXRef. La présente invention concerne en outre un programme informatique, un produit de programme informatique, un système et un véhicule automobile comprenant ledit système.
