Description

一种无线承载建立方法、 装置及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种无线承载 ( Radio Bear , RB ) 建立方法、 装置及系统。
背景技术
UE ( User Equipment , 用户设备) 可以应用移动通信系统提供 的数据通信业务来上传和下载各种数据, 通常现有技术中常采用 CoMP ( Coordinated Multipoint , 多点协作传输) 来提高处于小区边 缘 UE的数据传输的可靠性, 采用 CA ( Carrier Aggregation , 载波聚 合) 来提高 UE 的吞吐率。 上述方法中的数据通信手段都是针对单 个 UE进行操作的, 一旦该 UE 自身所处环境恶化, UE的数据传输 的可靠性和 /或吞吐率将会急剧下降。 为了解决该问题, 多用户合成 通信的概念被提出。
在多用户合成通信时, 基站发送数据给目的 UE的流程可以是: 先发送所述数据给该目 的 UE 附近的信道条件最好的 UE , 再通过 UE之间的短距离通信技术转发给最终目的 UE。 这样多 UE合成通 信, 即使目的 UE 自身所处环境恶化, 信道条件很差, 仍可以可靠 地接收信道条件好的 UE转发的数据, 不影响目的 UE的吞吐率和可 靠性。
我们通常将目 的 UE称为受益 UE ,转发数据的 UE称为支撑 UE , 在进行上述的多用户合成通信方法时, 基站需要将发送给受益 UE 的的数据, 分流到支撑 UE 上, 再应用短距离间通信协议转发给受 益 UE。 故若要完成上述的多用户合成通信方法, 支撑 UE 和受益 UE的需要建立有相应映射关系的合成 RB ( Radio Bear , 无线承载), 所述合成 RB 中除了现有技术中的协议层外还引入了提供数据分流 合并、 信道质量监控、 无线承载映射等功能的合成层。 现有技术中 各个 UE建立的传统 RB是不能用来实现上述的多用户合成通信。 发明内容 本发明的实施例提供一种无线承载的建立方法、 装置及系统, 可以实现多用户合成通信。
为达到上述目 的, 本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:
第一方面, 本发明提供了一种 RB建立方法, 所述方法包括: 基站确定进行合成通信的受益 UE 的 RB 以及所述受益 UE 的 RB对应的支撑 UE;
所述基站向所述受益 UE发送所述受益 UE 的合成 RB 配置信 息, 向所述支撑 UE发送所述支撑 UE的合成 RB配置信息, 使得所 述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE分别建立相应的合成 RB ;
所述基站与所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE进行合成通信。
在第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述基站确定进行合成通信的受 益 UE的 RB以及所述受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE , 具体实现为: 所述基站接收所述受益 UE发送的携带有受益 UE的配对标识和 请求建立承载的 NAS消息包的 RRC消息;
所述基站根据接收到的所述受益 UE发送的所述 RRC消息向所 述受益 UE返回所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息, 使所述受益 UE建立 相应的 RB;
所述基站接收至少一个 U E发送的携带有所述至少一个 U E的配 对标识的无线资源控制 RRC 消息或介质访问控制层控制信元 MAC CE后, 保留所述至少一个 UE的 RRC连接, 保存所述至少一个 UE 的配对标 i只;
所述基站将与所述受益 U E的配对标识一致的 U E确定为所述受 益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术 方案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明 一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本 领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他 实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
智能手机基本都能同 时支持短距离通信技术 ( 如 WiFi 或 BlueTooth )和蜂窝通信技术(如 LTE, 3 G UMTS或 CDMA, 2G GSM, WiMAX等),以蜂窝技术为 S AE/LTE,短距离通信技术为 WiFi为例, 在单网络节点且多用户之间的协作通信的场景, 或者称为多用户协 作通信 ( multiple UEs cooperative communication , 简称 MUCC ) 的 场景下, 当至少两个 UE都具有同时支持 WiFi和 LTE的特点, 为了 增加可靠性和吞吐率, 该至少两个 UE之间可以建立一种 MUCC的 关系, 即至少两个 UE中的一个 UE需要发送或接收数据, 除该一个 UE之外的其他 UE可进行支撑, 协助该一个 UE进行通信。 本发明 中, 将该一个 UE命名为受益 UE、 被服务 UE或者被协助 UE , 将除 该一个 UE之外的其他 UE命名为支撑 UE、 服务 UE或协助 UE , 上 述 UE的命名只是本发明举的一个例子,本发明中 UE的命名包括并 不限于上述命名的举例。
以支撑 UE与受益 UE为例, 受益 UE为可以为上行数据数据最 终的发送方或者可以为下行数据的最终接收方 (从蜂窝角度来看)。 针对某一 RB来说, 一般只有一个, 而支撑 UE是用来协助受益 UE 而进行数据中转的 UE。 针对受益 UE的某一 RB来说, 可以有多个。
以支撑 UE与受益 UE为例, 受益 UE和支撑 UE的概念是从受 益 UE的 RB 角度来看的, 例如 , UE 1 和 UE2组成 MUCC , 它们可 以相互协助通信, 这样, 站在 UE 1 的某个 RB角度, UE2可以支撑 UE 1 的该 RB , 于是 UE 1是受益 UE , UE2是支撑 UE。 而与此同时, UE 1也可以支撑 UE2的某个 RB , 于是站在 UE2的这个 RB的角度, UE2是受益 UE , 而 UE 1是支撑 UE。
以支撑 UE与受益 UE为例, 当上述 UE处于相同的短距离连接 范围内,网络可以将下行数据分别发送给上述支撑 UE和受益 UE(— 种优化的方法是, 网络调度总会选择当时无线链路情况最好的 UE 发送), 当网络将下行数据发送给支撑 UE时,接收到数据的支撑 UE 再将数据通过短距离通信 (例如 WiFi ) 发送给受益 UE。 当然, 数 据也可以是直接到达受益 UE , 由受益 UE进行数据的合并。 同理, 受益 UE的上行数据也可以通过受益 UE 自身或者其他支撑 UE发给 网络, 然后网络进行数据的合并, 完成 UE之间的协作通信。
通过支撑 UE的协助传输,可以增加收益 UE通信的可靠性和吞 吐率。
在本发明提供的实施例中, 执行合成通信的实体, 可以是接入 网与核心网中的任意实体, 比如 LTE的 eNB、 S-GW、 PGW等, 又 比如 UMTS 的 Node B、 RNC、 SGSN、 GGSN等, 在这里, 我们以 LTE中的基站为例, 进行方案说明。
实施例 1
本发明实施例提供了一种 RB 的建立方法, 如图 1 所示, 应用 于基站一侧, 所述方法包括以下步骤:
101、基站确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及所述受益 UE 的 RB对应的支撑 UE。
在传统的网络正常通信的过程中, 若 UE 进入接入网后需要进 行某项业务如上传数据时, 该 UE 就会通过基站向核心网设备发送 请求建立承载的 NAS 消息, 核心网设备在接到该 NAS 消息后会指 示基站为该 UE建立 RB , 进行相关的业务。 若该 UE所处的位置环 境恶劣, 信号不好时, 无法正常进行相关业务时, 该 UE 可以作为 受益 UE 进行多用户合成通信, 由该受益 UE 附近的信号好的支撑 UE为其转发网络中的相关业务信息, 进行相关的业务。
基站可以根据受益 U E和支撑 U E发送的携带的配对标识的消息 确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及对应的支撑 UE , 或者, 所 述基站根据所述支撑 UE发送的携带有受益 UE的用户标识的消息确 定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及对应的支撑 UE , 或者所述基 站根据 UE位置信息或 UE的类型或 UE的信道信息确定进行合成通 信的受益 UE的 RB和对应的支撑 UE。
102、 所述基站向所述受益 UE发送所述受益 UE的合成 RB配 置信息, 向所述支撑 UE发送所述支撑 UE的合成 RB配置信息, 使 得所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE分别建立相应的合成 RB。

