즉, PC 등을 통해 접속한 웹페이지 상에서 제공되는 모바일용 애플리케이션을 모바일 단말에 설치하기 위해서는 상기와 같이 여러 단계를 거쳐야 하므로 상당한 불편함이 따르게 된다.
한편, 이러한 PC를 통해 모바일 애플리케이션을 설치하는 기술로서 대한민국공개특허공보 제2011-0093557호 "애플리케이션 설치 방법 및 시스템(삼성전자주식회사)"(문헌 1)에는 클라이언트를 통해 구매한 애플리케이션을 서버로부터 다운로드 받아 단말에 설치하는 방법이 개시된다. 그러나, 이러한 방법도 마찬가지로, 클라이언트에서 먼저 애플리케이션을 다운로드 받아 저장하고, 다운로드된 애플리케이션을 단말에 전송하여 설치하는 절차를 거친다.
따라서, PC 등에서 설치 요청된 특정 모바일 애플리케이션을 복잡한 절차 없이 모바일 단말에서 직접 다운로드 받아 설치할 수 있는 방법의 필요성이 요구되고 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 PC 등과 같은 사용자 단말을 이용하여 웹페이지 상에서 선택된 특정 애플리케이션을 사용자 단말에서의 다운로드 절차 없이 모바일 단말에서 자동으로 설치하기 위한 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 시스템, 장치, 방법 및 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체를 제공함에 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은 서비스 서버에서 사용자 단말의 웹페이지를 통한 애플리케이션 설치 요청 또는 애플리케이션 다운로드 수를 카운트함으로써 이를 해당 웹페이지의 광고주에 대한 과금에 반영할 수 있는 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 시스템, 장치, 방법 및 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체를 제공함에 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 PC 등과 같은 사용자 단말을 이용하여 웹페이지 상에서 특정 애플리케이션 대한 설치 요청을 실행할 경우, 해당 사용자가 로그인된 모바일 단말로 푸시 알림창을 제공함으로써 해당 애플리케이션에 대한 설치 과정을 진행할 수 있는 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 시스템, 장치, 방법 및 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체를 제공함에 있다.

또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 PC 등과 같은 사용자 단말을 이용하여 웹페이지 상에서 선택된 복수의 애플리케이션들 대한 설치 요청을 실행할 경우, 상기 선택된 복수의 애플리케이션들을 설정된 모바일 단말에서 동시에 설치할 수 있는 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 시스템, 장치, 방법 및 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체를 제공함에 있다.
상기한 바와 같은 본 발명의 목적을 달성하고, 후술하는 본 발명의 특유의 효과를 달성하기 위한, 본 발명의 특징적인 구성은 하기와 같다.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 시스템은, 서비스 서버로부터 특정 모바일 애플리케이션에 대한 설치 수단이 포함된 웹페이지를 제공받으며, 상기 설치 수단의 선택에 따라 상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션에 대한 선택 정보를 상기 서비스 서버로 전송하는 사용자 단말; 상기 사용자 단말에 웹페이지를 제공하며, 상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 선택 정보를 수신하고, 미리 설정된 모바일 단말로 상기 선택 정보에 기초하여 판단된 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 정보를 포함하는 메시지를 전송하는 서비스 서버; 및 상기 서비스 서버로부터 상기 메시지를 수신하고, 상기 메시지에 포함된 상기 설치 정보를 참조하여 상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 화면을 제공하는 모바일 단말을 포함한다.
본 발명의 다른 측면에 따르면, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치를 위한 서비스 서버는, 사용자 단말의 요청에 기초하여 특정 모바일 애플리케이션에 대한 설치 수단이 포함된 웹페이지를 제공하는 웹페이지 생성부; 상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 설치 수단의 선택에 기초한 선택 정보를 수신하는 선택 정보 수신부; 상기 사용자의 정보를 참조하여 미리 설정된 모바일 단말에 대한 정보를 조회하는 단말 정보 조회부; 및 상기 조회된 모바일 단말로 상기 선택 정보에 기초하여 판단된 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 정보를 포함하는 메시지를 전송하는 푸시 알림 메시지 전송부를 포함한다.
