图 2是根据本发明优选实施例的呼叫请求消息的发送方法的流程图; 图 3是根据本发明实施例的呼叫请求消息的接收方法的流程图; 图 4是根据本发明优选实施例的呼叫请求消息的接收方法的流程图; 图 5是根据本发明实施例的呼叫请求消息的发送装置的结构框图; 图 6是根据本发明优选实施例的呼叫请求消息的发送装置的结构框图; 图 7是根据本发明实施例的呼叫请求消息的接收装置的结构框图; 以及 图 8是根据本发明优选实施例的呼叫请求消息的接收装置的结构框图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 图 1是根据本发明实施例的呼叫请求消息的发送方法的流程图。 如图 1所示, 该 方法可以包括以下处理步骤: 步骤 S102: 网络侧设备接收来自于主叫终端的呼叫请求消息, 其中, 呼叫请求消 息中携带有主叫终端当前位于的预设区域信息; 步骤 S104: 网络侧设备根据预设区域信息将呼叫请求消息发送至与主叫终端属于 同一群组并位于同一预设区域内的一个或多个被叫终端。 相关技术中,无法避免位于非限定区域内的同组被叫终端接收主叫终端寻呼信息。 采用如图 1所示的方法, 网络侧设备在接收到主叫终端的呼叫请求消息之后, 从呼叫 请求消息中获取该主叫终端当前所位于的预设区域信息, 从而确定与该主叫终端属于 同一群组且位于预设区域内的一个或多个被叫终端, 并将呼叫请求消息发送至确定后 的一个或多个被叫终端, 解决了相关技术中无法避免位于非限定区域内的同组被叫终 端接收主叫终端寻呼信息的问题, 进而避免将主叫终端发起的呼叫请求消息发送至属 于同一群组但在主叫终端所位于的预设区域之外的一个或多个被叫终端, 提升被叫终 端的体验。 需要说明的是, 本发明提供的技术方案可以应用于以下三个场景: 场景一、 不通过地图, 而是直接通过终端本身所获得的 GPS经纬度信息来进行区 域设定; 场景二、 终端通过定位地图进行区域设定; 场景三、 系统后台通过区域地理位置信息的配置来进行设定。 在优选实施例中, 可以将预设个数 (例如: 4 个) 的基站所覆盖的区域作为预设 区域。 在集群通信中, 属于一个群组的一个主叫终端和多个被叫终端可能均位于该预 设区域内, 当然也可能有一个或多个被叫终端位于该预设区域外。 优选地, 在步骤 S104, 网络侧设备根据预设区域信息将呼叫请求消息发送至与主 叫终端属于同一群组并位于同一预设区域内的一个或多个被叫终端之前, 还可以包括 以下操作: 步骤 S1 : 网络侧设备获取与主叫终端属于同一群组的多个被叫终端的位置信息; 步骤 S2: 网络侧设备根据获取到的与主叫终端属于同一群组的多个被叫终端的位 置信息确定与主叫终端属于同一群组并位于同一预设区域的一个或多个被叫终端。 例如: 在集群通信过程中, 以十个用户为一个群组, 其中, 可以包括: 一个主叫 终端和九个被叫终端。 主叫终端当前位于区域 A, 该区域可以包括 4个基站覆盖的小 区。 主叫终端经由网络侧设备向九个被叫终端发起呼叫请求, 网络侧设备分别获取九 个被叫终端的位置信息,并确定出在上述九个被叫终端中有六个被叫终端在区域 A内, 因此, 网络侧设备将主叫终端发起的呼叫请求发送至上述六个被叫终端。 下面结合图 2所示的优选实施例对上述优选实施过程做进一步的描述。 图 2是根据本发明优选实施例的呼叫请求消息的发送方法的流程图。如图 2所示, 该方法可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 S202: 网络侧设备接收主叫终端的呼叫请求消息, 其中, 该呼叫请求消息中 携带有主叫终端当前所位于的预设区域的位置信息; 步骤 S204: 网络侧设备通过该呼叫请求消息中是否携带上述位置信息判断该呼叫 是否为限定地理位置区域内的呼叫; 如果不是, 继续执行步骤 S206; 否则, 转到步骤 S208; 步骤 S206: 进行正常的集群终端呼叫, 流程结束; 步骤 S208: 网络侧设备获取与主叫终端属于同一群组内的多个被叫终端的位置信 息; 步骤 S210: 网络侧设备逐个判断被叫终端的位置信息是否在限定的地理位置区域 内; 如果是, 继续执行步骤 S212; 否则, 转到步骤 S214; 步骤 S212: 网络侧设备发送呼叫请求消息, 流程结束; 步骤 S214: 网络侧设备不发送呼叫请求消息, 流程结束。 图 3是根据本发明实施例的呼叫请求消息的接收方法的流程图。 如图 3所示, 该 方法可以包括以下处理步骤: 步骤 S302: 多个被叫终端中的每个被叫终端接收来自于主叫终端的呼叫请求消 息, 其中, 呼叫请求消息中携带有主叫终端当前所位于的预设区域信息, 主叫终端与 多个被叫终端属于同一群组; 步骤 S304:每个被叫终端根据该被叫终端当前的位置信息与预设区域信息的比较 结果判断是否接收呼叫请求消息。 