103、 所述基站与所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE进行合成通信。 所述受益 UE和对应的支撑 UE建立相应的合成 RB , 所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE就建立了一个合成通信组,在一个合成通信组内, 信号好的支撑 UE可以通过相应的合成 RB接收基站发送给受益 UE 的部分或全部数据, 再通过 UE 间的短距离通信协议, 将这些数据 转发给受益 UE ,受益 UE接收转发来的数据后会通过相应的合成 RB 中的合成层,将支撑 UE转发的数据和受益 UE 自身接收的数据合成 在一起, 可以增大吞吐率和可靠性。
本发明实施例提供了一种 RB 的建立方法, 如图 2 所示, 应用 于配对 UE—侧, 所述方法包括以下步骤:
201、 配对 UE 中的受益 UE和支撑 UE接收基站发送的分别对 应所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE的合成 RB 配置信息, 所述合成 RB 配置信息是所述基站在确定进行合成通信的配对 UE 中受益 UE 的 RB和支撑 UE后发送的。
所述配对 UE包括一个受益 UE和至少一个支撑 UE , 所述配对 UE中的受益 UE和支撑 UE时所述基站确定的进行合成通信的 UE , 所述基站在确定进行合成通信的配对 UE 中受益 UE 的 RB 和支撑 UE后, 会向所述配对 UE 中的所述受益 UE发送所述受益 UE的合 成 RB配置信息, 向所述支撑 UE发送所述支撑 UE的合成 RB配置 信息。 基站向所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE发送相应的合成 RB配置 信息的先后顺序不限。素数受益 UE和所述支撑 UE接收基站发送的 分别对应所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE的合成 RB配置信息。
所述基站可以在确定了进行合成通信的受益 UE 后, 就向所述 受益 UE发送相应的合成 RB的配置信息, 使所述受益 UE建立相应 的合成 RB ; 然后在确定了受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE后, 再向 所述对应的支撑 UE发送相应的合成 RB配置信息,使所述对应的支 撑 UE建立相应的合成 RB , 进行合成通信。 可选的, 所述基站还可 以在确定了受益 UE的 RB及其支撑 UE后, 再分别向所述受益 UE 和所述对应的支撑 UE发送相应的所述受益 UE的合成 RB配置信息 和所述支撑 UE的合成 RB配置信息。