본 발명의 다른 측면에 따르면, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 방법으로서, 상기 서비스 서버에서 수행되는 각 단계가, 사용자 단말의 요청에 기초하여 특정 모바일 애플리케이션에 대한 설치 수단이 포함된 웹페이지를 상기 사용자 단말로 제공하는 단계; 상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 설치 수단의 선택에 기초한 선택 정보를 수신하는 단계; 상기 사용자의 정보를 참조하여 미리 설정된 모바일 단말에 대한 정보를 조회하는 단계; 및 상기 조회된 모바일 단말로 상기 선택 정보에 기초하여 판단된 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 정보를 포함하는 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 포함한다.
한편, 상기 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 방법은 서버 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체에 저장될 수 있다. 이러한 기록 매체는 컴퓨터 시스템에 의하여 읽혀질 수 있도록 프로그램 및 데이터가 저장되는 모든 종류의 기록매체를 포함한다. 그 예로는, 롬(Read Only Memory), 램(Random Access Memory), CD(Compact Disk), DVD(Digital Video Disk)-ROM, 자기 테이프, 플로피 디스크, 광데이터 저장장치 등이 있으며, 또한 케리어 웨이브(예를 들면, 인터넷을 통한 전송)의 형태로 구현되는 것도 포함된다. 또한, 이러한 기록매체는 네트워크로 연결된 컴퓨터 시스템에 분산되어, 분산 방식으로 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드가 저장되고 실행될 수 있다.

본 발명은 PC 등과 같은 사용자 단말에서 브라우징 되는 웹페이지 상에서 해당 웹페이지와 관련된 모바일용 애플리케이션에 대한 설치 요청을 할 경우, 해당 모바일 애플리케이션을 사용자 단말에서의 다운로드 절차 없이 미리 설정된 모바일 단말에서 자동으로 설치할 수 있도록 제공하기 위한 시스템을 개시한다.
이때, 본 발명의 실시예에 따라, 상기 모바일 애플리케이션에 대한 설치 요청 시, 서비스 서버에서는 설정된 모바일 단말로 애플리케이션 설치를 위한 푸시 알림 메시지를 전송한다. 이에 따라, 모바일 단말에서는 푸시 알림창이 생성되며, 상기 생성된 푸시 알림창에서 사용자가 확인을 선택함에 따라 해당 앱을 다운로드하게 된다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 서비스 서버에서는 상기 앱이 다운로드된 수를 카운트하고 해당 광고주에게 미리 설정된 금액을 과금 처리한다. 한편, 본 발명에서의 과금 처리는 애플리케이션을 다운로드하는 애플리케이션 마켓을 통해 이루어지는 것이 아니라, 사용자가 설치를 요청한 웹페이지의 광고주에게 과금 처리된다. 즉, 본 발명은 광고주의 웹페이지를 통해 관련된 모바일 애플리케이션을 설치하며, 설치 진행에 따라 해당 광고주에게 과금을 집행한다.
한편, 후술하는 설명에서의 '사용자 단말'은 일반적인 데스크톱 컴퓨터뿐만 아니라 스마트폰을 포함하는 개념으로서, 이동 통신 단말기, 데스크톱 컴퓨터, 노트북 컴퓨터, 워크스테이션, 팜톱(palmtop) 컴퓨터, 개인 휴대 정보 단말기(personal digital assistant: PDA), 웹 패드 등과 같이 메모리 수단을 구비하고 마이크로 프로세서를 탑재하여 연산 능력을 갖춘 디지털 기기라면 얼마든지 본 발명에 따른 사용자 단말로서 채택될 수 있다. 그러나, 본 발명의 사용자 단말은 애플리케이션이 직접 설치되는 '모바일 단말' 과는 별도의 장치로 구별되는 것이 바람직하며, 웹페이지에 접속하여 해당 웹페이지를 통해 애플리케이션의 설치 요청을 실행하기 위한 실행 주체로 이해되어야 한다.
또한, 후술하는 설명에서의 '모바일 단말'은 애플리케이션이 설치되는 대상이 되는 단말로서 바람직하게는 스마트폰이 될 수 있으며, 각종 이동 통신 단말기, 개인 휴대 정보 단말기(personal digital assistant: PDA), 웹 패드 등과 같이 메모리 수단을 구비하고 휴대 가능하며 마이크로 프로세서를 탑재하여 연산 능력을 갖춘 디지털 기기라면 얼마든지 본 발명에 따른 모바일 단말로서 채택될 수 있다. 이하, 설명에서는 발명의 이해를 위해 모바일 단말을 스마트폰으로 예를 들어 설명하기로 한다.
