Abstract

提供一种便携电子设备及其连接装置,该便携电子设备及其连接装置包括显示部分和输入部分,其特征在于,包括:连接装置,其两端分别具有展开连接件,所述展开连接件连接显示部分/输入部分;闭合装置,用于保持/解除显示部分与输入部分闭合状态的装置,所述连接装置,其与显示部分的支撑点位于显示部分水平中线(展开状态下)以下和/或具有可升降结构,所述连接装置与显示部分/输入部分之间具有一定转动阻尼,使便携电子设备在展开状态下保持形态稳定。所述便携电子设备及其连接装置可展开显示部分和输入部分,操作方便,有效提高了显示部分显示屏高度,有效满足了眼睛平视的视觉要求,有效避免或缓解用户长时间低头和弯腰,保护了用户的身体健康,实现输入部分面板的完全利用。

Description

一种便携电子设备及其连接装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电子产品及其连接装置,尤其涉及一种便携电子设备及其连接装置。
背景技术
便携电子设备(例如平板电脑、笔记本电脑、手机、掌上电脑、掌上游戏机、数码播放器等)已成为人们工作、学习、交流、娱乐的常用工具。为了提高办公效率,尤其是文字输入效率,通常会在便携电子设备配置输入部分(其类型如键盘、用于输入的感应屏幕或手写板等)。现有的技术方案一般是通过滑盖结构连接显示部分与输入部分或者显示部分外接一个输入部分。请参阅图9,该图为现有的带输入部分便携电子设备示意图,图中现有便携电子设备一901(显示屏闭合时在上)示出了一种通过滑动支架结构连接显示部分与输入部分的滑盖便携电子设备,推动大小两个滑动支架,使显示部分与输入部分相对展开,展开后输入部分的一部分被遮盖,造成输入部分的面板不能被完全利用,而且显示屏水平高度仅稍高于桌面。图中现有便携电子设备二902(显示屏闭合时在上)示出了通过滑轨结构连接显示部分与输入部分的滑盖便携电子设备,展开后输入部分的一部分被遮盖,造成输入部分的面板不能被完全利用,而且显示屏不能直立或斜立。图中现有便携电子设备三903示出了显示部分外接一个输入部分的便携电子设备,因为没有实现一体化,需要输入部分时需要重新组装,若显示部分与输入部分没有放置在一起,则无法使用输入部分,而且显示屏水平高度亦仅稍高于桌面。图中现有便携电子设备四904示出了显示部分外接一个输入部分且具有背面支架的便携电子设备,其技术效果与现有便携电子设备三903基本相似。
根据公知常识平视是显示屏的最佳观看视角,而现有的技术,展开后显示部分的显示屏距桌面的水平高度往往小于眼睛(以坐姿状态)距桌面的水平高度,因此,现有显示屏的水平高度不仅无法满足眼睛平视的视觉要求,无法达到最佳视觉体验。而且用户因为长时间低头和弯腰,容易造成疲劳,以及颈椎和腰椎的损伤,影响身体健康。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有便携电子设备显示屏的水平高度不能满足眼睛平视的要求且影响身体健康,其中,显示屏在上(闭合时)便携电子设备的输入部分面板不能被完全利用的问题,提供了一种便携电子设备及其连接装置。本发明使显示部分与输入部分可以展开,不仅操作方便,且可有效提升显示屏水平高度,使用户获得显示屏最佳观看视角,大大改善用户的视觉体验,保护了用户身体健康,而且实现输入部分面板的完全利用。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术解决方案是,一种便携电子设备,包括显示部分和输入部分,所述显示部分和输入部分之间具有数据传输装置,其特征在于,包括:
连接装置,其两端分别具有展开连接件,所述展开连接件连接显示部分/输入部分;
闭合装置,用以保持/解除显示部分与输入部分闭合状态的装置,
所述连接装置,其与显示部分的支撑点位于显示部分水平中线(展开状态下)以下和/或具有可升降结构,
所述连接装置与显示部分/输入部分之间具有一定转动阻尼。
优选的,所述连接装置具有单连接杆结构。
优选的,所述可升降结构具体包括但不限于:活动连接杆、伸缩结构或具有滑动结构的连接件。
优选的,所述伸缩结构具体包括但不限于:拉杆结构、滑动支架或丝杆结构。

本发明还提供了一种用于一种便携电子设备的连接装置,所述便携电子设备包括显示部分和输入部分,所述显示部分和输入部分之间具有数据传输装置,其特征在于,包括:
连接装置,其两端分别具有展开连接件,所述展开连接件连接显示部分/输入部分;
所述便携电子设备还具有闭合装置,用以保持/解除显示部分与输入部分闭合状态的装置,
