도 1은 본 발명의 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스의 구조를 보여주는 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스의 일실시예의 구조를 보여주는 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스에 설치된 다른 일실시예의 구조를 보여주는 사시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스의 조작수단의 다른 일실시예를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하여 설명하여 보면, 본 발명의 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스(100)는 먼저, 스마트폰 또는 태블릿 피씨(PC) 등 전자제품이 삽입 결합되는 전자제품용 케이스(100)의 케이스 몸체(10)가 형성되어 있다.
상기 전자제품용 케이스(100)는 겔타입, 가죽타입, 레자, 합성수지 등의 재질을 이용하고 형태로는 수납형, 다이어리형, 서랍형 등 다양한 형상으로 이루어져 있고, 그 일측면부에 복수 개의 엘이디(24) 또는 복수 개의 엘이디(24)로 이루어지는 엘이디 디스플레이부(104)가 설치되어 있다.
우선, 도 1을 참조하여 설명하여 보면, 휴대폰, 스마트폰, 태블릿 피시 등을 수납할 수 있는 전자제품용 케이스(100)의 케이스 몸체(10)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 케이스 몸체(10)는 상하부가 절첩되는 다이어리 형상으로 형성되어 있고, 상기 케이스 몸체(10)의 일측부에는 상기 케이스 몸체(10)을 덮기 위한 홀더부(12)가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 케이스 몸체(10)는 상부커버(13) 및 하부커버(15)로 형성되어 있다.
상기 케이스 몸체(10)의 하측 내측부에는 조작수단((102)이 설치되어 있는바, 상기 조작수단(102)은 인쇄회로기판(14)과, 상기 인쇄회로기판(14)의 상부에 전기, 전자적으로 연결 설치되어 전원을 온/오프 시키는 스위치(18)와, 상기 스위치(18)에 전원을 공급하기 위한 배터리(20)로 구성되어 있다.
상기와 같이 형성된 조작수단(102)의 일측부에는 연결선(22)이 연결되어 있고, 상기 연결선(22)에는 발광이 가능한 엘이디(24)가 연결 설치되어 있다.
상기 엘이디(24)는 하나 또는 복수 개로 이루어져 있고, 복수 개의 엘이디(24)로 구성하는 경우, 별,달, 하트 등의 모양을 형성할 수 있다.
상기 엘이디(24)는 빨강, 노랑, 파랑색의 램프로 이루어지고 단일 램프 또는 복수 개의 램프로 구성할 수 있다.
계속해서, 도 2 및 3을 참조하여 설명하여 보면, 상기 전자제품 케이스(100)의 케이스 몸체(10)의 하부 내측에는 조작수단(103)이 설치되어 있고, 상기 케이스 몸체(10)의 상부에는 엘이디 디스플레이부(104)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 홀더부(12)에는 로고(25)가 형성되어 있다.
상기와 같이 형성된 엘이디 디스플레이부(104) 및 로고(25)는 상기 조작수단(102)에 의해 각각 연결 설치되어 있고, 상기 조작수단(103)에 의해 동작되며 순차적으로 점멸되어 일정한 형태와 모양을 나타내면서 발광이 이루어진다.
상기 조작수단(103)은 전기 전자적인 제어를 하기 위해 회로가 구성된 인쇄회로기판(14)과, 상기 인쇄회로기판(14)의 상부에 연결 설치되는 엘이디 IC 모듈칩(16)과, 상기 엘이디 IC 모듈칩(16)을 동작시키기 위한 스위치(18)와, 상기 엘이디 IC 모듈칩(16)과 엘이디(24) 및 엘이디 디스플레이부(104)를 동작시키기 위해 전원을 공급하는 배터리(20)로 구성되어 있다.
상기 엘이디(24) 및 엘이디 디스플레이부(104)는 연결선(22)에 의해 연결 설치되어 있다.
상기 조작수단(103)은 바람직하게는 상기 케이스 몸체(10)의 상부커버(13)와 하부커버(15) 사이에 게재되어 설치된다.
상기 조작수단(103)의 인쇄뢰호기판(14)는 전기,전자적인 회로로 구성되어 있고, 상기 엘이디 IC 모듈칩(16)과 연계되어 동작하고 상기 엘이디 IC 모듈칩(16)에 기록된 프로그램에 의해서 상기 엘이디(24)를 순차적으로 발광 동작시킨다.
상기 엘이디 IC 모듈칩(16)은 상기 스위치(18)의 온/오프에 의해 동작이 이루어지는바, 상기 엘이디 IC 모듈칩(16)과 연결 설치된 엘이디 디스플레이부(104)가 동작된다.
상기 스위치(18)는 본 발명에서는 바람직한 실시예로서 돔 스위치 또는 유동센서를 사용하였으나 더 나아가서는 소비자의 필요에 따라 다양하게 존재하는 스위치를 적용하여 사용하는 것도 당연하다 할 것이다.
상기 엘이디 IC 모듈칩(16)은 상기 엘이디(24) 및 엘이디 디스플레이부(104)를 동작시키도록 회로구성이 되어 있는바, 상기 엘이디(24)의 순차적인 점멸신호 및 엘이디 디스플레이부(104)의 점멸신호를 제어하여 글자, 기호 등 다양한 형상을 표현한다.
상기 엘이디 IC 모듈칩(16)을 이용하여 엘이디(24) 및 엘이디 디스플레이부(104)를 동작시키는 프로그램은 통상의 기술이므로 언급하지 않기로 한다.