이하, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 본 발명을 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예들에 관하여 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
먼저, 도 1 및 도 2를 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 시스템 및 장치의 구조를 설명하며, 다음으로 도 3을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 절차를 상세히 설명한다.
모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 시스템
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 시스템을 나타내는 도면이다. 도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 시스템은 서비스 서버(100), 통신 네트워크(110), 사용자 단말(120), 모바일 단말(130), 광고주 단말(140) 등을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따라 사용자는 사용자 단말(120)을 통해 서비스 서버(100)에 접속하여 각종 웹페이지를 제공받고, 상기 웹페이지의 특정 위치에 포함된 모바일용 애플리케이션 설치 버튼을 선택함으로써 미리 설정된 모바일 단말(130)에서의 애플리케이션 설치 과정이 진행된다.
이때, 상기 웹페이지를 제공하는 서비스 서버(100)와 상기 모바일 단말(130)에 설치되는 애플리케이션을 제공하는 서버는 물리적으로 동일한 서버일 수도 있고, 다른 서버일 수도 있다.
한편, 사용자는 사용자 단말(120)을 통해 서비스 서버(100)에 접속할 때, 로그인하여 접속하는 것이 바람직하며, 서비스 서버(100)는 상기 로그인에 따라 확인할 수 있는, 서비스 서버(100)에 기저장된 상기 사용자가 설정한 모바일 단말(130)의 정보를 참조하여 애플리케이션 설치 절차를 진행한다.
또한, 본 발명에서는 상기 사용자가 사용자 단말(120)에서 모바일용 애플리케이션 설치 버튼을 선택할 때, 상기 설정된 모바일 단말(130)에서 바로 해당 애플리케이션을 다운로드 하는 것이 아니라, 서비스 서버(100)에서 모바일 단말(130)로 우선 애플리케이션 설치를 위한 푸시 알림 메시지를 전송한다. 이때, 상기 푸시 알림 메시지에는 설치할 애플리케이션에 대한 정보 또는 해당 애플리케이션 설치를 위한 주소 정보를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
모바일 단말(130)에서는 상기 서비스 서버(100)로부터 전송된 푸시 알림 메시지를 수신하고 푸시 알림창을 생성한다. 이때, 사용자는 상기 푸시 알림창을 통해 애플리케이션 설치를 확인함으로써 해당 애플리케이션에 대한 다운로드 및 설치 절차가 진행된다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 사용자가 상기 사용자 단말(120)을 통해 웹페이지 상에서 설치 버튼을 클릭하거나, 모바일 단말(130)을 통해 애플리케이션 설치 확인을 하여 다운로드를 진행할 경우, 이를 서비스 서버(100)에서 카운트하여 과금 정책에 반영할 수 있다. 이와 같이, 과금된 정보는 해당 웹페이지를 제공한 광고주 단말(140)로 제공될 수 있다.
한편, 상기 통신 네트워크(110)는 유선 및 무선 등과 같은 그 통신 양태를 가리지 않고 구성될 수 있으며, 단거리 통신망(PAN; Personal Area Network), 근거리 통신망(LAN; Local Area Network), 도시권 통신망(MAN; Metropolitan Area Network), 광역 통신망(WAN; Wide Area Network) 등 다양한 통신망으로 구성될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 통신 네트워크(110)는 공지의 월드와이드웹(WWW; World Wide Web)일 수 있으며, 적외선(Infrared Data Association; IrDA) 또는 블루투스(Bluetooth)와 같이 단거리 통신에 이용되는 무선전송기술을 이용할 수도 있다.
