本发明正是基于上述问题， 提出了一种新的应用程序的管理技术， 可 以自动判断用户的需求， 并安装或卸载应用程序， 从而实现对应用程序的 有效管理， 满足用户的使用需求和对终端资源的合理利用。
有鉴于此， 本发明提出了一种终端， 包括： 信息获取单元， 用于获取 终端中包含的特定信息； 判断单元， 用于判断是否存在对应于所述特定信 息的应用程序； 程序处理单元， 用于在所述判断单元的判断结果为存在的 情况下， 根据所述应用程序与所述特定信息的对应关系， 安装 /卸载或提 示安装 /卸载所述应用程序。
在该技术方案中， 通过终端中的特定信息， 从而判断用户对某个应用 程序是否存在需求， 从而确定是否需要对应用程序进行相应的处理。 比如 当前为假期前或假期中， 则自动安装票务软件， 当度过假期之后， 则自动 卸载该票务软件， 当下次假期来临时， 再自动安装， 以确保在用户可能需 要使用的时候， 能够在终端上找到该应用程序， 在用户不需要使用的时 候， 不会占用终端资源。
在上述技术方案中， 优选地， 所述特定信息包括指定关键字及所述指 定关键字对应的时间区间， 则所述信息获取单元用于： 根据所述终端中的 预设字库判断所述终端中的信息和 /或日程中是否记录有所述指定关键 字， 若记录有所述指定关键字， 则进一步获取被记录的指定关键字对应的 时间区间； 所述判断单元用于： 确定对应于所述被记录的指定关键字的应 用程序， 并在当前时间处于所述时间区间时， 判定所述应用程序对应于所 述特定信息， 以由所述程序处理单元安装 /提示安装所述应用程序。

在该技术方案中， 可以由用户直接输入相应的时间参数， 或是在显示 出的多个预设时间区间中选出用户希望应用的时间区间， 从而实现对有效 时间区间的设置。
在上述任一技术方案中， 优选地， 所述终端中的应用程序包括至少一 种类型， 则所述终端还包括： 第二区间设置单元， 用于接收第二区间设置 命令， 以根据所述第二区间设置命令， 为每种类型的应用程序设置对应的 有效时间区间； 以及类型判断单元， 用于在安装所述应用程序时， 根据所 述应用程序所处的类型， 将该类型对应的有效时间区间作为所述应用程序 对应的有效时间区间。
在该技术方案中， 应用程序的数量可能很多， 但往往所属的种类是有 限的， 比如 "旅行外出" 、 "饮食" 等， 因而无需逐一对每个应用程序进 行设置， 而是直接对每一种类型设置有效时间区间， 则该类型下的应用程 序对应的有效时间区间均完成了设置。 当然， 对于一些应用程序的特殊要 求， 显然可以单独进行设置， 从而满足个性化需求。 另外， 由于这里是根 据应用程序的种类进行有效时间区间等参数的设置的， 那么对于某个种类 的所有应用程序而言， 若没有进行其他的单独设置， 应该具有相同的有效 时间区间等， 因而可以通过对这些相同的参数的判断， 从而对应用程序实 现批量操作。
在上述任一技术方案中， 优选地， 还包括： 存储单元， 用于在卸载所 述应用程序时， 保存所述应用程序对应的有效时间区间； 以及所述信息获 取单元用于： 当再次安装所述应用程序时， 获取所述存储单元保存的对应 于该应用程序的有效时间区间， 以由所述程序处理单元确定是否卸载 /提 示卸载所述应用程序。
在该技术方案中， 对于应用程序或是某一类型的应用程序进行有效时 间区间的设置时， 可以在每次安装时均执行设置， 从而具有更好的实时 性； 也可以仅在首次安装时进行设置， 并在卸载该应用程序时仍然保留设 置参数， 则在之后再次安装时， 直接沿用保留下的参数即可。
根据本发明的又一方面， 还提出了一种应用程序的管理方法， 包括： 步骤 202 , 获取终端中包含的特定信息； 步骤 204 , 判断是否存在对应于 所述特定信息的应用程序， 若存在， 则根据所述应用程序与所述特定信息 的对应关系， 安装 /卸载或提示安装 /卸载所述应用程序。

在该技术方案中， 对于应用程序或是某一类型的应用程序进行有效时 间区间的设置时， 可以在每次安装时均执行设置， 从而具有更好的实时 性； 也可以仅在首次安装时进行设置， 并在卸载该应用程序时仍然保留设 置参数， 则在之后再次安装时， 直接沿用保留下的参数即可。
通过以上技术方案， 可以自动判断用户的需求， 并安装或卸载应用程 序， 从而实现对应用程序的有效管理， 满足用户的使用需求和对终端资源 的合理利用。 附图说明

