本申请中, 下载控制网元接收到 UE发送的内容下载请求消息之后, 先查 询 UE对应的状态值, 该 UE对应的状态值包括该 UE当前所在小区的负载值 或该 UE当前的流量计费值, 如果该 UE当前所在小区的负载值小于预设门限 值, 则说明该 UE当前所在小区的网络资源比较充裕, 此时该 UE直接从内容 提供服务器下载该内容不会造成小区的网络资源拥塞,从而可以提高网络资源 利用率; 如果该 UE当前的流量计费值小于预设门限值, 则说明该 UE当前的 流量计费值仍在用户的包月限流量计费范围内,此时该 UE直接从内容提供服 务器下载该内容可以降低用户的额外付费。此外, 本申请无需利用固定网络设 备(如个人电脑等)从离线下载服务器下载该内容, 再通过固定网络设备与该 UE之间的同步技术将该内容同步给该 UE, 从而可以提升用户体验。 附图说明

本申请提供了一种内容下载方法及相关设备、 系统, 可以提高网络资源利 用率、降低给用户造成的额外付费以及提升用户体验。以下分别进行详细说明。
请参阅图 1 , 图 1是本申请第一实施例提供的一种内容下载方法的流程图。 其中,图 1所示的内容下载方法是从下载控制网元的角度来描述的。如图 1所示, 该内容下载方法可以包括以下步骤。
101、 下载控制网元接收 UE发送的内容下载请求消息。
本申请中, 下载控制网元是个逻辑功能实体, 它既可以是移动网络运营商 独立部署的一个物理实体,比如运营商部署的能力开放平台、智能推送平台等, 也可以是集成到移动网络里的物理实体, 例如可以是集成到分组数据网关 ( PDN Gateway, PGW )里的物理实体, 本申请不作限定。
102、 下载控制网元查询 UE对应的状态值, 其中, UE对应的状态值包括 UE当前所在小区的负载值或 UE当前的流量计费值。
本申请中, UE当前所在小区的负载值可以是 UE当前所在小区的用户接 入数, 也可以是 UE当前所在小区的忙闲度, 本申请不作限定。
103、 若 UE对应的状态值小于预设门限值, 则下载控制网元通知 UE从 内容提供服务器下载该内容。
本申请中, 如果该 UE当前所在小区的负载值小于预设门限值, 则说明该 UE当前所在小区的网络资源比较充裕, 此时下载控制网元通知 UE从内容提 供服务器下载该内容也不会造成小区的网络资源拥塞,从而可以提高网络资源 利用率; 如果该 UE当前的流量计费值小于预设门限值, 则说明该 UE当前的 流量计费值仍在用户的包月限流量计费范围内,此时下载控制网元通知 UE从 内容提供服务器下载该内容,也不会导致过多的额外付费产生,从而可以降低 用户的额外付费。 而且, 本申请用户无需利用个人电脑等固定网络设备从离线 下载服务器下载该内容,再通过固定网络设备与该 UE之间的同步技术将该内 容同步给该 UE, 从而可以提升用户体验。
作为一种可能的实施方式, 在图 1所描述的内容下载方法中, 若 UE的状 态值大于或等于预设门限值,则说明该 UE当前所在小区的网络资源比较紧张, 或者, 说明该 UE当前的流量计费值已经超出了用户的包月限流量计费范围, 此时下载控制网元可以通知离线下载服务器从内容提供服务器下载并緩存该 内容。
进一步地,下载控制网元可以通知离线下载服务器将緩存的内容直接推送 给该 UE, 或者通知该 UE直接从离线下载服务器下载内容, 从而可以避免该 UE直接从内容提供服务器下载该内容时导致的小区的网络资源拥塞、 网络资 源利用率下降; 或者, 可以避免该 UE直接从内容提供服务器下载该内容时导 致额外付费。
作为一种可能的实施方式,在通知离线下载服务器将緩存的内容推送给该 UE, 或者通知该 UE从离线下载服务器下载该内容之前, 下载控制网元还可 以先判断该 UE对应的状态值是否小于预设门限值, 如果小于, 再执行上述的 通知离线下载服务器将緩存的该内容推送给该 UE, 或者通知该 UE从离线下 载服务器下载该内容的步骤。 反之, 如果该 UE对应的状态值大于或等于预设 门限值, 那么下载控制网元可以继续检测该 UE对应的状态值, 直到判断出该 UE对应的状态值小于预设门限值, 再执行上述的通知离线下载服务器将緩存 的该内容推送给该 UE,或者通知该 UE从离线下载服务器下载该内容的步骤。 从而可以避免在该 UE所在小区的网络资源拥塞或者该 UE当前的流量计费值 已经超出了用户的包月限流量计费范围下,进一步地加剧该 UE所在小区的网 络资源拥塞或者增加用户的额外付费。
作为一种可能的实施方式,下载控制网元可以通知离线下载服务器将緩存 的该内容推送给该 UE绑定的关联设备(如移动手机、 个人电脑等), 或者通 知该 UE绑定的关联设备从离线下载服务器下载内容。
作为一种可能的实施方式, 下载控制网元上可以预先存储该 UE绑定的关 联设备的标识, 例如关联设备的电话号码、 IP地址、 多媒体接入控制(MAC ) 地址等等。
作为一种可能的实施方式, 下载控制网元可以通知分组数据网关 (PDN Gateway, PGW )对离线下载服务器从内容提供服务器下载的该内容的流量进 行折扣计费, 从而可以降低用户额外付费。
作为一种可选的实施方式, 若该 UE对应的状态值包括该 UE当前所在小 区的负载值, 则下载控制网元查询该 UE对应的状态值具体可以为: 下载控制网元向 PDW或该 UE当前所在小区的基站查询该 UE对应的状 态值。
作为一种可能的实施方式, 若该 UE对应的状态值包括该 UE当前的流量 计费值, 则下载控制网元查询该 UE对应的状态值具体可以为:
下载控制网元向在线计费系统( Online Charging System, OCS )或离线计 费系统( Offline Charging System, OFCS )查询该 UE对应的状态值。