本发明实施例提供了一种无线承载建立方法、 装置及系统, 通 过基站确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及对应的支撑 UE , 并 给所述受益 UE和对应的支撑 UE发送配置的相应的合成 RB配置信 息, 使所述受益 UE和对应的支撑 UE建立相应的合成 RB , 形成了 合成通信组, 可以进行合成通信。
实施例 2
本发明实施例提供了一种无线承载的建立方法, 所述基站可以 根据受益 U E和支撑 U E发送的携带的配对标识的消息确定进行合成 通信的受益 UE的 RB以及对应的支撑 UE , 如图 3所示, 所述方法 包括以下步骤:
301、 所述配对 UE 中的所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE分别获得 所述受益 UE的配对标识和所述支撑 UE的配对标识。
在所述受益 UE和支撑 UE相离较近时, 可以是所述受益 UE和 所述支撑 UE进行协商,分别获得进行合成通信的受益 UE的配对标 识和支撑 UE的配对标识。也可以是用户进行协商给所述受益 UE和 所述支撑 UE配置进行合成通信的受益 UE的配对标识和支撑 UE的 配对标识。 在这里所述配对标识可以包括随机数、 所述受益 UE 或 所述支撑 UE任一方的用户号码或统一的 group-RNTI等。

在现有技术中,当所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE没有与基站之间 建立传统 RB , 未处于 RRC连接态时, 所述受益 UE 需要进行某项 业务建立承载时, 会通过基站向核心网设备发送请求建立承载的 NAS消息,核心网设备接收到该 NAS消息后会指示所述基站为所述 受益 UE建立传统的 RB承载。 在这里, 为了将受益 UE发起的请求 建立承载的 NAS消息送到核心网, 受益 UE需要和基站进行若干条 RRC消息交互, 并最终把该 NAS 消息打包封装在一条 RRC消息中 发送给基站,基站再从该 RRC消息中解析出 NAS消息,然后将 NAS 消息透明转发给核心网。受益 UE在此过程中发送了多条 RRC消息, 在任意一条 RRC消息中, 可以将受益 UE的配对标识发送给基站。 具体可以是 RRC连接请求消息, 或者 RRC连接建立完成消息。
可选的, 当所述受益 UE 和所述支撑 UE 已与基站建立了传统 RB , 处于 RRC连接态时, 所述受益 UE可以直接向所述基站发送携 带有受益 UE的配对标识的 RRC消息或 MAC CE。
303、 所述基站根据接收到的所述受益 UE发送的所述 RRC 消 息或 MAC向所述受益 UE返回所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息, 使所 述受益 UE建立相应的 RB。
可选的,当所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE没有与基站之间建立传 统 RB , 未处于 RRC连接态时, 所述基站在解析 RRC消息获得请求 建立承载的 NAS消息后, 会将该消息转发给核心网设备, 所述核心 网设备接收到该 NAS消息后会指示基站为所述受益 UE建立承载。 此时, 基站可以向所述受益 UE发送相应的传统 RB配置信息, 使所 述受益 UE建立相应的传统 RB ; 基站也可以向所述受益 UE发送相 应的合成 RB配置信息, 使所述受益 UE建立相应的合成 RB , 在此 不作限定。
当所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE 已与基站建立了传统 RB , 处于 RRC连接态时, 所述基站可以根据接收到的所述受益 UE发送的所 述 RRC消息或 MAC后向所述受益 UE返回所述受益 UE的合成 RB 配置信息, 也可以不返回所述受益 UE的合成 RB配置信息。
304、 所述支撑 UE向所述基站发送携带有支撑 UE的配对标识 的 RRC消息或 MAC CE ( Medium Access Control Control Element , 介质访问控制层控制信元)。
当所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE没有与基站之间建立传统 RB , 未处于 RRC连接态时, 所述支撑 UE本身没有业务, 当与所述受益 UE 协商好配对标识后, 会由应用层触发进行 TAU ( Track area update , 跟踪区更新 ) 流程, 建立 RRC连接, 在所述 TAU流程中, 通过 RRC消息或 MAC CE携带所述支撑 UE的配对标识给基站。 传 统 LTE 中 , TAU是 UE定时向核心网发送的位置更新消息 , 核心网 收到此消息后, 不会为 UE建立承载。 此处对于合成通信的支撑 UE 来说, 无需建立核心网承载, 所以在这里我们可以利用现有的 TAU 流程, 将协商好的所述支撑 UE 配对标识通知给基站。 当然, 其他 的现有的核心网建立承载的 N A S流程均可替代 TAU流程。
当所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE 已与基站建立了传统 RB , 处于 RRC 连接态时, 所述支撑 UE可以直接向所述基站发送携带有支撑 UE的配对标识的 RRC消息或 MAC CE。