在上述任一技术方案中， 优选地， 所述终端中的应用程序包括至少一 种类型， 则为所述应用程序设置对应的有效时间区间的步骤包括： 根据接 收到的第二区间设置命令， 为每种类型的应用程序设置对应的有效时间区 间； 以及在安装所述应用程序时， 根据所述应用程序所处的类型， 将该类 在该技术方案中， 应用程序的数量可能很多， 但往往所属的种类是有 限的， 比如 "旅行外出" 、 "饮食" 等， 因而无需逐一对每个应用程序进 行设置， 而是直接对每一种类型设置有效时间区间， 则该类型下的应用程 序对应的有效时间区间均完成了设置。 当然， 对于一些应用程序的特殊要 求， 显然可以单独进行设置， 从而满足个性化需求。 另外， 由于这里是根 据应用程序的种类进行有效时间区间等参数的设置的， 那么对于某个种类 的所有应用程序而言， 若没有进行其他的单独设置， 应该具有相同的有效 时间区间等， 因而可以通过对这些相同的参数的判断， 从而对应用程序实 现批量操作。
在上述任一技术方案中， 优选地， 所述步骤 206还包括： 在卸载所述 应用程序时， 保存所述应用程序对应的有效时间区间； 以及当再次安装所 述应用程序时， 获取所述终端中保存的对应于该应用程序的有效时间区 间， 以用于确定是否卸载 /提示卸载所述应用程序。
在该技术方案中， 对于应用程序或是某一类型的应用程序进行有效时 间区间的设置时， 可以在每次安装时均执行设置， 从而具有更好的实时 性； 也可以仅在首次安装时进行设置， 并在卸载该应用程序时仍然保留设 置参数， 则在之后再次安装时， 直接沿用保留下的参数即可。
图 3 示出了根据本发明的实施例的对应用程序进行参数设置的流程 图。
如图 3所示， 根据本发明的实施例的对应用程序进行参数设置的流程 包括：
步骤 302 , 用户需要安装应用程序。
步骤 304 , 判断是否为首次安装。 这需要每次安装或卸载应用程序 时， 对每个应用程序进行相关记录。
第一种情况下， 是首次安装， 进入步骤 306 , 根据用户实时输入的参 数， 设置对应的有效时间区间。 还可以对该应用程序的类型、 关联的关键 字等进行设置。 具体如表 1所示。

将每个应用程序以及对应的参数以表单的形式， 存储在终端对应的数 据库 （本地或云端） 中， 以供需要时进行查询。
第二种情况下， 是首次安装， 进入步骤 308 , 获取应用程序的类型， 比如具体地， 票务软件属于 "旅行" 类的应用程序。 然后进入步骤 310 , 当终端中的应用程序数量较多时， ——设置需要耗费大量的精力， 又由于 确定了应用程序的类型， 因而可以分别对每个类型进行参数设置， 然后批 量实施于该类型的所有应用程序。 当然， 可以事先设置好每个类型对应的 参数， 然后针对每个安装的应用程序， 自动调用相应的参数， 也可以随时 对类型对应的参数进行设置或编辑， 然后应用于相应的应用程序上。 具体 如表 2所示。

第三种情况下， 不是首次安装， 进入步骤 312 , 获取存储的参数， 并 用于设置该应用程序。 具体地， 需要在之前安装相同应用程序 （不一定为 完全相同， 比如在版本号等方面可以允许存在差异） 时， 设置过相应的参 数， 然后在卸载时， 对该参数进行了保留， 则当此时又一次安装时， 可以 直接使用之前保留下的参数。
图 4示出了根据本发明的实施例的卸载应用程序的流程图。
如图 4所示， 根据本发明的实施例的卸载应用程序的流程包括： 步骤 402 , 获取当前时间。
步骤 404 , 判断当前时间是否处于有效时间区间内， 具体地， 是指某 个应用程序或某类应用程序对应的有效时间区间。 若处于， 则结束流程， 若不处于， 则进入步骤 406。
步骤 406, 提示用户卸载相应的应用程序。 当然， 在一种情况下， 若 终端具有对应的权限， 可以不用提醒而直接卸载。
步骤 408 , 用户选择是否卸载应用程序。 若是， 则进入步骤 410 , 否 则结束流程。
步骤 410 , 判断终端中是否存在针对该应用程序的个性化参数， 包括 对某个应用程序的有效时间区间、 对应的关键字、 所属类别等。 若存在， 则进入步骤 412 , 否则进入步骤 414。 当然， 针对比如图 3 中的第二种参 数设置方式， 更趋近于批量设置， 当再次进行设置时， 若针对类型的参数 不改变， 得到的针对应用程序的参数显然也不会发生变化， 因而此类参数 可以认为不属于个性化参数， 当然， 这可以由厂商或用户根据需要进行设 置。
步骤 412 , 保留个性化参数， 具体地， 可以采用如表 1 所示的方式， 将应用程序的名称和相应的参数进行关联存储。
