【技术领域】
本发明属于液晶产品制造领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种液晶玻璃基板存储 架。
【背景技术】
液晶显示面板制造技术日益成熟, 随着液晶显示面板分辨率越来越高, 对 液晶玻璃基板的洁净度要求也越来越高, 现有技术中液晶玻璃基板一般都是存 储在存储架上, 无论是在线生产的存储架, 还是暂时存储液晶玻璃基板的存储 架, 都是开放式结构, 处于非密封状态, 环境中的灰尘容易落在液晶玻璃基板 上, 所以液晶玻璃基板制作的每道工序前都有清洁步骤, 清洗设备的负担大, 当清洗设备不能完全清除所有灰尘时, 就有可能产生短路、 断路和膜面异常等 不良状况。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以减少环境灰尘降落的液晶玻璃 基板存储架。
本发明的技术方案为: 一种液晶玻璃基板存储架, 包括框架, 所述框架的 各个面上还设有板材, 所述框架和板材围成一个封闭的箱体, 液晶玻璃基板取 放口所在面的板材形成可装上和取下的箱门, 所述箱门上设置有磁铁, 所述框 架上对应设有磁铁或铁块, 所述箱门通过磁力吸附在框架上, 所述磁铁设置在 箱门的四个角落, 所述箱门由透明材料制成, 所述箱门上设有把手, 所述液晶 玻璃基板存储架还包括基座和顶架, 所述箱体放置在基座上, 所述顶架高于箱 体, 所述顶架上设有第一感应器, 所述基座上设有第二感应器, 所述第一感应 器和第二感应器上下对应, 所述把手设置在第一感应器和第二感应器之间, 以 阻断第一感应器和第二感应器之间的感应。
本发明的另一种技术方案为: 一种液晶玻璃基板存储架, 包括框架, 所述 框架的各个面上还设有板材, 所述框架和板材围成一个封闭的箱体, 液晶玻璃 基板取放口所在面的板材形成可装上和取下的箱门。
优选的, 所述箱门上设置有磁铁, 所述框架上对应设有磁铁或铁块, 所述 箱门通过磁力吸附在框架上。
优选的, 所述箱门上设置有磁铁, 所述框架为铁质框架, 所述箱门通过磁 力吸附在框架上。
优选的, 所述箱门上设置有铁块, 所述框架上对应设有磁铁, 所述箱门通 过磁力吸附在框架上。
优选的, 所述磁铁设置在箱门的四个角落。 以保证箱门能够稳固地吸附在 框体上, 由于箱门受力均衡, 与框架之间的密封性能也较好。
优选的, 所述铁块设置在箱门的四个角落。
优选的, 所述箱门由透明材料制成。 人们可能从外面看到箱体内部, 了解 液晶玻璃基板的数量情况。
优选的, 所述箱门上设有把手。
优选的, 所述液晶玻璃基板存储架还包括基座和顶架, 所述箱体放置在基 座上, 所述顶架高于箱体。
优选的, 所述顶架上设有上感应器, 所述基座上设有下感应器, 所述上感 应器和下感应器上下对应, 所述把手设置在上感应器和下感应器之间, 以阻断 上感应器和下感应器之间的感应。 当液晶玻璃基板存储架进入在线生产时, 如 果箱门没有取下, 上感应器和下感应器之间的感应是断开的, 此时就会报警, 提醒操作人员取下箱门。
本发明的有益效果为: 本发明所述液晶玻璃基板存储架包括框架和框架各 个面上的板材, 所述框架和板材围成一个封闭的箱体, 由于液晶玻璃基板不再 放置在开放的环境中, 而是放置在封闭的箱体中, 所以可以大幅减小灰尘降落 的数量, 从而减轻清洗装置的负担, 并提高液晶玻璃基板的生产良率; 液晶玻
璃基板取放口所在面的板材可以安装上, 也可以取下, 形成可装上和取下的箱 门, 不需要取放液晶玻璃基板时, 就装上箱门, 使箱体完全封闭, 需要取放液 晶玻璃基板时, 就取下箱门, 此时除箱门以外的其它板材仍然可以起到阻止灰 尘降落在液晶玻璃基板上的作用。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种液晶玻璃基板存储架, 作为本发明液晶玻璃基板存储架的 实施例, 如图 1至图 3所示, 包括框架 11 , 所述框架 11的各个面上还设有板材
12, 所述框架 11和板材 12围成一个封闭的箱体 1 , 液晶玻璃基板取放口 14所 在面的板材 12形成可装上和取下的箱门 13。
本发明所述液晶玻璃基板存储架包括框架 11和框架 11各个面上的板材 12, 所述框架 11和板材 12围成一个封闭的箱体 1 ,由于液晶玻璃基板不再放置在开 放的环境中, 而是放置在封闭的箱体 1中, 所以可以大幅减小灰尘降落的数量, 从而减轻清洗装置的负担, 并提高液晶玻璃基板的生产良率; 液晶玻璃基板取 放口 14所在面的板材 12可以安装上, 也可以取下, 形成可装上和取下的箱门
13, 不需要取放液晶玻璃基板时, 就装上箱门 13, 使箱体 1完全封闭, 需要取 放液晶玻璃基板时, 就取下箱门 13, 此时除箱门 13以外的其它板材 12仍然可 以起到阻止灰尘降落在液晶玻璃基板上的作用。
