由于石化能源短缺, 人们对环保重要性的认知提高。 因此, 人们近年来不 断地积极研发替代能源与再生能源的相关技术,希望可以减少目前人类对于石 化能源的依赖程度以及使用石化能源时对环境带来的影响。在众多的替代能源 与再生能源的技术中, 以太阳能电池 (solar cell)最受瞩目。 原因在于太阳能电 池可直接将太阳能转换成电能,且发电过程中不会产生二氧化碳或氮化物等有 害物质, 不会对环境造成污染。
硅是各种半导体产业中最为重要且广泛使用的电子材料。现今,硅晶圆(圆 片)的生产供应已是相当成熟的技术, 再加上硅的能隙适合吸收太阳光, 使得 硅晶太阳能电池成为目前使用最广泛的太阳能电池。一般单晶硅或多晶硅太阳 电池的构造包含下列几层:外部电极 CConducting grid),抗反射层Anti-reflective layer)及 N型与 P型半导体层。
就一太阳能装置来说, 其是包含多个太阳能电池模块以及逆变器。每一太 阳能电池模块中又包含多个相互串接的太阳能电池,并经由接线盒以电性连接 至另一个太阳能电池模块的接线盒。一般来说,太阳能装置中所包含的太阳能 电池模块可以单排或双排的电路串接方式与逆变器电性连接。
然而,当太阳能装置中所包含的太阳能电池模块是以单排的电路串接方式 进行排列时,必须要使用较长的缆线将离逆变器最远的太阳能电池模块从远端 电性连接回逆变器, 同时也需额外设置中空管路以收纳缆线, 因此将会增加太 阳能装置整体的功率损耗以及材料成本。特别是关于太阳能装置, 其传动器的 功率会因为双排太阳能电池模块的高度而必须再增加。
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明的 限定。 发明公开 本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种太阳能装置,使一太阳能电池模 块中具有多个各自独立的子回路,所以太阳能电池模块以单排的方式排列即可 实现双向的电路串接。另外, 利用单一太阳能电池模块中具有多个各自独立的 子回路的设计,本发明不需要多余的缆线,就可以将所有子回路串联回逆变器。 再者, 由于接线盒大体上设置于太阳能电池模块的中央, 所有子回路可集中于 太阳能电池模块的中央出线, 方便让缆线收纳于系统支架内。
为达上述目的, 本实用新型提供一种太阳能装置, 包含 N个太阳能电池 模块, 每一该些太阳能电池模块包含:
一第一子回路, 具有一第一端以及一第二端, 其中该第一端与该第二端的 极性相异;
一第二子回路, 具有另一第一端以及另一第二端; 以及
至少一接线盒,电性连接该第一子回路的该第一端与该第二端以及该第二 子回路的该第一端与该第二端,
其中该第一子回路通过该至少一接线盒电连接至少一相邻太阳能电池模 块中的另一第一子回路,该第二子回路通过该至少一接线盒电连接该相邻太阳 能电池模块中的另一第二子回路, 其中 N为自然数。 附图简要说明

如图 1、 图 2A与图 2B所示, 于本实施例中, 太阳能装置 1包含多个太 阳能电池模块 10。太阳能装置 1中的每一太阳能电池模块 10均包含第一子回 路 100、 第二子回路 102以及至少一接线盒 104, 如图 2B所示。 每一太阳能 电池模块 10的第一子回路 100与第二子回路 102分别具有一组具有相异极性 的第一端 lOObl以及第二端 100b2及具有相异极性的第一端 102bl以及第二端 102b2(例如分别包含一正端与一负端:)。太阳能电池模块 10的每一个接线盒 104 同样具有相异极性的第一端以及第二端 (图未示:), 分别电性连接至第一子回路 100的第一端 lOObl以及第二端 100b2或第二子回路 102的第一端 102bl以及 第二端 102b2, 并用以连接至少一相邻太阳能电池模块 10中的接线盒 104a、 104b的相异极性端。于本实施例中,每一太阳能电池模块 10的第一子回路 100 利用一个接线盒 104a连接至少一相邻太阳能电池模块 10中的第一子回路 100 的相异极性端的接线盒 104a。并且,每一太阳能电池模块 10的第二子回路 102 亦利用一个接线盒 104b连接一相邻太阳能电池模块 10 中的第二子回路 102 的相异极性端的接线盒 104b。