步骤 414 , 卸载应用程序。
图 5示出了根据本发明的实施例的安装应用程序的流程图。
如图 5所示， 根据本发明的实施例的安装应用程序的流程包括： 步骤 502 , 监测日程、 信息等。
步骤 504, 判断终端中是否存在于预设字库相匹配的关键字。 若是， 则进入步骤 506, 否则结束流程。
步骤 506, 具体地， 比如终端中采用了如表 1 所示的方式， 存储有应 用程序及对应的参数。 例如日程中监测到存在 "世界杯" 一词， 则终端根 据对应关系， 将查找到 "世界杯应用" 这个程序， 并确定对应的有效时间 区间为到闭幕日截止。
步骤 508 , 判断当前时间是否处于有效时间区间， 比如当天 （或设置 为提前一段时间） 为世界杯的开赛日， 则判定为处于有效时间区间内， 否 则判定为不处于。
步骤 510 , 若处于有效时间区间内， 则安装该应用程序， 比如安装 "世界杯应用" 这个软件。 步骤 512 , 判断终端中是否存储有针对步骤 510安装的应用程序的个 性化参数， 这里的个性化参数是指该终端之前安装过相同的应用程序， 并 进行过有效时间区间、 关键字等个性化参数的设置， 则当卸载该应用程序 时， 将对应的个性化参数存储在终端中， 以供在下次安装时， 直接使用这 些个性化参数。 若存在， 则进入步骤 514 , 否则进入步骤 516。 当然， 不 存在个性化参数并不意味着该应用程序一定是首次安装， 也可能是由于数 据丟失等原因。
步骤 514 , 获取个性化参数。
步骤 516, 当终端中不存在对应于刚安装的应用程序个性化参数时， 根据用户的输入命令， 直接进行设置。 当然， 也可以是由终端根据应用程 序的类型， 利用该类型对应的参数， 实现对该应用程序的参数设置。
步骤 518 , 利用终端中存储的或实时设置的个性化参数， 对应用程序 进行相应的设置。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案， 考虑到相关技术中对于 应用程序的管理无法兼顾时效性， 因此， 本发明提供了一种终端和一种应 用程序的管理方法， 可以自动判断用户的需求， 并安装或卸载应用程序， 从而实现对应用程序的有效管理， 满足用户的使用需求和对终端资源的合 理利用。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已， 并不用于限制本发明， 对于 本领域的技术人员来说， 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内， 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等， 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终端， 其特征在于， 包括：
信息获取单元， 用于获取终端中包含的特定信息；
判断单元， 用于判断是否存在对应于所述特定信息的应用程序； 程序处理单元， 用于在所述判断单元的判断结果为存在的情况下， 根 据所述应用程序与所述特定信息的对应关系， 安装 /卸载或提示安装 /卸载 所述应用程序。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的终端， 其特征在于， 所述特定信息包括指 定关键字及所述指定关键字对应的时间区间， 则所述信息获取单元用于： 记录有所述指定关键字， 若记录有所述指定关键字， 则进一步获取被记录 的指定关键字对应的时间区间；
所述判断单元用于： 确定对应于所述被记录的指定关键字的应用程 序， 并在当前时间处于所述时间区间时， 判定所述应用程序对应于所述特 定信息， 以由所述程序处理单元安装 /提示安装所述应用程序。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的终端， 其特征在于， 还包括：
字库设置单元， 用于根据接收到的字库设置命令， 对所述预设字库中 包含的关键字、 每个关键字对应的时间区间和 /或关键字与时间区间之间 的对应关系进行设置。
4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的终端， 其特征在于， 所述程序处理单元还 用于：
在所述终端完成对所述对应于所述特定信息的应用程序的安装后， 若 当前时间不属于所述时间区间， 则卸载 /提示卸载对应于所述特定信息的 应用程序。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端， 其特征在于，
