- Serebrennikov There is a method of identifying transaction accounts and exchanging transactional messages between the parties to the transaction (US patent application N ° 20050114367, A1, serial N ° 927460/10, publ. May 26, 2005, author OA Serebrennikov), the method is referred to as the Serebrennikov Application or Serebrennikov’s Method.
- Serebrennikov offers a method of payment, but does not offer a method of searching for goods and services that require payment.
- search engines Historically, the technology of search engines was designed to search for matches of the query text with the text data of unstructured text arrays, in particular, to search for query words in archive documents. Since the relevance of searches in unstructured text data has its limitations, to increase relevance, search engines use various methods, such as those described in The Anatomy of a Large-Scale Hypertextual Web Search Engine by Sergey Brin and Lawrence Page (http: // infolab.stanford.edu/ ⁇ backrub/google.html, hereinafter referred to as the “Brin Article”).
- One of the reasons for the decrease in relevance is that usually search engines do not have reliable information about the author of the document or the source of the data and therefore cannot reliably judge the reputation of the author and the document.
- Google technology uses, in particular, the PageRank technique, another technique for increasing relevance is to take into account Anchor Text link text and so on.
- PageRank another technique for increasing relevance is to take into account Anchor Text link text and so on.
- modern search engines use techniques based on statistical analysis of data, and not on accurate knowledge of reputation.
- Such technology of search engines allows authors of Internet pages to use the Search Engine Optimization (hereinafter referred to as SEO) technique, which is based on the optimization by the authors of the content of the Internet pages in order to artificially increase the relevance of these Internet pages to the search engine.
- SEO Search Engine Optimization
- Using a search engine of a statistical model for assessing the relevance of a source allows the authors of Internet pages to use SEO techniques, which leads to a decrease in the relevance of search engine search results and forces owners of the search engine to change the algorithm for evaluating the relevance and reputation of Internet pages from time to time, which in turn forces owners Web pages use SEO techniques and incur related costs continuously.
- Another example of a machine for searching for goods and services is the Internet catalog.
- An example of such a catalog is the Yandex Market online catalog (http://market.vandex.ru/V The catalog is intended for manual selection of goods using categories and individual characteristics of a product or service.
- the cataloging method has its drawbacks:
- the catalog is intended for viewing by people, and not for a machine search for goods and services on the Internet, and therefore, the search for goods and services on the Internet is carried out by Internet users manually and requires a lot of time, which imposes serious restrictions on the use of catalogs, in particular for mobile commerce.
- Directories and Internet search engines were created for desktop computers and do not fully take into account the capabilities of mobile devices, in particular screen dimensions, as well as the ability of mobile devices to determine their own location using GPS, GLONASS, RFID RTLS and other positioning systems for information retrieval purposes.
- Another drawback of modern search systems is the lack of practical ability to automatically optimize the price of product searches, interactively obtain product inquiries, which does not allow using the Groupon business model and other business models based on optimizing the purchase price or obtaining group discounts.
- any URI scheme (hereinafter “scheme”) can be represented as follows:
- the mentioned URI component [? Request] is not a mandatory part and may contain a query string with parameters and their assigned values, for example, a parameter with the name BRAND may be assigned the value Apple:
- the objective of the present invention is to expand the functionality of the search for information, in particular, goods and services on the Internet.
- the method of searching for information hosted in one or more domains of the Internet level (N + 1) is characterized in that the said one or more domains of the level (N + 1) have corresponding DNS identifiers of the level (N + 1) delegated in the zone of a domain of level N and are subordinate to a domain of level N having a DNS identifier of level N, and URIs are used to identify information in the one or more domain domains (N + 1), moreover, to identify information of the corresponding domain of level (N + 1), the last URI contains in the hierarchical part the mentioned DNS identifier of the corresponding corresponding domain of level (N + 1), and the URI component [?
