Abstract

一种简易太阳能集热器,利用黑色物质吸收光能转化为热能,并将热能传递给集热器的导热媒体。其工作原理是集热器覆盖的双层玻璃板(1)和吸热管的外层玻璃管具有透光和保温的作用,太阳光透过以上两物质照射到吸热管的内层管外壁上的黑色物质和箱内的黑色物体上,两种黑色物质共同吸收光能且将光能转化为热能。为保证热能不散失,集热器的箱体用保温材料制成,并且又铺两层反辐射物质,这样热能绝大部分保存在箱内并被吸热管的内层管内的导热媒体吸收,导热媒体的温度升高。

说明书 简易太阳能集热器
我是一个农民。 打算做一个塑料温室大棚作为发酵室, 于是做了两个实验。第一个实驗:用稍大 的白色透明塑料袋套在稍小的黑色塑料袋外面,两袋皆充气,使两袋之间有一定的间 BK,然后将温度 计插入黑色塑料袋内并扎紧袋口,挂在院内,在阳光下《—会儿,可发现黑袋内温度比当时的气温高 很多。 第二个实验:我将聚苯泡沫板做成的发酵箱放在院内,箱门去掉,蒙上一层透明塑料布,箱内放 一温度表,对准太阳晒一会儿,发现箱内温度比当时气温高;我知黑色物体吸收太阳光转化为热的道 理,就在箱内挂一块黑布,又晒一会儿,发现温度更高。
经过以上的实验,我买来两根玻璃管,直径分别为 10毫米和 17毫米,将细管在雌烛火焰上烤黑,这 层黑色物质可以作为吸收太阳光的材料, 粗管不用烤黑, 用双层玻璃管代替黑白塑料袋, 把细管塞 进粗管内, 管两端之间的空酸用棉花堵严, 防止漏气。 在细管内装满水, 管内插一支温度表, 将玻 璃管放入挂有黑布的发酵箱内,对准太阳, 当天的阳光充足, 不一会儿, 管内的温度就达到 100摄氏 度.
见温度这麽高,我想如果管多后不知怎样,就买来 55根细管和 55根粗管,将它们做成 55根双层玻 璃管, 管两端与不锈钢方管连接, 方管上留有进出水口, 安装好后放入改过的发酵箱中, 此时的发 酵箱厚度变薄,且黑布下铺有玻瑭纤维棉和一层铝箔与一层地暖专用反辐射康,箱门上蒙的一层塑 料布用双层玻璃板代替,管内装满水后,经过一上午的日《, 至中午水的温度达到 100多滠氏度, 在 今年大年初三我用它来洗澡。 如果加长管的长度和增加管的数量, 就能墦加吸收太阳光的面积, 这 样就可以供暖了, 做饭, 烧开水, 发电都行, 水可以食用。 它可以节省煤.电.天然气。 其制作工艺 简单, 人人可做, 且材料成本低 。

2.吸热管的内层管与不锈钢方管用四块铁片以及螵栓紧固连 接, 内层管, 不锈钢方管, 铁片 之间有密封垫, 防止漏水。
3.集热器保温箱体由聚苯泡沬板,玻璃纤维保温棉,地暖专用反 辐射膜,铝箔胶带,黑布或火焰熏黑铁皮,以及箱外包装用的蓝色彩 钢板组成。
4.双层玻璃板由两块白版钢化玻璃和泡沬条以及铝箔胶带构成, 它们之间用轿车专用玻璃胶粘牢,铝箔胶带贴在玻璃板四周边缘 处。
5.集热器保温箱体与双层玻璃板用轿车专用玻璃胶粘牢, 双层 玻璃板这样安装可以容易清洗玻璃。