在本实施例中,所述箱门 13上设置有磁铁 2,所述框架 11上对应设有磁铁 2, 所述箱门 13通过磁力吸附在框架 11上, 所述箱门 13上设有把手 3, 人工拉 动把手 3, 就可以把箱门 13装上或取下, 非常方便, 不必使用其它工具。 传统
的转轴门在打开时会占用一定的空间, 有可能影响现有设备正常运作, 而本发 明在取下箱门 13后与原来设计基本一致, 不会影响现有设备的正常运作。
磁铁与磁铁之间具有磁力, 磁铁与铁质材料的物体之间也具有磁力, 所以 当箱门上设置磁铁后, 在框体上设置铁块也能把箱门吸附在框架上, 如果框架 本身为铁质的框架, 则可以不必再设置磁铁或铁块; 如果在箱门上设置铁块, 则需要在框架上对应设置磁铁, 才能使箱门通过磁力吸附在框架上。
为了保证箱门 13能够稳固地吸附在框架 11上,特别在箱门 13上设置了多 块磁铁 2或铁块, 并且分布在箱门 13的四个角落, 由于箱门 13受力均衡, 与 框架 11之间的密封性能也较好。
在本实施例中, 所述箱门 13由透明材料制成, 人们可能从外面看到箱体 1 内部, 了解液晶玻璃基板的数量情况, 如果所有的板材 12都为透明材料, 那么 人们可以从各个方面都可以看到箱体 1内部, 这样板材 12对现有工艺及操作人 员没有任何影响, 但带来了阻挡灰尘的有益效果。
在本实施例中,所述液晶玻璃基板存储架还包括基座 4和顶架 5 ,所述箱体 1放置在基座 4上, 所述顶架 5高于箱体 1 , 所述顶架 5上设有第一感应器 6, 所述基座 4上设有第二感应器 7 , 所述第一感应器 6和第二感应器 7上下对应, 所述把手 3设置在第一感应器 6和第二感应器 7之间, 以阻断第一感应器 6和 第二感应器 7之间的感应。 当液晶玻璃基板存储架进入在线生产时, 如果箱门 13没有取下, 第一感应器 6和第二感应器 7之间的感应是断开的, 此时就会报 警, 提醒操作人员取下箱门, 或者感应器与机械手联动, 使机械手不执行取放 液晶玻璃基板的动作。

1、一种液晶玻璃基板存储架, 包括框架, 所述框架的各个面上还设有板材, 所述框架和板材围成一个封闭的箱体, 液晶玻璃基板取放口所在面的板材形成 可装上和取下的箱门, 所述箱门上设置有磁铁, 所述框架上对应设有磁铁或铁 块, 所述箱门通过磁力吸附在框架上, 所述磁铁设置在箱门的四个角落, 所述 箱门由透明材料制成, 所述箱门上设有把手, 所述液晶玻璃基板存储架还包括 基座和顶架, 所述箱体放置在基座上, 所述顶架高于箱体, 所述顶架上设有第 一感应器, 所述基座上设有第二感应器, 所述第一感应器和第二感应器上下对 应, 所述把手设置在第一感应器和第二感应器之间, 以阻断第一感应器和第二 感应器之间的感应。
2、一种液晶玻璃基板存储架, 包括框架, 所述框架的各个面上还设有板材, 所述框架和板材围成一个封闭的箱体, 液晶玻璃基板取放口所在面的板材形成 可装上和取下的箱门。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶玻璃基板存储架, 其中, 所述箱门上设置有磁 铁, 所述框架上对应设有磁铁或铁块, 所述箱门通过磁力吸附在框架上。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶玻璃基板存储架, 其中, 所述箱门上设置有磁 铁, 所述框架为铁质框架, 所述箱门通过磁力吸附在框架上。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶玻璃基板存储架, 其中, 所述箱门上设置有铁 块, 所述框架上对应设有磁铁, 所述箱门通过磁力吸附在框架上。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶玻璃基板存储架, 其中, 所述磁铁设置在箱门 的四个角落。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的液晶玻璃基板存储架, 其中, 所述铁块设置在箱门 的四个角落。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶玻璃基板存储架, 其中, 所述箱门由透明材料 制成。
9、如权利要求 2所述的液晶玻璃基板存储架, 其中, 所述箱门上设有把手。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的液晶玻璃基板存储架, 其中, 所述液晶玻璃基板 存储架还包括基座和顶架, 所述箱体放置在基座上, 所述顶架高于箱体。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的液晶玻璃基板存储架, 其中, 所述顶架上设有第 一感应器, 所述基座上设有第二感应器, 所述第一感应器和第二感应器上下对 应, 所述把手设置在第一感应器和第二感应器之间, 以阻断第一感应器和第二 感应器之间的感应。
