图 1为本发明实施例应用环境的网络架构图,如图 1所示 ,该网络架构包括: 移动交换中心或访问位置寄存器(Mobile Swithing Center或 Visitor Location Register, MSC/VLR ) 、 用户设备( User Equipment, UE ) 、 归属用户服 务器或归属位置寄存器( Home Subscriber Server或 Home Location Register, HSS/HLR )和移动性管理节点 ( Mobil ity Management Node, MMN), 其中, MMN包括演进型通用陆地无线接入网(evolved universal terrestrial radio access network, E-UTRAN)网络中的移动性管理网元 (Mobility Management Entity, MME ) 和 UMTS陆地无线接入网 (universal terrestrial radio access network, UTRAN)网络中的服务 GPRS支持节点(Serving GPRS Support Node, SGSN)。

在本发明实施例中, 由于用户没有签约电路 CS域业务或用户签约的电路 CS域业务中只有 SMS业务, 因此, MME不需要和移动交换中心或访问位置寄 存器 MSC/VLR建立连接为用户提供电路域业务, 即在 MME收到已经被注册成 为为用户提供 SMS业务的服务节点的消息时, 不需要和 MSC/VLR建立连接。 在本发明实施例中, HSS/HLR在接收到 MME发送的位置更新请求后, 对 用户签约的业务进行判断, 当确定用户没有签约所述 CS域业务或所述用户签 约的所述 CS域业务中只有所述 SMS业务,则将 MME注册成为为用户提供 SMS 业务的服务节点, 通过 HSS/HLR根据用户签约的业务判断是否将 MME注册成 为为用户提供 SMS业务的服务节点, 避免了 MME在不知道用户签约的业务的 情况下, 盲目的请求 HSS/HLR将其注册为用户提供 SMS业务的服务节点而导 致 MME和 HSS/HLR间额外的信令交互, 进而节约了通信资源。

需要说明的是, 方式一和方式二不仅适用于 UE发起联合 EPS/IMSI附着请 求或联合 TA/LA更新请求的场景, 也适用于 UE发起了普通的 EPS附着请求或 TA更新请求, HSS/HLR确定是否注册 MME为为用户提供短消息业务的服务 节点的场景。
方式三: 在 MME发送的位置更新请求中携带有用户设备发起了联合演进分组系统 EPS或国际移动用户号码 IMSI附着请求或联合跟踪区 TA或位置区 LA更新请求 的指示信息时, HSS/HLR需要判断用户是否签约了电路 CS域业务或判断所述 用户签约的电路 CS域业务中是否只有 SMS业务。

还需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 上述指示信息可以是在 MME向 HSS/H LR发起位置更新请求中携带的用于终呼短消息业务的路由信息来指 示。
步骤 305、 若用户没有 CS域签约业务或 CS域签约业务中只签约了 SMS业 务, HSS/HLR决定注册 MME为为用户提供 SMS业务的服务节点;
在本发明实施例中, 当在 HSS/HLR确定用户没有 CS域签约业务或 CS域签 约业务中只签约了 SMS业务, 决定注册 MME为为用户提供 SMS的服务节点, 避免 MME在未确定用户的签约业务的情况下, 通知 HSS/HLR将其注册成为为 用户提供 SMS的服务节点, 导致当 MME收到 HSS/HLR下发的签约数据, 发现 用户有签约 CS域业务时, 从而 MME建立和 MSC/VLR之间的 SGs连接, 而 HSS/HLR则需要取消该 MME作为为用户提供 SMS的服务节点, 导致 MME与 HSS/HLR间产生额外的信令交互, 浪费通信资源。
步骤 306、 HSS/HLR向 MME返回位置更新响应, 通知 MME已经将其注册 成为为用户提供 SMS业务的服务节点;

需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 当 UE发起的联合 EPS/IMSI附着请求 或联合 TA/LA更新请求中携带 SMS only指示或者 MME不支持 CSFB业务或 SGs接口时, MME明确指示 HSS/HLR将其注册为为用户提 SMS的服务节点, HSS/HLR不需要再判断用户的 CS域签约业务情况, 而直接将 MME注册为为用 户提供 SMS的服务节点。

