本发明是有关于一种液晶显示装置,特别是有关于一种简化模块组合结构的液晶显示装置。
背景技术
传统的薄膜晶体管液晶显示器 (Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display,TFT-LCD)包括背光模块,液晶面板,胶框及前框。背光模块包括金属背板、导光板、光学膜片组及光源等,导光板设置于金属背板内,光源设置在金属背板上且位于导光板的一侧,光学膜片组叠置在导光板的上方,胶框设置于所述金属背板上并包围金属背板,所述液晶面板设置于所述胶框上,所述前框组装在所述胶框上,与该胶框夹持固定液晶面板,以保护液晶面板。
请参照图1所示,其揭示一种现有的液晶显示装置,所述液晶显示装置包含一前框11、一胶框12、一背板13,及所述背板13向外凸设的一卡勾14,背板13通过卡勾14可卡制结合所述前框11(及胶框12),以共同用以包围在液晶面板15外,因而实现保护液晶面板的效果。
然而,利用所述卡勾14卡制固定的方式具有下述技术问题:由于与所述前框11、胶框12与背板13之间仅利用卡勾14卡扣在一起,组件之间的卡合关系不紧密,较容易发生松脱而造成整个液晶显示装置的模块结构强度减弱。再者,背板13利用冲压形成卡勾14也会造成背板13的侧板结构强度减弱。另外,所述背板13的卡勾14必须与所述前框11及胶框12对位才能卡扣在一起,相对增加液晶显示装置于组装时的工序与工时。
故,有必要提供一种液晶显示装置,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
技术问题
本发明提供一种液晶显示装置,以解决现有液晶显示装置技术在模块组件之间的卡合关系不紧密而造成结构强度减弱的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明一实施例提供一种液晶显示装置,其中所述液晶显示装置包含:一液晶面板、一侧板、一胶框、一前框、至少一固定单元,及一背板,所述侧板位于所述液晶面板外围,所述胶框具有一本体部,及一自所述本体部向内延伸的延伸部,所述本体部形成至少一固定孔,所述延伸部形成一定位槽,所述侧板伸置于所述定位槽且靠置在所述本体部上,所述前框组合在所述侧板外,并位于所述胶框的本体部下方,所述固定单元嵌设于所述胶框的固定孔内且固定在所述侧板上,使所述胶框固定在所述侧板上,所述固定单元包含一固定件,及一自所述固定件延伸的卡制件,所述侧板形成有一卡槽,所述卡制件用以卡制在所述卡槽中,所述背板与所述侧板为一体成型。
再者,本发明另一实施例提供另一种液晶显示装置,其中所述液晶显示装置包含:一液晶面板、一侧板、一胶框、一前框,及至少一固定单元,所述侧板位于所述液晶面板外围,所述胶框具有一本体部,及一自所述本体部向内延伸的延伸部,所述本体部形成至少一固定孔,所述延伸部形成一定位槽,所述侧板伸置于所述定位槽且靠置在所述本体部上,所述前框组合在所述侧板外,并位于所述胶框的本体部下方,所述固定单元嵌设于所述胶框的固定孔内且固定在所述侧板上,使所述胶框固定在所述侧板上。
另外,本发明另一实施例提供另一种液晶显示装置,其中所述液晶显示装置包含:一液晶面板、一侧板、一胶框、一前框,及至少一固定单元,所述侧板位于所述液晶面板外围,所述胶框具有一定位槽,所述侧板伸置于所述定位槽中,所述前框组合在所述侧板与所述胶框外,且所述前框具有至少一固定孔,所述固定单元嵌设于所述前框的固定孔内且固定在所述侧板上,使所述前框固定在所述侧板上。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述固定单元包含一固定件,及一设置在所述固定件上的固定胶,所述固定胶用以将所述固定件黏合固定在所述侧板上。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述固定单元包含一固定件,及一自所述固定件延伸的卡制件,所述侧板形成有一卡槽,所述卡制件用以卡制在所述卡槽中。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述卡制件为柱体。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述液晶显示装置还包含一背板,所述背板与所述侧板为一体成型。
有益效果
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种液晶显示装置,其中前框或胶框仅需开设简单的固定孔,并提供固定单元嵌设于前框或胶框的固定孔内且固定在所述侧板上,如此即可完成液晶显示装置的模块组装作业,进而有利于简化所述液晶显示装置的模块结构和生产工序,以强化模块整体结构强度。

