Abstract

A reactive composition, including a friction modifier composition, comprising: (A) a glycerol monoester (GMO); (B) an acid amide in which the chain length of the acid portion comprising the amide contains about 8 to about 28 carbon atoms; and (C) a molybdenum compound in which the oxidation state of the molybdenum is +6.
