Abstract

Wearing apparel configured to be worn around the neck is described. The wearing apparel comprises a first portion of pliable material which depends from the neck when the wearing apparel is worn. The wearing apparel further comprises a chewable arrangement attached to the portion of pliable material whereby in use, the chewable arrangement can be raised to the mouth of the wearer, an exposed surface of the chewable arrangement being substantially impermeable to liquid.