接着, 如图 1所示, 于本实施例中, 每一太阳能电池模块 10以相同方向 配置连接,亦即所有第一子回路 100相邻设置而所有第二子回路 102相邻设置, 且每一太阳能电池模块 10的第一子回路 100相互电性连接, 而每一太阳能电 池模块 10的第二子回路 102相互电性连接。 太阳能装置 1还包含逆变器 12, 同样具有相异极性的第一端与第二端 120。 逆变器 12的第一端与第二端 120 分别电性连接至最靠近逆变器 12的第一组太阳能电池模块 10 的第一子回路 100的接线盒 104a与第二子回路 102的接线盒 104b。 太阳能装置 1的所有第 一子回路 100与第二子回路 102经由依序串接方式连接成主回路 (:如图 1中所 有粗箭头线条所串联而成的回路 ), 并连接回逆变器 12。
本发明为了达到上述目的, 太阳能装置 1中的每一太阳能电池模块 10需 包含两个接线盒 104, 分别用以收纳第一子回路 100的第一端 lOObl以及第二 端 100b2与第二子回路 102的第一端 102bl以及第二端 102b2。 并且, 每一太 阳能电池模块 10的接线盒 104大体上位于第一子回路 100与第二子回路 102 之间。 换言之, 每一太阳能电池模块 10的接线盒 104大体上位于太阳能电池 模块 10的中央处。第一子回路 100的接线盒 104a的第一端与第二端与第二子 回路 102的接线盒 104b的第一端与第二端是以相异极性交错配置, 例如接线 盒 104a的第二端对应接线盒 104b的第一端, 而接线盒 104a的第一端对应接 线盒 104b的第二端, 如图 2B所示。
进一歩说明, 每一太阳能电池模块 10的第一子回路 100相互串联, 每一 太阳能电池模块 10的第二子回路 102相互串联, 太阳能装置 1 的逆变器 12 再分别与相互串联的第一子回路 100以及相互串联的第二子回路 102串联。本 发明的太阳能装置 1中各元件的详细连接架构与关系如下所述。
如图 1所示, 于本实施例中,太阳能装置 1包含至少一个太阳能电池模块
10。太阳能装置 1的至少一个太阳能电池模块 10相对逆变器 12由近至远具有 一排列顺序。 此排列顺序中的第一个太阳能电池模块 10(亦即, 最靠近逆变器 12且直接与逆变器 12搭接的太阳能电池模块 10)中的第一子回路 100分别串 联于逆变器 12与另一相邻太阳能电池模块 10(亦即,排列顺序中的第二个太阳 能电池模块 10)的第一子回路 100之间。并且,第一个太阳能电池模块 10的第 二子回路 102分别串联于逆变器 12与另一相邻太阳能电池模块 10的第二子回 路 102之间。 因此, 就单一太阳能电池模块 10而言, 其第一子回路 100与第 二子回路 102之间并无电性连接。
同样示于图 1中, 上述排列顺序中最远离逆变器 12的最后一组太阳能电 池模块 10中的第一子回路 100与第二子回路 102是相互串联。 进一歩说明, 除了最远离逆变器 12的太阳能电池模块 10, 其余太阳能模块 10中的每一第 一子回路 100均串联于相邻两太阳能电池模块 10中的第一子回路 100之间, 并且其余太阳能电池模块 10中的每一第二子回路 102均串联于相邻两太阳能 电池模块 10中的第二子回路 102之间。
如图 1所示, 于本实施例中, 太阳能装置 1的太阳能电池模块 10是依照 上述的排列顺序紧密地排列, 并且太阳能电池模块 10大体上是直线排列, 但 并不以此为限。 太阳能装置 1的太阳能电池模块 10的排列走向可依据所需而 弹性地调整。
藉此, 本发明的太阳能装置 1中的太阳能电池模块 10仅以单排的方式排 列即可实现双向的电路串接。并且, 由于太阳能装置 1中的每一太阳能电池模 块 10中的第一子回路 100与第二子回路 102集中于太阳能电池模块 10的中央 出线 (由于接线盒 104大体上设置于太阳能电池模块 10的中央:), 因此可方便 让连接于各太阳能电池模块 10之间的缆线以及连接于太阳能电池模块 10与逆 变器 12之间的缆线收纳于系统支架 (图未示)内。