以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。再者,本发明所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「顶」、「底」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」、「周围」、「中央」、「水平」、「横向」、「垂直」、「纵向」、「轴向」、「径向」、「最上层」或「最下层」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。
请参照图2所示,本发明第一实施例的液晶显示装置2主要包含一液晶面板21、一侧板22、一背板23、一背光组件24、一胶框25、一前框26,及一固定单元27。
在本实施例中,所述侧板22位于所述液晶面板21外围,且所述背板23与所述侧板22为一体成型。所述背光组件24为侧入式背光组件,且包含一导光板241、光源242,及一光学膜片组243,所述导光板241设置在所述背板23上,所述光源242设置所述侧板22上而位于所述导光板241的一侧。当然,在其他实施方式中,所述光源242也可以为两个以上的数量分别设置在所述导光板241的二侧、三侧或四侧,本发明并不局限于此。所述背光组件24与所述背板23及侧板22共同构成一背光模块。
所述胶框25具有一本体部251,及一自所述本体部251向内延伸的延伸部252,所述本体部251形成一固定孔253,所述延伸部252形成一定位槽254,所述侧板22伸置于所述定位槽254且靠置在所述本体部251上,所述液晶面板21则靠置在所述延伸部252上方,所述前框26组合在所述侧板22外,并位于所述胶框25的本体部251下方。
请参照图2、3所示,所述固定单元27包含一固定件271,及一设置在所述固定件271上的固定胶272,所述固定件271嵌设于所述胶框25的固定孔253内,所述固定胶272用以将所述固定件271黏合固定在所述侧板22上,使所述胶框25固定在所述侧板22上。要说明的是,本实施例是利用一个固定单元27对应嵌设于一个固定孔253内,当然,在其他实施方式中,也可以对应设置有两个或两个以上的所述固定单元27与所述固定孔253,以多个嵌设固定部位强化整体的稳固性,本发明并不局限于此。
续请参照图2所示,根据本实施例,由于所述液晶显示装置2的胶框25上形成有固定孔253,可提供所述固定件271嵌设于所述固定孔253内,而黏合固定在所述侧板22上,使所述胶框25与所述侧板22能紧密接合在一起,其嵌合方式不仅方便组装,更可强化模块组件之间的卡合关系,增加模块本身的结构强度。
请参照图4所示,本发明第二实施例的液晶显示装置相似于本发明第一实施例,并大致沿用相同组件名称及图号,但第二实施例的差异特征在于:所述液晶显示装置2包含一液晶面板21、一侧板22、一背板23、一背光组件24、一胶框25、一前框26,及一固定单元27。
所述侧板22位于所述液晶面板21外围且提供所述液晶面板21靠置,所述胶框25具有一定位槽254,所述侧板22伸置于所述定位槽254中,所述前框26组合在所述侧板22与所述胶框25外围,并靠置于所述侧板22与所述胶框25的同一侧,且所述前框26具有一固定孔261。
所述固定单元27包含一固定件271,及一设置在所述固定件271上的固定胶272,所述固定件271嵌设于所述前框26的固定孔261内,所述固定胶272用以将所述固定件271黏合固定在所述侧板22上,使所述前框26固定在所述侧板22上。
根据本实施例,通过所述固定件271嵌设于所述固定孔261内,并黏合固定在所述侧板22上,可使所述前框26与所述侧板22能紧密接合在一起,以强化模块组件之间的卡合关系及结构强度。更进一步的,在本实施例中,所述前框26同时组合靠置在所述侧板22与所述胶框25的外侧,更能提高模块本身的结合性。
请参照图5所示,本发明第三实施例的液晶显示装置相似于本发明第二实施例,并大致沿用相同组件名称及图号,但第二实施例的差异特征在于:所述液晶显示装置2包含一液晶面板21、一侧板22、一背板23、一背光组件24、一胶框25、一前框26,及一固定单元27。
所述固定单元27包含一固定件271,及一自所述固定件271延伸的卡制件273,所述侧板22形成有一卡槽221,所述固定件271嵌设于所述前框26的一固定孔261内,且所述卡制件273是卡制在所述卡槽221中,用以使所述前框26固定在所述侧板22上。