- the request] of the said URI contains a set of parameter names with the values assigned to them, and in the level N domain create a lot of parameter names reserved for use in the said URI component [? request], as well as in the domain of the N level, rules for processing the values of the reserved parameter names of the URI component [?
- the information received from said level domain (N + 1) is analyzed and the information of a particular domain is located in the list of information received from the other mentioned one or more level domains (N + 1).
- said N-level domain is an Internet top-level domain
- (N + 1) level domains are Internet second-level domains delegated (registered) to said Internet top-level domain.
- said top-level domain is a .PAY domain.
- said level domain (N + 1) is one or more second level domains registered in the selected top level domain, wherein the second level label string in each second level DNS identifier of said one or more second level domains matches the top level label string of respectively one or more Internet top-level domains in which the applicant wishes to register a second-level domain, for which purpose said information is searched in said top-level domains URIs, moreover, the corresponding one of the mentioned second-level domains registered in the selected top-level domain for top-level domains is placed in the hierarchical part of the URI string, and by at least the value of one of the reserved parameters is the applicant’s string, which the applicant wishes to use as a second-level label of the DNS identifier of the second level domain registered in the mentioned one or more top-level domains in which information is searched, and the information mentioned is availability information for delegating to the applicant DNS a second-level domain identifier in which said applicant string is a second-level label of at least one m of the mentioned one or more top-level
- delegation (registration) of the found available DNS identifier is accompanied by receipt of credit card information from the applicant and encryption of the credit card data.
- public and secret encryption keys are generated for asymmetric encryption, and said credit card data is encrypted with said public key and decrypted with said secret key .
- said selected top-level domain is a .PAY top-level domain.
- the necessary information contains one or more URIs or DNS identifiers of Internet resources.
- the necessary information comprises a machine-readable code of a product or service.
- the values of one or more of the reserved parameters is a mailing address or a set of geodetic coordinates or other location coordinates.
- the value of one or more of the reserved parameters is price.
- the necessary information obtained from various domain levels (N + 1) is subjected to machine processing in order to ranking or organizing the search results of the necessary information received from the mentioned various domain level (N + 1).
- one or more domains of a level (N + 1) are assigned a reputation score value available to the requesting resource, and said ranking or ranking of the search results is performed taking into account the value of a reputation score of the corresponding level domain (N + 1).

- the necessary information contains the terms of delivery, and the aforementioned ranking or ordering of the search results is carried out taking into account the terms of delivery.
- the necessary information contains a delivery price
- said ranking or ordering of the search results is performed taking into account said delivery price
- a plurality of subordinate domains of a level (N + 1) is created in a level N domain, and the rules for engaging in the registration of a level N domain of subordinate level domains (N + 1) provides for the consent of the administration of each domain of the level (N + 1) using the names of the URI parameters of the component [? Request] reserved for such use by the administration of the domain of level N, and also provides for the consent of the administration of each domain of the level (N + 1) using rules defined by the administration of said N-level domain for processing the values of said reserved parameters.
- each top-level domain must create and use the regulation (policy or English policy) of registration of second-level domains, which allows each second-level domain to use a set of reserved parameter names for the URI of the [? Request] component and the rules for their processing, regulated by the corresponding top-level domain during the processing of URI calls by subordinate second-level domains.
- policy or English policy
- the present invention allows to create a machine for searching for goods and services (in the general case of searching for any necessary information) that does not allow page authors to use the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) technique.
- SEO Search Engine Optimization
- This can create new opportunities for online promotion of goods for retail chains of the physical and virtual world, and especially large retail chains of the physical world, which have a stable reputation, and the lack of SEO costs can have a huge economic effect for such retail chains.
- the measured value of the reputation of such a network can be various indicators, for example, the number of goods offered by the network or the number of physical or virtual points of sale of the network or the number of employees employed in the network or the market market capitalization or analytical indicators of the perception of the network’s reputation by consumers and so on.
- Reputation rating can also be calculated reputation index, calculated on the basis of several indicators, for example, several indicators mentioned above.