如图 2A所示, 于本实施例中, 每一太阳能电池模块 10的第一子回路 100 可由多个太阳能电池 100a所串联而成, 第二子回路 102同样可由多个太阳能 电池 102a所串联而成 (:如图 2A中的粗箭头线段所示:), 但并不以此为限。 于另 一实施例中, 每一太阳能电池模块 10的第一子回路 100亦可由多个太阳能电 池 100a所并联而成,与第二子回路 102同样可由多个太阳能电池 102a所并联 而成。
请参照图 3。 图 3为绘示图 1中的太阳能装置 1于另一实施例的背面示意 图。
如图 3所示, 于本实施例中,太阳能装置 1中所包含的多个太阳能电池模 块 10, 以及每一太阳能电池模块 10中所包含的第一子回路 100以及第二子回 路 102, 均与第 1图中所示的实施例相同。 在此要说明的是, 本实施例与第 1 图中所示的实施例的相异的处, 在于本实施例系于每一太阳能电池模块 10中 仅包含一个接线盒 106, 并同时供第一子回路 100与第二子回路 102使用, 但 就单一太阳能电池模块 10的第一子回路 100与第二子回路 102的间并无电性 连接。 并且, 本实施例中的接线盒 106具有四个出口, 因此第一子回路 100 的第一端 lOObl以及第二端 100b2与第二子回路 102的第一端 102bl以及第二 端 102b2可同时电性连接至接线盒 106, 藉以连接至少一相邻太阳能电池模块 10中的接线盒 106的相异极性端。
换句话说, 于本实施例中, 每一太阳能电池模块 10的第一子回路 100的 第一端 lOObl以及第二端 100b2经由接线盒 106连接至少一相邻太阳能电池模 块 10中的接线盒 106的相异极性端, 藉以电性连接至至少一相邻太阳能电池 模块 10中的第一子回路 100的第一端 lOObl 以及第二端 100b2。 并且, 每一 太阳能电池模块 10的第二子回路 102的第一端 102bl以及第二端 102b2亦经 由同一个接线盒 106连接至少一相邻太阳能电池模块 10中的接线盒 106的相 异极性端,藉以电性连接至至少一相邻太阳能电池模块 10中的第二子回路 102 的第一端 102bl以及第二端 102b2。
请参照图 4、 图 5A以及图 5B。 图 4为绘示依照本发明另一实施例的太阳 能装置 3的示意图。 图 5A为绘示图 4中的太阳能电池模块 30的正面示意图。 图 5B为绘示图 4中的太阳能电池模块 30的背面示意图。
如图 4、 图 5A与图 5B所示, 于本实施例中, 太阳能装置 3同样包含多 个太阳能电池模块 30以及逆变器 32。太阳能装置 3中的每一太阳能电池模块 30同样均包含第一子回路 300以及第二子回路 302。 每一太阳能电池模块 30 的第一子回路 300与第二子回路 302同样分别具有一组第一端 300bl与第二端 300b2及第一端 302bl与第二端 302b2。每一太阳能电池模块 30的第一子回路 300同样由多个太阳能电池 300a所串联而成, 并且第二子回路 302同样由多 个太阳能电池 302a所串联而成 (:如图 5A所示:)。 因此, 有关本实施例中的每一 太阳能电池模块 30与逆变器 32之间的连接架构可参考图 1所示的实施例的相 关说明, 在此不再赘述。
在此要特别说明的是,本实施例的太阳能装置 3与图 1所示的实施例的太 阳能装置 1的主要差异处, 在于本实施例中的每一太阳能电池模块 30的第一 子回路 300的第一端 300bl 以及第二端 300b2分别位于各自太阳能电池模块 30的相对两侧边。 同样地, 本实施例中的每一太阳能电池模块 30的第二子回 路 302的第一端 302bl 以及第二端 302b2分别位于各自的太阳能电池模块 30 的相对两侧边。 因此, 于本实施例中, 每一太阳能电池模块 30的第一子回路 300 的第一端 300bl 以及第二端 300b2分别电性连接至两个接线盒 304al、 304a2, 藉以分别连接至少一相邻太阳能电池模块 30中的另一第一子回路 300 的相异极性端的接线盒 304al、 304a2的相异极性端。 同样地, 每一太阳能电 池模块 30的第二子回路 302的第一端 302bl以及第二端 302b2分别电性连接 至两个接线盒 304bl、 304b2, 以分别连接至少一相邻太阳能电池模块 30中的 第二子回路 302的接线盒 304bl、 304b2的另一相异极性端。
