可选的, 上述集合中的 ΑΡ、接入 AP的标识信息是能够与该 AP对应的 唯一标识, 例如基础服务集标识(Basic Service Set Identifier, BSSID )、 服 务集标识( Service Set Identifier, SSID ),扩展服务集标识( Extended, Service Set Identifier, ESSID )、 媒体接入控制 ( Medium Access Control, MAC )地 址等。

所述发送单元,还用于向所述基站控制器发送所述接入 AP的标识信息。

所述接收单元, 还用于接收所述基站控制器通知的第四 AP集合, 其中 所述第四 AP集合包括至少一个 AP。

所述接收单元, 还用于接收所述基站控制器发送的第一门限;
所述控制单元, 还用于根据所述第一门限控制接入所述基站控制器。

所述接收单元, 还用于接收所述基站控制器发送的第一门限和第二门 限;
所述控制单元, 还用于根据所述第二门限确定切换目标为 AP或所述基 站控制器, 根据所述第一门限控制接入所述 AP或所述基站控制器。
55、 如权利要求 54所述的用户设备, 其特征在于,
所述发送单元, 还用于在所述切换目标为 AP的情况下, 通过所述基站 控制器向所述 AP发送关联消息和 /或认证消息。
56、 如权利要求 54或 55所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元, 还用于在所述切换目标为 AP的情况下, 向所述基站控 制器发送所述 AP的标识信息。
57、 如权利要求 53或 54所述的用户设备, 其特征在于,
所述发送单元,还用于向所述基站控制器发送建立连接请求或数据传输 状态消息, 以便接入所述基站控制器。
58、 如权利要求 48-52任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元, 还用于接收所述基站控制器发送的第一门限和第二门 限;
所述控制单元, 还用于根据所述第二门限确定候选目标集合, 所述候选 目标集合包括至少一个 AP;
所述发送单元, 还用于通知所述基站控制器所述候选目标集合; 所述接收单元,还用于接收所述基站控制器从所述候选目标集合的所述 至少一个 AP中确定的切换目标;
所述控制单元, 还用于控制接入所述切换目标。