- Another indicator of reputation can also be not an absolute, but a relative index, for example, equal to the ratio of a certain indicator of a particular retail network to a similar average industry indicator, where averaging of an industry indicator can be, for example, arithmetic average, in which the sum of similar reputation indicators of different networks is divided by the number of terms, or any other averaging.
- Another way to determine your reputation may be to use the Trademark Clearing House database or similar databases mentioned above. The easiest way to do this is to determine your reputation. “Manually”, since the number of well-known retail chains is very limited and checking their reputation will not be too expensive or lengthy. Such a procedure can be part of the domain name delegation policy for the Internet top-level domain.
- Another criterion for ranking may be the price of the goods or services offered by the seller. Such ranking is becoming increasingly important as coupon and discount models for doing business on the Internet are introduced by companies such as Groupon (http://www.groupon.com/). Thus, offers of the same product or service by different sellers can be ranked according to the offer price.
- Another criterion for ranking offers may be location, for example, the current location of the buyer of the product or service, or the location of the point of sale or location of the point of delivery of the goods, and so on.
- the cost and delivery time can also serve as a criterion for ranking the search results for a product or service.
- ICANN As you know, ICANN organized in 2012 the acceptance of applications for top-level domains and the number of applications exceeded 1900. It is expected that the number of top-level domains as a result may increase by several times, compared with the number of Internet top-level domains existing at the time of filing this application for invention. At the same time, now each of the Registrars accredited to ICANN, as a rule, sells domain names in no more than ten to twenty top-level domains, so as not to confuse the buyer. After increasing in several times the number of top-level domains delegated by ICANN, the existing domain name distribution system, based on a limited number of ICANN certified Name Registrars, may have difficulty distributing names in an increased number of top-level domains.
- the present invention allows to organize the distribution of the names of any top-level domains.
- One of the implementations may be, for example, this:
- second-level retail domains are registered in which the lines of the second-level labels coincide with the lines of the top-level domains for which it is necessary to organize the distribution of second-level names.
- the selected top-level domain is .PAY
- the top-level domains for which it is necessary to organize the distribution of names are .APP and .BOOK domains
- the second-level retail domains will be arr.rau and Look.rau.
- Such domains can be delegated during the Sunrise and Landrush distribution of names in the .PAY domain or are reserved by the .PAY domain for internal use.
- an Internet user wishes to register MYNAME with one of the top-level domains.
- the top-level domain .PAY in accordance with the present invention requires second-level domains to use an HTTP URI scheme in which the URI component [? Request] contains, for example, a parameter named DOMAIN, the value of which should be the label string of the second according to .PAY rules level for registering a second-level domain in one of the top-level domains.
- the mentioned retail domains arr.rau and bok.rau must support URI requests in accordance with the policy of delegation of names in the .PAY domain (in accordance with the present invention), it is possible to create two URI identifiers, in the hierarchical part of each of which contains one from the identifiers arr.rau and book.pay, the URI component [?
- both URIs contains the DOMAIN parameter with the assigned MYNAME value.
- Using the created URI identifiers will lead to the establishment of connections with the arr.rau and book.pay domains, respectively, and the transmission of the same request to each of them containing the DOMAIN parameter with the assigned MYNAME value.
- the response to the request should be an availability or inaccessibility response for registering a second-level domain name MYNAME in top-level domains, in this case .APP and .BOOK, respectively.
- a URI request for domain availability for registration can be created by any calling Internet resource in accordance with the rules of the .PAY domain and the calling resource will receive a qualified response to its request in real time.
- the invention allows you to organize the distribution of domain names through an unlimited number of online stores, in particular, are not ICANN accredited registrars.
- Data can be encrypted using known cryptographic methods, in particular using asymmetric cryptography and using public and private keys as disclosed in Serebrennikov's application.
- the card data upon receipt of payment using a credit card, the card data can be encrypted and stored for use in subsequent purchases.