采用如图 3所示的方法, 解决了相关技术中无法避免位于非限定区域内的同组被 叫终端接收主叫终端寻呼信息的问题, 进而避免将主叫终端发起的呼叫请求消息发送 至属于同一群组但在主叫终端所位于的预设区域之外的一个或多个被叫终端, 提升被 叫终端的体验。 优选地,在步骤 S304中,每个被叫终端根据该被叫终端当前的位置信息与预设区 域信息的比较结果判断是否接收呼叫请求消息可以包括以下操作: 步骤 S1 : 如果多个被叫终端中的一个或多个被叫终端根据该被叫终端当前的位置 信息确定该被叫终端当前所处位置位于预设区域内, 则一个或多个被叫终端接收呼叫 请求消息; 步骤 S2: 如果多个被叫终端中的一个或多个被叫终端根据该被叫终端当前的位置 信息确定该被叫终端当前所处位置位于预设区域外, 则一个或多个被叫终端拒绝接收 呼叫请求消息。 例如: 在集群通信过程中, 以十个用户为一个群组, 其中, 可以包括: 一个主叫 终端和九个被叫终端。 主叫终端当前位于区域 A, 该区域可以包括 4个基站覆盖的小 区。 主叫终端经由网络侧设备向九个被叫终端发起呼叫请求, 网络侧设备将接收到的 呼叫请求分别发送至九个被叫终端。 上述九个被叫终端分别将自身的位置信息与区域 A的位置信息进行比较, 其中, 有六个被叫终端在区域 A内, 因此, 上述六个被叫终 端接收主叫终端发起的呼叫请求, 而另外三个被叫终端则拒绝接收主叫终端发起的呼 叫请求。 优选地,在步骤 S302中, 多个被叫终端中的每个被叫终端接收来自于主叫终端的 呼叫请求消息可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 S3 : 网络侧设备接收来自于主叫终端的呼叫请求消息; 步骤 S4: 网络侧设备将接收到的呼叫请求消息发送至与主叫终端属于同一群组的 多个被叫终端。 下面结合图 4所示的优选实施例对上述优选实施过程做进一步的描述。 图 4是根据本发明优选实施例的呼叫请求消息的接收方法的流程图。如图 4所示, 该方法可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 S402: 网络侧设备接收主叫终端的呼叫请求消息, 其中, 该呼叫请求消息中 携带有主叫终端当前所位于的预设区域的位置信息; 步骤 S404: 网络侧设备通过该呼叫请求消息中是否携带上述位置信息判断该呼叫 是否为限定地理位置区域内的呼叫; 如果不是, 继续执行步骤 S406; 否则, 转到步骤 S408; 步骤 S406: 进行正常的集群终端呼叫, 流程结束; 步骤 S408: 网络侧设备将主叫终端发起的呼叫请求消息发送至与主叫终端属于同 一群组的多个被叫终端; 步骤 S410: 被叫终端逐个根据自身的 GPS位置经纬度信息与上述预设区域的位 置信息的比较结果来判断是否响应呼叫请求消息;如果被叫终端位于上述预设区域内, 继续执行步骤 S412; 否则, 转到步骤 S414; 步骤 S412: 被叫终端接收呼叫请求消息, 流程结束; 步骤 S414: 被叫终端不接收呼叫请求消息, 流程结束。 图 5是根据本发明实施例的呼叫请求消息的发送装置的结构框图。 如图 5所示, 该装置可以包括: 接收模块 10, 设置为接收来自于主叫终端的呼叫请求消息, 其中, 呼叫请求消息中携带有主叫终端当前位于的预设区域信息; 发送模块 20, 设置为根据 预设区域信息将呼叫请求消息发送至与主叫终端属于同一群组并位于同一预设区域内 的一个或多个被叫终端。 采用图 5所示的装置, 解决了相关技术中无法避免位于非限定区域内的同组被叫 终端接收主叫终端寻呼信息的问题, 进而避免将主叫终端发起的呼叫请求消息发送至 属于同一群组但在主叫终端所位于的预设区域之外的一个或多个被叫终端, 提升被叫 终端的体验。 优选地, 如图 6所示, 上述装置还可以包括: 获取模块 30, 设置为获取与主叫终 端属于同一群组的多个被叫终端的位置信息; 确定模块 40, 设置为根据获取到的与主 叫终端属于同一群组的多个被叫终端的位置信息确定与主叫终端属于同一群组并位于 同一预设区域的一个或多个被叫终端。 图 7是根据本发明实施例的呼叫请求消息的接收装置的结构框图。 如图 7所示, 该装置可以包括: 接收模块 50, 设置为接收来自于主叫终端的呼叫请求消息, 其中, 呼叫请求消息中携带有主叫终端当前所位于的预设区域信息, 主叫终端与多个被叫终 端属于同一群组; 判断模块 60, 设置为每个被叫终端根据该被叫终端当前的位置信息 与预设区域信息的比较结果判断是否接收呼叫请求消息。 优选地, 如图 8所示, 上述判断模块 60可以包括: 第一判断单元 600, 设置为根 据当前的位置信息确定当前所处位置位于预设区域内, 则接收呼叫请求消息; 第二判 断单元 602, 设置为根据当前的位置信息确定当前所处位置位于预设区域外, 则拒绝 接收呼叫请求消息。 在优选实施过程中, 上述接收模块 50, 设置为经由网络侧设备接收来自于主叫终 端的呼叫请求消息。 需要说明的是, 图 5至图 8中所示的各个模块以及各个单元之间相互作用的优选 工作方式可以参见图 1至图 4所示的实施例, 此处不再赘述。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 上述实施例实现了如下技术效果 (需要说明的是这 些效果是某些优选实施例可以达到的效果):解决了相关技术中无法避免位于非限定区 域内的同组被叫终端接收主叫终端寻呼信息的问题, 进而避免将主叫终端发起的呼叫 请求消息发送至属于同一群组但在主叫终端所位于的预设区域之外的一个或多个被叫 终端, 提升被叫终端的体验。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种呼叫请求消息的发送方法, 包括:
