通过本发明实施例 1 , 可以在主叫终端不支持呼叫转移的情况下实现呼叫 转移, 并且, 可以在第三通信设备为内部设备的情况下向外部屏蔽第三通信设 备的内部号码从而避免将内部号码暴露出来导致的安全隐患。
作为本发明实施例 1的一种优选的实施方式,在步骤 21 0中, 所述呼叫转移 控制设备接收并转发用于实现第一通信设备与第三通信设备之间的媒体协商 的消息, 所述媒体协商用于建立所述第一媒体通道, 并从接收的第一通信设备 发送的包括第一通信设备的媒体传输信息的消息中获取第一通信设备的媒体 传输信息, 并记录获取的第一通信设备的媒体传输信息, 呼叫转移控制设备在 步骤 230-240中利用所述记录的第一通信设备的媒体传输信息与第三通信设备 进行媒体协商。
在该实施方式中 ,呼叫转移控制设备截获第二通信设备按照常规流程发送 给第一通信设备的呼叫转移请求并控制实现呼叫转移功能,无需请求呼叫转移 的设备 (即本实施方式中的第二通信设备)做任何改动。 作为本发明实施例 1的另一种优选的实施方式,在步骤 220的呼叫转移消息 中包括第一通信设备的媒体传输信息, 在步骤 230-240中, 所述呼叫转移控制 设备利用从所述呼叫转移消息中获取的第一通信设备的媒体传输信息与第三 通信设备进行媒体协商。
在该实施方式中, 通过呼叫转移消息包括第一通信设备的媒体传输信息, 可以避免由呼叫转移控制设备为了后续可能发生的呼叫转移而记录所有已经 建立了呼叫的通信设备的媒体传输信息。
为了更清楚地描述本发明实施例 1的方案, 下面以 S IP协议为例结合图 3和 图 4分别介绍本发明实施例 1的两种优选实施方式。
在如下两种具体的示例实施方式中,假定第一通信设备为主叫设备、第二 通信设备为第一被叫设备、 第三通信设备为第二被叫设备, 在实际应用中, 也 可以是第一通信设备为第一被叫设备、 第二通信设备为主叫设备。
实施方式 A, 如图 3所示:
步骤 210A-1至 210A-2 : 主叫设备通过呼叫转移控制设备向第一被叫设备 发送 INVITE消息, INVITE消息中包括主叫设备的 SDP信息 (SDP1 ) , SDP1中包 括主叫设备的媒体传输信息,所述主叫设备的媒体传输信息可以包括主叫设备 的 IP地址、 端口号、 支持的媒体传输协议、 媒体类型及媒体格式。
所述呼叫转移控制设备在接收到包含 SDP1的 INVITE消息后记录所述 SDP1。 步骤 210A-3至 210A-4 : 第一被叫设备通过呼叫转移控制设备向主叫设备 返回 200 0K响应, 200 0K响应中包括第一被叫设备的 SDP信息 ( SDP2 ) , SDP2 中包括第一被叫设备的媒体传输信息,所述第一被叫设备的媒体传输信息可以 包括第一被叫设备的 IP地址、 端口号、 支持的媒体传输协议、媒体类型及媒体 格式。

RE- INVITE消息用于将步骤 210 A-4的 200 0K中包括的 SDP 2所包括的第二通 信设备的媒体传输信息更新为该 RE-INVITE消息中包括的 SDP3所包括的第三通 信设备的媒体传输信息。

通过本发明实施例 1的示例实施方式 B实现呼叫转移,呼叫转移控制设备无 需记录主叫设备的 SDP信息。
在本发明实施例 1的实施方式 B中,通过呼叫转移消息包括主叫设备的媒体 传输信息,可以避免由呼叫转移控制设备为了后续可能发生的呼叫转移记录所 有已经建立了呼叫的通信设备的媒体传输信息。
根据本发明实施例 1 , 本发明实施例 2提出了一种呼叫转移控制设备 500。 如图 5所示, 所述呼叫转移控制设备 500包括截获单元 510、 第一媒体协商 单元 520和第二媒体协商单元 530。

本实施例提供的实现呼叫转移的系统,可以在第一通信设备不支持呼叫转 移的情况下实现呼叫转移, 并且, 可以在第三通信设备为内部设备的情况下向 外部屏蔽第三通信设备的内部号码从而避免将内部号码暴露出来导致的安全 。

第二媒体协商单元, 用于将第一媒体协商单元获取的第三通信设备的媒体 传输信息发送给第一通信设备。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的呼叫转移控制设备, 其特征在于,
所述第一媒体协商单元具体用于: 向所述第三通信设备发送邀请 INVITE 消息, 所述 INVITE消息中的 SDP信息中包括第一通信设备的媒体传输信息, 并接收所述第三通信设备发送的临时响应或最终响应 ,所述临时响应或最终响 应的 SDP信息中包括第三通信设备的媒体传输信息。
11. 如权利要求 9所述的呼叫转移控制设备, 其特征在于,
所述第二媒体协商单元具体用于: 向所述第一通信设备发送重邀请 RE-INVITE消息, 所述 RE-INVITE消息中的 SDP信息中包括第三通信设备的媒 体传输信息。
12. 如权利要求 9-11任一所述的呼叫转移控制设备, 其特征在于, 所述呼 叫转移控制设备还包括,
媒体传输信息获取单元, 用于接收并转发用于建立所述第一媒体通道的消 息,并从接收的第一通信设备发送的包括第一通信设备的媒体传输信息的消息 中获取第一通信设备的媒体传输信息并发送给记录单元;
记录单元, 用于记录媒体传输信息获取单元获取的第一通信设备的媒体传 输信息;
所述第一媒体协商单元, 具体用于利用记录单元记录的第一通信设备的媒 体传输信息与第三通信设备进行媒体协商。
13. 如权利要求 9-11任一所述的呼叫转移控制设备, 其特征在于, 所述呼叫转移请求还包括所述第一通信设备的媒体传输信息;
所述第一媒体协商单元, 具体用于利用从所述呼叫转移请求中获取的第一 通信设备的媒体传输信息与第三通信设备进行媒体协商。
14. 如权利要求 9所述的呼叫转移控制设备, 其特征在于,
所述截获单元, 还用于根据呼叫转移消息中包括的第三通信设备的标识确 定需要截获所述呼叫转移消息。
15. 一种实现呼叫转移的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 呼叫转移控 制设备、 与第一通信设备建立了第一媒体通道的第二通信设备和第三通信设 备,
所述呼叫转移控制设备,具体为如权利要求 9-14任一所述的呼叫转移控制 设备;
所述第二通信设备, 用于向第一通信设备发送呼叫转移消息, 所述呼叫转 移消息被所述呼叫转移控制设备所截获;
所述第三通信设备, 用于与呼叫转移控制设备进行媒体协商, 其中, 所述 呼叫转移控制设备是利用第一通信设备的媒体传输信息与所述第三通信设备 进行媒体协商。