301、 用户在 UE上启动内容下载业务。
302、 UE通过应用软件编程接口( Application Programming Interface, API ) 调用或者发送消息的方式, 向下载控制网元发送内容下载请求消息, 该消息里 可以包含 UE需要下载的内容的地址信息(比如内容的 URL ) 以及 UE当前所在 的小区 (cell )信息。
其中, UE是否发送内容下载请求消息受用户控制, 比如用户在选择下载 某个文件时, UE可以提供两个选项, 即动态下载和正常下载, 由用户可以自 己选择采用哪种下载方式。对于某些比较急迫的下载,用户可以选择正常下载, 此时 UE可以从内容提供服务器下载内容, 而当用户选择动态下载时, 触发 UE 执行步骤 302。
303、 下载控制网元根据 UE上报的小区信息, 向 UE当前所在小区的基站 查询 UE对应的负载值。
304、 UE当前所在小区的基站向下载控制网元返回 UE对应的负载值, 其 中, UE对应的负载值可以是 UE所在小区的忙限度, 并且下载控制网元判断出 该忙限度小于预设门限值, 即 UE所在小区处于空闲 (idle ) 态。

401、 离线下载服务器响应下载控制网元的第一通知, 从内容提供服务器 下载并緩存内容。 在本实施方式中, 第一通知是下载控制单元在收到 UE发送 的内容下载请求消息之后, 查询 UE对应的状态值, 并且在 UE对应的状态值 小于预设门限值时发送给离线下载服务器的。 在本实施方式中, UE对应的状 态值包括 UE当前所在小区的负载值或 UE当前的流量计费值。
402、 离线下载服务器响应下载控制网元的第二通知, 将緩存的该内容推 送给 UE。
作为一种可能的实施方式,在图 4所描述的内容下载方法中, 离线下载月良 务器还可以响应下载控制网元的第三通知,将緩存的该内容推送给 UE绑定的 关联设备; 或者离线下载服务器可以响应下载控制网元的第三通知, 通知 UE 绑定的关联设备从离线下载服务器下载该内容。
在图 4所描述的内容下载方法中,在下载控制网元判断出该 UE当前所在 小区的负载值小于预设门限值,或者该 UE当前的流量计费值小于预设门限值 时, 离线下载服务器可以响应下载控制网元的通知,从内容提供服务器下载并 緩存内容, 以及将緩存的该内容推送给 UE, 从而可以不会造成小区的网络资 源拥塞, 可以提高网络资源利用率; 以及可以降低用户的额外付费。 此外, 使 得 UE无需通过与固定网络设备的同步技术来下载该内容,从而可以提升用户 体验。

其中, 下载控制网元可以向给 UE分配 IP地址的 PGW发送携带有 UE标识信 息的查询请求, 该 UE标识信息可以是 UE的电话号码或者 IP地址等, 从而实现 从 PGW中查询 UE对应的负载值。
本实施例中, 由于不同的 PGW分配的 IP地址的范围不同, 因此下载控制网 元可以通过分析 UE的 IP地址所在的范围来确定给该 UE分配 IP地址的 PGW, 进 而可以向该 PGW查询 UE对应的负载值。
504、 PGW返回 UE对应的负载值至下载控制网元, 进一步地 PGW可以 返回 UE的接入技术(例如是 2G或 3G接入等 )给下载控制网元。