이하, 도 2를 참조하여, 상기 서비스 서버(100)의 구성을 보다 상세히 설명한다. 도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 서비스 서버의 세부 구성을 나타내는 블록도이다. 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 서비스 서버(100)는 로그인 처리부(211), 웹페이지 생성부(212), 선택 정보 수신부(213), 단말 정보 조회부(214), 푸시 알림 메시지 전송부(215), 설치 확인 정보 수신부(216), 다운로드 요청 수신부(217), 애플리케이션 전송부(218) 및 과금 처리부(219) 등을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
먼저, 로그인 처리부(211)는 사용자 단말(120)을 통해 서비스 서버(100)에 접속하는 사용자에 대한 로그인 처리를 수행한다. 이때, 회원 정보 데이터베이스(221)에는 사용자가 회원 가입시 입력한 각종 정보들이 저장되며, 상기 로그인 시 상기 회원 정보 데이터베이스(221)에 저장된 정보를 참조하여 로그인 처리를 수행한다. 한편, 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 사용자는 적어도 하나의 모바일 단말(130)에 대한 정보를 입력하여 저장하는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 모바일 단말(130)에 대한 정보는 전화 번호 정보가 될 수도 있으며, 모바일 단말(130)을 식별할 수 있는 고유 정보가 될 수도 있다.
한편, 상기 사용자는 서비스 서버(100)에 접속하여 로그인 후, 바로 설치 버튼을 클릭하여 본 발명에 따른 절차를 진행할 수도 있으며, 설치 절차 진행 중에 로그인한 후 진행하도록 로그인 메뉴를 제공할 수도 있다.
웹페이지 생성부(212)는 사용자 단말(120)로부터 특정 웹페이지를 요청받아 해당 웹페이지를 제공하며, 컨텐츠 정보 데이터베이스(222)에 저장된 컨텐츠 정보를 독출하여 사용자 단말(120)로 제공할 수 있다.
이때, 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 상기 웹페이지 생성부(212)에서 생성되는 웹페이지에는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 바로 설치 버튼(410)이 포함될 수 있다. 즉, 웹페이지 생성부(212)에서는 특정 웹페이지를 생성할 때, 바로 설치 정보 데이터베이스(223)를 참조하여, 생성하는 해당 웹페이지와 관련된 특정 모바일 애플리케이션을 설치할 수 있는 바로 설치 버튼을 포함하여 웹페이지를 생성할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 웹페이지 생성부(212)를 통해 생성된 웹페이지는 사용자 단말(120)로 전송되고, 사용자 단말(120)에서는 해당 웹페이지 문서를 브라우징함으로써 화면에 디스플레이된다.
한편, 사용자는 사용자 단말(120)을 통해 상기 디스플레이되는 웹페이지에 포함된 바로 설치 버튼을 클릭함으로써 모바일용 애플리케이션에 대한 설치를 요청할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 설치 버튼을 클릭하면 모바일용 애플리케이션에 대한 선택 정보가 서비스 서버(100)로 전송되며, 선택 정보 수신부(212)에서는 상기 선택 정보를 참조하여 바로 설치 정보 데이터베이스(223)를 조회한다.
즉, 바로 설치 정보 데이터베이스(223)에 저장된, 선택된 애플리케이션에 대한 설치 정보(예컨대, 해당 애플리케이션이 저장된 위치 정보, 애플리케이션 설치를 위한 페이지로 접속하기 위한 주소 정보 등)를 확인한다.
단말 정보 조회부(214)에서는 상기 사용자 단말(120)의 로그인 정보를 확인하고, 상기 단말이 로그인 된 상태일 경우, 회원 정보 데이터베이스(221)를 참조하여 상기에서 설명한 바와 같이 미리 저장된 모바일 단말(130)에 대한 정보를 조회한다. 이에 따라, 적어도 하나의 미리 설정된 모바일 단말(130)의 정보를 참조하여, 상기 선택 정보 수신부(213)에서 확인된 애플리케이션 설치 정보를 상기 조회된 모바일 단말(130)로 전송하도록 푸시 알림 메시지 전송부(215)에 요청한다.
푸시 알림 메시지 전송부(215)에서는 상기 선택 정보 수신부(213)에서 확인된 특정 애플리케이션에 대한 선택 정보를 포함하는 푸시 알림 메시지를 생성하고, 생성된 푸시 알림 메시지를 상기 단말 정보 조회부(214)에서 조회된 적어도 하나의 모바일 단말(130)로 전송한다.
한편, 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 상기 미리 설정된 모바일 단말(130)의 수가 복수 개일 경우, 사용자로 하여금 복수 개의 모바일 단말 중 적어도 하나의 단말을 선택하여 푸시 알림 메시지를 전송하도록 처리할 수도 있으며, 별도의 선택 과정 없이 미리 설정된 모든 모바일 단말(130)들로 푸시 알림 메시지를 전송하도록 처리할 수도 있다.
