Description

Backup device, backup system, and backup method
The present invention relates to a backup device, a backup system, and a backup method, and more particularly, to a backup device, a backup system, and a backup method related to backup of a control center in a power system.
Conventionally, a power station is provided with a control station that controls a substation, a switch, and the like. The control station can receive the status of the facility from a substation, a switch, and the like, and can perform various controls on the substation, the switch, and the like. Between the control station and the substation, switch, etc., a plurality of control relay stations connected to the substation, switch, etc. for each district are provided. The plurality of control relay stations relay control from the control station to substations and switches for each district, and relay the status of substations and switches for each district to the control stations.
バックアップ装置が設けられることで、制御所における制御が不能になったときに、バックアップ装置を利用して電力系統の制御をすることが図られている(例えば、特許文献1参照) Each of the control relay stations is provided with a backup device for backing up information on control of substations and switches in the control station and system information. Each backup device stores the information transmitted from the control station every predetermined period. By providing the backup device, when the control at the control station becomes impossible, the backup system is used to control the power system (for example, see Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent Publication No. 2003-32916
Incidentally, as described above, when a plurality of backup devices are provided for one control center, information on the entire electrical system may be transmitted from each control device to each backup device. When the control relay station takes over control of the control station, the control relay station needs to extract necessary information from the information stored in the backup device and reflect it in the control. For this reason, it is difficult to realize quick control takeover at the control relay station, and an input error occurs when information is manually extracted. Further, as in Patent Document 1, if the information is automatically expanded and updated at a plurality of control stations, even if inaccurate information is transmitted from the control station, another control is performed. May be applied automatically at As a result, other control stations are affected by the malfunction of one control station, and the entire system may fall out of control.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a backup device, a backup system, and a backup method capable of quickly taking over control from a control center and capable of controlling with accurate information.