所述集成的模块或单元如果以软件功能模块或单元的形式实现并作为独 立的产品销售或使用时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样 的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分, 或者该 技术方案的全部或部分可以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储 在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备 (可以是个人计算 机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分 步骤。而前述的存储介质包括: U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器( ROM, Read-Only Memory ) 、 随机存取存储器 ( RAM, Random Access Memory ) 、 磁碟或者 光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限于 此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到 各种等效的修改或替换, 这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种确定短消息业务的服务节点的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收移动性管理网元 MME发送的位置更新请求, 所述位置更新请求携带 用户标识;
根据所述位置更新请求和所述用户标识判断用户是否签约了电路 CS域业 务或判断所述用户签约的电路 CS域业务中是否只有 SMS业务;
若所述用户没有签约所述 CS域业务或所述用户签约的所述 CS域业务中只 有所述 SMS业务, 则将所述 MME注册成为为所述用户提供 SMS业务的服务节 点。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述位置更新请求 和所述用户标识判断用户是否签约了电路 CS域业务或判断所述用户签约的电 路 CS域业务中是否只有 SMS业务, 包括:
确定所述位置更新请求中没有携带将所述 MME注册成为为用户提供 SMS 业务的服务节点的指示信息, 根据用户标识判断用户是否签约了电路 CS域业 务或判断所述用户签约的电路 CS域业务中是否只有 SMS业务。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述位置更新请求 和所述用户标识判断用户是否签约了电路 CS域业务或判断所述用户签约的电 路 CS域业务中是否只有 SMS业务, 包括:
根据所述位置更新请求携带的当用户没有签约所述 CS域业务或所述用户 签约的所述 CS域业务中只有所述 SMS业务, 则将所述 MME注册成为为所述用 户提供 SMS业务的服务节点的指示信息和所述用户标识判断用户是否签约了 电路 CS域业务或判断所述用户签约的电路 CS域业务中是否只有 SMS业务。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述位置更新请求 和所述用户标识判断用户是否签约了电路 CS域业务或判断所述用户签约的电 路 CS域业务中是否只有 SMS业务, 包括: 根据所述位置更新请求携带的用户设备发起了联合演进分组系统 EPS或 国际移动用户号码 IMSI附着请求或联合跟踪区 TA或位置区 LA更新请求的指示 信息和所述用户标识判断用户是否签约了电路 CS域业务或判断所述用户签约 的电路 CS域业务中是否只有 SMS业务。
5、 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述位置更新请求中 还携带有用于终呼短消息业务路由信息, 所述指示信息通过所述用于终呼短消 息业务路由信息来指示。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 向所述 MME返回位置更新请求响应, 所述位置更新请求响应携带注册完 成指示, 所述注册完成指示用于通知所述 MME, 归属用户服务器或归属位置 寄存器 HSS/HLR已经将所述 MME注册成为为所述用户提供 SMS业务的服务 节点。
7、 一种确定短消息业务的服务节点的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 向归属用户服务器或归属位置寄存器 HSS/HLR发送位置更新请求, 所述 位置更新请求携带用户标识和用于指示所述 HSS/HLR在用户没有签约所述 CS 域业务或所述用户签约的所述 CS域业务中只有所述 SMS业务时, 则将移动性 管理网元 MME注册成为为所述用户提供 SMS业务的服务节点的指示信息, 以 使得所述 HSS/HLR根据所述用户标识和所述指示信息将所述 MME注册成为为 所述用户提供 SMS业务的服务节点;