305、 所述基站接收到所述支撑 UE发送的携带有支撑 UE的配 对标识的 RRC消息或 MAC CE后, 保留所述支撑 UE的 RRC连接。
当所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE没有与基站之间建立传统 RB , 未处于 RRC连接态时, 在 TAU流程结束后, 传统 LTE 中, 基站会 释放 RRC链接,但是由于此时支撑 UE在之前的 RRC消息携带了配 对标识到基站,所述基站知道此 UE为了合成通信才建立 RRC连结, 所以不会很快释放 RRC链接, 而是保存该 UE的上下文, 并且使用 所述支撑 UE的配对标识来匹配与其配对的受益 UE。
当所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE 已与基站建立了传统 RB , 处于 RRC连接态时, 所述 RRC连接一直保留着。
这里需要说明的是, 步骤 302和 303与步骤 304和 305之间的 先后顺序不作限制, 图 3 中只显示了其中一种情况: 步骤 302和 303 在步骤 304和 305之前; 可选的, 步骤 302和 303还可以在步骤 304 和 305之后进行。
306、 所述基站将与所述受益 UE的配对标识一致的支撑 UE确 定为所述受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE。
所述基站可以接收到受益 UE 发送的携带有配对标识的承载建 立请求,以及很多支撑 UE发送的携带有支撑 UE的配对标识的 RRC 消息或 MAC CE。所述基站会将与所述受益 UE的配对标识一致的支 撑 UE作为所述受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE , 这样所述基站就确 定了进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及对应的支撑 UE。

若在步骤 203中所述基站向所述受益 UE发送 RB配置信息为相 应的合成 RB配置信息,则所述受益 UE 已经建立了相应的合成 RB , 此时, 所述受益 UE和对应的支撑 UE都建立起了相应的合成 RB , 可以进行合成通信。 若在步骤 303中所述基站向所述受益 UE发送 RB配置信息为相 应的传统 RB配置信息, 使所述受益 UE建立的是传统的 RB , 该传 统 RB不支持合成通信, 此时还需要进行步骤 308。
308、 所述基站向所述受益 UE发送相应的合成 RB配置信息, 使所述受益 UE建立相应的合成 RB。
基站向所述受益 UE发送相应的合成 RB 配置信息, 所述受益 UE接收到所述 RB配置信息后, 就会将所述受益 UE建立的传统的 RB更新为合成 RB。 至此 , 所述受益 UE和对应的支撑 UE都建立起 了相应的合成 RB , 可以进行合成通信。

501、 所述基站根据 UE位置信息或 UE的类型或 UE的信道信 息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及对应的支撑 UE。 所述基站可以直接根据所述基站服务的所有 UE 的位置信息或 UE的类型或 UE的信道信息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB 以 及对应的支撑 UE。 例如, 所述基站可以将与受益 UE距离小于预设 阈值的 UE确定为受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE ; 或者将信道质量 好的 UE确定为受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE; 或者, 在所述基站 覆盖的小区内设置有专用的支撑 UE , 所述基站可以将专用的支撑 UE为确定为受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE。
可选的,所述基站在确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及对 应的支撑 UE之前,还可以接收受益 UE发送的 RRC消息或 MAC CE , 所述基站根据接收到的 RRC消息或 MAC CE确定进行合成通信的受 益 UE的 RB ;并根据 UE的位置信息或 UE的类型或 UE的信道信息 确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及对应的支撑 UE。
可选的,所述基站在确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及对 应的支撑 UE之前,还可以接收核心网设备发送的合成通信 UE信息 , 所述合成通信 UE信息中包括需要进行合成通信的受益 UE的信息; 所述基站可以根据所述合成通信 UE 信息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE , 并向所述受益 UE发送所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息, 使得所述 受益 UE建立相应的 RB ; 然后基站根据 UE的位置信息或 UE的类 型或 UE的信道信息确定所述受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE。