所述连接装置,其与显示部分的支撑点位于显示部分水平中线(展开状态下)以下和/或具有可升降结构,
所述连接装置与显示部分/输入部分之间具有一定转动阻尼。

有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的展开连接件用以在闭合装置被打开后,展开显示部分和输入部分,不仅操作方便,而且连接装置,其与显示部分的支撑点位于显示部分水平中线(展开状态下)以下和/或具有可升降结构,有效提升显示屏的水平高度,使展开后的显示屏距桌面的水平高度达到眼睛距桌面的水平高度,满足了眼睛平视的视觉要求,使用户获得显示屏的最佳观看视角,大大改善了用户的视觉体验。而且有效避免或缓解用户因为长时间低头和弯腰,容易造成疲劳,以及颈椎和腰椎的损伤,保护了用户的身体健康。而且,实现输入部分面板的完全利用。
本发明进一步改进在于,连接装置与显示部分/输入部分的连接可分离/组合,因此显示部分或输入部分可分开携带或使用。
此外,所述连接装置具有调节结构,可进一步调节显示部分垂直视角,或者调节显示部分水平视角,或者实现显示屏竖屏与横屏切换。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为了使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。本发明实施例并非限定于某一特定类型便携电子设备,亦适用于其它类型便携电子设备,例如图1所示实施例亦适用于手机、掌上电脑、掌上游戏机、数码播放器、笔记本电脑。
请参阅图1,该图为平板电脑展开后示意图。平板电脑100具有显示部分101和键盘部分102,显示部分101的一面具有显示屏103。此外,还包括:两个位置分开、结构相同的单连接杆104和闭合装置,单连接杆104属于连接装置,其两端分别具有展开连接件,所述展开连接件连接显示部分101/键盘部分102,用以活动展开显示部分101与连接装置或活动展开键盘部分102与连接装置。展开连接件一具体是转轴一105,用以活动连接显示部分101与单连接杆104;展开连接件二具体是转轴二106,用以活动连接键盘部分102与单连接杆104。用户展开时,打开闭合装置,向上提拉显示部分101的后部,单连接杆104与显示部分101的夹角逐渐增大(相对旋转展开),同时单连接杆104与键盘部分102的夹角逐渐增大(相对旋转展开),从而实现显示部分101与键盘部分102的展开。用户闭合时,向下按压显示部分101的上部。所述显示部分101和键盘部分102之间具有数据传输装置,在某些情形中,所述数据传输线内置于连接装置,例如单连接杆104中。此外,显示部分101和/或键盘部分102具有空心层或凹槽,用以容纳连接装置。所述连接装置与显示部分101的支撑点为连接装置主体末端到显示部分101的垂足,在图中即为转轴105所在位置。所述转轴105所在位置位于显示部分101水平中线(展开状态下)以下。在某些情形中,显示部分101的两面都具有显示屏103。在某些情形中,本发明所述键盘部分102可由用于输入的感应屏幕或手写板替代。
图1中示出了闭合装置,所述闭合装置用以保持/解除显示部分与键盘部分闭合状态的装置,具体是一种活动卡扣装置,其中,显示部分101侧面具有活动开关107,所述活动开关107具有弹性构件,所述弹性构件使活动开关107在无外力作用时处于卡紧位。显示部分101背面具有两个卡勾108,活动开关107通过连接杆连接卡勾108。键盘部分102具有两个卡槽109,用以在闭合状态时容纳卡勾108并限制其活动。此外,显示部分102侧面还具有开关限定件110,所述开关限定件110具有滑动块,所述滑动块安装于滑轨之上,用以在闭合状态时,将滑动块下滑至限定位,限定活动开关107的活动,使活动开关107在闭合状态时不被意外打开。此外,键盘部分102还具有固定展开角度限定件111,用以限定单连接杆104的活动范围,避免键盘部分102与单连接杆104的展开角度过大。在某些情形中,闭合装置由数目更多的卡勾与卡槽构成,使其闭合状态更加稳固。进行闭合操作时,按压显示部分102至卡勾108进入卡槽109即可。由于本实施例中连接装置,其与显示部分的支撑点位于显示部分水平中线(展开状态下),有效提升显示屏103的水平高度,从而使展开后的显示屏103距桌面的水平高度达到眼睛(以坐姿状态)距桌面的水平高度,因此,有效满足了眼睛平视的视觉要求,使用户获得显示屏103的最佳观看视角,大大改善了用户的视觉体验。而且有效避免或缓解用户因为长时间低头和弯腰,容易造成疲劳,以及颈椎和腰椎的损伤,保护了用户的身体健康。而且,展开后键盘部分102的面板可完全利用。此外,所述连接装置与显示部分101/键盘部分102之间连接件的接触面紧贴、或具有摩擦件/阻尼器,因此具有一定转动阻尼,使平板电脑在展开状态下保持形态稳定。