이에 따라, 각 모바일 단말(130)은 서비스 서버(100)로부터 푸시 알림 메시지를 수신하고, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 해당 애플리케이션에 대한 설치 알림창(510)을 생성시킨다. 이때, 상기 모바일 단말(130)에는 상기 푸시 알림 메시지 수신에 따라 설치 알림창을 생성할 수 있도록 미리 특정 애플리케이션(예컨대, 네이버 앱 등)이 설치되어 실행되는 것이 바람직하다.
이와 같이, 설치 알림창이 생성되면, 사용자의 설치 확인에 따라 설치 확인 정보가 모바일 단말(130)에서 서비스 서버(100)로 전송된다. 서비스 서버(100)의 설치 확인 정보 수신부(216)에서는 상기 모바일 단말(130)로부터 설치 확인 정보를 수신하고, 이를 통계 정보 데이터베이스(224)에 저장함으로써 이후 광고주에 대한 과금 정책에 반영할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 모바일 단말(130)에서는 상기 설치 알림창을 통해 설치 확인을 할 경우, 해당 애플리케이션을 설치할 수 있는 설치 페이지(예컨대, 네이버 앱스토어 등)로 접속하며, 사용자가 해당 애플리케이션에 대한 다운로드를 요청하면, 해당 애플리케이션에 대한 다운로드 절차가 진행된다. 이때, 상기 다운로드 요청 정보는 서비스 서버(100)로 전송되며, 서비스 서버(100)의 다운로드 요청 수신부(217)에서는 상기 다운로드 요청에 따라 애플리케이션 전송부(218)로 해당 애플리케이션에 대한 다운로드를 지시한다. 또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 다운로드 요청 수신부(217)에서는 상기 다운로드 요청 정보를 통계 정보 데이터베이스(224)에 저장함으로써 이후 광고주에 대한 과금 정책에 반영할 수 있다.
한편, 다운로드 요청 수신부(217)는 상기 모바일 단말(130)에서 다운로드 요청 시 해당 애플리케이션이 이미 모바일 단말(130)에 설치되어 있는지 여부를 확인하는 절차를 더 수행할 수 있다. 따라서, 해당 애플리케이션이 이미 설치되어 있다면, 이를 통지하고 다운로드 절차를 진행하지 않도록 구현할 수 있다.
상기 애플리케이션 전송부(218)에서는 상기 다운로드 요청 수신부(217)의 다운로드 요청에 따라 해당 애플리케이션의 정보를 앱 정보 데이터베이스(225)를 통해 독출하고, 독출된 애플리케이션의 정보(즉, 애플리케이션 설치 파일 정보)를 해당 모바일 단말(130)로 전송한다.
이때, 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 상기 사용자 단말(120)에서 선택된 애플리케이션이 복수 개일 경우, 상기 복수 개의 애플리케이션들을 모두 독출하여 동시에 모바일 단말(130)로 전송하고, 모바일 단말(130)에서 동시에 설치하도록 구현할 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자는 복수의 애플리케이션을 설치할 때, 일일이 하나씩 선택해서 설치하는 불편함을 줄일 수 있다.
한편, 상술한 바와 같이 상기 애플리케이션의 다운로드는 서비스 서버(100)가 아닌 다른 외부의 애플리케이션 서버 또는 애플리케이션 마켓 서버 등을 이용할 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 상기 다운로드 요청은 모바일 단말(130)에서 해당 애플리케이션이 저장된 서버로 요청하며, 상기 다운로드 요청에 대한 정보만 서비스 서버(100)로 전송되어 통계 정보 데이터베이스(224)에 저장될 수 있다.
과금 처리부(219)는 상기 애플리케이션의 다운로드에 따라 해당 웹페이지의 광고주에 대해 과금을 처리한다. 즉, 과금 정보 데이터베이스(226)에 저장된 과금 정보를 참조하여 해당 광고주에게 과금을 처리하며, 이때 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 바로 설치에 대한 선택 정보 또는 설치 알림창에 대한 설치 확인 정보 또는 다운로드 요청 정보를 카운트하여 이를 과금에 반영할 수 있다.