由此可知, 于本实施例中, 由于每一太阳能电池模块 30中电性连接第一 子回路 300的两个接线盒 304al、 304a2分别位于太阳能电池模块 30的相对两 侧, 并且每一太阳能电池模块 30 中电性连接第二子回路 302 的两接线盒 304b K 304b2分别位于太阳能电池模块 30的相对两侧, 第一子回路 300的两 个接线盒 304al、 304a2分别为负端与正端以及第二子回路 302的两个接线盒 304b K 304b2 的正端与负端是以相异极性交错配置, 例如负端接线盒 304al 对应正端接线盒 304bl而位在太阳能电池模块 30的同一侧边, 而正端接线盒 304a2对应接负端线盒 304b2而位在太阳能电池模块 30的同一侧边, 如图 5B 所示。因此可大量减少任两太阳能电池模块 30之间用以相互搭接的缆线用量, 如图 4所示。
请参照图 6。图 6为绘示图 2A中的太阳能电池模块 10于另一实施例的正 面示意图。
如图 6所示, 于本实施例中, 太阳能电池模块 10的第一子回路 100中相 互串联的多个太阳能电池 100a以及第二子回路 102中相互串联的多个太阳能 电池 102a, 均与图 1 中所示的实施例相同。 在此要说明的是, 本实施例与图 2A中所示的实施例的相异之处,在于本实施例的太阳能电池模块 10进一歩于 第一子回路 100 与第二子回路 102 中分别包含多个旁通二极管 (bypass-diode)108。 相较于仅具有单一回路的现有太阳能电池模块, 由于本实 施例的太阳能电池模块 10中所包含的子回路的数量多出一倍, 因此同样在采 用旁通二极管的相同架构下 (亦即, 如图 6所示的搭接方式:), 本实施例的太阳 能电池模块 10所采用的旁通二极管 108的数量会是现有太阳能电池模块的两 倍。 因此, 本实施例具有数量较多的旁通二极管 108的太阳能电池模块 10, 其抗遮阴 (anti-shading)效果可获得加强, 并且热点效应 (hot spot)所带来的损耗 可有效地降低。
请参照图 7。 图 7为绘示依照本发明另一实施例的太阳能装置的示意图。 如图 7所示, 于本实施例中,太阳能装置 5包含至少一个太阳能电池模块 50以及逆变器 52。 相较于图 5所示的实施例, 图 7所示的太阳能装置 5中的 每一太阳能电池模块 50均包含多个相异子回路, 例如第一子回路 500、 第二 子回路 502以及至少一组第三子回路 504。 每一太阳能电池模块 50的第三子 回路 504同样包含第一端以及第二端 (图未示, 可参考上述有关图 1中的第一 子回路 100或第二子回路 102的相关说明:)。 本实施例的每一第一子回路 500 中所包含的太阳能电池 500a与每一第二子回路 502 中所包含的太阳能电池 502a的串接方式可参阅图 6 以及其相关说明, 在此不再赘述。 每一太阳能电 池模块 50的相异子回路分别串接至至少一相邻太阳能电池模块 50的相异子回 路, 亦即每一太阳能电池模块 50的第一子回路 500相互串联, 每一太阳能电 池模块 50的第二子回路 502相互串联,每一太阳能电池模块 50的第三子回路 504相互串联,太阳能装置 5的逆变器 52再分别与相互串联的第一子回路 500 以及相互串联的第二子回路 502串联, 而形成一主回路。