在这里需要说明的是, 在步骤 502 中, 在所述基站接收所述合 成通信 UE信息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE时, 会向所述受益 UE 发送所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息, 在这里受益 UE的 RB配置信息 可以是传统的 RB配置信息也可以是合成 RB配置信息。 若所述 RB 配置信息是传统的 RB配置信息, 则素数受益 UE建立传统的 RB , 所述基站在确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE后, 分别向所述受益 UE发送所述受益 UE的合成 RB配置信息, 向所述 支撑 UE发送所述支撑 UE的合成 RB配置信息; 若所述基站向所述 受益 UE发送所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息为合成 RB配置信息, 所 述受益 UE建立了相应的合成 RB , 所述基站在确定了进行合成通信 的受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE后, 向所述对应的支撑 UE发送所 述支撑 UE 的合成 RB 配置信息, 使所述支撑 UE 建立相应的合成 RB。

在应用上述所有实施例提供的方法建立合成 RB 的过程中, 所 述支撑 UE在接收到所述基站发送的合成 RB配置信息后,可以因为 自身能力不支持、 用户策略或者短距离链路状态不良等原因拒绝建 立合成 RB , 并向所述基站发送拒绝建立合成 RB的消息。 所述基站 可以与建立了合成 RB的支撑 UE和受益 UE进行合成通信。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基站, 如图 6所示, 所述基站包括 确定单元 601 , 配置单元 602和收发单元 603。
确定单元 601 , 用于确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及所 述受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE。
在传统的网络正常通信的过程中, 若 UE 进入接入网后需要进 行某项业务如上传数据时, 该 UE 就会通过基站向核心网设备发送 请求建立承载的 NAS 消息, 核心网设备在接到该 NAS 消息后会指 示基站为该 UE建立 RB , 进行相关的业务。 若该 UE所处的位置环 境恶劣, 信号不好时, 无法正常进行相关业务时, 该 UE 可以作为 受益 UE 进行多用户合成通信, 由该受益 UE 附近的信号好的支撑 UE为其转发网络中的相关业务信息, 进行相关的业务。
基站的确定单元 601可以根据受益 UE和支撑 UE发送的携带的 配对标识的消息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及对应的支撑 UE , 或者, 所述基站的确定单元 601根据所述支撑 UE发送的携带 有受益 UE的用户标识的消息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB 以 及对应的支撑 UE , 或者所述基站的确定单元 601根据 UE位置信息 或 UE的类型或 UE的信道信息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB 和对应的支撑 UE。 例如, 所述基站的确定单元 601 可以将与受益 UE距离小于预设阈值的 UE确定为受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE ; 或者将信道质量好的 UE确定为受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE; 或 者, 在所述基站覆盖的小区内设置有专用的支撑 UE , 所述基站的确 定单元 601 可以将专用的支撑 UE为确定为受益 UE的 RB对应的支 撑 UE。

在本发明提供的实施例中, 基站可以根据受益 UE 和支撑 UE 发送的携带的配对标识的消息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以 及对应的支撑 UE , 或者, 所述基站根据所述支撑 UE发送的携带有 受益 UE的用户标识的消息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB 以及 对应的支撑 UE ,或者所述基站根据 UE位置信息或 UE的类型或 UE 的信道信息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB和对应的支撑 UE。

在传统的网络正常通信的过程中, 若 UE 进入接入网后需要进 行某项业务如上传数据时, 该 UE 就会通过基站向核心网设备发送 请求建立承载的 NAS 消息, 核心网设备在接到该 NAS 消息后会指 示基站为该 UE建立 RB , 进行相关的业务。 若该 UE所处的位置环 境恶劣, 信号不好时, 无法正常进行相关业务时, 该 UE 可以作为 受益 UE 进行多用户合成通信, 由该受益 UE 附近的信号好的支撑 UE为其转发网络中的相关业务信息, 进行相关的业务。