请参照图5、6A所示,所述卡制件273为圆形柱体,用以与相应的圆形卡槽221嵌合在一起,当然,所述卡制件273也可如为图6B所示矩形柱体,用以嵌合于相应的矩形卡槽221内,另外,本发明第一实施例的液晶显示装置2也可以利用所述卡制件273与卡槽221两者相嵌合的方式,并不局限于此。
根据本实施例,通过所述固定件271嵌设于所述固定孔261内,所述卡制件273同时卡制在所述卡槽221内,使所述前框26与所述侧板22能紧密接合在一起,强化模块组件之间的卡合关系及结构强度。更进一步的,在本实施例中,利用所述卡制件273与卡槽221两者相嵌合取代黏胶固定的方式,可提高模块本身组装的稳固性。
本发明已由上述相关实施例加以描述,然而上述实施例仅为实施本发明的范例。必需指出的是,已公开的实施例并未限制本发明的范围。相反地,包含于权利要求书的精神及范围的修改及均等设置均包括于本发明的范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种液晶显示装置,其包含:
    一液晶面板;
    一侧板,位于所述液晶面板外围;
    一胶框,具有一本体部,及一自所述本体部向内延伸的延伸部,所述本体部形成至少一固定孔,所述延伸部形成一定位槽,所述侧板伸置于所述定位槽且靠置在所述本体部上;
    一前框,组合在所述侧板外,并位于所述胶框的本体部下方;以及
    至少一固定单元,嵌设于所述胶框的固定孔内且固定在所述侧板上,使所述胶框固定在所述侧板上,所述固定单元包含一固定件,及一自所述固定件延伸的卡制件,所述侧板形成有一卡槽,所述卡制件用以卡制在所述卡槽中;以及
    一背板,与所述侧板为一体成型。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述卡制件为柱体。
  3. 一种液晶显示装置,其包含:
    一液晶面板;
    一侧板,位于所述液晶面板外围;
    一胶框,具有一本体部,及一自所述本体部向内延伸的延伸部,所述本体部形成至少一固定孔,所述延伸部形成一定位槽,所述侧板伸置于所述定位槽且靠置在所述本体部上;
    一前框,组合在所述侧板外,并位于所述胶框的本体部下方;以及
    至少一固定单元,嵌设于所述胶框的固定孔内且固定在所述侧板上,使所述胶框固定在所述侧板上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述固定单元包含一固定件,及一设置在所述固定件上的固定胶,所述固定胶用以将所述固定件黏合固定在所述侧板上。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述固定单元包含一固定件,及一自所述固定件延伸的卡制件,所述侧板形成有一卡槽,所述卡制件用以卡制在所述卡槽中。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述卡制件为柱体。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述液晶显示装置还包含一背板,所述背板与所述侧板为一体成型。
  8. 一种液晶显示装置,其包含:
    一液晶面板;
    一侧板,位于所述液晶面板外围;
    一胶框,具有一定位槽,所述侧板伸置于所述定位槽中;
    一前框,组合在所述侧板与所述胶框外,且所述前框具有至少一固定孔;以及
    至少一固定单元,嵌设于所述前框的固定孔内且固定在所述侧板上,使所述前框固定在所述侧板上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述固定单元包含一固定件,及一设置在所述固定件上的固定胶,所述固定胶用以将所述固定件黏合固定在所述侧板上。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述固定单元包含一固定件,及一自所述固定件延伸的卡制件,且所述侧板形成有一卡槽,所述卡制件用以卡制在所述卡槽中。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述卡制件为柱体。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其中所述液晶显示装置还包含一背板,所述背板与所述侧板为一体成型。