本发明的实施方式
请参阅图2,该图为具有垂直视角调节结构的手机展开后示意图,图中子连接杆一201与子连接杆二202通过垂直视角调节转轴(未示出)连接,并组成具有垂直视角调节结构的连接装置,用以调节显示部分101的垂直视角。用户通过垂直视角调节结构满足不同位置高度的视觉需求。此外,垂直视角调节转轴具有一定转动阻尼,使其垂直视角调节的效果保持稳定。
请参阅图3,该图为具有水平视角调节结构的平板电脑展开后示意图,如图中A部分的放大剖视图所示,子连接杆三301与子连接杆四302通过环形凸块304与环形凹槽303组成的调节结构连接。所述环形凸块304与环形凹槽303组成的水平视角调节结构连接能够以子连接杆四302为转动轴旋转显示部分101,实现显示部分101在水平视角的进一步调节,以满足显示部分101的前方不同水平位置观看者的观看需求。在某些情形中,所述水平视角调节结构位于连接装置与显示部分101的连接处,所述连接处位于显示部分101的底部,将显示部分101旋转180度使其水平向后翻转,配合显示屏103一侧的闭合装置(例如卡勾或卡槽),使显示部分101闭合后显示屏103在下,因此,显示部分101具有显示屏103在上及显示屏103在下两种闭合状态。
请参阅图4,该图为具有横竖屏调节件的平板电脑展开后背面示意图,连接装置主体为拉杆结构,所述拉杆结构由子套管401与主套管402构成,所述子套管401与主套管402的位置可以相对滑动,属于可升降结构中的伸缩结构。在某些情形中,所述伸缩结构具体还包括:滑动支架或丝杆结构。所述滑动支架结构诸如滑轨与滑杆组成的滑动支架结构。所述丝杆结构诸如齿轮与带有排齿的滑杆组成的丝杆结构,通过转动齿轮实现伸缩调节。所述如图中B部分的放大剖视图所示,所述子套管401与活动杆403的一端通过横竖屏连接轴404活动连接,所述横竖屏连接轴404具有一定转动阻尼。所述活动杆403的另一端具有展开连接件(未示出)。当显示部分101与键盘部分102展开后,显示部分101为横屏状态,活动杆403的中心线位于图中虚线段RS的位置,所述虚线段RS与子套管401呈180度夹角。用户将子套管401从主套管402中全部拉出,并旋转显示部分101使活动杆403的中心线位于图中虚线段TS的位置,所述虚线段TS与子套管401呈90度夹角,此时显示部分101为竖屏状态(如图10所示)。本实施例实现了显示屏103的竖屏与横屏切换,进一步满足了用户多样化的视觉需求。此外,横竖屏调节件具有一定转动阻尼,使其横竖屏调节后的效果保持稳定。
请参阅图5,该图为具有滑动结构展开连接件的平板电脑展开后示意图,连接装置主体为拉杆结构,所述拉杆结构由子套管401与主套管402构成。如图中C部分的放大剖视图所示,所述子套管401通过转轴一105活动连接显示部分101,所述具体转轴一105具有滑动结构,用以实现子套管401与显示部分101相对位置的调节。所述子套管401通过转轴一105活动连接滑动推片501,所述滑动推片501具有侧排齿505,所述侧排齿505的形状与滑动槽503右部的条形排齿502匹配,所述倒滑动推片501下侧具有两个小弹片504,所述小弹片504在不受力时向右推滑动推片501,使其侧排齿505与条形排齿502紧密齿合,保持位置相对固定。用户只需下压并推动滑动推片501,即可调节子套管401与显示部分101相对位置。在某些情形中,当用户设定好主套管402与子套管401的相对位置,再通过滑动结构调节子套管401与显示部分101相对位置,使显示部分101与键盘部分102在闭合状态下的位置能够匹配,实现在显示高度需求不变的情形下,一次设定,无需再调节的功能。在某些情形中,连接装置与键盘部分102连接的展开连接件具有所述滑动结构。在某些情形中,所述连接装置与显示部分101连接于显示部分101背部的前半部分,所述连接装置与键盘部分102连接于键盘部分102面部的后半部分,但本实施例中,展开连接件具有滑动结构,因此连接装置与键盘部分102的连接位置不固定。在某些情形中,连接装置的一端具有展开施力装置,在展开过程中提供展开力,所述展开施力装置具体包括但不限于:弹力结构或自发力结构,所述弹力结构例如弹簧、弹片或液压杆,所述自发力结构例如马达,本实施例中弹簧506连接子套管401与显示部分101,提供收缩力使子套管401与显示部分101在展开时无需用力。在某些情形中,所述连接装置具有活动展开角度限定件507,所述活动展开角度限定件507结构类似转轴一105具有的滑动结构,并具有推杆,所述推杆活动调节拉杆结构与显示部分101的展开角度。