本发明实施例还提供了一种 RB建立系统, 如图 12所示, 所述 系统包括: 基站 121和配对 UE, 所述配对 UE包括一个受益 UE122 和至少一个支撑 UE123。
所述基站 121会确定进行合成通信的受益 UE122的 RB以及对 应的支撑 UE123,并给所述受益 UE122和对应的支撑 UE123配置相 应的合成 RB配置信息, 然后分别向所述受益 UE122和对应的支撑 UE123发送相应的合成 RB配置信息。 所述 UE可以是支撑 UE或受 益 UE, 会接收所述基站 121发送的相应的合成 RB的配置信息, 并 建立相应的合成 RB, 这样所述受益 UE122和所述支撑 UE123就形 成了合成通信组, 可以进行合成通信。
所述基站 121可以根据 UE位置信息或 UE的类型或 UE的信道 信息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB和对应的支撑 UE, 也可以 根据所述 UE 发送的携带有配对标识的消息来确定进行合成通信的 受益 UE122的 RB以及对应的支撑 UE123, 所述配对标识是所述受 益 UE 122和所述支撑 UE 123协商获得的。
本发明实施例提供了一种无线承载建立方法、 装置及系统, 通 过基站确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB 以及对应的支撑 UE , 并 给所述受益 UE和对应的支撑 UE发送配置的相应的合成 RB配置信 息, 使所述受益 UE和对应的支撑 UE建立相应的合成 RB , 形成了 合成通信组, 进行合成通信。

1、 一种无线承载 RB的建立方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
基站确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及所述受益 UE的 RB 对应的支撑 UE;
所述基站向所述受益 UE发送所述受益 UE的合成 RB配置信息, 向所述支撑 UE发送所述支撑 UE 的合成 RB 配置信息, 使得所述受 益 UE和所述支撑 UE分别建立相应的合成 RB ;
所述基站与所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE进行合成通信。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站确定进 行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及所述受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE , 包括:
所述基站接收所述受益 UE发送的携带有受益 UE的配对标识和 请求建立承载的 NAS消息包的无线资源控制 RRC消息;
所述基站根据接收到的所述受益 UE发送的所述 RRC 消息向所 述受益 UE返回所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息,使所述受益 UE建立相 应的 RB;
所述基站接收至少一个 UE发送的携带有所述至少一个 UE的配 对标识的 RRC消息或介质访问控制层控制信元 MAC CE后, 保留所 述至少一个 UE的 RRC连接, 保存所述至少一个 UE的配对标识; 所述基站将与所述受益 UE的配对标识一致的 UE确定为所述受 益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站确定进 行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及所述受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE , 包括:
所述基站接收核心网设备发送的合成通信 UE信息, 所述合成通 信 UE信息中包括需要进行合成通信的受益 UE的信息;
所述基站根据所述合成通信 UE 信息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE , 并向所述受益 UE发送所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息, 使得所述 受益 UE建立相应的 RB ; 所述基站根据 UE位置信息或 UE的类型或 UE的信道信息确定 所述受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE。
4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站向 所述受益 UE发送所述受益 UE的合成 RB配置信息, 向所述支撑 UE 发送所述支撑 UE的合成 RB配置信息, 包括:
所述基站在确定进行合成通信的受益 UE 的 RB对应的支撑 UE 后, 分别向所述受益 UE发送所述受益 UE的合成 RB配置信息, 向 所述支撑 UE发送所述支撑 UE的合成 RB配置信息;

所述基站确定进行合成通信的受益 UE 的 RB 以及所述受益 UE 的 RB对应的支撑 UE , 包括:
所述基站根据所述 RB 的索引信息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE 的 RB ,将与所述受益 UE的配对标识一致的 UE作为所述进行合成通 信的受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE。
7、 根据权利要求 2〜6任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述配 对标识包括随机数、 所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE任一方的用户号码 或统一的无线网络临时组标识 group-RNTI。
8、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站确定进 行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及所述受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE , 包括:
所述基站接收所述支撑 UE发送的携带有受益 UE的用户标识的 RRC消息或 MAC CE;
所述基站根据所述 RRC消息或 MAC CE , 保留所述支撑 UE的 RRC连接, 并根据所述受益 UE的用户标识确定所述支撑 UE为所述 受益 UE 的 RB 对应的支撑 UE , 所述受益 UE 的用户标识包括受益 UE的无线网络临时小区内标识 C-RNTI或用户号码。
9、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站确定进 行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及所述受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE , 包括:
所述基站根据 UE位置信息或 UE的类型或 UE的信道信息确定 进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB以及对应的支撑 UE。

所述基站接收受益 UE发送的携带有合成通信请求的 RRC 消息 或 MAC CE; 所述基站根据接收到的所述受益 UE发送的 RRC消息或 MAC CE 确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB ; 并根据 UE位置信息或 UE的类 型或 UE的信道信息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB 以及对应的 支撑 UE;