또한, 상기 엘이디 IC 모듈칩(16)의 회로구성은 통상의 전자회로를 적용하여 엘이디(24)를 점멸 발광시키거나 순차적으로 발광시키도록 설치되므로 구체적으로 설명하지 않기로 한다.
그리고, 상기 엘이디의 형상은 본 발명에서는 가장 기본적인 원형 타입을 이용하였으나 사각, 다각형 등으로 형성할 수 있으며, 가늘고 얇은 띠 타입의 밴드 타입의 엘이디를 사용할 수 있고, 더 나아가서는 복수 개의 엘이디를 이용하여 별, 달, 하트, 회사로고, 상표, 캐릭터 등으로 형성할 수 있음은 당업자라면 당연하게 실시할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이러한 실시는 본원발명의 권리범위 내에 존재한다 할 것이다.
이어서, 도 4는 본 발명의 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스의 다른 일실시예로서 유동센서를 이용한 조작수단이 구비되어 있는 실시예의 도면이다.
상기 전자제품용 케이스 몸체(10)에 설치되어 있는 상기 조작수단(106)은 바람직하게는 상기 몸체(10)의 상부커버(13)와 하부커버(15) 사이에 게재되어 설치된다.
상기 조작수단(106)의 인쇄회로기판(14)은 상기 엘이디(24)를 발광 동작시키기 위한 전기,전자적인 회로로 구성되어 있고, 상기 엘이디(24)를 점멸 발광시켜서 순차적으로 동작시킨다.
상기 조작수단(106)은 전기 전자적인 제어를 하기 위해 회로가 구성된 인쇄회로기판(14)과, 상기 엘이디(24)를 동작시키기 위한 스위치(19)와, 상기 엘이디 (24)를 동작시키기 위해 전원을 공급하는 배터리(20)로 구성되어 있다.
상기 스위치(19)는 상기 인쇄회로기판(14)과 서로 전기,전자적인 회로로 연결 설치되어 있고, 상기 인쇄회로기판(14)이 상기 엘이디(24)와 연결선(22)에 의해 연결되어 상기 스위치(19)가 진동하거나 흔들림으로써 상기 엘이디(24)를 발광시킨다.
상기 스위치(19)는 진동이나 흔들림을 감지하여 동작하는 유동센서를 이용한다.
상기 스위치는(19)는 상기 인쇄회로기판(14)의 상부에 연결 설치되는 원통 형상의 센서 몸체(26)와, 흔들림이나 진동을 감지하는 감지센서(28)로 이루어지는바, 상기 센서 몸체(26)가 상기 인쇄회로기판(14)의 상부면에 연결 설치되어 있고, 상기 감지센서(28)가 상기 센서 몸체(26)의 내측부에 삽입 설치되어 있다.
상기 감지센서(28)는 상기 센서 몸체(26)의 내측부에서 진동이나 흔들림을 감지하여 연결선(22)에 의해 연결 설치된 상기 엘이디(24)를 발광시킨다.
상기 감지센서(28)는 스프링으로 형성되어 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 상세히 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 실시예와 실질적으로 균등의 범위에 있는 것까지 본 발명의 권리범위가 미친다.
즉, 통상의 지식을 가진자 라면 누구든지 실시 가능하다 할 것이라고 생각되는 구성요소들은 이러한 변경 시시가 가능한 범위에 있어서 본원 발명의 권리 범위 내에 있다고 할 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 기술적 사상은 바람직한 실시예에서 구체적으로 기술되었으나 상기한 실시예는 그 설명을 위한 것이며, 그 제한을 위한 것이 아님을 주의하여야 한다. 이처럼 본 발명은 이들이 결합되어 구현될 수도 있다.
본 발명은 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 최근에 개발되고 있는 휴대가 가능한 소형 크기의 태블릿 PC, 휴대용 PC 및 스마트폰, 휴대용 게임기, PDP 플레이어, 휴대용 전자사전 등을 포켓에 끼워서 넣고 휴대하고 다닐 수 있도록 사용하는 전자제품용 케이스의 전면 또는 후면부에 한 개 또는 복수 개의 엘이디(LED)를 설치하여 전자제품들의 미관을 돋보이도록 발광시킴과 동시에 무드 등의 효과가 발휘되도록 발명된 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 전자제품용 케이스 몸체(100)의 전면 하부에 조작수단(102)이 설치되고 상기 조작수단(102)에는 연결선(22)이 설치되어 있으며, 상기 연결선(22)에는 엘이디(24)가 연결되어 발광되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 조작수단(102)은 인쇄회로기판(14)이 형성되어 있고, 상기 인쇄회로기판(14)에는 상기 엘이디(24)를 동작시키기 위해 전원을 온/오프시키는 스위치(18) 및 전원을 공급하는 배터리(20)가 연결 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 하나 또는 복수 개의 엘이디(24)로 이루어지는 엘이디 디스플레이부(104) 또는 로고(25)가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 엘이디(24)는 띠 형상의 밴드타입으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 조작수단(103)에는 상기 엘이디(24) 및 엘이디 디스플레이부(104)를 발광시키기 위해 엘이디 IC 모듈칩(16)을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 스위치(19)는 상기 엘이디(24)를 발광시키기 위해 진동 또는 흔들림을 감지하여 동작시키는 유동센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디가 구비된 전자제품용 케이스.
