【技术领域】
本发明涉及微型音箱领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型 音相。
【背景技术】
本人已申请一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 专利申请号为 201220404593.4, 该微型音箱包括喇八、 音箱上壳、 音箱中壳、 音箱下壳、 音频 线、 音频插头、 电路板、 过渡连接件和伸缩共鸣腔, 过渡连接件为圓环形, 过 渡连接件连接一端连接伸缩共鸣腔, 另一端连接音箱上壳。 过渡连接件与伸缩 共鸣腔之间有两种连接方式: 将过渡连接件直接套在伸缩共鸣腔上进行固定连 接、 伸缩共鸣腔与过渡连接件之间通过卡扣形式连接固定。 其中, 将过渡连接 件直接套在伸缩共鸣腔上进行固定连接会导致伸缩共鸣腔变形; 伸缩共鸣腔与 过渡连接件之间通过卡扣形式连接固定, 虽然在安装时快速方便些且不易使伸 缩共鸣腔变形, 但是, 由于卡位的面积变小, 在配装过程中拉扯一下时可能比 较容易掉落。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种过渡连接件与伸缩共鸣腔固定连接 形状不会改变、 安装方便且在配装过程中拉扯一下时不易掉落的微型音箱。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 包括喇八、 音箱上壳、 音箱中壳、 音箱 下壳、 音频线、 音频插头、 电路板、 过渡连接件、 喇叭网、 挂件、 指示灯和伸 缩共鸣腔, 过渡连接件为圓环形, 过渡连接件连接一端连接伸缩共鸣腔, 另一 端连接音箱上壳, 所述过渡连接件与伸缩共鸣腔进行插入式设计。
优选的, 所述过渡连接件上设有小圓柱。 小圓柱用于固定连接伸缩共鸣腔, 这样不仅容易安装且连接牢固可靠, 另外, 在配装过程中拉扯一下时不易掉落。 优选的, 所述小圓柱上部大, 下部小, 且上部大的部分类似为球状。 这样 可以防止伸缩共鸣腔从小圓孔上掉落。

本发明由于将过渡连接件与伸缩共鸣腔进行插入式设计, 过渡连接件上设 有小圓柱, 伸缩共鸣腔上设有与之相对应的圓孔, 过渡连接件和伸缩共鸣腔通 过小圓孔插入圓孔内连接固定, 这样可以使其安装方便、 连接牢固可靠, 在配 装过程中拉扯一下时不易掉落且在安装过程中伸缩共鸣腔不易变形。

本发明的带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 包括喇八、 音箱上壳、 音箱中壳、 音箱下壳、 音频线、 音频插头、 电路板、 过渡连接件和伸缩共鸣腔, 过渡连接 件为圓环形, 过渡连接件连接一端连接伸缩共鸣腔, 另一端连接音箱上壳, 所 述过渡连接件与伸缩共鸣腔进行插入式设计。
如图 1至图 3所示, 过渡连接件 1上设有小圓柱 2, 小圓柱 2上部大, 下部 小, 且上部大的部分类似为球状, 小圓柱 2 的个数为三个, 当然, 多于三个也 可以, 从理论上讲在一定程度上是越多越好, 但是, 这样会给安装带来不便。 小圓柱 2用于固定连接伸缩共鸣腔 4,这样不仅容易安装且连接牢固可靠,另夕卜, 在配装过程中拉扯一下时不易掉落; 将小圓柱 2的上部设置大些且为类似球状, 主要就是为了固定过渡连接件 1和伸缩共鸣腔 4以及防止伸缩共鸣腔从小圓孔 2 上掉落。 小圓柱 2位于过渡连接件 1的圓环的内边缘, 过渡连接件 1的外边缘 上设有凹槽 3 , 凹槽 3位于小圓柱 2的外部, 这样便于过渡连接 1件同音箱上壳 连接。 伸缩共鸣腔 4同过渡连接件 1相连接的那一面的内部凸起上设有与过渡 连接件 1上小圓柱 2个数相等的圓孔 5 ,所述伸缩共鸣腔 4与过渡连接件 1通过 小圓柱 2和圓孔 5固定连接, 圓孔 5的开孔过小于圓柱 2上部的类似球的大小, 且同小圓柱 2下部的圓柱的大小相适应, 这样可以 ^艮好地保证伸缩共鸣腔 4不 易从小圓孔 2上掉落。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所 述过渡连接件上设有小圓柱。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所 述小圓柱上部大, 下部小, 且上部大的部分为球状。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所 述小圓柱的个数至少为三个。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所 述小圓柱位于过渡连接件的圓环的内边缘。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所 述伸缩共鸣腔同过渡连接件相连接的那一面的内部凸起上设有与过渡连接件上 小圓柱个数相等的圓孔, 所述伸缩共鸣腔与过渡连接件通过小圓柱和圓孔固定 连接。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所 述圓孔的开孔过小于圓柱上部的球的大小, 且同小圓柱下部的圓柱的大小相适 应。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的一种带有伸缩共鸣腔的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所 述过渡连接件的外边缘上设有凹槽, 所述凹槽位于小圓柱的外部。