请参阅图6,该图为可分离/组合显示部分与键盘部分的平板电脑斜视图。图中示出的平板电脑处于闭合状态,且其连接装置与显示部分101处于分离状态。如图中D部分的放大剖视图所示,所述连接装置具体是单连接杆104,所述单连接杆104的末端具有圆柱形凹件610。所述显示部分101具有活动推片601,所述活动推片601位于活动槽内,在内外及左右方向具有一定的可移动范围。所述活动推片601内侧通过弹性滑杆一604连接圆柱形凸件602,所述弹性滑杆一604具有受压弹簧,受压弹簧对所述活动推片601施加向外的弹力,活动推片601可沿弹性滑杆一604在内外方向活动,所述圆柱形凸件602安装于滑轨一603之上,在左右方向具有一定的可移动范围。所述活动推片601左侧具有条形卡勾一605。所述活动推片601右侧还具有推杆608。所述键盘部分102具有活动卡件609,所述活动卡件609安装于滑轨二611之上,在左右方向具有一定的可移动范围,用以保持或解除对单连接杆104的固定,防止单连接杆104与显示部分101处于分离状态时意外展开。所述活动卡件609外侧通过弹性滑杆二612连接条形卡勾二613,所述弹性滑杆二612具有受压弹簧,受压弹簧对条形卡勾二613施加向外的弹力,所述条形卡勾二613可沿弹性滑杆二612在内外方向活动。若用户要将所述单连接杆104与显示部分101组合,则向内按压并向右推动活动推片601,使条形卡勾一605的齿合点由显示部分101的凹齿一606的位置移动至显示部分101的凹齿二607,在此过程中,推杆608按压并向右推动条形卡勾二613,使条形卡勾二613的齿合点由键盘部分102的凹齿三614的位置移动至键盘部分102的凹齿四615,所述活动卡件609亦沿滑轨二611向右移动,从而解除对单连接杆104的圆柱形凹件610的固定,圆柱形凹件610与向右移动的圆柱形凸件602匹配组成展开连接件。若用户要所述将单连接杆104与显示部分101分离,则按压并向左推动活动推片601,使条形卡勾一605的齿合点由凹齿二607的位置移动至凹齿一606,使条形卡勾二613的齿合点由凹齿四615的位置移动至凹齿三614。本实施例使显示部分101与连接装置实现分离/组合,用户可单独使用平板电脑的显示部分101,不配置键盘部分102。在某些情形中,本实施例推杆608、活动卡件609、滑轨三611、弹性滑杆二612、条形卡勾二613、凹齿三614及凹齿四615可由弹性卡扣或其它卡件替代。
请参阅图7,该图为笔记本电脑展开后示意图,所述笔记本电脑的显示屏103在闭合状态时位于显示部分101的底部。显示部分101与键盘部分102的连接装置为具有活动连接杆的可升降结构,所述活动连接杆具体包括但不限于:双连接杆结构或多连接杆结构,所述双连接杆结构或多连接杆结构的子连接杆之间具有连接件。本实施例中具体由子连接杆一701与子连接杆二703通过连接轴702活动连接组成双连接杆结构。所述笔记本电脑各连接件的可活动角度如图中带箭头弧线所示,其中活动连接杆与显示部分101/键盘部分102的展开连接件未示出。
请参阅图8,该图为具有闭合功能连接件的平板电脑展开后示意图。图中连接装置主体为拉杆结构,所述拉杆结构由子套管401与主套管402构成。所述连接装置的支撑点为连接装置主体末端到显示部分101的垂足,在图中即为X点。所述X点位于显示部分水平中线(展开状态下)以上,但通过拉杆结构作为可升降结构,亦可提升显示部分101的水平位置。请参阅图中E部分的放大剖视图,本实施例中,展开连接件同时也是闭合装置,具有闭合功能。所述展开连接件通过转轴二106活动连接键盘部分102与主套管402的一侧。展开连接件还具有压缩杆803,所述压缩杆803由固定杆及活动杆构成,所述固定杆压缩缸内的压缩气体或压缩液体能够提供一定的推力,所述活动杆为活动拉杆805,所述压缩杆803的一端通过连接轴804与键盘部分102的固定点活动连接,另一端通过活动连接轴801活动连接位于主套管402的滑轨三802,活动连接轴801可在滑轨三802上滑动。如图所示,以转轴二106为支点、主套管402为杠杆组成受力杠杆结构,子套管708连接显示部分101的受力杠杆结构未示出。在平板电脑逐渐闭合的过程中,活动连接轴801受到压缩杆803的向右上方的推力,并逐渐沿滑轨三802向另一端N点移动,受力分界点H是所述受力杠杆结构的受力分界点。活动连接轴801经过受力分界点H后,原来压缩杆803对杠杆M点所在的一侧施加的向右上推力,变为对杠杆N点所在的一侧施加向右上推力,活动连接轴801仍继续向N点移动,直至达到N点。