모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 방법
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 절차를 나타내는 신호 흐름도이다. 도 3을 참조하면, 먼저 사용자 단말(120)에서 서비스 서버(100)에 접속하여 웹페이지를 요청하고, 해당 웹페이지를 제공(S301)받을 수 있다. 또한, 이때 상기 서비스 서버(100)에 로그인(S302)하는 것이 바람직하며, 본 발명의 서비스 제공을 위해 적어도 하나의 모바일 단말에 대한 정보를 저장(S303)하여 두는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 사용자 단말(120)에서 바로 설치 버튼이 포함된 특정 웹페이지에 접속할 경우, 서비스 서버(100)에서는 상술한 바와 같이 특정 모바일 애플리케이션을 설치할 수 있는 바로 설치 버튼을 포함하여 웹페이지를 구성하고, 이를 사용자 단말(120)로 제공(S305)한다.
이때, 사용자는 사용자 단말(120)을 통해 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 바로 설치 버튼(410)이 포함된 웹페이지를 확인하고, 바로 설치 버튼(410)을 선택(S306)함으로써 애플리케이션 설치 절차가 진행될 수 있다.
즉, 상술한 바와 같이 사용자가 바로 설치 버튼(410)을 선택하면, 바로 설치 선택 정보는 서비스 서버(100)로 전송(S307)되고, 서비스 서버(100)에서는 상기 선택 정보의 수신에 따라 상기 사용자 단말(120)의 로그인 정보를 확인하여 상기 사용자가 미리 설정한 모바일 단말에 대한 정보를 조회(S308)한다.
상기 서비스 서버(100)에서는 선택된 애플리케이션에 대한 설치를 상기 조회된 해당 모바일 단말(130)로 노티(notification)(S309)한다. 예컨대, 해당 애플리케이션에 대한 설치를 위한 푸시 알림 메시지를 생성하여 모바일 단말(130)로 전송한다. 이때, 상기 설치 알림 메시지에는 설치할 애플리케이션에 대한 관련 정보(예컨대, 해당 애플리케이션이 저장된 위치 정보, 애플리케이션 설치를 위한 페이지로 접속하기 위한 주소 정보 등)가 포함되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 모바일 단말(130)에서는 상기 애플리케이션 설치를 위한 푸시 알림 메시지를 서비스 서버(100)로부터 수신하고, 애플리케이션 설치를 위한 푸시 알림창을 생성(S310)한다. 이때, 사용자가 상기 푸시 알림창에서 애플리케이션 설치 확인을 선택(S311)하면, 설치 확인 정보가 서비스 서버(100)로 전송(S312)된다. 한편, 상기 서비스 서버(100)에서는 상기 확인 정보를 수신하고 설치 버튼 클릭수 또는 설치 확인 클릭수를 카운트(S313)하며, 모바일 단말(130)은 상기 설치 확인 선택에 따라 해당 애플리케이션을 다운로드할 수 있는 페이지로 전환된다. 예컨대, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 앱 스토어의 해당 애플리케이션의 설치 페이지로 이동(S314)하거나, 또는 앱 스토어 접속을 위한 애플리케이션이 실행되어 해당 애플리케이션의 다운로드 페이지로 접속한다.
다음으로, 사용자가 해당 애플리케이션에 대한 설치 또는 다운로드를 실행(S315)하면, 상기 다운로드 요청 정보가 서비스 서버(100) 또는 해당 애플리케이션이 저장된 서버로 전송(S316)된다. 이때, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 상기 다운로드 요청 정보는 서비스 서버(100)로 전송되고 서비스 서버(100)는 다운로드 수를 카운트(S317)하여 저장할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 다운로드 요청에 따라 서비스 서버(100) 또는 해당 애플리케이션 파일이 저장된 서버에서는 요청된 애플리케이션을 모바일 단말(130)로 다운로드(S318)시킨다. 모바일 단말(130)에서는 상기 애플리케이션 파일을 다운로드받아 설치(S319)한다.
