(4) 前記下部トレーの少なくとも1つの前記医療器具収納部は、収納部形成用凹部により形成されており、前記上部トレーは、前記下部トレーの前記収納部形成用凹部内に進入可能かつ、前記収納部形成用凹部内に収納された前記下部トレー収納医療器具の移動を規制する底部突出部を備えている上記(1)または(2)に記載の滅菌済み医療用キット包装体。
 上記のような構成とすることにより、下部トレーに収納されている医療器具の移動による損傷を防止できる。
(5) 前記離脱規制部は、前記上部トレーが載置された状態の前記上部トレー上を通過または部分的もしくは全体的に覆い、前記上部トレーの前記下部トレーからの離脱を規制する破断もしくは開放可能な帯状部材もしくは紐状部材である上記(1)または(2)に記載の滅菌済み医療用キット包装体。
 離脱規制部を上記のようなものとすることにより、上部トレーの離脱防止がより確実なものとなり、かつ、その開放も容易なものとなる。
(6) 前記離脱規制部は、前記上部トレーの上面を全体的もしくは部分的に被包し、かつ、両端部が前記下部トレーに固定された被覆シートにより形成されており、さらに、前記被覆シートは、前記上部トレー上に載置された前記上部トレー載置医療器具を保持し、かつ、易破断性を有している上記(1)または(2)に記載の滅菌済み医療用キット包装体。
 離脱規制部を上記のようなものとすることにより、上部トレーの離脱防止がより確実なものとなり、かつ、その開放も容易なものとなる。
(7) 前記離脱規制部は、前記上部トレーの上面および前記下部トレーの下面を全体的もしくは部分的に覆う筒状シートにより形成されており、さらに、前記筒状シートは、前記上部トレー上に載置された前記上部トレー載置医療器具を保持し、かつ、易破断性を有している上記(1)または(2)に記載の滅菌済み医療用キット包装体。
 離脱規制部を上記のようなものとすることにより、上部トレーの離脱防止がより確実なものとなり、かつ、その開放も容易なものとなる。
(8) 前記上部トレーもしくは前記下部トレーは、前記下部トレーに滅菌ガスを流通させるためのガス流通部を備えている上記(1)または(2)に記載の滅菌済み医療用キット包装体。
 滅菌済み医療用キット包装体をガス滅菌により滅菌する場合において、この滅菌ガス流通用凹部を設けることにより、下部トレーへの滅菌ガスの流通がより良好なものとなる。
(9) 前記下部トレーは、前記収納部形成用凹部と連通する周縁側凹部を備え、前記上部トレーがガス流通部を備え、前記ガス流通部は、前記下部トレーへの載置時に前記周縁側凹部と対応する部位に設けられた切欠部もしくは開口である請求項4に記載の滅菌済み医療用キット包装体。
 滅菌済み医療用キット包装体をガス滅菌により滅菌する場合において、この滅菌ガス流通用凹部を設けることにより、下部トレーへの滅菌ガスの流通がより良好なものとなる。
(10) 前記下部トレーは、前記下部トレーの側部上端より下方に延びるように設けられたガス流通部を構成するガス流通用凹部を有している上記(1)または(2)に記載の滅菌済み医療用キット包装体。
 滅菌済み医療用キット包装体をガス滅菌により滅菌する場合において、この滅菌ガス流通用凹部を設けることにより、下部トレーへの滅菌ガスの流通がより良好なものとなる。
(11) 前記下部トレーは、複数の前記医療器具収納部の底部を連通する底部ガス流通路を備えている上記(1)または(2)に記載の滅菌済み医療用キット包装体。
 滅菌済み医療用キット包装体をガス滅菌により滅菌する場合において、この滅菌ガス流通用凹部を設けることにより、下部トレーへの滅菌ガスの流通がより良好なものとなる。
(12) 前記上部トレー載置医療器具は、渦巻き状の筒状収納体と前記筒状収納体に収納されたガイドワイヤとからなるガイドワイヤ収納体であり、前記上部トレーは、前記ガイドワイヤ収納体を保持するガイドワイヤ収納体保持部を有している上記(1)または(2)に記載の滅菌済み医療用キット包装体。
(13) 前記上部トレーは、前記下部トレーに進入する底部を形成する底部形成用凹部を備えており、前記底部形成用凹部は、医療器具載置部を形成しており、かつ前記医療器具載置部には、前記上部トレー載置医療器具が載置されている上記(1)または(2)に記載の滅菌済み医療用キット包装体。
(14) 前記下部トレーは、前記下部トレーの周縁部に形成された収納部形成用凹部を有し、前記収納部形成用凹部は、湾曲したカテーテル収納部となっており、さらに、前記カテーテル収納部には、カテーテルが収納されている上記(1)または(2)に記載の滅菌済み医療用キット包装体。
(15) 前記包装体は、上面側が透明フィルムにより形成されており、前記医療用キットを視認可能である上記(1)または(2)に記載の滅菌済み医療用キット包装体。
