本发明涉及液晶显示器领域, 尤其涉及一种液晶模组中背板的壁挂设 计。 背景技术
液晶显示装置(LCD, Liquid Crystal Display )具有机身薄、 省电、 无 辐射等众多优点, 得到了广泛的应用。 现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分 为背光型液晶显示装置, 其包括液晶面板及背光模组 ( backlight module ) 。 液晶面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分 子, 两片玻璃基板中间有许多垂直和水平的细小电线, 通过通电与否来控 制液晶分子改变方向, 将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。 由于液晶面 板本身不发光, 需要借由背光模组提供的光源来正常显示影像, 因此, 背 光模组成为液晶显示装置的关键组件之一。 背光模组依照光源入射位置的 不同分成侧入式背光模组与直下式背光模组两种。 直下式背光模组是将发 光光源例如 CCFL(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp , 阴极萤光灯管)或 LED(Light Emitting Diode发光二极管)设置在液晶面板后方, 直接形成面 光源提供给液晶面板。 而侧入式背光模组是将背光源 LED 灯条(Light bar ) 设于液晶面板侧后方的背板边缘, LED 灯条发出的光线从导光板 ( LGP , Light Guide Plate )一侧的入光面进入导光板, 经反射和扩散后 从导光板出光面射出, 在经由光学膜片组, 以形成面光源提供给液晶面 板。
现有的液晶显示模组设计的架构中, 液晶显示器是通过壁挂悬挂于墙 壁上。 壁挂的设计通常是在背框 100上铆接螺柱 200, 该螺柱 200含有内 螺纹, 通过螺丝与内螺纹的配合, 进而达到壁挂的目的。 但因为该螺柱 200是通过铣削加工出来的, 成本较高, 并且铆接过程严重影响了背框的 加工时间, 提高了背框的成本。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种背板, 其具有的壁挂结构加工简单, 使用 方便, 减少了背板的加工工时, 降低生产成本。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种背板, 包括: 本体及设于本体上的
数个壁挂件, 所述每个壁挂件设有第一弧形开口, 通过所述第一弧形开口 与第一螺丝配合, 从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架上。
所述壁挂件呈 " Ω " 型, 其包括: 两定位部、 及设于两定位部之间并 与两定位部连接的壁挂配合部。
所述每一定位部上设有一定位孔, 所述本体对应所述定位孔设有安装 孔, 通过第二螺丝穿过该定位孔锁紧固定所述定位部于该安装孔上, 进而 把该壁挂件锁紧固定于背板上。
所述第一弧形开口设于所述壁挂配合部的边角处。
所述壁挂件的数目为 4个。
本发明还提供一种背板, 包括: 本体及设于本体上的数个壁挂件, 所 述每个壁挂件设有第一弧形开口, 通过所述第一弧形开口与第一螺丝配 合, 从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架上;
其中, 所述壁挂件呈 " Ω " 型, 其包括: 两定位部、 及设于两定位部 之间并与两定位部连接的壁挂配合部;
其中, 所述每一定位部上设有一定位孔, 所述本体对应所述定位孔设 有安装孔, 通过第二螺丝穿过该定位孔锁紧固定所述定位部于该安装孔 上, 进而把该壁挂件锁紧固定于本体上;
其中, 所述第一弧形开口设于所述壁挂配合部的边角处;
其中, 所述壁挂件的数目为 4个。
本发明还提供一种背板, 包括: 本体及设于本体上的数个壁挂件, 所 述壁挂件呈拱桥形, 其具有一通孔, 用于固定该背板的壁挂支架对应所述 壁挂件设有的一挂钩结构, 所述通孔与挂钩配合, 从而把该背板固定于壁 挂支架上。
所述每个壁挂件包括: 顶部及与顶部连接的两肩部, 所述通孔设于顶 部的下方。
所述壁挂件与本体一体成型。
所述壁挂件还包括一侧壁, 所述侧壁、 顶部及两肩部围成一倒 "U" 形凸起, 所述顶部设有一第二弧形开口, 所述第二弧形开口与挂钩配合, 从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架上。
所述壁挂件的数目为 4个。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明背板通过把背板的壁挂结构设计成可以直 接悬挂于螺丝的螺帽端或挂钩的结构, 进而通过螺丝或挂钩把该背板悬挂 于壁挂支架上, 使用方便, 该壁挂结构加工简单, 使用方便, 减少了背板 的加工工时, 降低生产成本。