한편, 서비스 서버(100)에서는 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 상기에서 카운트된 바로 설치 버튼 클릭수, 설치 확인 클릭수, 다운로드 요청 수 등을 참조하여 카운트 수만큼 광고주에 과금 처리(S321)를 수행할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 앱 다운로드와 관련된 각종 통계 정보를 수집하여 생성(S320)함으로써 사용자에게 관련 정보들을 제공할 수도 있다. 예컨대, 특정 애플리케이션을 설치한 사용자의 성별, 연령 등의 통계 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
실시예
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 웹페이지에서의 바로 설치 기능을 나타내는 도면이다. 도 4를 참조하면, 상술한 바와 같이 사용자 단말을 통해 서비스 서버에 접속하여 요청한 웹페이지(400)에는 해당 웹페이지와 관련된 모바일용 애플리케이션을 설치할 수 있는 바로 설치 버튼(410)이 포함될 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자는 바로 설치 버튼(410)을 선택함으로써 상술한 바와 같이 미리 설정된 모바일 단말로 관련 애플리케이션을 설치할 수 있다.
예컨대, 도시된 바와 같이 웹페이지가 'A 카드'에 대한 웹페이지일 경우, 바로 설치 버튼(410)을 선택함으로써 A 카드를 모바일 단말에서 이용할 수 있는 모바일용 애플리케이션에 대한 설치 작업을 진행할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 애플리케이션 설치를 카운트하여 상기 웹페이지에 대한 광고주에게 과금을 집행할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 확인을 위한 푸시 알림 메시지를 나타내는 도면이다. 도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 상기 도 4에서 바로 설치버튼(410)을 선택하면, 푸시 알림 메시지가 해당 모바일 단말로 전송되고, 모바일 단말의 화면(500)에는 설치 알림창(510)이 생성될 수 있다. 예컨대, 웹페이지가 A 카드와 관련된 웹페이지일 경우, A카드앱의 설치를 위한 설치 알림창(510)이 도시된 바와 같이 생성될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 설치 알림창의 생성을 위해서는 예컨대 '네이버앱'과 같이 푸시 알림 메시지를 수신하여 설치 알림창을 생성하는 특정 애플리케이션이 미리 설치되어 구동되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 설치 알림창(510)에서 사용자가 확인을 선택하면, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같은 애플리케이션 다운로드 페이지로 연결될 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 화면을 나타내는 도면이다. 도 6을 참조하면, 상기 도 5에서 설치 알림창에서 확인을 선택함에 따라 해당 애플리케이션을 다운로드받을 수 있는 다운로드 페이지(600)로 연결되고, 사용자의 다운로드 요청에 따라 도시된 바와 같이 다운로드 절차가 진행될 수 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명에서는 구체적인 구성 요소 등과 같은 특정 사항들과 한정된 실시예 및 도면에 의해 설명되었으나 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해서 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명은 상기의 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다.
따라서, 본 발명의 사상은 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 아니되며, 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등하거나 등가적 변형이 있는 모든 것들은 본 발명 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 서비스 서버로부터 특정 모바일 애플리케이션에 대한 설치 수단이 포함된 웹페이지를 제공받으며, 상기 설치 수단의 선택에 따라 상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션에 대한 선택 정보를 상기 서비스 서버로 전송하는 사용자 단말;
    상기 사용자 단말에 웹페이지를 제공하며, 상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 선택 정보를 수신하고, 미리 설정된 모바일 단말로 상기 선택 정보에 기초하여 판단된 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 정보를 포함하는 메시지를 전송하는 서비스 서버; 및
    상기 서비스 서버로부터 상기 메시지를 수신하고, 상기 메시지에 포함된 상기 설치 정보를 참조하여 상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 화면을 제공하는 모바일 단말을 포함하는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 시스템.
  2. 사용자 단말의 요청에 기초하여 특정 모바일 애플리케이션에 대한 설치 수단이 포함된 웹페이지를 제공하는 웹페이지 생성부;
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 설치 수단의 선택에 기초한 선택 정보를 수신하는 선택 정보 수신부;
    상기 사용자의 정보를 참조하여 미리 설정된 모바일 단말에 대한 정보를 조회하는 단말 정보 조회부; 및
    상기 조회된 모바일 단말로 상기 선택 정보에 기초하여 판단된 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 정보를 포함하는 메시지를 전송하는 푸시 알림 메시지 전송부를 포함하는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치를 제공하는 서비스 서버.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 서비스 서버는,
    상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 요청 횟수를 반영하여 상기 웹페이지의 광고주에 대한 과금을 처리하는 과금 처리부를 더 포함하는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치를 제공하는 서비스 서버.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 서비스 서버는,
    상기 모바일 단말로부터 수신된, 상기 전송된 메시지에 응답하여 선택된 설치 확인 정보에 기초하여 상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 요청 횟수를 변경하는 설치 확인 정보 수신부를 더 포함하는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치를 제공하는 서비스 서버.