所述基站接收所述支撑 UE发送的拒绝配置合成 RB的消息; 所 述拒绝配置合成 RB的消息是所述支撑 UE由于自身能力不支持、 用 户策略或短距离链路状态不良向所述基站反馈的。
12、 一种无线承载 RB建立方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
配对 UE 中的受益 UE和支撑 UE接收基站发送的分别对应所述 受益 UE和所述支撑 UE的合成 RB配置信息,所述合成 RB配置信息 是所述基站在确定进行合成通信的配对 UE 中受益 UE的 RB和支撑 UE后发送的;
所述配对 UE 中的受益 UE和支撑 UE根据各自对应的所述合成 RB配置信息分别建立相应的合成 RB ;
所述配对 UE 中的所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE与所述基站进行 合成通信; 其中, 所述配对 UE包括一个受益 UE和至少一个支撑 UE。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述配对 UE 中的受益 UE和支撑 UE接收基站发送的分别对应所述受益 UE和所 述支撑 UE的合成 RB配置信息之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述配对 UE 中的所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE分别获得所述受 益 UE的配对标识和所述支撑 UE的配对标识;
所述配对 UE中的所述受益 UE向所述基站发送携带有所述受益 UE 的配对标识和请求建立承载的 NAS 消息包的无线资源控制 RRC 消息, 以使得所述基站根据接收到的所述受益 UE 发送的所述 RRC 消息向所述受益 UE返回所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息;

15、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述配对 UE 中的受益 UE和支撑 UE接收基站发送的分别对应所述受益 UE和所 述支撑 UE的合成 RB配置信息之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述配对 UE 中的所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE分别获得所述受 益 UE的配对标识和所述支撑 UE的配对标识;
所述配对 UE 中的所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE分别向所述基站 发送携带有配对标识的 RRC消息或 MAC CE; 以使得所述基站将与 所述受益 UE的配对标识一致的 UE作为所述受益 UE的 RB对应的支 撑 UE。
16、 根据权利要求 15 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述配对 UE 中的所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE分别向所述基站发送的所述 RRC消 息或 MAC CE中还携带有进行合成通信的 RB的索引信息; 以使得所 述基站根据所述 RB的索引信息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB , 进而使得所述基站将与所述受益 UE的配对标识一致的 UE作为所述 进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE。
17、 根据权利要求 12〜16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述配对标 识包括随机数、 所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE任一方的用户号码或统 一的无线网络临时组标识 group-RNTI。
18、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述配对 UE 中的受益 UE和支撑 UE接收基站发送的分别对应所述受益 UE和所 述支撑 UE的合成 RB配置信息之前, 所述方法还包括:

20、 根据权利要求 12〜19任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述配对 UE中的所述支撑 UE由于自身能力不支持、 用户策略 或短距离链路状态不良向所述基站反馈拒绝配置合成 RB的消息。
21、 一种基站, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定单元, 用于确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB 以及所述受 益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE;
配置单元, 用于给所述确定单元 601确定的所述受益 UE和所述 支撑 UE分别配置所述受益 UE的合成 RB配置信息和所述支撑 UE的 合成 RB配置信息;