为更进一步阐述本发明所釆取的技术手段及其效果, 以下结合本发明 的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图 2及 3 , 本发明提供一种背板, 其包括: 本体 6及设于本体 6上的数个壁挂件 2, 所述每个壁挂件 2设有第一弧形开口 28 , 通过所述 第一弧形开口 28 与第一螺丝 3 配合, 从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架 8 上。
所述壁挂件 2 呈 " Ω " 型, 其包括: 两定位部 22、 及设于两定位部 22之间并与两定位部 22连接的壁挂配合部 24。 优选, 所述定位部 22与 壁挂配合部 24垂直连接。
所述每一定位部 22上设有一定位孔 26, 所述本体 6对应所述定位孔 26设有安装孔(未图示) , 通过第二螺丝 62穿过该定位孔 26锁紧固定所 述定位部 22于该安装孔上, 进而把该壁挂件 2锁紧固定于本体 6上。
所述第一弧形开口 28设于所述壁挂配合部 24的边角的中部, 壁挂支 架 8对应所述第一弧形开口 28设有螺丝孔(未标示) , 通过第一螺丝 3 的螺帽 32卡合所述第一弧形开口 28 , 进而把背板固定于壁挂支架 8上。
在本较佳实施例中, 所述壁挂件 2的数目为 4个, 所述 4个壁挂件 2 呈方形设计。
请参阅图 3 , 安装时, 将第一螺丝 3 从该第一弧形开口 28 的侧边装
入, 与第一弧形开口 28的圓形槽壁配合, 然后将第一螺丝 3的螺杆 34穿 过壁挂支架 62的螺丝孔, 并用螺母 36锁紧, 进而把该背板固定于壁挂支 架 8上, 实现壁挂功能。
请参阅图 4及 5 , 本发明还提供一种背板, 其包括: 本体 6,及设于本 体 6'上的数个壁挂件 2' , 所述壁挂件 2'呈拱桥形, 其具有一通孔 26' , 用 于固定该背板的壁挂支架 8,对应所述壁挂件 2,设有的一挂钩结构 82 , 所 述通孔 26,与挂钩 82配合, 从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架 8,上。
所述每个壁挂件 2'包括: 顶部 24'及与顶部 24'连接的两肩部 22' , 所 述通孔 26'设于顶部 24'的下方。
所述壁挂件 2,与本体 6,一体成型。 然不限于此, 也可以通过粘贴固定 于本体 6,上。 在本较佳实施例中, 所述壁挂件 2,的数目为 4个, 呈方形设 置于本体 6'上。
安装时, 直接把背板的通孔 26'卡扣于壁挂支架 8'的挂钩结构 82上, 进而把该背板固定于壁挂支架 8,上, 实现壁挂功能。
请参阅图 6 , 作为可供选择的另一较佳实施例是在上述较佳实施例的 基础上改进, 所述壁挂件 2"还包括一侧壁 (未标示) , 所述侧壁、 顶部 24"及两肩部 22"围成一倒 "U" 形凸起, 所述顶部 22"设有一第二弧形开 口 28,, 所述第二弧形开口 28,与挂钩结构配合, 从而把该背板固定于壁挂 支架上。
安装时, 直接把背板的第二弧形开口 28'卡扣于壁挂支架的挂钩结构 上, 进而把该背板固定于壁挂支架上, 实现壁挂功能。
综上所述, 本发明提供一种背板, 通过把背板的壁挂结构设计成可以 直接悬挂于螺丝的螺帽端或挂钩的结构, 进而通过螺丝或挂钩把该背板悬 挂于壁挂支架上, 使用方便, 该壁挂结构加工简单, 使用方便, 减少了背 板的加工工时, 降低生产成本。
以上所述, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据本发明的技术 方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形, 而所有这些改变和变形 都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

1、 一种背板, 包括: 本体及设于本体上的数个壁挂件, 所述每个壁 挂件设有第一弧形开口, 通过所述第一弧形开口与第一螺丝配合, 从而把 该背板固定于壁挂支架上。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的背板, 其中, 所述壁挂件呈 " Ω " 型, 其包 括: 两定位部、 及设于两定位部之间并与两定位部连接的壁挂配合部。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的背板, 其中, 所述每一定位部上设有一定位 孔, 所述本体对应所述定位孔设有安装孔, 通过第二螺丝穿过该定位孔锁 紧固定所述定位部于该安装孔上, 进而把该壁挂件锁紧固定于本体上。
4、 如权利要求 2 所述的背板, 其中, 所述第一弧形开口设于所述壁 挂配合部的边角处。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的背板, 其中, 所述壁挂件的数目为 4个。
6、 一种背板, 包括: 本体及设于本体上的数个壁挂件, 所述每个壁 挂件设有第一弧形开口, 通过所述第一弧形开口与第一螺丝配合, 从而把 该背板固定于壁挂支架上;

8、 如权利要求 7 所述的背板, 其中, 所述每个壁挂件包括: 顶部及 与顶部连接的两肩部, 所述通孔设于顶部的下方。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的背板, 其中, 所述壁挂件与本体一体成型。