在此要说明的是, 相较于仅具有单一回路的现有太阳能电池模块, 由于本 实施例的太阳能电池模块 50中所包含的相异子回路的数量多出三倍, 因此同 样在采用旁通二极管的相同架构下 (亦即, 如图 7所示的搭接方式), 本实施例 的太阳能电池模块 50所采用的旁通二极管 508的数量会是现有太阳能电池模 块的 4倍。 理论上, 本实施例的太阳能电池模块 50所具有的抗遮阴效果也会 增加为现有太阳能电池模块的四倍。
请参照图 8。 图 8为绘示依照本发明一实施例的太阳能装置 7的立体图。 如图 8所示, 于本实施例中, 太阳能装置 7包含多个太阳能电池模块 70、 多个支撑架 72以及传动器 74。 有关太阳能装置 7中的太阳能电池模块 70的 细部构造以及太阳能电池模块 70 与逆变器 (图未示)之间的整体连接架构与关 系可应用图 1所示的实施例或图 4所示的实施例, 因此可参阅上述相关说明, 在此不再赘述。
在此要说明的是,本实施例的太阳能装置 7是一种可根据日照程度转动变 化太阳能电池模块 70的角度的太阳能装置 7。太阳能电池模块 70固定于支撑 架 72上。 传动器 74具有中空管体 740以及脚架 742, 中空管体 740枢接于脚 架 742上, 支撑架 72固定至传动器 74的中空管体 740。 因此, 当太阳能装置 7的传动器 74致动中空管体 740相对脚架 742转动时, 支撑架 72会随着中空 管体 740—起转动。 并且, 太阳能装置 7中的每一太阳能电池模块 70是于传 动器 74 的中空管体 740 内进行电性连接, 因此连接于各太阳能电池模块 70 之间的缆线以及连接于太阳能电池模块 70与逆变器之间的缆线即可集中收纳 于传动器 74的中空管体 740内。
由以上对于本发明的具体实施例的详述, 可以明显地看出, 本发明的太阳 能装置主要是设计使单一太阳能电池模块中具有多个各自独立的子回路,以单 排的太阳能电池模块排列方式即可实现双向的电路串接。并且, 本发明以单排 的太阳能电池模块排列方式所组成的太阳能装置可减少对系统支架的负担,减 少传动器所消耗的功率。另外, 利用单一太阳能电池模块中具有多个各自独立 的子回路的设计, 本发明不需要多余的缆线, 就可以将所有子回路串联回逆变 器。再者,接线盒大体上设置于太阳能电池模块的中央所有子回路可集中于太 阳能电池模块的中央出线处, 方便让缆线收纳于系统支架内。
当然, 本发明还可有其它多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情 况下, 熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但 这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。 工业应用性
由以上对于本发明的具体实施例的详述, 可以明显地看出, 本发明的太阳 能装置主要是设计使单一太阳能电池模块中具有多个各自独立的子回路,以单 排的太阳能电池模块排列方式即可实现双向的电路串接。并且, 本发明以单排 的太阳能电池模块排列方式所组成的太阳能装置可减少对系统支架的负担,减 少传动器所消耗的功率。另外, 利用单一太阳能电池模块中具有多个各自独立 的子回路的设计, 本发明不需要多余的缆线, 就可以将所有子回路串联回逆变 器。再者,接线盒大体上设置于太阳能电池模块的中央所有子回路可集中于太 阳能电池模块的中央出线处, 方便让缆线收纳于系统支架内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种太阳能装置, 包含 N个太阳能电池模块, 其特征在于, 每一该些 太阳能电池模块包含:
一第一子回路, 具有一第一端以及一第二端, 其中该第一端与该第二端的 极性相异;
一第二子回路, 具有另一第一端以及另一第二端; 以及
至少一接线盒,电性连接该第一子回路的该第一端与该第二端以及该第二 子回路的该第一端与该第二端,