显示部分101和键盘部分102在活动连接轴801到达N点前实现闭合,活动连接轴801在到达N点后仍保持向右上方的推力,使显示部分101和键盘部分102保持闭合状态。用户要展开平板电脑,则提拉显示部分101,当打开角度达到一定时,所述活动连接轴801开始由N点往M点移动,经过H点后,压缩杆803对M点所在一侧施加向右上推力,显示部分101和键盘部分102的闭合状态解除,连接压缩杆803与滑轨三802的活动连接轴801达到滑轨三802的一端M点。用户保持向上提拉显示部分101的后部,直至活动拉杆805完全拉开,此时平板电脑完全展开。
应该理解,本发明所述的连接装置不限定其形状,例如连接杆或拉杆结构的形状可以是面板型(正面宽,侧面薄)。应该理解,在某些情形中,由马达驱动的液泵、气泵等配合活塞杆,也构成自发力结构。以上显示和描述了本发明的基本原理、技术特征和主要优点。本行业的技术人员能够了解,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书只是说明了本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都应落入要求保护的本发明的范围内。本发明要求保护的范围由所附的权力要求书及其等效物决定。

7 .根据权利要求 1 所述的便携电子设备,其特征在于,所述闭合装置具体是一种卡扣装置或受力杠杆结构。
8 .根据权利要求 1 所述的便携电子设备,其特征在于,所述连接装置具有调节结构,用以调节显示部分垂直视角,或者调节显示部分水平视角,或者实现显示屏竖屏与横屏切换。
9 .根据权利要求 9 所述的便携电子设备,其特征在于,所述用以调节显示部分水平视角的调节结构可水平向后翻转,配合闭合装置,使显示部分具有显示屏在上及显示屏在下两种闭合状态。
10 .用于一种便携电子设备的连接装置,所述便携电子设备包括显示部分和输入部分,所述显示部分和输入部分之间具有数据传输装置,其特征在于,包括:
连接装置,其两端分别具有展开连接件,所述展开连接件连接显示部分/输入部分,
所述便携电子设备还具有闭合装置,用以保持/解除显示部分与输入部分闭合状态的装置,
所述连接装置,其与显示部分的支撑点位于显示部分水平中线(展开状态下)以下和/或具有可升降结构,
所述连接装置与显示部分/输入部分之间具有一定转动阻尼。
11 .根据权利要求 10 所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置具有单连接杆结构。
12 .根据权利要求 10 所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述可升降结构具体包括但不限于:活动连接杆、伸缩结构或具有滑动结构的连接件。
13 .根据权利要求 12 所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述伸缩结构具体包括但不限于:拉杆结构、滑动支架或丝杆结构。
14 .根据权利要求 10 所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述展开连接件具体包括但不限于:转轴、活动凹凸组件、活动铰链。
15 .根据权利要求 10 所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置与显示部分/输入部分的连接可分离/组合。
16 .根据权利要求 10 所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述闭合装置具体是一种卡扣装置或受力杠杆结构。
17 .根据权利要求 10 所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置具有调节结构,用以调节显示部分垂直视角,或者调节显示部分水平视角,或者实现显示屏竖屏与横屏切换。
18 .根据权利要求 10 所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置的一端具有展开施力装置,在展开过程中提供展开力,
所述展开施力装置具体包括但不限于:弹力结构或自发力结构。
19 .根据权利要求 10 所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置具有展开角度限定件,用以限定连接装置的活动范围,避免展开角度过大。
