Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif thérapeutique vasculaire d'intervention (100) comprenant une tige de cathéter (110) comportant une paire de ballons d'occlusion (132, 134), un ballon de dilatation (136) disposé sur la tige de cathéter entre les ballons d'occlusion, une première lumière de gonflage (112) et une deuxième lumière de gonflage (113) conçues pour alimenter en fluide de gonflage un ballon disposé de manière proximale et un ballon distal parmi les ballons d'occlusion, une troisième lumière de gonflage (115) conçue pour alimenter en fluide de gonflage le ballon de dilatation, une lumière principale (111) s'étendant sur toute la longueur du cathéter et conçue pour recevoir de manière coulissante un fil de guidage, et une lumière de perfusion (114) s'étendant à partir d'une extrémité proximale de la tige de cathéter en direction de l'extrémité distale de la tige de cathéter et se terminant au niveau d'un orifice de sortie (140) de perfusion situé entre les ballons d'occlusion. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend une fibre optique (480) conçue pour être insérée dans la lumière principale à la place du fil de guidage.