其中该第一子回路通过该至少一接线盒电连接至少一相邻太阳能电池模 块中的另一第一子回路,该第二子回路通过该至少一接线盒电连接该相邻太阳 能电池模块中的另一第二子回路, 其中 N为自然数。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的太阳能装置, 其特征在于, 该至少一接线盒是 位于该太阳能电池模块的该第一子回路与该第二子回路之间。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的太阳能装置, 其特征在于, 每一该些太阳能电 池模块的该至少一接线盒为两个接线盒,并且该些接线盒分别电性连接该第一 子回路的该第一端与该第二端以及该第二子回路的该第一端与该第二端。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的太阳能装置, 其特征在于, 每一该些太阳能电 池模块的该至少一接线盒为四个接线盒,并且该些接线盒分别电性连接该第一 子回路的该第一端与该第二端以及该第二子回路的该第一端与该第二端。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的太阳能装置, 其特征在于, 该些接线盒分别位 于每一该些太阳能电池模块背面的相对两侧边,分别耦接该第一子回路的该第 一端与该第二子回路的该第二端的两接线盒位于同一侧边,并且分别耦接该第 一子回路的该第二端与该第二子回路的该第一端的两接线盒位于同一侧边。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的太阳能装置, 其特征在于, 还包含一逆变器, 电性连接至该些太阳能电池模块中的第一个太阳能电池模块的该第一子回路 的该第一端与该第一个太阳能电池模块的该第二子回路的该第二端。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的太阳能装置, 其特征在于, 该些太阳能电池模 块中的第 N个太阳能电池模块的该第一子回路的该第二端电性连接至该第 N 个太阳能电池模块的该第二子回路的该第一端,其余每一该些太阳能电池模块 的该第一子回路的该第二端与另一相邻太阳能电池模块的该第一子回路的该 第一端相互电性耦接,并且每一该些太阳能电池模块的该第二子回路的该第一 端与该另一相邻太阳能电池模块的该第二子回路的该第二端相互电性耦接。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的太阳能装置, 其特征在于, 每一该些太阳能电 池模块还包含至少一第三子回路,并且该至少一第三子回路具有另一第一端以 及另一第二端。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的太阳能装置, 其特征在于, 每一该些太阳能电 池模块的该第一子回路的该第二端与相邻该些太阳能电池模块的该些第一子 回路的该些第一端相互电性耦接,每一该些太阳能电池模块的该第二子回路的 该第二端与相邻该些太阳能电池模块的该些第二子回路的该些第一端相互电 性耦接,并且每一该些太阳能电池模块的该第三子回路的该第二端与相邻该些 太阳能电池模块的该些第三子回路的该些第一端相互电性耦接。
10、根据权利要求 8所述的太阳能装置, 其特征在于, 其余该些太阳能电 池模块的该些第一子回路的该些第二端电性连接至其余该些太阳能电池模块 的该些第三子回路的该些第一端,且其余该些太阳能电池模块的该些第三子回 路的该些第二端电性连接至其余该些太阳能电池模块的该些第二子回路的该 些第一端, 藉以形成一主回路。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的太阳能装置, 其特征在于, 该第一子回路、 该第二子回路与该第三子回路分别另包含多个旁通二极管,分别耦接于任两太 阳能电池之间。
12、根据权利要求 1所述的太阳能装置, 其特征在于, 该第一子回路与该 第二子回路分别由多个太阳能电池串联或并联而成。
13、 根据权利要求 1所述的太阳能装置, 其特征在于, 还包含: 多个支撑架, 其中该些太阳能电池模块固定于该些支撑架上; 以及 一传动器, 具有一中空管体,用以收纳电性连接该些太阳能电池模块的多 条导线, 并致动该些支撑架转动。
