Abstract

L'invention concerne un préservatif se fixant sur le gland et qui peut également être appelé "préservatif tronqué". Ce préservatif comprend un réceptacle de fluide spermatique, un système de valve antireflux et au moins un composant se fixant sur le gland. Le système de valve antireflux comprend au moins une structure de support d'ancrage entourant un orifice, et au moins un ensemble, chaque ensemble étant constitué d'au moins deux composants de film souple. Les composants de film souple sont reliés à la structure de support, dans une configuration qui permet au fluide spermatique de s'écouler par la valve antireflux dans le sens allant du gland vers le réceptacle de fluide, et qui bloque l'écoulement du fluide spermatique dans le sens allant du réceptacle de fluide vers le gland. Le réceptacle de fluide spermatique et le système de valve antireflux sont reliés entre eux par un conduit. Au moins un composant de fixation par recouvrement fixe au gland, de manière réversible, le réceptacle de fluide spermatique et le système de valve antireflux reliés, quand le préservatif est déployé, de manière à former un joint étanche au fluide spermatique autour de l'ouverture urétrale du gland, tout en laissant un conduit entre l'ouverture urétrale et le réceptacle de fluide spermatique.