网络侧设备接收来自于主叫终端的呼叫请求消息, 其中, 所述呼叫请求消 息中携带有所述主叫终端当前位于的预设区域信息;
所述网络侧设备根据所述预设区域信息将所述呼叫请求消息发送至与所述 主叫终端属于同一群组并位于所述同一预设区域内的一个或多个被叫终端。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述网络侧设备根据所述预设区域信息 将所述呼叫请求消息发送至与所述主叫终端属于同一群组并位于所述同一预设 区域内的一个或多个被叫终端之前, 还包括:
所述网络侧设备获取与所述主叫终端属于所述同一群组的多个被叫终端的 位置信息;
所述网络侧设备根据获取到的与所述主叫终端属于所述同一群组的多个被 叫终端的位置信息确定与所述主叫终端属于所述同一群组并位于所述同一预设 区域的一个或多个被叫终端。
3. 一种呼叫请求消息的接收方法, 包括:
多个被叫终端中的每个被叫终端接收来自于主叫终端的呼叫请求消息, 其 中, 所述呼叫请求消息中携带有所述主叫终端当前所位于的预设区域信息, 所 述主叫终端与所述多个被叫终端属于同一群组;
所述每个被叫终端根据该被叫终端当前的位置信息与所述预设区域信息的 比较结果判断是否接收所述呼叫请求消息。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述多个被叫终端中的每个被叫终端根据 该被叫终端当前的位置信息与所述预设区域信息的比较结果判断是否接收所述 呼叫请求消息包括:
如果所述多个被叫终端中的一个或多个被叫终端根据该被叫终端当前的位 置信息确定该被叫终端当前所处位置位于所述预设区域内, 则所述一个或多个 被叫终端接收所述呼叫请求消息; 如果所述多个被叫终端中的一个或多个被叫终端根据该被叫终端当前的位 置信息确定该被叫终端当前所处位置位于所述预设区域外, 则所述一个或多个 被叫终端拒绝接收所述呼叫请求消息。
5. 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述多个被叫终端中的每个被叫终端 接收来自于所述主叫终端的呼叫请求消息包括:
网络侧设备接收来自于所述主叫终端的呼叫请求消息;
所述网络侧设备将接收到的所述呼叫请求消息发送至与所述主叫终端属于 所述同一群组的所述多个被叫终端。
6. 一种呼叫请求消息的发送装置, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收来自于主叫终端的呼叫请求消息, 其中, 所述呼叫 请求消息中携带有所述主叫终端当前位于的预设区域信息;
发送模块, 设置为根据所述预设区域信息将所述呼叫请求消息发送至与所 述主叫终端属于同一群组并位于所述同一预设区域内的一个或多个被叫终端。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
获取模块, 设置为获取与所述主叫终端属于所述同一群组的多个被叫终端 的位置信息;
确定模块, 设置为根据获取到的与所述主叫终端属于所述同一群组的多个 被叫终端的位置信息确定与所述主叫终端属于所述同一群组并位于所述同一预 设区域的一个或多个被叫终端。
8. 一种呼叫请求消息的接收装置, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收来自于主叫终端的呼叫请求消息, 其中, 所述呼叫 请求消息中携带有所述主叫终端当前所位于的预设区域信息, 所述主叫终端与 所述多个被叫终端属于同一群组;
判断模块, 设置为所述每个被叫终端根据该被叫终端当前的位置信息与所 述预设区域信息的比较结果判断是否接收所述呼叫请求消息。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述判断模块包括:
第一判断单元, 设置为根据当前的位置信息确定当前所处位置位于所述预 设区域内, 则接收所述呼叫请求消息; 第二判断单元, 设置为根据当前的位置信息确定当前所处位置位于所述预 设区域外, 则拒绝接收所述呼叫请求消息。 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述接收模块, 设置为经由网络侧设 备接收来自于主叫终端的呼叫请求消息。