接收所述 HSS/HLR返回的位置更新请求响应, 所述位置更新请求响应携 带注册完成指示, 所述注册完成指示用于通知 MME, 所述 HSS/HLR已经将所 述 MME注册成为为所述用户提供 SMS业务的服务节点。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述位置更新请求中携带 有用于终呼短消息业务路由信息, 所述指示信息通过所述用于终呼短消息业务 路由信息来指示。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述向归属用户服务 器或归属位置寄存器 HSS/HLR发送位置更新请求之前, 所述方法还包括: 接收所述用户设备发送的联合演进分组系统 EPS或国际移动用户号码 IMSI附着请求或联合跟踪区 TA或位置区 LA更新请求, 所述联合 EPS或 IMSI附 着请求或联合 TA或 LA更新请求中不携带仅请求短消息服务 SMS only指示信 息。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接收所述 HSS/HLR 返回的位置更新请求响应之后, 所述方法还包括:
向用户设备返回联合 EPS或 IMSI附着请求接受或联合 TA或 LA更新请求接 受响应, 所述联合 EPS或 IMSI附着请求接受或联合 TA/LA更新请求接受响应携 带所述 SMS only指示信息。
1 1、 一种用户服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收移动性管理网元 MME发送的位置更新请求, 所述位 置更新请求携带用户标识;
判断模块, 用于根据所述位置更新请求和所述用户标识判断用户是否签约 了电路 CS域业务或判断所述用户签约的电路 CS域业务中是否只有 SMS业务; 注册模块, 用于若所述用户没有签约所述 CS域业务或所述用户签约的所 述 CS域业务中只有所述 SMS业务, 则将所述 MME注册成为为所述用户提供 SMS业务的服务节点。
12、 根据权利要求 1 1所述的用户服务器, 其特征在于, 所述判断模块具体 用于确定所述位置更新请求中没有携带将所述 MME注册成为为用户提供 SMS 业务的服务节点的指示信息, 根据用户标识判断用户是否签约了电路 CS域业 务或判断所述用户签约的电路 CS域业务中是否只有 SMS业务, 或
根据所述位置更新请求携带的当用户没有签约所述 CS域业务或所述用户 签约的所述 CS域业务中只有所述 SMS业务, 则将所述 MME注册成为为所述用 户提供 SMS业务的服务节点的指示信息和所述用户标识判断用户是否签约了 电路 CS域业务或判断所述用户签约的电路 CS域业务中是否只有 SMS业务, 或 根据所述位置更新请求携带的用户设备发起了联合演进分组系统 EPS或 国际移动用户号码 IMSI附着请求或联合跟踪区 TA或位置区 LA更新请求的指示 信息和所述用户标识判断用户是否签约了电路 CS域业务或判断所述用户签约 的电路 CS域业务中是否只有 SMS业务。
13、 根据权利要求 1 1或 12所述的用户服务器, 其特征在于, 所述用户服 务器还包括:
发送模块, 用于向所述 MME返回位置更新请求响应, 所述位置更新请求 响应携带注册完成指示, 所述注册完成指示用于通知所述 MME, 归属用户服 务器或归属位置寄存器 HSS/HLR已经将所述 MME注册成为为所述用户提供 SMS业务的服务节点。
14、 一种移动性管理网元, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 用于向归属用户服务器或归属位置寄存器 HSS/HLR发送位置 更新请求, 所述位置更新请求携带用户标识和用于指示所述 HSS/HLR在用户 没有签约所述 CS域业务或所述用户签约的所述 CS域业务中只有所述 SMS业 点的指示信息, 以使得所述 HSS/HLR根据所述用户标识和所述指示信息将所 述 MME注册成为为所述用户提供 SMS业务的服务节点;
接收模块, 用于接收所述 HSS/HLR返回的位置更新请求响应, 所述位置 更新请求响应携带注册完成指示, 所述注册完成指示用于通知 MME , 所述 HSS/HLR已经将所述 MME注册成为为所述用户提供 SMS业务的服务节点。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的移动性管理网元, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块 还用于接收所述用户设备发送的联合演进分组系统 EPS或国际移动用户号码 IMSI附着请求或联合跟踪区 TA或位置区 LA更新请求, 所述联合 EPS或 IMSI附 着请求或联合 TA或 LA更新请求中不携带仅请求短消息服务 SMS only指示信 息。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的移动性管理网元, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块 还用于向用户设备返回联合 EPS或 IMSI附着请求接受或联合 TA或 LA更新请求 接受响应, 所述联合 EPS或 IMSI附着请求接受或联合 TA/LA更新请求接受响应 携带所述 SMS only指示信息。