  5. 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 서비스 서버는,
    상기 모바일 단말로부터 수신된, 상기 애플리케이션의 다운로드 요청에 기초하여 상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 요청 횟수를 변경하는 다운로드 요청 수신부를 더 포함하는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치를 제공하는 서비스 서버.
  6. 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 서비스 서버는,
    상기 애플리케이션의 다운로드 요청에 응답하여 상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션을 상기 모바일 단말로 전송하고 상기 다운로드 요청 수신부를 대신하여 상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 요청 횟수를 변경하는 애플리케이션 전송부를 더 포함하는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치를 제공하는 서비스 서버.
  7. 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 푸시 알림 메시지 전송부는,
    상기 조회된 모바일 단말이 복수 개 존재하는 경우, 상기 복수의 모바일 단말들 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 모바일 단말로 동시에 설치 정보를 포함하는 메시지를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치를 제공하는 서비스 서버.
  8. 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 웹페이지는 복수의 모바일 애플리케이션들에 대한 설치 수단을 포함하며,
    상기 푸시 알림 메시지 전송부는, 상기 사용자 단말로부터 수신된 선택 정보에 기초하여, 상기 복수의 모바일 애플리케이션들 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 정보를 포함하는 메시지를 전송하고,
    상기 모바일 단말은 상기 설치 정보에 기초하여 상기 복수의 모바일 애플리케이션들 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 모바일 애플리케이션을 동시에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치를 제공하는 서비스 서버.
  9. 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 방법으로서, 상기 서비스 서버에서 수행되는 각 단계가,
    사용자 단말의 요청에 기초하여 특정 모바일 애플리케이션에 대한 설치 수단이 포함된 웹페이지를 상기 사용자 단말로 제공하는 단계;
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 설치 수단의 선택에 기초한 선택 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 사용자의 정보를 참조하여 미리 설정된 모바일 단말에 대한 정보를 조회하는 단계; 및
    상기 조회된 모바일 단말로 상기 선택 정보에 기초하여 판단된 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 정보를 포함하는 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 포함하는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 방법.
  10. 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 방법은,
    상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 요청 횟수를 반영하여 상기 웹페이지의 광고주에 대한 과금을 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 방법.
  11. 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 방법은,
    상기 모바일 단말로부터 수신된, 상기 전송된 메시지에 응답하여 선택된 설치 확인 정보에 기초하여 상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 요청 횟수를 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 방법.
  12. 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 방법은,
    상기 모바일 단말로부터 수신된, 상기 애플리케이션의 다운로드 요청에 기초하여 상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 요청 횟수를 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 방법.
  13. 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 방법은,
    상기 애플리케이션의 다운로드 요청에 응답하여, 상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션을 상기 모바일 단말로 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
    상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 요청 횟수를 변경하는 단계는 상기 애플리케이션의 다운로드 요청이 아닌 상기 특정 모바일 애플리케이션의 전송시에 수행되는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 방법.
  14. 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 메시지를 전송하는 단계는,
    상기 조회된 모바일 단말이 복수 개 존재하는 경우, 상기 복수의 모바일 단말들 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 모바일 단말로 동시에 설치 정보를 포함하는 메시지를 전송하는 단계인, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 방법.
  15. 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 웹페이지는 복수의 모바일 애플리케이션들에 대한 설치 수단을 포함하며,
    상기 메시지를 전송하는 단계는, 상기 사용자 단말로부터 수신된 선택 정보에 기초하여 상기 복수의 모바일 애플리케이션들 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 모바일 애플리케이션의 설치 정보를 포함하는 메시지를 전송하는 단계이고,
    상기 모바일 단말은 상기 설치 정보에 기초하여 상기 복수의 모바일 애플리케이션들 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 모바일 애플리케이션을 동시에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 사용자 단말을 이용한 모바일 단말에서의 애플리케이션 설치 방법.
  16. 청구항 9 내지 청구항 15 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 실행하기 위한 프로그램이 기록되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체.