32、 一种配对 UE , 其特征在于, 包括: 一个受益 UE和至少一 个支撑 UE , 所述受益 UE包括: 收发单元和承载建立单元, 所述支 撑 UE包括收发单元和承载建立单元;
所述受益 UE的收发单元, 用于接收基站发送的所述受益 UE的 合成 RB配置信息; 所述支撑 UE的收发单元, 用于接收基站发送的 所述支撑 UE的合成 RB配置信息; 所述合成 RB 配置信息是所述基 站在确定进行合成通信的配对 UE中的受益 UE的 RB和支撑 UE后发 送的;
所述受益 UE的承载建立单元, 用于根据所述受益 UE的所述收 发单元接收到的所述合成 RB 配置信息建立相应的合成 RB ; 所述支 撑 UE 的承载建立单元 802 , 用于根据所述支撑 UE 的所述收发单元 接收到的合成 RB配置信息建立相应的合成 RB ;
所述受益 UE的收发单元和所述支撑 UE的收发单元与所述基站 进行合成通信。
33、 根据权利要求 32 所述的配对 UE , 其特征在于, 所述受益 UE还包括获得单元, 所述支撑 UE还包括获得单元;
所述受益 UE的获得单元, 用于获得所述受益 UE的配对标识; 所述支撑 UE的获得单元, 用于获得所述支撑 UE的配对标识;
所述受益 UE的收发单元, 还用于向所述基站发送携带有所述受 益 UE的获得单元获得的所述受益 UE的配对标识和请求建立承载的 NAS 消息包的无线资源控制 RRC消息, 以使得所述基站根据接收到 的所述受益 UE发送的所述 RRC 消息向所述受益 UE返回所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息;
所述受益 UE的收发单元, 还用于接收所述基站返回的所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息;
所述受益 UE的承载建立单元, 还用于根据所述受益 UE的收发 单元接收到的所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息建立相应的 RB ;
所述支撑 UE的收发单元, 还用于向所述基站发送携带有所述支 撑 UE的配对标识的 RRC消息或介质访问控制层控制信元 MAC CE , 以使得所述基站保留所述支撑 UE的 RRC连接, 保存所述支撑 UE的 配对标识, 并将与所述受益 UE的配对标识一致的所述支撑 UE确定 为所述受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE。
34、 根据权利要求 32所述的配对 UE , 其特征在于,
所述受益 UE的收发单元, 还用于接收所述基站发送的所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息;
所述受益 UE的承载建立单元, 还用于根据所述受益 UE的收发 单元接收到的所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息建立相应的 RB , 以使得所 述基站根据 UE位置信息或 UE的类型或 UE的信道信息确定所述受 益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE , 其中所述受益 UE的 RB配置信息是所 述基站根据接收到的核心网设备发送的合成通信 U E信息确定进行合 成通信的受益 UE之后发送的, 所述合成通信 UE信息中包括需要进 行合成通信的受益 UE的信息。
35、 根据权利要求 32所述的配对 UE , 其特征在于,
所述受益 UE的获得单元, 用于获得所述受益 UE的配对标识; 所述支撑 UE的获得单元, 用于获得所述支撑 UE的配对标识;
所述受益 UE的收发单元, 还用于向所述基站发送携带有所述受 益 UE的获得单元获得的所述配对标识的 RRC消息或 MAC CE ;所述 支撑 UE的收发单元, 还用于向所述基站发送携带有所述支撑 UE的 获得单元获得的所述配对标识的 RRC消息或 MAC CE ; 以使得所述 基站将与所述受益 UE的配对标识一致的 UE作为所述受益 UE的 RB 对应的支撑 UE。
36、 根据权利要求 35 所述的配对 UE , 其特征在于, 所述受益 UE 的收发单元和所述支撑 UE 的收发单元分别向所述基站发送的所 述 RRC消息或 MAC CE中还携带有进行合成通信的 RB的索引信息; 以使得所述基站根据所述 RB 的索引信息确定进行合成通信的受益 UE 的 RB , 进而使得所述基站将与所述受益 UE 的配对标识一致的 UE作为所述进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB对应的支撑 UE。
37、 根据权利要求 32〜36所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述配对标 识包括随机数、 所述受益 UE和所述支撑 UE任一方的用户号码或统 一的无线网络临时组标识 group-RNTI。
38、 根据权利要求 32所述的配对 UE , 其特征在于,
所述支撑 UE 的收发单元, 还用于向所述基站发送携带有受益 UE 的用户标识的 RRC 消息或 MAC CE , 以使得所述基站根据所述 RRC消息或 MAC CE , 保留所述支撑 UE的 RRC连接, 并根据所述 受益 UE的用户标识确定所述支撑 UE为所述受益 UE的 RB对应的支 撑 UE ,所述受益 UE的用户标识包括受益 UE的无线网络临时小区内 标识 C-RNTI或用户号码。
39、 根据权利要求 32所述的配对 UE , 其特征在于,
所述受益 UE的收发单元, 还用于向所述基站发送携带有合成通 信请求的 RRC消息或 MAC CE , 以使得基站根据接收到的所述受益 UE发送的 RRC消息或 MAC CE确定进行合成通信的受益 UE的 RB ; 并根据 UE位置信息或 UE的类型或 UE的信道信息确定进行合成通 信的受益 UE的 RB以及对应的支撑 UE。
40、 根据权利要求 32〜39任一项所述的配对 UE , 其特征在于, 所述配对 UE中的所述支撑 UE的收发单元, 还用于由于自身能 力不支持、 用户策略或短距离链路状态不良向所述基站反馈拒绝配置 合成 RB的消息。
41、 一种无线承载 RB建立系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 基站和配对 UE ,所述配对 UE包括一个受益 UE和至少一个支撑 UE; 所述基站为权利要求 21〜31任一项所述的基站, 所述配对 UE为 权利要求 32〜40任一项所述的配对 UE。