所述信息获取单元用于： 获取所述终端中存储的对应于应用程序的有 效时间区间； 以及
所述程序处理单元用于： 若所述终端中安装有对应于所述有效时间区 间的应用程序， 则在当前时间不处于所述有效时间区间时， 卸载 /提示卸 载对应于所述有效时间区间的应用程序。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的终端， 其特征在于， 还包括：
第一区间设置单元， 用于接收第一区间设置命令， 以根据所述第一区 间设置命令， 为所述应用程序设置对应的有效时间区间。
7. 根据权利要求 5 所述的终端， 其特征在于， 所述终端中的应用程 序包括至少一种类型， 则所述终端还包括：
第二区间设置单元， 用于接收第二区间设置命令， 以根据所述第二区 间设置命令， 为每种类型的应用程序设置对应的有效时间区间； 以及
类型判断单元， 用于在安装所述应用程序时， 根据所述应用程序所处 区间。
8. 根据权利要求 5 至 7 中任一项所述的终端， 其特征在于， 还包 括：
存储单元， 用于在卸载所述应用程序时， 保存所述应用程序对应的有 效时间区间； 以及
所述信息获取单元用于： 当再次安装所述应用程序时， 获取所述存储 单元保存的对应于该应用程序的有效时间区间， 以由所述程序处理单元确 定是否卸载 /提示卸载所述应用程序。
9. 一种应用程序的管理方法， 其特征在于， 包括：
步骤 202 , 获取终端中包含的特定信息；
步骤 204, 判断是否存在对应于所述特定信息的应用程序， 若存在， 则根据所述应用程序与所述特定信息的对应关系， 安装 /卸载或提示安装 / 卸载所述应用程序。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的应用程序的管理方法， 其特征在于， 所述 特定信息包括指定关键字及所述指定关键字对应的时间区间， 则所述步骤 202包括： 记录有所述指定关键字， 若记录有所述指定关键字， 则进一步获取将被记 录的指定关键字对应的时间区间；
所述步骤 204包括： 确定对应于所述被记录的指定关键字的应用程序， 并在当前时间处于 所述时间区间时， 判定所述应用程序对应于所述特定信息， 以安装 /提示 安装所述应用程序。
11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的应用程序的管理方法， 其特征在于， 所 述步骤 202之前， 还包括：
根据接收到的字库设置命令， 对所述预设字库中包含的关键字、 每个 关键字对应的时间区间和 /或关键字与时间区间之间的对应关系进行设
12. 根据权利要求 10 所述的应用程序的管理方法， 其特征在于， 所 述步骤 204还包括：
在所述终端完成对所述对应于所述特定信息的应用程序的安装后， 若 当前时间不属于所述时间区间， 则卸载 /提示卸载对应于所述特定信息的 应用程序。
13. 根据权利要求 9所述的应用程序的管理方法， 其特征在于， 所述 步骤 202包括： 所述步骤 204包括： 时间不处于所述有效时间区间时， 卸载 /提示卸载对应于所述有效时间区 间的应用程序。
14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的应用程序的管理方法， 其特征在于， 为 所述应用程序设置对应的有效时间区间的步骤包括：
根据接收到的第一区间设置命令， 为所述应用程序设置对应的有效时 间区间。
15. 根据权利要求 13 所述的应用程序的管理方法， 其特征在于， 所 述终端中的应用程序包括至少一种类型， 则为所述应用程序设置对应的有 效时间区间的步骤包括：
根据接收到的第二区间设置命令， 为每种类型的应用程序设置对应的 有效时间区间； 以及 在安装所述应用程序时， 根据所述应用程序所处的类型， 将该类型对 fil IX fil # 所 i术 ^用 —庠 ό 右 # Η十 fil IX fil .
16. 根据权利要求 13至 15中任一项所述的应用程序的管理方法， 其 特征在于， 所述步骤 204还包括：
在卸载所述应用程序时， 保存所述应用程序对应的有效时间区间； 以 及
当再次安装所述应用程序时， 获取所述终端中保存的对应于该应用程 序的有效时间区间， 以用于确定是否卸载 /提示卸载所述应用程序。
